假日又挑起拉麵癮,早前吃過豚王,覺得味道算為起香港見得人既拉麵店。入到去,今次我圈左廚師介紹,佢俾左個辣既叉燒拉麵俾我,一睇其實好岩我心水,因為我吃辣,加上配濃湯就一流。拉麵上面個團係辣粉同埋辣肉醬,而底就係叉燒。首先,麵質方面依然一如以往,咬口而不太軟,頗為適中。而辣肉方面,辣度算為中等,未至於去到果種辣會停留起口腔咁耐,湯味方面比較濃味,我不能稱得上太鹹,只係好稠身,叉燒今次吃不到雪味了,而且頗有口感,辣湯的味道亦入了味落去。整體上今次既赤王辣度可以再有待增加,質素保持到就好了。…Read More

有時候,年輕人既感覺係瘋瘋顛顛,係啊,我地顛到同D老人家咁早起身排隊等位飲茶,其實加上我地想試下蓮香居既點心。因為我地早關係,去到等多陣就有位。皆因我地經驗未夠班,去到D點心都拎唔到幾多,但都有蝦餃、鹹水角、蓮蓉餅個D,至於裝潢方面,其實都係仿中式茶樓,古色古香。講下其中幾個啦蝦餃:皮好夠煙韌,因為平時同屋企人去普通茶樓食蝦餃,個皮好易穿同埋痴住張籠底紙,加上D皮都幾有油份,同埋蝦餃內的汁,所以吃上去都好夠水份,唔洗點豉油都有蝦汁味。鹹水角:唔太油膩,不過我嫌個表面唔係好脆,內面D餡都還可以。蓮蓉餅:芝麻甚多,餅皮有點乾身,頗普通,勝在蓮蓉餡鬆軟,不會有機打稠身既感覺。不過茶介都要10幾蚊,我覺得是抵的。因為之前細細個跟開公公學飲濃茶,呢到D普洱味較香,所以沖上去既色都好濃,味道好厚澀,加上佢用大滾水沖,逼哂D茶味出黎,朋友們就對濃茶不太喜歡了。…Read More
