知道尖沙咀開左間新既火鍋店,有和牛食,又有我最鍾意既花膠湯底,當然即刻約埋老公嚟試試。叫左個招牌花膠響螺雞金鍋,侍應叫我地先試下個湯,點知一飲就上癮了,非常清甜既雞湯,最緊要係唔會太咸,又冇好重味精味,湯底仲好多花膠,飲完即刻又想飲!湯底配左一碟雞,俾我地自己落,呢個安排好貼心,唔會令到個湯太多油。啲雞肉肉質亦比一般既滑,簡單咁沾少少醬汁已經好好食。重頭戲當然係呢度既和牛。我叫左一碟A5熊本黑毛和牛西冷同一碟A5熊本黑毛和牛沙巴當,前者冇咁肥,比較有肉味;後者脂肪似雪花一樣,入口即化,食一塊係天堂既享受,食多一塊我就有啲膩了,所以更喜歡西冷既肥瘦適中。另外亦要左一碟佐賀名水豚梅花肉,入口帶少少爽勁,又唔錯喎!海鮮方面要左沙白大蜆同日本帆立貝,大力推介要試帆立貝,大大粒而且入口好鮮嫩!另外亦叫左手打孖寶丸,有海蝦丸同墨丸,水準正常,比起其他食物就冇太特別。食左咁多肉類,最後當然要食返啲蔬菜,估唔到$48既蔬菜拼盤既量係咁多,而且啲菜仲好新鮮,抵!最後一提呢度仲有小食同埋唔同種類既酒精飲品,鍾意飲返兩杯既人就啱哂啦!不過非酒精飲品類既選擇就比較少同普通。…Read More

深水埗原來有間新派餃子店,餃子款式非常多,除左一般既白菜餃、韮菜餃,仲有和牛餃、松露雞肉餃等,夠哂特別!而且湯底選擇頗多,有豆乳豚骨湯,雞湯同花膠雞湯。我叫左白菜餃配花膠雞湯。白菜餃皮非常薄而且口感好滑,咬落亦唔會太淋,做得唔錯,餡料方面白菜同豬肉既比例適中,入口仲會感覺到豬肉既存肉,有淡淡既肉香,整體我好鍾意!配埋菜莆或者蝦醬同食就更惹味。花膠雞湯第一樣要讚係好夠熱!呢點聽落好普通但唔係間間店都做到。而且感覺到膠質好重,雞味亦好濃,相當足料,如果可以少油啲就更好。我呢個餐有埋涼菜,我揀左麻醬蓮藕,爽爽脆脆都幾開胃。男朋友叫左和牛餃配豆乳豚骨湯,我試左少少,可能冇混合菜既關係,和牛餃比較膩,豚骨湯有淡淡香味,豆乳既感覺唔重。另外我地仲叫左個秘製醬脆手撕雞,青瓜絲、雞絲、藕片,撈埋少少既芝麻醬,簡單又好食。套餐仲有唔少飲品選擇,黑豆豆漿同竹蓆茅根都唔錯。新派餃子暫時係香港未係好流行,我相信如果餐廳focus 係個湯底,將佢做得更加好,應該可以殺出一條血路,始終香港人都鍾意飲啖靚湯!…Read More

冇得去旅行,真係好掛住日本既野食,唯有系香港食下日本野止住癮先啦😭呢日嚟到銅鑼灣食燒肉放題,有A5黑毛和牛任食,認真好期待!首先有個刺身拼盤,甜蝦唔錯,其他就一般。跟住有個海鮮拼盤,有蠔、鮑魚、蝦、扇貝仲有甲羅燒。最鍾意系甲羅燒,滿滿既蟹膏蟹肉撈埋蛋漿,系幸福既感覺!跟住當然系重頭戲-A5黑毛和牛!和牛有一定既厚度,唔會太薄,A5級數既食落雖然未至於入口即融,但油脂香好重,咬幾口就化開。A4既油香冇咁重冇咁膩,肉味濃啲。我比較鍾意A5,男朋友就話鍾意A4。但系呢個質素可以任食,抵!除左燒肉之外,都有唔少其他種類既野食,例如壽司、沙律、炸物、蔬菜類等。試左幾件壽司,小小一件好可愛,而且味道又唔錯喎!冷烏冬都好煙韌!不過我地唔敢食太多,都系主攻返燒肉🤤最後甜品竟然系Movenpick雪糕,我既最愛呀!食完超滿足,不過都有啲膩,唔系食肉獸既我應該幾個月都唔想食燒肉啦😆…Read More

疫情底下來到The Grill Room,就希望在這寧靜的room裏,可以脫下口罩,稍為放鬆一下。柔和的燈光下看看餐牌,選擇沒有多得讓人眼花撩亂,各類別都有,足夠了。前菜方面,選了巴馬火腿配温泉蛋黑松露露筍沙律,沙律擺盤簡單卻帶心思,以火腿卷着温泉蛋,讓蛋液完整地保留在火腿之中。咸香油潤的火腿,沾上香滑的蛋液,還有爽脆的露筍,和黑松露香的點綴,美味得難以言喻。主菜方面,選了香草燒羊架配烤蔬菜。那微焦的外表、內裏粉嫩的顏色,不用多說也知道師傅的功力。吃下去有羊的鮮味,卻沒有過分的羶腥,鬆軟嫩滑,沒有多餘的脂肪,是我吃過最好吃的羊架之一。更難得的是,配菜的烤蔬菜一點也不馬虎。外脆內軟的薯角、香甜的南瓜,也不容錯過。另一道主菜是香草鮮蠔芥末忌廉汁扁意粉。我很少吃忌廉汁意粉,不是不愛忌廉,而是不少餐廳把忌廉汁煮得稠得過分,大量的忌廉包裹着意粉,吃一口便膩。這裏的意粉卻沒有如此,忌廉沒有過稠,順滑而份量恰到好處。還點了一客黑松露薯蓉,看似普通但吃下卻不平凡,既滑溜又有薯仔的黏稠感,加上少許黑松露的香氣,一點都不馬虎。飲品方面選了Nutella milkshake,賣相漂亮之餘喝下去也非常Nutella! 香濃甜滑,但多喝會膩,兩人一吃喝就最好。總的來說,這裏無論前菜、主菜還是飲品都很令人驚艷,價格雖不便宜,但試過就知道值得,畢竟現在貴價但味道不佳的餐廳也太多了。…Read More

這大廈的食店我吃過幾家,質素都不錯,這晚重訪,便試試這家鐵板燒餐廳。餐廳是日式的裝潢,配上柔和的燈光,給人温暖的彷如置身家中的感覺。食物方面,餐廳設計了不同價格的套餐,似乎沒有單點,有選擇困難症的人如我,如此的安排更合意。鐵板燒就該如此!先來的是青蘋果野菜沙律,新鮮的沙律菜,配上爽口微酸的青蘋果、少許粟米脆片,再混合不多不少的醬汁,簡單又開胃。接下來是海膽黑松露溏心蛋,賣相非常精緻,嫩滑的蛋白和流心蛋液,伴上香軟的海膽,還有畫龍點睛的黑松露醬,實在太美味。香煎日本蠔看上去已經夠香口惹味,有大量的蝦米、煙肉和乾葱蒜,香氣四溢,吃下去簡直驚喜。蠔肉肥美,很creamy,一點腥味都沒有,加上極好的調味,我吃得欲罷不能。驚喜一浪接一浪!車海老配海膽醬上桌時把我嚇呆。沒有想到這蝦會那麼大隻,而且爽口彈牙,鮮味無比!再來另一道主菜-澳洲牛柳伴香煎野菜。牛柳鬆軟可口,南瓜和香菇既淋又甜,簡單好吃。汁物是白酒煮蜆。蜆的size不算很大,但湯鮮甜得很,不錯。然後是白飯魚苗薑粒炒飯。這個倒有點失望,感覺沒有鑊氣和油潤感,味道亦淡。甜品是簡單的抹茶雪糕,茶味濃點滑點就好。最後一提,這裏的上菜速度頗慢,適合和朋友來吃上幾個小時。…Read More

疫情底下出外吃飯格外小心,這晚來到慢煮工業,想不到客人不少,幸好不用搭枱,可以除下口罩,稍為放鬆一下。食物選擇頗多,單價不貴,選了幾道小吃、龍蝦,牛柳還有羊架及甜品,看似很多,但每道份量偏少,二人分吃其實剛好。先來的是mozzarella 芝士條,炸得香脆熱辣,一口咬下去,是咬不斷的芝士拉絲,讓人吃得過癮。下一道小吃是芝士流心蛋大啡菇,切下去蛋液澎湃地傾瀉而出,佈滿整個大啡菇,吃下去是濃濃的菇香,芝士味反而隱約。再來一道芝士菜式-芝士焗波士頓龍蝦!半邊的龍蝦其實份量很少,把蝦肉挑出來,是一口也能吃下。蝦肉亦沒有很彈牙很鮮,讓人有點失望。嚐嚐這裏的肉類如何?菲力牛扒是簡單的擺盤,亦簡單的以香草、蒜及牛油調味。切下去是七成的熟度,於我而言剛好,吃下去亦有牛味。最後一道的法式羊架上面醃料酥脆,沒有過重的羶味,頗香口,但沒有太大驚喜。慢煮,就要花時間慢慢等,慢慢吃。略帶一提,店裏的油煙頗重,吃久了眼有點刺痛,希望店舖會有改善,讓客人可以慢得舒適一點。…Read More

Moko的一田超市裏面,原來隱藏住一間吃石燒牛扒的餐廳!坐在bar枱的位置,看着師傅燒牛扒,別有一番風味。這裏的牛扒份量任君選擇,加$30便可轉為套餐,無限添加薯蓉、意粉、湯和沙律,可以吃個夠!我選了西冷和牛柳各200克,怎料份量也不少。熱烘烘的石板放上兩大塊牛扒,發出吱吱的燒烤的聲響。生熟隨你喜歡,喜歡吃熟一點的朋友可以任由牛扒放久一點。味道方面,西冷的牛味似乎濃一點,牛柳則入口更軟更滑,各有各好。值得一讚的是,兩款牛都沒有出現太多筋的情況,不會像吃橡皮筋。沙律是簡單的椰菜絲,配上芝麻醬,頗清新。薯蓉很軟滑,帶淡淡的黑椒香,我很喜歡。總的而言,這裏的石燒牛扒體驗很特別,沒有吃過的可以來試一下。…Read More
