環境:懷舊港式茶餐廳feel,紅色鐵椅、金屬圓枱!食物賣相:封門柳蘭王蛋煲仔飯牛肉片鋪滿滿,中間個橙紅蛋黃坐鎮,鍋邊已經見到金黃飯焦,賣相無得輸!味道:一開始有啲淡口,差啲以為中伏,可能因為蘭王蛋王溝淡咗?試下比次機會問侍應拎第二轉豉油→ 加完即刻提升晒成個飯既味道,飯底又有適量飯焦,唯一係牛肉片薄薄切,食到尾段略柴,否則完美!超級驚喜:店家突然送迷你菠蘿油,牛油厚到想喊!外脆內軟,一啖即刻同減肥講bye bye~…Read More

星期五晚, 想係旺角食飯而又冇訂枱的話, 等到喊是正常的!餐廳門口咁岩有商場設置既長櫈,等咗大約20分鐘後可以有個位坐一陣.餐牌選擇多,點了的菜亦好快上枱,唯餐廳間格比較迫,唔係卡位的話,都係櫈背貼櫈背咁坐.我們一行四人點了三個主菜,加咗$20轉做餐 (餐=餐湯+餐包+一般凍熱飲品)另加了一個凱撒沙律但,凱撒沙律的凱撒醬是没味的,食到底仲見到醬好似水咁稀。主菜:卡邦拿拉扁意粉偏淡味的,而且汁也明顯的稀牛柳粒紅飯牛柳粒好食,紅飯的茄汁又唔會話太多,係當晚最好食的一碟焗豬扒飯這個嘛,飯好硬啊!不是未煮熟的硬,而是將煮好的飯再焗後完全乾晒的硬,一粒粒的,黏牙得很!已經試著將啲茄汁撈埋啲飯食,都係太硬了!等了差不多一小時位,超級肚餓的,只可以是叫填飽肚,食物一般的~而且環境太嘈。全晚埋單:$350…Read More

大家還記得曾經,極之好呢間餐廳係旺角,差唔多每條街都有一間。係我心目中佢仲係香港第一間發明炒一丁同埋最好食既炒一丁餐廳!但唔知幾時開始,所有分店都唔見晒,仲要行到去金魚街先有一間細細地兩層既鋪。夜晚行旺角好少會行到呢個位置,一來花園街好早就收檔,二來鄙人没有養金魚。當日終於的起心肝行去食好耐冇食既炒一丁!一入到去,以往爽快大聲既男待應全部冇晒,連車仔麵都係阿姐煮理,樓面阿姐多阿叔少,感覺似少了一份活力以往點炒一丁都會叫走雜菜 = 炒一丁+餸 (只是我一個古怪既習慣),但今次與友同行,為免被歧視所以無作此古怪要求明顯地細碟咗好多,當年我叫走雜菜都會大碟過佢;而且好油,好似食緊撈面咁,底果啲麵係油浸住咁,我明炒一丁係要多油,但太多了,炒麵變到好濕友叫的是車仔麵麵紙和車仔麵樣貌依舊以前好似冇打冷,現在有了,友叫了一個細蠔餅。我唔食蠔餅的,但見到都feel到味道一般的。背面還是青色的呢~全晚最滿意的是這檸底可樂在旺角只剩一鋪的極之好,現址地下的鋪面頗細,有二樓的,但唔知有幾大,食物水準下降了不少,份量也少了,難道是因為.......................…Read More

夏天係街等人真係好熱,仲要係等遲到成個鐘既人,更熱!友人黎到之後我零意見的就被他帶來了此地.七時正入座,分到一張單邊二人枱,好彩的因為15分鐘後已座無虛席,還要撘枱了!環境不錯,没有像大部份的炒小菜地鋪一樣,地下超乾淨的,不油不黑卒卒,伙記快速回應!酒水方面也跟大部份的炒小菜店有別,除了可點紅酒,啤酒更有艾丁格(Erdinger)、朝日(Asahi).二人點了:半份燒肉綠色的是芥末,另一邊是乳豬醬,都是用水稀了的燒肉上到枱是微熱的,感覺比一般冷冰冰的好食,最重要皮還是脆的,不會一口油.黑椒牛仔骨我覺得幾韌,因為我多次都要烏低頭扯一輪才吃到肉蒜蓉開邊蒸中蝦蝦是新鮮,不會有梅梅的感覺,蒜蓉也恰到好處,只是落油重手咗少少!其實由第一口燒肉已發覺,燒肉没有平時咁咸,唔洗一路食一路飲水.黑椒牛仔骨又不會黑椒到好辣咁枱頭一看,原來第一次真心咁覺得佢有講到做到的有營,因為我是食到一半才睇到個牌的!都會再去既,因為好多都未試晒佢貼滿一牆都係既菜,建意多幾個人去會好叫餸的!全晚埋單HKD280.00 …Read More

一家人行花園街行到熱熱地,二話不說走進了冰室。一向喜歡內裏伙記地道的招呼方式,直接、易溝通、親切!已介下午六時還人頭湧湧的等了五分鐘便有卡位了。四人點了:下午茶餐兩隻雞全翼+蛋橽 菠蘿油兩個飲料四杯蛋橽、菠蘿油等了大約十分鐘,新鮮出爐的。可能太新鮮出爐了,菠蘿油的牛油全溶了,少了一口冰牛油的快感,但還不錯有感而發的是,我突然發現佢地的凍飲其實都幾大杯的,還要不是超多冰的那種!今時今日咁既時世,唔用細杯再加超多冰令飲咗兩啖已變水的茶記,真的唔多!突然覺得佢好真材實料,良心餐廳!媽媽埋了單唔記得幾多錢了!謝~…Read More

友人生日, 要求意大利餐, 隨便於此search了這間餐廳,便食了第一次女人街的特色餐廳!早兩天訂了枱加上遲到了,餐廳很好的打來提示及指導了正確位置!一行四人,枱在二樓,要先進入廚房濕地再行條頗 rough 的樓梯才到達,有點不解樓上只有一位女待應及一位明顯睇得出好見習的男待應(因為佢經常吋步不離女待應身後,及往後再叫佢時,佢唔係近距離都聽唔到就係習慣性地望轉頭 for help)餐湯只是一般的紅白湯;沙律是輕煎吞拿魚沙律,一友與我不吃生,提出了奇怪的可否煎到全熟,當然的唔肯無人食羊,所以只叫了:蕃茄露筍蟹肉意大利飯:除咗體會唔到有蕃茄外都算正常的香煎多寶魚柳件檸檬牛油汁:最正常味道來到我共另一友人點了同一個的白酒鮮蜆扁意粉:一碟大約有7-8 隻蜆圍住啲意粉,但個樣真的好 "鮮" 到未熟,我唔敢食,食了的友都說係好生!意粉嘛,就只能說係熟咗頗油的麵條;零味的!(我已加了另叫的芝士粉同鹽)上圖已經係我食咗既完成圖,為終年瘦身的我立下功勞!待應與看來像老闆的中年男仕態度看得出分別是很大的,中年男仕熱誠十足的解釋我的熱檸茶因原先的不夠熱而需時久了點(我完全唔覺係特別的耐)與食物無關的是二樓的洗手間門可否改善一下,因為每次自然關門都會發出砰的巨响!已屬偏貴的價錢興食物不相乎,我們四人一致的不會再去;由於食物真的令人失望到極的,我們連小坐片刻傾計都冇心機,食完即走!全晚埋單 $693.00…Read More
