#元朗#雲家話說小弟鍾意食米線,全因16年前認識了現在的太太。佢當年係石蔭返工,我每週有兩三日搵佢食lunch,附近有一間米線老店,自此愛上呢種酸辣嘅味道。四年前,機緣巧合開咗香港米線關注組,先發現原來好多香港人鍾意食米線,發展至今已經有26萬位谷友。香港嘅米線舖頭,除咗某上市大集團和大x樂集團的米線x外,最多分店嘅應該係雲桂香(以前叫雲南桂林過橋米線,黃色招牌藍色字,現用此名只剩旺角和尖沙咀兩間)。與雲桂香一脈相承、味道相若的舖頭,有荃灣+元朗雲家、石蔭雲南小窩米線、尖沙咀雲香園、紅磡貴緣(已結業,現大角咀和北角貴緣不知是否同一老闆,有待各位網友考究),仲有屯門華都商場雲南小鍋米線。傳說中上述舖頭的祖師爺,是出自於荃灣路德圍老店,再由徒子徒孫發揚光大,推陳出新。入返正題,新界西元天屯地區,小弟最常幫襯嘅係元朗雲家。太太想食米線,首選呢間。招牌腩肉大腸份量多,冬菇都好食。湯底濃,酸辣夠層次。記得叫爽米,否則米線會太淋。兩人必點涼拌墨魚頭,墨魚頭爽脆,熟蒜香而不辣,拌以醋汁,另有風味。兩人飽腹而回,大大滿足,只係二百蚊有找。無論山珍海味、平民美食,最重要係合拍的另一半🫶🏻…Read More
