這是一間我一直都想試的餐廳,我見他店舖少少,在銅鑼灣一個不太起眼的地方,一直都想試吓。首先是前菜,有菠菜配菇、茄子和青瓜牛舌。第一個上嘅菜係明太子沙律,想不到是把明太子切成一粒粒再配上沙律醬,適合愛好明太子的人。燒飯團大小適中,不會太乾太硬,有少少飯焦,另外配上蒜頭🧄漬,味道唔錯。燒鴨舌和雞胸軟骨味道適中,燒到剛剛好,非常好吃。後燒牛舌心是我最期待的菜式,沒有令我失望,粉嫩嘅牛舌心,燒到脆嘅牛舌心邊,外脆內軟,配上檸檬汁和少少Wasabi,非常好味。燒提燈感覺很特別,蛋蛋有一層薄薄的皮,一咬即破,然後有濃郁的蛋漿,味道很好。燒雞尾不會太油膩,雞皮及脂肪都脆卜卜,也不俗。燒鱔略嫌少了一點魚皮,但沒有骨,而且沒有腥味,都不錯。…Read More

我一向都喜歡食牛舌,見到有新開嘅牛舌門店,當然要搵機會一家人去試吓。一行四人所以就點四個餐。定食都很豐富,除了主菜還有漢堡、溫泉🥚、咖喱牛舌粒、紫蘇醋及燒汁、還有沙律和牛骨湯。極上牛舌當然是最好食,除咗蘸汁,再加上 wasabi,味道很好,而且軟硬適中。蔥炒牛舌粒牛舌很軟,蔥嫩,送飯不錯。牛小排味道不太濃,軟韌還可以。鹽燒牛舌略嫌味道偏淡,而且牛舌有點韌,正常沒太大驚喜或驚嚇。咖喱牛舌汁不辣,小朋友也吃到,這個汁送飯一流。漢堡扒有咬口,不過有啲位有啲韌,不過整體我覺得唔錯。沙律清新爽口,牛骨湯清,作為定食最後一個食品可以清除口腔嘅濃味,我覺得很好。服務方面還好,上第一個定食時,它有給我們紙仔說明食法和次序。另外,我見隔籬枱叫的檸檬梳打,是給食客半個檸檬再有一個榨汁器,讓他把榨出來的檸檬汁倒入杯內,有啲得意。…Read More

我訂位後,他們已經WhatsApp把菜單發給我,並說明那一些需要早一天還是要更早預訂,菜單上有很多菜式也有套餐,由於菜式太多,讓我們有選擇困難。首先第一道上的菜是杏汁白肺湯,杏汁不算太濃,不會只有杏仁味,有很大粒白果。之後喺早一天預訂的墨魚滑釀雞卷,雞髀肉包著墨魚滑,有一陣陣南乳味,沒有油膩感,是一個香脆可口配搭不錯的菜式。再嚟係另一個預訂的雪菊石榴球,這個菜式賣相很美,蛋白皮包著沙角、蝦等配料,再加上金華火腿提味,連綁着它的蔥也很好吃😋。桂花炒魚肚炒得乾身,但不會太乾難以入口,略嫌有一點碎,整體也算不錯。紅酒牛筋腩的紅酒🍷味不算太濃,牛筋和牛腩也很腍很易入口,是一個很好的送飯菜。焗魚腸需要等45分鐘,我偏向喜歡較重陳皮味的焗魚腸,這個沒有陳皮味,但亦不會有草腥味或苦味,所以也是一個很好的菜式。最後是加單嘅金銀野菌蒸勝瓜,估唔到係勝瓜上加上金銀蛋,而不是好像其他地方這樣把勝瓜野菌和金銀蛋混在一起蒸,每一個瓜都有一個鹹蛋黃,賣相不俗,野菌份量很多,但略嫌太鹹。最後每位送一碗番薯糖水。這間餐廳服務殷勤,職員有耐性介紹菜式亦不時到來換水及收碟。但由於我們坐在房內,有時要等一陣先看到服務員到來下單。整體來說服務和菜式的味道也很好。…Read More

一開始侍應為我們準備了水及餅乾條,然後俾wine list俾我地揀,我們都唔係好飲得,所以叫了兩杯白酒。首先是頭盤,有紅蝦、蟹餅及魚(忘記了魚名),用料十足,啖啖海鮮肉。跟住係鮑魚,把南非鮑魚烤熟,正常size,軟硬適中,調味得宜,可惜忘記給相機食,所以未能提供相片。然後係魚湯,濃郁的魚味,但不會有腥味,內裏有斑塊及蝦,有點似中式的魚湯但西式的烹調手法。之後是琵琶蝦,這個很少機會吃,所以點了這個,後面枱先上,但已經聞到濃烈的香味,心諗點解不是先上給我們呢?琵琶蝦煮得啱啱好,肉不太實膏香,配丁點香料及橄欖油,讓味道提升到另一個層次。再來是帶子海膽醬意粉,帶子微微煎了表面,內裏是半生熟,頗為嫩滑,意粉就像手打一樣,頗為煙韌,海膽醬滋潤了意粉,讓它容易入口,海膽醬本身的海膽味並不濃烈。尾二是另一個招牌菜,煙燻乳鴿,同樣地,為什麼是先上了後面枱先?真的讓人心急如焚,乳鴿有去到部份的骨,粉嫩的肉配上陣陣燻香,真的很好味,未試過這種味道,配菜的蕃茄仔吸收了煙燻味,非常入味。底下的紫椰菜吸收了煙燻味之餘亦吸收了乳鴿的汁,是有點肥,但很特別。最後是甜品,我們甜甜蜜蜜地分享著伯爵茶芝士蛋糕及意大利檸檬雪芭,不太甜,還可以清潔一下味蕾。整體來說每道菜都見到廚師的心思,配搭很好及特別,因為我們只點了鮑魚及琵琶蝦,份量對我們晚餐只吃7、8成飽的人是剛剛好,所以想飽一點的話應該點3樣海鮮的菜單。服務方面,雖然只有一位侍應應付十幾人,但係非常有效率,不時為每一枱添水添酒,而且還會為每一道菜作介紹及品嚐的次序,收碟時會和你交談,話裏帶點幽黙,提升了用餐體驗及氣氛。…Read More

我們一家5口兩位小朋友及一位長者週日午餐時段到這裏,他們安排了我們坐在餐廳角落的圓枱,自成一角,不怕騷擾其他人或被人影響。因為只有brunch set,brunch set有salad bar、頭盤、主菜、配菜及甜品。疑似經理的人見到我們的組合,便建議了我們怎樣order會較適合。brunch set有一個salad bar,有沙律、煙三文魚、雞尾蝦、雞肝醫、prama ham,還有凍海鮮包括青口、翡翠螺、大蝦、大蜆及扇貝,尚算豐富,我拎了3碟才差不多試完大部份的款式。然後頭盤來了,我們要了周打蜆湯及煙肉。周打蜆湯有很多配料包括龍蝦,濃郁而不滯,面包粒很脆,配湯一流。煙肉有焦香,肥而不滯,不太鹹,容易入口。主菜是我來這裏的目的,就是porterhouse,這個是brunch set再加錢的order,我order了medium,porterhouse有兩種不同的牛部位,有強烈的炭燒味,肉味香濃,外脆內鮮紅嫩滑,真的非常好味。它有四種芥辣、燒汁、黑椒汁及香草汁,味道溫和,不會搶了牛的原味但又和牛很配。配菜的芝士通粉非常好吃,滿滿芝士的通粉,濃烈的芝士味及脆香。菠菜蓉及薯條則一般。甜品要了芝士蛋糕及雪糕新地,它們甜度適中,新地略為溶了多一點。整體來說是一個很好的享受,不論環境、服務及食物。價錢當然亦不菲。…Read More

同事介紹,一試就明白甚麼是高質

這是一間需要訂枱落訂的餐廳,原訂了10月8日午餐,可惜天意弄人,當天中午開始掛8號風球,餐廳不營業,於是改到10月21日午餐。我哋原本諗住叫一個 seafood lunch set同IM special lunch,但係當天沒有鵝肝只能用鴨肝取代,而我最主要想吃嘅係A5和牛🐮,所以叫了 seafood set同chef’s special再加A5和牛。先嚟嘅三文魚籽蒸蛋,滿滿的三文魚籽,卜卜脆,內裏非常鹹,非要和蛋一起吃才稍微減輕一點鹹味。食物還未烹調的樣子首先第一道鐵板燒的菜是虎頭蝦,肉厚實。之後係甘鯛魚,呢個係吸引我到來一試的原因。把pan放在鐵板上,用近200度的油,把魚皮魚鱗向pan底放,出嚟既效果係魚滑鱗脆,魚鱗好似薯片咁,南瓜忌廉汁非常美味,淡淡的恰如其分另整個菜的味道錦上添花。只可惜我的魚有一部份黏左係pan到,食少左部份魚鱗,可惜可惜。鮑魚好生猛大隻,即使放左係枱面十多分鐘,落鐵板時仲會郁動,配合肝醬,肉質厚實但不太靭,味道不俗。Chef's special的牛肉薄燒,配合內裏的炸蒜及蔥,再沾點麻醬及豉油,牛肉鬆化,加上蔥蒜的惹味,非常好味。medium的A5和牛柳配合蒜片、鮮wasabi及鹽一起來吃,帶少許juicy及肉味,肉軟滑,真的想再吃多一點。櫻花蝦炸飯,有蝦的鹹味,有薑味,飯亦乾身,粒粒分明但不會難以吞落口,雖然係蘭王蛋,但似乎無乜蛋味,漬物及面豉湯不錯。最後係雪糕配夾餅,很特別,不怕弄髒手、雪糕太易溶掉或太硬而很難用匙吃。紅豆抹茶雪糕,看到紅豆,但吃不出紅豆及其味道。整體嚟講,是一餐除了味覺亦有視學享受的午餐,看師傅的烹調、食物和醬汁的配合及每個菜的怖置,都是一個享受,是難忘的一餐。…Read More

我們約11點多到鴨脷洲市政大廈熟食中心已經看到有些人享受完了他們的海鮮餐。我們把在香港仔漁市場買的鮑魚丶墨魚丶竹節蝦🦐及老鼠斑放下後,便再到樓下買海鮮,最後再買多兩隻蟹🦀️。採購完畢便立刻等食🍽️,除了海鮮,我們再加了炸三寶丶5杯飲品丶一口西多士、椒絲腐乳通菜及兩碗飯🍚🍚,埋單一共800元正。首先出場是椒鹽鮑魚,明顯地有好好清洗過,椒鹽味不太強,能保持鮑魚的鮮味,亦頗乾身。之後係老鼠斑,火喉剛剛好,魚滑,只可適我買得太細條,魚油跟鼓油送飯一流,所以要了兩碗白飯。跟著是炸三寶及一口西多士,炸魚片太塊及脆,最重要是有微熱,不是平常食那些放在室温,一叫即給你這種。還有很久沒吃過的炸雲吞,乾脆而不膩。一口西多士早了上,外脆內軟,還有豐富的醬汁。再來是2斤多的墨魚,時間剛剛好,不會靭,如果配wasabi就最好。由於太大份,所以要打包做晚餐。原本想蒜蓉蒸的蝦,老板娘話當然要用佢地招牌的鼓油王煮,味道很好,鮮蝦比雪蝦當然有蝦味,肉實,鼓油王不太鹹,只是讓蝦特別是蝦殼"野味"最後是蟹,粉不算多,葱也很好吃。椒絲腐乳通菜沒有大排檔的"獲氣",是最差的一味,不過最重要都係海鮮煮得好。整體而言是價廉物美,能大飽口褔。…Read More

還記得4年前到過這間餐廳,覺得環境清靜,性價比高,當時的三文魚六食頗為吸引。今次為了吃斧頭扒再次到訪,我們點了一個4人餐包括三文魚龍蝦湯、希靈魚三吃、意大利火腿沙律、主角斧頭扒、海鮮雜燴、當然還有甜品拼盤。先來面包,面包包脆內軟,微熱,非常好吃,如果湯能緊隨其後奉上就完美了。湯有很濃,煙三文魚不俗。整個沙律都好吃,火腿鹹度適中,蕃茄和提子很好味,很清新。個人不太喜歡希靈魚,因為太腥,三吃之中,中間的芥辣能比較減低腥味,伴菜的薯仔有點creamy,感覺唔錯。主角斧頭扒是今晚最失色的一道菜,可能我對4年前哪個牛扒太念念不忘,對這個斧頭扒期望太高,熟度不平均,太靭,雖然邊位有很濃的碳燒味,但是過燶。值得一提是它的醬,有一款好像有梅味,和牛扒頗配。配菜有蕃茄和瓜及薯條,薯條很好吃,放久了都不會有油膩感。海鮮雜燴有龍蝦、三文魚、蜆及青口,遠處已聞到濃濃的海鮮味,這個主菜會配上面包,面包點上濃濃的海鮮湯,吸收了海鮮的精華,非常好吃。海鮮味道可以,龍蝦肉質較實。甜品拼盤有三款甜品加一些朱古力,賣相非常吸引,味道較淡,由於公子生日,故額外有雪糕及生日蛋糕為他慶生。餐廳環境極為寬敞,我們由7點吃到9點,連我們只有3枱客。…Read More
