臨近聖誕,冇得堂食晚餐,午餐都要食好西。立師傅分身有術,在尖沙嘴開了新店。一齊支持吓。新店就在中間道停車塲舊址,現在已經係好新潮嘅商廈。搭地鐵好易搵到呢個 H Zentre。上一層扶手電梯就見到。環境唔錯,吧檯為主。都係主打Omakase。我點了 14 貫壽司,$458 價位唔貴,值得期待。日光日白,兄弟居然發起「梅酒tasting」😱。4杯梅酒逐一品嚐。跟住要繼續work from home,我都係淺嚐。好開心師傅不斷供應我非常喜歡嘅漬物。沙律同蒸蛋都好味。蒸蛋個盅好靚!開始入正題。第一件「伊左目」。師傅話即係本地稱為「雞魚」。已經有醬油、唔使點任何嘢食👍深海池魚 - 任何季節都食到、Omakase 必然有佢 👍蜜柑鯛 - 用柑皮飼養的鯛魚,產量不高。據說特色是肉有柑橘味。我唔係好食得出。Anyway 長知識啦。赤貝 - 非常爽口鮮味👍牡丹蝦蝦膏 - 亦係Omakase 常見的角色。蝦肉、蝦膏味道都超級濃郁👍北寄貝 - 賣相好靚,但我食果件一般。鰤魚 - 加了「柚子胡椒」,幾清新得嚟有啲特色。幻星鰹- 開始進入重口味系列。呢隻幻星鰹本身油份非常高,稍微火灼一下非常香口,同時魚味超濃。跟住係「梭子魚」- 朋友好欣賞,不斷search 條魚點樣嘅。師傅話本地叫「竹籤魚」。唔記得係乜😅鯖魚 - 加入了柚子蘿蔔,酸酸地。本身小小類似箱押壽司咁嘅做法,再夾紫菜食,鯖魚嘅濃郁魚味發揮得幾好而唔會腥。帆立貝 - 都係夾紫菜食,另一位朋友話「好似食咗個大海咁澎拜」😂。咁我本身唔係帆立貝嘅粉絲,唔係好感受到個大海,都係鮮味嘅~海膽軍艦 - 高水準拖羅 - 繼續高水準。拖羅筋!係,係拖羅嘅筋,第一次食。燒香咗,口感係出乎意料,唔韌,係入口即溶但唔油膩。好嘢!嚟到呢度已經15件,唔知係咪加咗料😂。再有一個驚喜係個麵。細細碗,湯好清好熱,好暖胃。上面加咗小小櫻花蝦天婦羅,又有小小脆脆口感之餘唔會好膩。最後雪芭總結。所以話 lunch 好多時性價比更高。以呢個價錢有咁嘅水準同服務,值得支持~…Read More

近來家中經歷了不少事情,又經過了生日一段怒食,一直將食評荒廢了。但遲好過冇,終於都的起心肝,寫這篇遲來的食評 - 只因爲我覺得值得推介。當時光顧,只是隨意網上搜尋九龍區 Omakase。到埗後也有點意想不到是這種家庭式小店。坐在吧檯,首先處理酒。自帶了Sake,本店免開瓶費。一流!店員提供「鍚杯」來飲 Sake,雖然口感不覺得有特別提升,但算係有特色 (共有12個十二生肖「鍚杯」,不會搞亂)開始上菜。一開始先來前菜三小碟。最意想不到係右面的炸薯條!同Omakase 唔係好襯 😂 加上我健身,唔食喇。開始刺身,首先是真鯛,加了蛋黃醬,幾夾。第二道是岩手縣生蠔。日試酸汁食法。正!爽口富海水味。我加錢要多了一隻。第三道帆立貝。師傅話已經加入了現磨wasabi,可以不沾醬食。有2種食法,不錯。緊接秋刀魚。加入芝麻,用紫菜包住食。依家係 season,唔腥、肥美。牡丹蝦刺身,配蝦膏。可惜蝦頭不能炸嚟食。最後係 Chu Toro(中腹),都係簡單紫菜夾住食。無O-Toro 咁膩,較有魚味。我個人好喜歡。間場有碟冰頭漬,另外要求了蘿蔔,師傅都樂意奉上。三件壽司- 碟魚、濱鯛、剝皮魚:都係好味。不過已經有啲飽😂酒煮蜆 - 似茶壺湯,有熱湯暖肚好舒服。熱食有河豚一夜乾,本晚最出色👍。河豚肉經過風乾,鮮味更集中濃郁。份量不大剛剛好。汁煮鮑魚。鯛魚湯烏冬。我要減低澱粉質所以走烏冬。都唔錯。小店比較有人情味。我飲晒自己支酒,意猶未盡。師傅居然已成本價賣一支酒比我。感動。Omakase 一向都係 mark up 好高。小店有做其他客人,唔係全程照顧我地一檯客、地點又係住宅區,所以價錢比較合理。$1000 一位,值得 encore。亦令我想起「小隱隱於野、大隱隱於市」,希望這種「民間高手」式小店可以做下去,讓食客們在名牌大店外,多一點選擇。…Read More

幫襯「大煲皇」已經有8、9年。直至搬到新鋪,繼續支持,自有其獨特之處。新鋪在原店隔兩個鋪位,好易搵。新鋪整體比較寬闊、有「卡位」適合2-4人聚會。洗手間亦比以前整潔。當年鍾意左呢度係因為「天仙配」:一條細活魚刺身加火鍋湯底嘅組合300幾蚊。我亦喺呢度愛上左活魚刺身,分出左游水同冰鮮嘅分別。時移勢易雖然呢個組合已經無左,不過靈魂生猛海鮮刺身依然在。可能疫情關係,入貨較少。今晚點了一份油甘魚、一份象拔蚌、6 隻海蝦刺身。上菜時蝦頭仲郁郁下,證明好生猛。生猛劏出來係唔同滋味。象拔蚌好大份,肉質爽口「shok shok 聲」;油甘魚厚切夠口感。Size does matter。另一個主打,一份「頂級本地手切肥牛」。慣性點了大份,目測大概24、5 片。油脂分佈平均、肉味夠濃。原本細份唔夠食,依家我健身,肥牛只食一件。但係細份只係平幾十蚊,所以點大份打包都好。我自己就轉戰「手切滑牛肉」。健身減肥打邊爐,唔食得咁肥,但係又好想食牛肉,點算?健身頻道大神們教落,點餐牌最平的牛肉就得喇!通常最平即係最瘦。不過瘦唔代表唔好食。餐廳嘅滑牛唔知點正,肉如其名好滑。由於油脂少,肉質的口感更突出,咬落有勁啖啖肉。我一個人隊晒一整碟!湯底係打邊爐嘅靈魂。今日比較簡單麻辣拼香茜皮蛋。正常、唔會死鹹。清湯用來碌菜最啱。因為菜好吸油,健康打邊爐,應該先煮好一堆菜,以免湯底油淋淋時啲菜吸油。先食菜打個底可避免食過量肉;食一啖肉,就食一啖菜,咁就比較快有飽腹感。我地一般如果開一條魚,都會叫老闆加錢炸埋魚骨,因為呢度啲炸嘢係神奇地好出色。今日係叫一份魚,老闆都話包一份炸嘢俾我地,蝦頭亦可以一齊炸埋。上菜包括幾塊炸油甘魚。有啲似tempura 薄漿炸法。好奇妙地油甘魚係非常爽口,口感好似門鱔咁爽!我都破晒戒食到停唔到口。強力推介。下次一定要再試。幫襯左咁耐,老闆唔收開瓶費,又提供冰桶。唔該晒。不過呢度酒杯就係一般厚身茶樓玻璃杯。都係自己帶酒杯啱飲啲。刺身火鍋配 Sake,正~今晚真係食左好多野好滿足,價錢又合理。有生猛刺身,有好味火鍋,會繼續幫襯。…Read More

終於 book 到「六公館」。原本對這些新派中餐並唔係太感興趣(好難計卡路里),不過環境真係太靚。點都要一試。位於海港城最最最盡頭,可以想像海景一定無敵。親身來到,3面環海的景觀,非常震撼。裝修、擺設好精緻。座位非常舒適。好貼心地將座位面向中環景色。這裏水一支 $98。不喜歡的話開一位茶 $28。非常合理。沒有叫套餐,散叫比較啱心水。點完菜,面對如此景色,化身遊客四處影相😂。店員非常友善,主動幫忙影相。值得一提,室內非常黑,店員會配備大型的 LED 燈幫忙打燈影相,影出來特別靚。八味金磚豆腐 - 即係椒鹽豆腐。唔油膩、唔太鹹、皮脆心嫩。讚。日本金柚脆皮手撕雞 - 皮真係脆。好似去飲宴嘅炸子雞。肉質就無乜雞味。 不過配合青瓜、柚子,算幾清新。酸辣湯 - 實話實說,好離譜。有一層幾毫米嘅油。味道係⋯⋯ ok 嘅,但係口感油膩到不得了。我飲左一啖投降。鮮柚子雪場蟹腳 - 不過不失,配搭得唔錯,份量有一整條蟹腳拆肉,可惜蟹味唔濃,係咪唔係season?濃雞湯浸菜苗 - 非常出色。雞湯真的好濃郁,陪襯清清地嘅菠菜苗,食落非常舒服。黑豚叉燒松露撈粗生麵 - 松露醬味道濃烈,叉燒份量不多,撈麵彈牙有咬口。食第一兩啖好興奮,不過之後都係覺得重口味啲。我要用茶沖一沖先食。 無帶酒來,只點了一杯house wine 意思意思。整體來講非常滿意。埋單兩位 $1600。有海港城 coupon 減$500。以食物質素及環境來講合理~ 等疫情好轉後可以再多啲人來 encore。…Read More

公司附近比較 decent 嘅食肆已經試得七七八八,尤其西餐,唔係好多選擇。偶爾 check openrice,見到呢間工廈樓上舖,賣法國菜,咁要試下啦。小店格局,簡約整潔。不過Open kitchen,難免成身油煙味。坐低睇吓menu,都ok 多選擇。選好出去落order 同比錢先。所有餐都跟沙律。唔錯啦。加$10 有餐湯。是日餐湯係蘑菇湯,可惜唔係好夠熱。幾貼心地,可以自取免費的凍水果茶。不貼心地,好鬼甜!希望店長可憐下我地呢啲減肥人士,考慮吓提供無糖版本,再放支糖漿喺旁邊,咪可以自由落幾甜都得囉~ (好在都有普通水提供)牛扒係封門柳(hanger steak),係比較瘦嘅部位,但肉味非常濃郁,一隻牛只有兩細條。另外。同店員講希望改薯條做薯蓉,都ok。食完覺得真係好ok,其實呢間店本身係賣食材嘅,所以我都訂左兩條封門柳返屋企再食。佢地亦會幫客人先慢煮。幾好服務~…Read More

小朋友搵學校的事情告一段落,打完「最後大佬」,只等結果掲曉。當晚終於有心情食翻餐正嘢!話說之前去過西貢米芝蓮餐館「勝記」,驚為天人,不過價錢又真係唔平。最近聯絡返,原來勝記的部份班底,在市區自組了新海鮮酒家,又咁啱屋企附近,一定要試下啦。廢話不多說,直接吃下去。招牌之一:椒鹽鮑魚。同「勝記」相比,型神區在。椒鹽惹味但唔會蓋住鮑魚鮮味。另一招牌:本地龍蝦(煎米粉底)。一般係芝士龍蝦,今次上了豉汁,都係好味嘅。本地龍蝦爽口,淡淡肉,同波士頓龍蝦完全唔同食法。米粉底吸收了精華,好容易食到唔停口。前菜藍莓鮮淮山、冰燒三層肉、椒鹽魷魚鬚。高水準,特別係鮮淮山,可以清下味蕾。豉汁蟶子。今晚亮點之一。好入味、彈牙、完全無沙!蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝。正常。菠蘿咕咾肉。有驚喜,肥瘦適中、皮脆肉嫩。另外加了個上湯菜心。出奇地清甜。經理李先生好好招呼。免開瓶費。值得一提本店提供的酒杯非常不錯!作為屋村商場內的海鮮酒家,裝修、格調始終比較普通。但價錢亦相對親民。有別於西貢各大海鮮酒家的做法,這裡的海鮮就一個價錢,不會分開收海鮮、油料費,更容易預算。4大2細,埋單2000蚊,以新鮮海鮮來講好合理。加上夠就腳,可以行上山返屋企,下次再 encore~ …Read More

塵埃落定。我公佈了我離開公司的事情。今日亦開左一個領導層大會,部門改組的事情亦明朗化,我地 3個管理層,又一次揸車去又一城搵食。今次目標係上次搵唔到嘅「穴藏」。停車場可以直接搭𨋢上到UG。其實原來好易搵。對比起上次去錯的「千両」,裝修各有特色,都算係大氣舒適。穴藏比較光猛啲。穴藏menu 選擇明顯較多,價位亦浮動好大。我最後都係健康地選了特上壽司。有沙律小食。味增湯。以呢個格局的日本餐廳來講好普通。大概一般包裝沖水嘅水準。日式蒸蛋就幾出色。比較濃厚,蛋味與鮮味都足夠。主菜壽司。有 8 件壽司、1件玉子、3 件小卷。夠晒飽(同事點了更高級$298的「極上壽司霜燒御膳」則只有10件壽司)。穴子(鰻魚)係招牌菜,係有一整條鰻魚,好滿足,鰻魚汁唔算多,可以食番鰻魚原味亦較健康。讚。其他壽司都高質。老闆點了$188的「美國產照燒牛扒御膳」都好靚。呢餐我請啦。埋單 $763。好滿足~ 返去就要收拾心情準備做好餘下3個月嘅工作喇。…Read More

公司的大地震塵埃落定,我地3個倖存嘅管理層,去打番個邊爐先。呢度係公司附近,我嘅御用team gathering 地方。一路以來都好支持。依家飲食好難做,佢又推出任食邊爐,仲可以任飲,啱晒我地慢慢傾心事。4人有一隻雞、一條魚;2-3 人都只有半隻、半條,有啲可惜。湯底我地選了鴛鴦。其他湯底不能雙拼,另外鴛鴦湯底同廣告不同,其實係沙爹拼清湯。而且無得加湯只能加滾水,呢點有小小失色。沙巴龍躉夠魚味又唔鞋。走地雞多肉,不過無乜味。合格啦。海鮮拼盤份量幾夠。望落幾靚。蟶子、蝦都好新鮮。其他就一般。任點的係普通美國肥牛,好多肥膏。但係對我來講好正,因為肥瘦分明,我好輕易咁煎走肥膏食瘦肉。其他餃、丸、菜都係任點,質素一般但係一定夠飽。無限任飲啤酒汽水,都多選擇(可惜冇無糖飲料),啤酒係生力(唔係藍冰獅威)都ok 啦。最主要係任飲。自帶了「銀河鐵道」清酒。產量非常有限,所以都難得飲到。特色係要-18度冷凍,倒出來有冰花。好正。由於本身係任飲,自帶酒水都免開瓶費啦。3個麻甩佬,飲飽食醉,7點傾到10點幾。全場只有3數檯,真係難做。埋單再送 coupon。打算下星期再來過!…Read More

疫情期間多左喺屋企食飯,日日都係果幾味,偶爾都想加吓餸。睇過介紹,今日試下「泰屋」。位處於食肆林立的彌敦道726號。7點左右人流不算多。出𨋢已經見到不少泰式擺設,都幾有心思。店面不大,環境走簡潔光猛路線。點了3樣餸,店員都細心提醒蒸魚製作需時,要耐心等待。今日唔忙,都無咩所謂。我話想落去等,店員都有提出搞掂打比我。20分鐘後完成,兩袋食物準備就緒。第一味泰式生蝦。有用冰鎮。返到屋企食都仲新鮮爽口。附送的醬汁不算太辣。第二味泰式海南雞半隻。雞味唔算好突出,同埋只係跟港式薑蓉。不過份量好足,幾大隻幾好肉。冬蔭公盲曹。分兩個盒先裝得晒,另有一碗冬蔭公湯。放番落隻碟都幾靚仔。我點了小辣,魚味比較突出。盲曹特點骨肉分明,啖啖肉。呢個煮法唔會腥,成條食晒。湯份量好多,我地分開飲都得。個湯好夠味,好刺激!400幾蚊,好過自己煮。唔錯~…Read More
