冇嚟呢間酒樓一排,始終念念不忘佢個叉燒頭,總係想一個人食晒一碟。冇來一段日子叉燒頭改咗用黑毛豬,價錢貴咗,但依然好味。本來我最喜歡食嘅係佢哋嘅上湯虎蝦煎米粉底,佢落錯單變咗伊麵,算啦都幾好食。虎蝦夠彈牙,炸完之後更顯乾身,加埋濃郁嘅上湯就好好味。呢度其中一個我最鍾意嘅特色菜係炒花膠。平時花膠都係用嚟煲湯或者炆, 呢個花膠用瓦煲炒,有特色又夠香口。另外驚上湯時蔬同陳醋排骨一啲都冇揸流攤,用料都好好。呢度座位都擺得好寬鬆,坐得好舒服,係同朋友食飯嘅好選擇。…Read More

千樂燒味響附近唔算係一間好平嘅選擇,最貴亦都唔係,價錢在燒味店之間算係中位吧。午餐時間$60左右一個套餐,質素也高,算是物有所值。我最鍾意食嘅係佢呢個無雙乳豬飯,乳豬皮脆,肉嫩,而且唔會過鹹。套餐可以選擇湯或熱飲,佢嘅湯好足料,冇落味精,每星期有唔同嘅選擇,雖然唔係昂貴嘅湯款,但返工嘅上班族冬天吃平平常常嘅套餐都有啖湯飲,實在好開心。而且小店每星期都安排派飯,有善長人翁捐贈,老人家可以免費攞一盒燒味飯,幫助長者,利益社會。…Read More

週末總想遠離市區,所以今次選擇咗入流浮山,食我最鍾意嘅海鮮,仲可以去附近行吓同埋手信。泊完車,停車飛上有幾間酒樓係食完有泊車費回贈,所以我就根據泊車飛上嘅酒樓名稱,隨意選擇左一間未試過嘅。店面唔算好大,裝修亦比較舊,不過店員好熱情。喺外面揀完海鮮,佢就已經上咗一個海鮮湯,材料有豆腐、菜、魚、龍蝦、大蜆,非常鮮味,而且喺屋企整唔到,因為你唔會買咁多種材料為咗整一碗湯。呢排澳洲龍蝦真係好平,雖然喺呢度食已經比外面街市買貴,但價格依然非常吸引,今次叫咗芝士焗,極鮮味,肉嘅質感真係唔係波士頓龍蝦可以媲美。另一個我好鍾意叫嘅餸係砵酒局焗蠔,呢度做得非常之好,雖然今次我哋揀嘅本地號係比較細隻,但亦都不失美味。建議下次嚟呢度可以揀比較大隻嘅桶蠔。另外我哋叫咗蒜蓉粉絲蒸北寄貝。唔知係唔係北寄貝本身質感問題,蒸完出嚟始終有點銀,比唔上食刺身嘅口感,亦都唔似蟶子既嫰滑。睇嚟北寄貝都唔係一個適合蒜蓉蒸嘅品種。…Read More

最近經過網媒及電視報道後,好多人都去搵懷舊小食,而今多款懷舊小食當中,有一款係我細個嘅時候食過,不過從來冇諗過佢叫咩名嘅食物 — 炸油糍,有人叫佢做炸蘿蔔絲。呢間小食店經常有人排隊,老闆娘係咁喺度炸都冇停手... 專注地做一件事,感覺有啲似日本嘅吉列店或者天婦羅店除咗炸油詞,呢度最多人叫嘅係酥炸生蠔同酥炸海蝦,另外仲有炸蠔餅。由於係即叫即炸,所以等待都需要少少耐性。$13都算好大件一攞上手非常咁熱,等返5至10分鐘放涼之後食就剛剛好。粉漿入邊有蘿蔔絲少少蔥同蝦米,好香口之餘亦都好夠味。入流浮山除咗去海鮮店之外,咁特色嘅小食店都好值得去試吓。…Read More

銅鑼灣呢個商業中心雖然冇中環咁高貴,但由於租金唔便宜,大部份開喺大商場同附近嘅餐廳價位都唔低。不過行過少少就會發現其實都有好多經濟實惠嘅選擇。響時代廣場旁邊,穿過鵝頸橋另一邊就已經係灣仔,位於街市旁邊有間其貌不揚嘅燒味店。附近有好幾間比較有名嘅燒味店,一個雙拼飯,點要$50-$60,而呢度嘅雙拼飯,平過佢哋好多,等我試吓先。我叫咗個叉油雞少飯,裝飯嘅叔叔好可愛,再三問我係唔係真係夠食(可能我個樣真係好大食)。而且可能因為我叫咗少飯,所以佢比多左幾條菜我。一食舊叉燒就好失望,又乾又柴,反而豉油雞就相當唔錯,夠香口而且雞肉都叫做幾滑。朋友去過都話佢嘅叉燒好難食不過雞同我就幾好,去嘅朋友強烈建議唔好食佢嘅叉燒。呢個價格嘅但我唔會有投訴,但就要小心避咗啲伏位啦。…Read More

而家週末可以做嘅嘢唔係好多,而且想遠離人群,最好就係離開市中心,講啲九唔搭八嘅時間食嘢。今日嘅限聚令依然係晚上六時後唔可以堂食,於是我哋就喺下午4:30到達深井,食一個我都唔知係下午茶定係晚餐嘅嘢。呢度最好嘅係如果你好彩嘅話車係可以停喺門口,我哋今日還算好彩,落車行入去就有得食。呢度大部份係做四人枱,中間房$1屏風,雖然2人限聚,一台總算坐到四個人。不過如果兩個人去食,就會覺得坐得唔係咁舒服。上枱嘅碗碟好油膩,雖然我本身對佢嘅要求已經唔係好高,但碗碟有油漬,我始終覺得食得唔係好舒暢。叫咗¼隻燒鵝,雖然下裝比上裝貴,但食隻脾總係開心啲,於是就叫咗一個下裝。雖然天氣好凍,但係燒鵝上枱依然熱辣辣,皮脆,而且唔算好油膩,中間嘅脂肪唔算太多,而且都叫有肉食。燒鵝當然最好係全隻叫,因為一定會一隻熱辣辣拎出嚟,如果散叫就好睇多唔多人,多人order嘅時段,一隻燒鵝攞出嚟好快就會被切晒,自然都會好食。今日雖然唔係人多嘅時間,但出品水準尚算唔錯。椒鹽鮮魷做得都唔錯,炸得酥脆,調味剛剛好,魷魚也新鮮。始終食呢類型講究鑊氣嘅餸菜都係傳統酒家做得好。總括嚟講傳統中菜唔講環境講鑊氣同味道,呢度總算唔錯,不過衛生就扣好多分了。…Read More

今次係開始寫OpenRice之後第九次食燒味。我估計,如果我真係寫到100篇燒味, 千樂應該係我食得最多嗰一間。曾經聽講過佢同出名嘅一樂燒鵝有啲關係,我冇證實過,我只證實到佢嘅燒味唔止燒鵝,其他嘢都好好食。下午茶時段由2:30開始,一份迷你燒鵝飯再加一杯熱飲(或者例湯)係$40。對比起其他店舖,佢唔算好平,但非常有水準。一份迷你燒鵝飯入邊都有八件燒鵝,加上而家食少咗好多飯,就算係迷你,作為一個late lunch,分量來講對我都已經好足夠。燒鵝份量好夠,被香肉或,脂肪唔算太多,飲杯有少少澀味嘅檸檬茶, 正好中和燒鵝嘅油脂。唯一係店舖唔算好寬敞,所以外賣係比較理想嘅選擇。收銀嘅姐姐好有友,和藹可親,無論有幾忙面上都總帶着笑容,實在好喜歡佢哋。佢哋仲係一間良心店舖,會定期派飯比老人家,食飯以外,大家都可以支持一下。…Read More

灣仔街坊話有間新開嘅一人火鍋,今日同同事一齊,趁仲有四人限聚,一行四人食一餐午餐。火鍋同火山石燒係日韓系列,午市$78起。豚肉火鍋有兩盤豚肉,蔬菜同肉丸籃,湯底可以揀泡菜鍋或者牛奶鍋,我哋揀咗泡菜鍋。一人食感覺清爽乾淨。加$8仲有嘢飲,同事揀咗個抹茶紅豆冰,我就飲咗薏米水,唔太甜亦都清熱。白飯任裝之餘仲有飯素火山石燒極上牛小排,有我喜歡嘅芝麻汁沙律菜,牛小排放喺火山石上面燒,食到後來都仲有溫度,響寒冷嘅日子特別開心。牛排好厚,夠大份。我試過幾間火山石燒包括牛極同另一間,我比較欣賞呢度,肉質唔錯之餘又有牛香,價錢都唔貴。近鏡睇,都的確唔錯。火山石燒嘅另外一個好處就係可以自行控制生熟度,喜歡熟啲就自己切薄牛扒再將薄片繼續燒,鍾意生食就直接切開食就OK。食慣西餐牛扒,用牛扒配白飯的確唔係好慣,但不失係新嘗試。價錢相宜坐得舒服又唔多人,係午餐嘅好選擇。下次真係有興趣試吓佢個晚市任食。…Read More

好幾年前去星加坡旅行,去過當地文華酒店chatterbox,對於佢個海南雞飯我嘅印象唔深刻,反而好鍾意食佢個喇沙。今日行經K11 Musea,本來想食間牛油果餐廳行嚟行去都搵唔到,見到佢又唔使排隊,所以就入咗去食,回味下星加坡嘅味道。兩份豆漿味都唔錯,唔會太甜,幾有特色,而且豆漿同涼粉嘅味道算好夾。諗諗吓自己都可以係屋企整相比起海南雞飯,我自己比較喜歡Chatterbox嘅喇沙,雖然美中不足係佢嘅喇沙冇落螄蚶,但味道濃郁,極度足料。有三隻帶子,起碼係日本帶子最少3S大小,帶子生熟剛好,但鮮味不足。湯底好味到我全部都飲晒。之前響新加坡都冇食過佢哋嘅鹹蛋雞翼, $78一碟雞翼聽落有啲貴,但佢足足有六隻,仲要size一啲都唔細,其實唔係貴過快餐廳好多,而且調味都做得幾好。佢嘅座位都相對舒適,價錢有少少貴啦,不過行開嚟呢頭都可以試吓。…Read More

上兩個星期以前已經訂左響呢度食飯,但因為今個星期疫情關係又唔想取消訂枱,於是我哋就決定響度唔食火鍋食海鮮。漁一係其中一個打邊爐用料非常好嘅地方,所以今次喺度食海鮮其實都有啲信心。上湯焗龍蝦上湯做得好好,味道夠濃又唔會太鹹,而且龍蝦爽口,焗得好靚,賣相亦都好好。成晚我最鍾意係蒸蟶子皇,呢個係一個好簡單嘅菜式,但就唔係間間都做得好。聖子夠大隻蒸得剛好唔銀,下面鋪咗好多粉絲,而粉絲亦都用咗熟油、生熟蒜同金菇調味,粉絲吸收晒聖子嘅鮮味,真係好想再食多一隻。竹笙扒雙疏既竹笙好好,好過平時喺其他酒樓度食嘅好多,竹笙吸收晒啲湯汁,一道清淡嘅健康菜式今日食咗兩次西芹炒海鮮,呢度嘅炒相蚌更具層次。用咗珊瑚蚌同桂花蚌。炒桂花蚌食10次有10次都過熟,但今次係第11次,桂花蚌依然嫰滑。鮑魚煲我估唔到佢竟然攞豬膶嚟炒,我唔食豬潤只係食咗鮑魚,同埋旁邊嘅洋蔥,好有特色。不過相對來講我就比較喜歡港大同學會嘅砂礓鮑魚雞煲。馳名蔥油雞絕對冇名大過實,蔥油好香,雞亦夠嫰,就連雞胸都唔會鞋。大家都食到飽飽地,海鮮炒烏冬叫做係單尾,味道都唔錯,但海鮮就唔係好多。下次嚟呢度唔一定係打邊爐,或者打邊爐之餘都可以試吓佢哋唔同嘅小菜同小食。…Read More
