上次黎食同師傅傾開,原來可以食廚師發板,今次特登提早同鋪頭約好黎試試👍刺身盛- 拖羅 象拔蚌 牡丹蝦新鮮👍 拖羅入口即溶,象拔蚌鮮甜有咬口,牡丹蝦鮮甜日本生蠔 - 鮮甜👍 唔算好重海水味,偏向淡味粒貝 - 一向好喜歡食粒貝,搭配廚師秘製醬汁,一試難忘南非鮑魚配鮑魚膽醬 - 鮑魚入口彈牙有咬口,又唔會韌,火候控制得好好👍甘鯛魚 - 魚肉鮮嫩,配搭炸香脆口既魚皮魚鱗,層次分明配搭醬汁,感覺好特別,側邊亦都配有龍珠果消除魚油嘅肥膩感👍值得一站法式大蜆 - 用咗類似法式焗田螺嘅方法去處理大蜆,味道特別冇諗過可以咁樣配搭👍值得一試 斑馬賴尿蝦真係有手臂咁長,師傅整好嘅時候,香氣十足,連相都唔記得影就已經放入口,賴尿蝦隻隻都有膏,食落口非常鮮甜日本大閘蟹 - 師傅話今期日本大閘蟹當做所以刻意安排咗日本大閘蟹,雖然食嘅時候有少少麻煩因為要拆蟹,但日本大閘蟹的確係好多膏而且蟹膏鮮甜鵝肝米通配無花果 - 平時都係食鵝肝多士,師傅話有客人反映鵝肝多士油膩感好重配搭多士的話,有客人會覺得塊多士好油,所以亦都有米通俾客人選擇,配米通嘅感覺就油膩感冇咁重而且脆口不過個人都係鍾意浸左鵝肝油嘅多士🤪🤪威靈頓牛柳 - 冇諗過鐵板燒都可以食到威靈頓牛柳,入面嘅牛柳聽師傅講中咗封門樓去做,牛味好香而且菌醬配搭酥皮非常香口👍總括黎講今次廚師發辦由師傅安排當時當造嘅食物,再加上師傅刻意安排唔同嘅烹調技巧同醬汁,絕對值得一試👍每位$1280,咁嘅價錢有咁多嘢食,個人認為就好抵食啦…Read More

之前經過見到呢間cafe雖不顯眼,但經常有人排隊,今次特登過黎試下大約6點半左右黎到,門口已經等緊位,大概等左40分鐘先入到去😅下次都係book定位店內環境偏暗,簡約既裝修配搭木系餐桌,略嫌張木櫈坐得唔太舒服😅😅生蝦刺身 賣相唔錯,生蝦明顯唔係新鮮既生蝦,但咁既價錢都明白既,唯有點多啲醬去除雪味,醬汁配搭唔錯黑松露芝士薯條薯條炸得好脆,黑松露味好香,配搭醬汁一流👍醬汁份量足夠,唔似得其他店鋪醬汁份量小烤雞胸雜菌意大利飯雞胸略嫌鞋身左小小,意大利飯既雜菌好足料,假若能再放多小小黑淑吊一吊味應該會更上一層樓👍奶蓋泰式奶茶配搭幾有趣,係正宗既泰式奶茶茶底,甜度方面比起正常既泰式奶茶無咁甜,感覺就變到無咁泰式,可能係餐廳因應口味刻意調較過甜度,不過我始終認為要甜返啲先似返泰式奶茶。奶蓋味道中規中矩。Iced black總括而言,食物質素唔錯,對應返價錢非常抵食,略嫌座位真係坐得唔太舒服😅…Read More

好耐之前一次機緣巧合下去元朗食鐵板燒,認識到李師傅,再次去既時候發覺師傅已經無做。今次知道李師傅新開鐵板燒餐廳,即刻去幫襯下試下。店鋪環境以簡約風為主,不過剛入坐時冷氣好凍,到師傅開始煮食時溫度先岩岩好。估計係因為師傳煮食時溫度上升,所以店鋪長期都開大冷氣。溫室蕃茄野菜配風乾火腿蕃茄好甜,配搭風乾火腿一啖過味道非常夾!新開業預約贈送的刺身兩盛,刻意用火槍燒過既吞拿魚,味道唔錯,新鮮海膽醬配松葉蟹肉,超級驚喜!配海膽醬令到蟹肉既鮮味升華十倍!必試!師傅以鹽鋪底,再放上新鮮仲識郁既南非鮑魚再以昆布放面然後加蓋焗原隻上碟配以剛切出既鮑魚膽做醬,用刀叉食鮑魚既感覺比起切好既感覺正好多!就返自己想厚切超彈牙!師傅刻意將魚皮切出,同魚肉分開煎,魚皮煎到脆卜卜,魚肉剛剛好唔會老,滑!師傅處理龍蝦既手勢非常純熟,三兩下手勢就取出龍蝦肉同龍蝦膏,以龍蝦膏做醬汁淋上龍蝦肉,味道非常好,新鮮龍蝦就係唔同啲!同行友人成班餓鬼上身,話要額外加兩份大蝦試一試,大蝦既處理方法同龍蝦相約,但係食落去既感覺大蝦更彈牙,鮮味就都係龍蝦正啲。值得一試!封門柳真係一個好好食既部位,牛味重,香!又唔會鞋!平時食和牛既油膩感太勁,封門柳真係一絕。最後仲有炒飯,龍蝦湯,甜品。同行友人個個都叫哂救命話好飽,飲飽食醉埋單每位$1300,抵食!…Read More
