今日同老公晏晝去左源禾路運動場跑步做運動,運動完就去左禾輋商場搵食,老公提議食放題喎,唔食返多啲點會有下一次運動呢!我地去到都係6點,無人直入!餐廳有一半係坐室外,我地怕熱所以坐左入面,但都係咁熱,先叫左兩罐啤酒啤啤先!壽司我地食左少少,費時咁飽。火灸海鰻壽司無乜火灸感但鰻魚汁好好味,用海鰻唔錯,無骨又易咬,而且又係熟食。壽司上有dd蔥做裝飾,賣相顏色方便不錯。三文魚壽司係一片薄切的三文魚再配壽司飯,三文魚好滑,三文魚比壽司飯長dd,一啖就可以KO。日式炒豬頸肉味道好好,炒得好入味,用用洋蔥,紅椒黃椒一齊炒,另外豬頸肉切得夠細,令個汁浸晒入d肉度,yummy!南瓜,大蝦,蕃薯天婦羅炸得唔錯,上到菜都係熱既,唔好放左好耐先拎出黎,無奈粉太多,真係既主角太少,咬到好入先品嚐到主角,要努力改善!香草燒羊架既然係必食就要點兩客試試,雖然隻碟好油,但羊架好好食,羊肉夠晒膻,好香的羊味,先係羊肉醃得好,後期既燒都好考功夫,羊肉燒左咁耐都唔老,肉仍然咁嫩,唔會"孩",咬多兩啖就會咬開羊肉,唔會韌到咬唔開,值得試!由於刺身我同老公只係食三文魚同甜蝦,所以只叫左兩款。三文魚刺身同壽司不一樣,刺身厚好多,紋理都十分清楚,咬落無壽司三文魚咁滑,但鮮味就多好多,而且有嚼勁,可以好好享受這片三文魚幾十秒。甜蝦瘦瘦地一隻,最好就係方便食,一咬頭同尾就甩,蝦肉鮮甜可口,由於蝦本身無味,點埋豉油Wasabi絕對係錦上添花!芝士焗一口咖哩雞既芝士味無乜,焗都唔係好feel到,但咖哩味濃,配上小小的炸雞件好好味!虎蝦串燒燒得好,咁岩呢隻虎蝦我仲食到蝦膏!全熟既蝦肉唔"孩",比起刺身蝦當然有一段距離,但熟食也不錯!食返晒一日減既卡路里,老公!又要返去跑步啦!…Read More

年廿七,與好朋友一行三人食海鮮,好好獎勵下過往一年的辛勞。其實我一直都好想試下九重塔的,所以決定就嚟試下。我們今次叫咗首爾塔,而個湯底是韓式豬手湯登登登,九層塔,嚟到了,坐我對面的朋友都比個塔遮住咗喇!職員好細心地講解食法,當個溫度針去到85°C就可以叫職員幫手,拎起個蓋就食得了。見住個溫度針好快升到85°C喇,終於食得!第一層 : 蟶子、象拔蚌蟶子通常都係用蒜茸粉絲蒸的,第一次試唔用蒜茸,上面粒蕃茄仔酸酸地,意外地與蟶子好夾。而個象拔蚌好鮮甜美味,連埋d汁嚟飲,正!第二層 : 元貝大大隻既元貝,肉厚多膏。初初好白痴咁以為,紅色嗰舊係紅蘿蔔,望真d原來係膏嚟架!第三層 : 海蝦蝦頭多膏,一d都唔係雪藏蝦嚟,蝦肉清甜爽口,職員講蝦可以點淡豉油嚟食,但個人覺得唔點先食到蝦既鮮味。第四層 : 北寄貝、新鮮花尾龍躉爽口彈牙,北寄貝通常都係食刺身時先食,小女子孤陋,第一次見連殼的北寄貝。龍躉肉厚無骨,正!第五層 : 蝴蝶蚌、大花蛤大花蛤都係嗰句好鮮甜。職員好細心咁見到d蝴蝶蚌唔開,放是好細心拎咗去廚房到,同我們蒸返熟佢。過咗一陣佢就拎返d蝴蝶蚌比我們食了。不得不讚個配角木瓜,吸咗上面幾層既海鮮,佢好甜美呀!第六層 : 沙巴肉蟹、大蚌蟹好多膏,個蟹夾位好細心地夾開咗,放便我們食。第七層 : 鮑魚鮑魚大隻新鮮彈牙,但我覺得配角搶咗風頭。因為蘿蔔、蕃薯吸咗上幾層海鮮味,好甜又無渣。食完都忍唔住搶咗隔離嗰個少少嚟食。第八層 : 海螺枱上附有竹纖,放便食海螺用,好細心配料粟米、南瓜超甜,又一抵讚!第九層 : 韓式豬手湯豬手好林,好煙韌,好骨膠原。d湯吸收咗成晚海鮮的精華,鮮味無貧。食完成晚,飽到上心口。清蒸海鮮真係可能食到海鮮本身既鮮味,健康清新。真係一個好選擇!…Read More
