竟然一個差評都冇,係ig 見到有foodie 介紹呢間餐廳,見到都好吸引然後就同老公book左食自己既生日飯。我地訂左7百幾蚊個set,個晚6點鐘入座,佢分左兩邊。5百幾個set就一邊(3位師傅主理),7百幾個set就坐另一邊(1位師傅主理)。咁感覺上都幾舒服,唔會話太喧嘩。788既meun 前菜:沙律加煙肉薯蓉第一道:香草牛油炒北寄貝佢為第一道菜真心覺得唔錯,北寄貝大隻厚肉之餘仲食到肉質爽彈新鮮。第二道:時令海鮮係鮑魚都係香草牛油煎原以為師傅會將鮑魚肝臟整成汁點嚟食點知冇呢回事,不過都ok係好食既。始終牛油加海鮮係唔會差得去邊第三樣煎銀雪魚又係香草牛油煎,其實食到呢到雖然食材唔一樣,但味蕾已經覺得悶。唯一讚魚皮煎得好香脆同師傅冇整爛塊魚皮。好~食到呢到諗住食最期待既牛舌芯點知waiter同我地講今日牛舌芯冇返貨叫我地轉食豬肉。。。what?黑人問號???你唔係呢一刻先通知客人冇呢道菜嫁嘛!當日開鋪前唔通知,然後我入座前又唔講既?到下一道菜明明係牛舌芯先嚟講?其實明屈嫁咋喎?然後因為當日係生日正日,真係唔想掃興。問有咩可以轉,有豬同雞 🙂然後我就揀左豬。就係呢三粒煎豬扒。冇錯啊!又係香草牛油煎嫁。和牛:師傅問我食幾成熟,我話3成。你地覺得呢? 🙂鵝肝:下面個塊蕉糖青蘋果唔錯啊 😄炒飯:廉價煙肉加蔥加蛋加飯炒吸物:魚湯警世!!!!一拎埋嚟係腥到相都唔想影再利申:平時係勁鍾意食魚飲魚湯既人。呢個湯幾腥先可以令到鍾意食魚既人都唔飲。甜品:開心果雪糕好好味啊!好想知邊到叫貨叫返嚟 🥰等自己都可以去買嚟食。最後:勸告foodies 不要再欺騙有睇你既followers! …Read More
