因為突然間好想食自助餐，香港比較難book，咁就上嚟睇吓見到呢間，經open rice book 下午自助旅餐新年都仲有七八折，咁就經系統book 左年初二去，入到去發現好少人，都驚伏伏地地㗎啦，見到啲人主要係食冷盤，又見到蟹鉗，藍青口等等，我食左第一轉，到第二轉再去，但我一夾起藍青口，起碼有10隻蚊滋撲面（一回想起頭先已經食咗幾隻，我非常咁有陰影），咁第二轉我當然冇夾到啦，然後我兜個圈，發現都係冇乜嘢食，咁我就主要食蟹鉗。然後甜品算係可以接受嘅，其他熱食我就完全無食過，埋單$590 左右兩個人，就當係喺繁忙嘅尖沙咀搵個靜靜地地嘅地方坐下囉（完）…Read More

今日幾個同事話要一齊減肥食light 啲, 就去左附近買外賣返公司食我揀左chili jam beef wrap (HKD44) 熱既, 其他同事就揀左saigon chicken wrap, chicken salad 等等, HKD56 一個 salad 其實真係好抵.返到公司大家決定share 食, 因為樣樣都想試下.初初以為同一般健康take away 一樣, 但原來佢西餐既外表, 但asian food 既內涵, 好suprise.由於我本身食得比較light, 我prefer chicken wrap, 一個夠哂飽, 而且不會太濃味, 女士當lunch 非常一流chili jam beef wrap 既sauce 比較香同特別, 好少有咁配搭既wrap.salad 既sauce 是越式, 有surprise.beef rice 等都可以一試, 較濃味, 好似slow cook 咁, 不過因為我食得太多野只是食左一啖 =) 呢個真係附近健康選擇!…Read More
