以前韓宮喺正黃埔站A出口,我周不時都會帶朋友過嚟食,個個都食得好開心。之後佢個舖位變咗韓國食品超市,餐廳變咗側邊嘅小食店,我都有幫襯咗幾次。雖然都好食,但係賣嘅都係飯卷、年糕、炸雞嗰d,食唔到大廚手勢,都幾可惜。今日心血來潮想食韓國嘢,偶然喺OpenRice見到韓宮喺隔離街開返,即刻去試下。新舖位置喺原舖斜對面,都係好近港鐵站同埋各個巴士站。舖位比以前細d,但係環境好舒服,有種去咗朋友屋企嘅感覺:店員亦都好親切,有講韓文、講英文,亦都有講廣東話嘅,大家唔使擔心語言問題。晚市餐牌大部分都係預你share,唔想食咁多嘅話,都可以叫冷麵、伴飯嗰d。雖然我得一個人,不過既然特登嚟到,都想試多d,最後叫咗牛骨湯 ($128) 同埋紫蘇炸雞 (S) ($158)。店員送上前菜4小碟 (菜、薯仔、泡菜、辣魚乾),不另收費:牛骨湯上檯嗰陣仲係滾,一路卜卜卜咁:入面有三大舊牛骨,而且有好多肉,肉好軟冧,個湯清得嚟入味,好食。本來想叫碗白飯,不過湯入面有粉絲、蘿蔔,一個人食其實都好夠。紫蘇炸雞,我叫嘅係S細份,嚟到有十幾舊,比想像中多:附上嘅除咗黃芥辣醬、韓式辣醬、醃蘿蔔,仲有支旗仔寫住 “We Love U”,添多一份温馨。呢碟炸雞係外面炸得好脆口嗰隻,唔係蜜糖牛油炸雞、甜辣炸雞嗰類,不過都好食,入面啖啖肉得嚟好嫩滑。我6點幾到,7點幾已經坐滿。有幾檯有訂位,同埋有幾檯係韓國人,氣氛都好好。見佢咁多客都開心,我都乖乖埋單,打包咗半碟炸雞同一舊牛骨,讓返個位出嚟。下次會帶多d人嚟試下佢個豬手!我都好耐冇寫食評,不過見佢新開未有食評,而且佢係好食、好坐,我就寫返個嚟介紹俾大家,希望佢客似雲來、長做長有。新張期內免加一,只收現金(QR code落單,總數會計埋加一,不過店員會幫你扣返)(只供參考,唔知新張期去到幾時㗎)…Read More

曾經喺佢間Chez Patrick Deli食過,好有驚喜,所以一直都好想試呢間,今次就趁Restaurant Week同個朋友去食午餐!聞說法國人如果邀請你去佢屋企食飯,最好遲返個15-20分鐘等佢夠時間準備 (準時係唔禮貌嘅表現!),不過餐廳應該例外嘅 ~ 同埋我哋驚盪失路,所以都預早咗去。我哋喺鏞記嗰邊行上去,行到去荷里活道都搵唔到 ... 後尾發現原來結志街係一條斜斜地嘅細街,街口有間7-11,喺中環街市直行上山就見到!7-11隔離就係大廈入口 (喺正蘭芳園對面),搭個𨋢就到。因為係Restaurant Week,會有個指定menu,頭盤、主菜、甜品/芝士各3選1。我同個朋友全部都係share,而佢全部都係一碟2份 or 4份,啱啱好。首先上嘅係麵包,個包仲冒緊煙!(幅相都睇到有少少!) 不過麵包香就爭少少,未到好好食。大廚Patrick全日鎮守廚房,趁我哋未開餐就出嚟同我哋打聲招呼,同埋呢度地方唔大,我諗只可以坐到20-30人,好有私房菜嘅感覺!頭盤 Poached and marinated eggplant with soya sauce, romaine lettuce chiffonade,簡單嚟講就係醃矮瓜,睇落個樣有d似魚香茄子!味道就梗係唔似啦,比較似日式嘅漬物,係冷盤嚟嘅。呢個清清地,做沙律唔錯。第二個頭盤 Crab meat chunks on chilled green pea soup,呢個好好味!!凡係有蟹肉做頭盤嘅都好味㗎喇,不過佢下面個凍青豆湯,完全冇青豆嘅草青味,而且同個蟹好夾,令到個蟹肉好鮮甜!食到停唔到,差d食埋我朋友嗰份!食呢個午餐,一路食就一路諗「點解可以做到」,不過就算俾我知道,都唔會做到咁好食。大廚出品,確係唔同!主菜 Munster cheese and cumin tartine - with potato gratin and baby vegetables,一見到有gratin就叫咗呢個,冇留意其他係咩嚟,所以一上碟覺得有d攪笑,係有4塊上面有芝士嘅麵包 。呢個其實似頭盤 / 小食多d,如果自己食哂成碟可能有d「漏」。Munster cheese雖然係用牛奶做,但係個味都幾強,食落似羊奶芝士。個包就係淋淋地嘅,我自己麻麻地。Potato gratin可以理解為忌廉芝士焗薯,呢個真係好正,比例啱啱好,食落唔會覺得膩,呢一細舊實在唔夠喉!(唔好意思切咗啖先記得影相)另一個主菜 Grilled tuna fillet on fennel branches - with anchovy and caper butter,嘩,呢個真係一試難忘,食咗一啖頓時語塞,朋友問我意見我都講唔出口,只可以話係「完美」!平時食吞拿魚,一係就刺身淋pat pat,一係就煙燻到靭靭地,而佢係出面有d似煙燻,入面就好軟熟,但係唔鬆散;溫度、份量、調味、口感,所有嘢都控制到啱啱好;叉出嚟一睇,仲有住如完美牛扒嘅顏色!當然,睇我講係冇用,自己去試下最實際!不過我朋友食完,都覺得「完美」呢個字係冇講錯!吞拿魚下面係couscous小麥米,都好食,同加咗d飽肚感。甜品 Hazelnut iced nougat, rasberry coulis,個樣好得意,好似一大舊鳥結糖咁。鳥結糖嘅味,但有如雪糕嘅口感,而且入口即溶!係一個好有趣又好清新嘅甜品。仲有個甜品 Banana flambée with rum,flambée係法文,意同flamed,即係落d酒再燒一燒。呢個都好味,重酒味,唔會超級甜 (呢隻甜品本身都幾甜,有d人會整到好甜),不過冇頭先嗰個nougat咁特別。另外可以加$108要杯酒,我哋就冇加喇,飲水就好,不另收費。上餐速度都幾快,一個鐘之內就食哂。一個3-course lunch set只係$198加一,Chef Patrick都唔會交行貨,碟碟用心製作,我完全覺得佢係蝕俾我哋。當然Restaurant Week係一個promotion (...而好多餐廳都會將貨就價),平日幾錢我就唔知喇,但係真係貴一貴都值得!臨走Patrick煮緊嘢都笑住同我哋講bye bye,梗係即時俾個thumbs up佢啦!一定會再嚟!…Read More

一排冇嚟APM,啱啱先知開咗茶木,見就嚟2pm又唔使等好耐位,就去食下。座位都幾闊落,亦都好似冇限時 (坐咗個幾鐘),好啱傾計,有返d café feel,唔似某d分店咁又嘈又迫。午餐有前菜、主菜、麵食同嘢飲,$66抵喎。先嚟嘢飲,友人杯黑糖珍珠奶茶雖然要加$9,不過都大過我杯台式酸梅冰好多下,所以唔算貴。酸梅冰好飲,睇落雖然細杯d,其實都夠飲。我叫咗魚湯浸時蔬 + 鮮芒果鱸魚柳 + 紅燒牛肉麵,碗牛肉麵的的式式咁幾得意。友人就叫咗魚湯浸時蔬 + 古早地瓜三杯雞 + 古早肉燥手作麵。個時蔬唔錯,魚湯夠味,係個色暗咗d,唔係幾養眼。同埋我覺得個湯有d腥,友人就覺得ok。鱸魚柳,冇諗過係炸嘅,不過幾好食,兩大舊有好多肉。個芒果醬都正,甜甜地好開胃。牛肉麵都好味,雖然得一舊牛肉,但佢勝在夠厚,而且加埋個主菜,個餐都夠肉㗎喇。係個湯油咗少少。友人碟雞都係炸過嚟,夾咗舊試,味道正常,不過全部都係雞翼斬半。呢個環境 + 份量 + 食物質素,APM嚟講算抵食,幾有驚喜,會再嚟!…Read More

友人生日想請佢食餐飯,朋友介紹咗呢度,就嚟試下。搭扶手電梯上2樓嗰陣已經隱約見到間餐廳名,但係上到去又見唔到,一擰轉頭心入面就嘩咗聲,因為呢個商場都係開揚café類 / 連鎖店多,唯獨佢呢間,睇門面已經feel到有霸氣!個裝修係幾靚,我特別欣賞佢店入面用瓷片 (打碎嘅碗?) 砌嘅服裝掛畫,乍看好似幅幅一樣,但細看就發覺每幅都有d唔同,幾有心思。食晏時間都幾多人,同隔離檯都幾近。一坐低先食個前菜,栗子同花生一齊醃,食栗子會食到少少花生味,反之亦然,而且醃得幾淋,唔使點咬,好啱做前菜。個茶都好飲,茶壺有格調。(我遲咗到,所以唔知係咩茶)先上「李白醉雞」($78),我自己跟過師傅斬雞,知道一d都唔容易,所以好欣賞佢可以擺得咁靚!好香酒味,雞又滑,唔錯唔錯。好快就上埋「皇朝擔擔拉麵」($58),餐牌上佢係有隻辣椒icon,而佢都真係幾辣,唔食辣嘅朋友可能要叫其他嘢喇 ~ 不過呢個好味!麵幾彈牙,而且湯入面仲有d醬料,令個味更豐富。「皇朝話梅骨」($88),上碟嗰陣見d肉堆埋哂喺隻碟嘅角落 (係靚嘅),以為份量唔係好多,點知食到我哋兩個飽哂都仲未食完 ...介紹我哋嚟嘅朋友話呢個好正,但d骨多,我呢次食就覺得還好,算正常。但係真係好食,肥瘦適中,d肉入味得嚟唔會受哂話梅嘅酸。不過其實睇佢個汁咁樣啱啱掛住d肉,晶瑩剔透、不多不少,就知師傅好功架,所以唔好食先出奇!小籠包 (原味6件 $58),個樣比其他餐廳嘅塌咗少少,食落皮夠薄、湯味鮮,但係好似友人話齋,d肉好似少咗d,雖然咁樣係易入口咗,咬完個皮就唔使再點費勁食個肉,成個小籠包嘅整體感強d;不過就冇乜特別印象。酒釀丸子 ($32),喺香港嚟講呢個算酒味比較出,不過係第一下好,再下一瞬間就冇咗,就好似潮來潮去咁,留唔住d味 ... 始終都唔夠上海嘅好食 (喺上海老吉士食過,已成終身美好回憶)呢幅相係友人親自操刀,係咪即刻靚咗好多呢 ~ 就算唔用filter都好靚!張單加小食 ($15) 、茶芥 (每位$7) 同加一,埋單$377,食lunch嚟講當然唔平,不過食得好滿足!就好似我同友人 (同埋介紹嘅朋友自己) 都話,「冇介紹錯」!…Read More

本身食開隔離間Bel Cibo,今日心血來潮想去,不過撞正佢裝修,就過嚟試下 ~叫咗今日廚師推介 - 羊肩 (lunch set $88)。先上呢個菠菜薯仔湯同餐包,個湯雖然賣相麻麻,但飲落幾好味!個包本身有番茄味,熱熱地,口感都唔錯,唔會太靭或者太鬆,大小都適中。附上嘅應該係溝咗乾番茄嘅牛油,呢個就麻麻地,冇乜味。到主菜,羊肩通常都整到好淋好入味,但係呢個都幾靭,同埋個醬鹹咗d。其實真係有d失望,開頭印象幾好,本身想俾個笑笑佢!但係食咗幾舊都係咁,就真係俾唔到喇 ... 加上佢把刀咁樣隊住我咁擺,刀柄又"high"咗d醬,感覺真係差咗d。知道生日嚟呢度會有驚喜,等上菜嘅時候環顧四周,見好幾個地方都寫住「生日大Q哂」,如果生日嚟都應該真係幾開心。價錢喺呢區嚟講唔算平,不過都可以嘅 (有d平d嘅set),服務唔錯但唔使加一 ~…Read More

喺呢頭做嘢,附近d餐廳都試得七七八八,呢間上次食豆花米線覺得唔錯,今次就帶埋朋友再戰。 呢度d餐牌好簡潔,得個餸名,好多都唔知係咩嚟,好在店員都好親切同耐心咁解釋。我就喺佢推介之下叫左個「昆明小窩米線」($38),有肥腸、肥豬肉、炸醬、酸菜同鹵蛋,成個窩仔上。店員話呢個係直接喺個窩度煮,所以會比其他米線入味d。少少辣,如果想唔辣可以走炸醬同酸菜,不過咁樣可能就咁叫碗米線再揀餸會好d ~ 味道ok,都幾多料兩位友人都叫咗「德勝豆花米線」($29) + 水餃兩隻 ($8)。呢個其實係撈米線而唔係湯米線,上面有d豆腐花,同d醬撈勻哂好惹味,友人話有埋花生就更正喇!$29係幾抵食,係食到底會有d油膩。水餃係鋪頭自己包,不過友人就話個餡麻麻地好食。涼拌雲耳 ($26),辣味唔出,但係酸酸地幾開胃。雲南乳餅 ($58/6件),係用羊奶做,但係食落似水牛芝士,我嫌唔夠羊味,但友人食咗一啖就頂唔順 ... 對比呢個,我就鍾意觀塘「雲南風味」羊乳扇多d喇,嗰個羊味就好夠,同埋薄脆香口。(P.S. 嗰間都有羊乳餅,我都食過,都係覺得麻麻地,呢間可能仲好食d)友人話有d貴,但我覺得特色小食嚟講算係咁啦,功夫都喺返到!嘢飲就好抵,+$2熱飲 / +$4凍飲,都幾大杯。 整體嚟講我覺得都唔錯,係一間幾有風味同特色嘅小店 …Read More

小姓趙,有時行過老趙,朋友都會講笑問係咪你開,不過佢哋個個都話又貴又難食,拉住我唔俾去。但係可能同姓三分親,成日都心郁郁想試,今日就趁一支公去試下。入面人頭湧湧,不過細心d睇,見有好幾個人,眼神因肚餓而帶空洞,又因趕時間而顯焦慮;坐低,我對面嗰個等到吽咗,隔離檯嗰個等到躁咗 ... 咁嘅情況,唯有叫碗睇落最簡單嘅生牛肉河粉,好在都唔使點等。食落其實ok,牛肉份量唔少,有4、5大片,湯都夠味,唔會太淡。而最得我心嘅係嗰大舊蘿蔔,索哂d湯汁,好淋好入味。綜合嚟講,都係一碗合格嘅生牛肉河。見隔離檯有問店員攞配料 (一碟仔青檸、辣椒等),不過我見佢哋忙到就嚟趴喺到,同埋都食咗大半,就冇問喇。價錢嚟講就真係唔平,呢碗粉係午餐,$52+$3凍檸茶,呢個價錢喺呢頭可以食得好豐富㗎喇,不過食物 (淨係就呢碗牛河而論) 都ok嘅,有機會可能會再嚟試下第二d嘢!…Read More

我好鍾意食crêpe,呢間已經嚟過3、4次,每次都好滿足。近幾日同朋友想揾d café類嘅嘢食,我就推薦咗呢間。今次嚟成個menu都唔同咗,多咗starter、pasta等等,galette / crêpe嘅摺法都唔同咗,但食物同味道依然保持高水準,友人亦大讚樣樣都好好味!價錢好似比以前貴咗d,但以份量同環境嚟講都可以接受,而且唔使加一,算係咁。Brittany apple juice "Kerne" ($40 / cup),之前飲過,印象中幾好味,不過今次飲覺得個味有少少複雜,唔似平時飲開嘅純蘋果汁,整體嚟講都ok。呢度嘅cup其實係冇耳仔嘅碗,諗起Le Pain Quotidien都係用碗飲咖啡,唔知係咪歐洲傳統呢 ~Coconut water & pineapple drink ($40),飲咗一啖試味,個配搭都幾特別。Lobster pasta (sorry唔記得咗幾錢),呢個唔錯,食落唔會油膩,龍𧎚肉都唔少,又大舊,夠滋味。La Marin - galette ($152),有帶子、煙肉、菇同白酒汁,我個人覺得鹹咗少少,不過朋友覺得好啱胃口。而個帶子真係整得啱啱好,又大舊,一份有三大粒,我哋有三個人啱哂。La Moussaillon - galette ($152),有蟹肉、虎蝦、芒果同蘆筍,每樣都有3件,每人可以捲埋一份俾自己 ~呢個我好鍾意,蟹肉有鮮味得嚟唔會太搶,同galette一齊食啱啱好!順帶一提,galette同crêpe唔同,係用蕎麥做,食落都幾飽肚,如果第一次食可能有d唔慣,不過食食下就覺得唔錯,同唔甜嘅熱食都幾配。同埋喺香港應該唔多地方有得食,都係一個特色食品!Galette同crêpe依家都變咗三角形,睇落去size好似細過以前,不過其實佢只係摺埋咗,我自己會攤返開嚟食,薄薄地咁好似容易入口d。嚟到梗係要食返個crêpe,見隔離檯個crêpe有火焰效果又想叫返個,就叫咗個la jamaicaine ($108),有提子乾、海鹽牛油焦糖醬、朱古力醬、焦糖香蕉同咖啡雪糕,當然仲有火焰冧酒。淨係個crêpe都已經齒頰留香,其他配料都好ok,不過應該因爲d酒,個crêpe面會有d苦,但可接受。呢度都有唔少外國人嚟,氣氛都唔錯,大家都係嚟enjoy the night,輕輕鬆鬆,食好嘢、傾下計咁。不過店員好似成日𥄫住有冇碟收,好似我哋碟pasta未食完 (忙住食其他嘢),同一個人就喺幾分鐘內問咗我兩次收唔收 ... 本來驚佢出面有人等緊,但其實有吉檯,所以呢樣嘢掃咗少少興。除此之外所有嘢都好ok!…Read More

第一次嚟完全係誤打誤撞,純粹想搵個地方醫下肚。但係一食到個上海雲吞,即刻想好似肥姐咁大嗌「好好味呀~!」呀媽都話,好多年冇食過咁好食嘅水餃!今次已經係第三次嚟,兩個人叫咗三人份,諗住試多d。淨上海雲吞 + 淨西洋菜餃 (各$26)最鍾意佢個皮,滑得嚟又厚薄適中,一擺落口就忍唔住滑咗落肚!吞咗幾隻先諗起,應該慢慢試真佢個味,食食下竟然發現自己嘴角上揚 ... 係幸福嘅味道!(我都覺得自己有d誇張,不過係真心!)我本身唔特別好餃呢樣嘢,喺第二度從來唔會叫淨餃,不過今晚一人八粒都冇難度!兩隻餃都好食,不過我覺得上海雲吞略勝一籌。鮮滑牛肉粥 ($35) - 諗住試埋呢度嘅粥,都唔錯,不過冇特別感覺。蒸蘿蔔糕 ($15) - 之前食過煎嘅,呢個蒸嘅都好食,好滑!蝦米腸 ($12) - 次次嚟都有叫,好食,亦都係好滑。d醬擺哂喺檯,可以自己加。加咗兩碟菜 (跟水餃各$7),都ok。餐廳入面大部分都係大圓檯,幾有住家feel。 如果人多,店員都會好好禮貌咁請d食客坐過少少;可能因為咁,所以每次嚟都唔使等位!(雖然我唔係 peak hours 嚟)一定會再嚟!…Read More

自從之前上網睇過「旺角咖喱」老闆嘅訪問,知道佢好努力,就一直都想過嚟試下佢成果,不過身邊朋友麻麻地印度嘢,一個人又食唔到幾多,今日終於揾到人一齊嚟試下!佢有套餐,不過我哋想叫下其他嘢,就散嗌咗五樣:先上呢碟 印度薯仔沙律 Aloo Chat,味道ok,不過咁細碟真係貴咗d ...個脆薄餅 Papad ($11) 就唔錯。薄荷菜烤餅 Pudina Paratha ($27) 呢個我真係接受唔到,點解咁燶都可以上碟!?淨係食到燶味食唔到任何味 ... 就係佢令我即刻寫咗呢篇食評!見到已經覺得唔對路:一反開 ...雜果黃飯 Kashmiri Pullao Rice ($61),有椰絲、椰果、菠蘿等等,味道可以,不過未去到好食。白汁燴雞 Chicken Korma ($92),我本身好鍾意食呢個Korma,但係佢同我嘅想像有一段距離,唔係食開嗰隻少少甜、好creamy嗰種,味道同口感似普通咖喱雞。不過雞都幾多。微辣。呢度形式似茶餐廳,冇特別serve你,不過你遞手都會應你,同埋店員可用廣東話溝通,服務可以。感覺今日老闆唔喺到,唔知係咪因為咁,所以食物質素咁樣 ... 不過對我嚟講係一個謎,因為應該都唔會再嚟!…Read More
