之前同朋友食過一次銅鑼灣果間,原來佐敦都有分店,試吓啦!必點湯底「龍皇海鮮鍋」,有龍蝦、大蝦、扇貝、大蜆、蟶子⋯⋯店員會建議客人先飲湯食海鮮,食完再加湯打邊爐,睇住佢分都覺得開心!龍蝦,厚肉,甜、爽,算不錯大蝦,勁甜、彈牙(仲有幾隻添)扇貝、蜆、蟶子呢d貝殼類都ok,有隻蟶子肉有d殻碎,小朋友食要小心~個人食牛鍾情濃味牛肉,記得上次店員推介牛邊位,今次水準依然,牛味濃郁鮮甜,不油膩~脆鯇骨腩,打邊爐必點!唔錯,鮮、甜、脆湯底冇蠔,後加咗份廣島蠔,一上枱有少許腥味,灼熟後都有少許腥,有d失望⋯⋯基本上,叫呢個湯底灼咩都勁甜勁好味,灼海鮮、菜類更加冇得輸!店員反應快,勤換碟,醒目地主動提供協助,加分!唯分店環境銅鑼灣店較好~…Read More

放假行街真係好開心既,不過天氣實在太悶熱,大家諗唔到食咩朋友又想食蕎麥麵就去呢間喇⋯⋯嘩,7點幾到要等位喎,行住商場等啦⋯⋯行左陣,都算快有位既,入到去都幾鍾意個店內環境,而佢四人枱只入2位,令大家唔駛同隔離位唔識既食客咁近,另外佢張櫈背高到呢(成年人住果張櫈個椅背會高過個頭囉),like!朋友好快已經決定食陶板燒蕎麥麵套餐,我就食吉列豬扒。落完單店員就會張相關既道具比左你先,等你慢慢等食。陶板燒到先,坦白講個陶板係傳熱快既,但d雞油彈到成手都係(加上佢跟比客人既煎雞筷子太短因為用普通外賣即棄筷子),呢度唔夠細心扣分,佢配雜菌同煎既牛油令菇香而不膩,正(利申:本人鍾意食菇)由於我全程幫朋友煎雞扒(太專心),我個吉列豬扒喺雞扒差不多食晒時都未到,朋友幫手追問係咪漏單(朋友話如果我唔係專心地煎雞扒應該早就追單了)。最後,吉列豬扒喺我地食晒煎雞後終於出現!(扣分漏單)到我食野果刻,已經攰到冇乜胃口,加上等左咁耐,而吉到列豬扒又唔係特別出眾,一般啦(唔夠鬆化、肉有d乾)最後,朋友向店員提出想要柚子湯配蕎麥麵汁混合飲用(感覺似味噌湯),為晚餐畫上句號總括而已,食物尚可,但漏單令我感覺欠佳⋯⋯…Read More
