上星期係上環食左魯菜餐廳,見到二人餐幾抵食,膽粗粗入左去叫左個二人魯菜商務套餐,有前菜、湯品、熱菜、主菜同甜品前菜係熗拌濰坊蘿卜皮蘿卜皮口感爽脆,味道清淡中帶少少酸辣,幾開胃水晶垛子黃牛肉牛肉切得好薄, 一片片晶瑩剔透,食得出牛肉滷得入味,凍食方式保留咗肉香,唔會過鹹,再點少少椒粉食更加惹味酸辣花膠烏魚蛋湯湯身濃淡適中,酸辣味溫和,花膠同烏魚蛋份量都合理,飲落好暖身,愈飲愈滲出胡椒香,個人覺得味道有啲似阿宗麵線嘅味道魚子醬烤鴨山東煎餅底層鋪左塊麽麼皮,烤鴨油脂適中,面頭放左魚子醬,鴨皮非常脆口,食到油脂香,食落整體口感層次豐富,包住麼麼皮食解左層油膩感,唔錯熱菜首先上嘅係蔥燒渤海灣帶魚,帶魚肉質嫩滑,蔥燒醬汁濃郁又唔油膩,入味均勻傳統魯味爆三樣分別有豬腰、豬肝同豬肚快炒,火候掌握幾好,食落爽口唔過火,炒得幾有鑊氣,惹味十足蟹蝦醬非遺饅頭饅頭經烘烤過,再淋上蟹蝦醬鮮味突出,搭配簡單但又食落幾豐富膠東鍋燒大燴菜有娃娃菜, ;蝦米仔等材料, 味道好豐富,入面仲有寬粉掛到個濃厚湯汁,味道家常, 好適合配飯食主食係膠東海鮮熗鍋面,湯底幾鮮甜,入面都幾多蜆肉,麵條比預期中彈牙順滑,食落暖胃滿足甜品係阿膠絲滑酸奶酪,質感幼滑,甜度偏低,酸酸地作為收尾幾清爽整體套餐份量都幾多,味道傳統而穩陣,無過份花巧,偏向濃味…Read More

麻辣雞煲就食得多, 同朋友去左食依間新開既雞煲火鍋, 除左有得叫椰子雞煲之外, 佢地既脆皮雞煲都好出名, 我地無食過膽粗粗叫左個無花果脆皮雞煲試下出去醬料區拎醬料, 醬料都有幾多選擇, 另外有2個Option醬料教學, 一種係椰子雞傳統醬料, 一種係鳳園特色醬料, 我平常最鍾意食過椰子雞都會用小金桔同沙姜去做醬料調味, 用黎點雞食令到味道提鮮又開胃! 依道有大量小金桔可以自己夾自己榨汁無花果脆皮雞煲係連同7層雞件一齊上, 趁未落雞之前飲返啖湯, 味道都幾清甜, 脆皮雞分別分左第一層係雞翼同雞腳, 第二至六層係雞肉, 而第七層就係雞心、雞腎、雞肝同提燈, 店員解說話湯滾後落雞肉只需要灼6秒, 而雞翼同雞腳就灼30分鐘, 其他部位約要15分鐘以上, 雞肉食起黎比較有咬勁, 連埋雞皮咁食帶脆口感, 比較適合鍾意食煙韌雞肉質感既朋友叫左個涼拌前菜撈汁香辣花甲, 估唔到個涼拌汁幾惹味, 蜆肉隻隻都肥肉飽滿, 完全無沙, 底層仲有海帶苖, 食落爽嫩順滑, 好味!再叫左個咩都有既空中花園, 入面有肥牛、鹹蛋黃蝦丸、潮汕牛筋丸、粟米、冬瓜、南瓜、蟹柳、響鈴、生菜同娃娃菜, 整體食材正常發揮一人叫左一杯凍檸茶, 仲要係大杯版, 其實係手打香水檸檬茶, 飲落幾清香, 非常解膩整體味道都唔錯, 價錢都合理, 餐廳裝修精緻舒適, 服務員都幾友善, 如果喜歡打邊爐飲湯既朋友可以黎食下, 佢地本身個湯底的確整得幾清甜…Read More

放假訓醒落街搵食,依間開左一排嘅車仔麵成日經過都無食過,今日決定食佢,叫左個經典八寶嗱喳麵、古早黑糖豬手雞翼麻辣撈麵同兩款小食經典八寶嗱喳麵入面有8款餸,有玻璃辣魷魚、魚蛋、大腸、蘿蔔、豬紅、豬皮、冬菇、生菜,麵底揀左鮮製油麵,加左牛腩汁,一送到嚟加咗兩匙羹火辣辣菜脯,估唔到個菜脯比我想像中辣,睇少左佢個辣,建議食之前先試下再決定落幾多匙,但係不得不讚佢個鮮製油麵好好食,食落去好滑身同爽口同掛湯能力高,索晒啲精華,玻璃辣魷魚夠爽脆,蘿蔔炆得好腍但就帶少少青味,應該冬天食會好啲,豬皮同冬菇好腍好入味,麵底同餸都足料古早黑糖豬手雞翼麻辣撈麵麵底揀左撈手工麵(小辣),手工拉麵食落比較煙靭,撈埋汁濃郁惹味,辣度適中,麻香十足,驚喜食到呢個黑糖豬手,燜到軟腍入味又帶微微甜香,雞翼滷得夠淋,推介黑糖豬手必叫小食叫左韭菜豬紅蘿蔔,豬紅惹味嫩滑,韭菜新鮮爽脆,可能個湯汁係清湯,所以唔係好夠味,如果加少少辣汁同腩汁會更加豐富黑松露醬炸單骨雞翼配炸燒賣雞翼炸到金黃酥脆,單骨設計方便食,點埋呢個黑松露醬,即刻高級咗幾個層次,炸燒賣外皮脆口,入面魚肉餡彈牙,唔使點醬都咁好食 …Read More

早幾日特登約左我朋友去上環, 叫佢陪我去食依間既菠蘿包雞蛋仔, 黎到依區先發現原來店鋪位置就係海味街, 起身唔食野都要留住肚黎食佢好在下晝一點幾黎到唔算好多人, 叫野食係用自助點餐機, 除左叫左佢地既鎮店之寶Q版菠蘿包口味雞蛋仔之外, 再叫左個餐蛋治雞蛋仔, 跟餐配飲品凍龍眼冬瓜茶同凍蜂蜜百香果買完之後突然好多人入左黎, 等左大約5分鐘左右就有得拎, 本身諗住拎走食, 但條街實在太熱, 好在店鋪入面有幾張小圓枱可以堂食, 可以慢慢低食實在太感恩了!Q版菠蘿包雞蛋仔賣相好可愛, 真係cute到唔捨得食, 影完相後立即趁熱食返粒先, 用手一啪開, 已經感覺到雞蛋仔非常之脆一食係有令到我地驚喜, 同步做到同滿足雞蛋仔加菠蘿包雙重癮頭, 食得出菠蘿表皮個牛油香, 底層既雞蛋仔蛋味同樣突出, 整體口感都係超脆, 我地雖然有放左一陣同食唔哂拎走左, 但凍左少少依然都保持到脆口感, 完全無稔, 後尾先知原來佢地採用自家硏發既雙重酥脆工法製作, 拎走食都保持現烤咁既口感, 比傳統雞蛋仔再脆爆三倍! 私心推介黎到點都要叫黎食啊餐蛋治雞蛋仔的確係比Q版菠蘿包雞蛋仔無咁脆, 反而佢有原本平時係香港食到既雞蛋仔口感, 外皮微脆, 內裏帶濕潤口感, 鹹香既午餐肉妬同滑嫩煎蛋包係酥脆的雞蛋仔之中, 入口好似真係食緊縮小版既港式餐蛋治咁, 因為蛋漿味道比較強烈, 所以反而多左個雞蛋仔香氣係其中, 愈食愈停唔到口凍龍眼冬瓜茶清爽帶甜, 夏天必飲又解膩。凍蜂蜜百香果微微既蜂蜜甜同帶少少酸既百香果味道好夾, 飲落好清新, 食完雞蛋仔再飲返啖啱哂!…Read More

早排係網上成日見到有人食依間既拿破崙泡芙, 賣相好吸晴, 前日一出尖沙咀點都要比個胃留個quota食左佢先, 原來都有好多款式甜品選擇, 佢地既招牌拿破崙泡芙除左有四種口味之外(原味、朱古力、開心果同杏仁), 仲新推出左個菠蘿拿破崙泡芙, 啱哂依家夏天咁熱食買完之後, 見到店員即場半製作, 係菠蘿其中一面撒左砂糖, 再用火槍立即燒炙, 再放上拿破崙泡芙面層再加砂糖係菠蘿另一面再燒炙, 之後再打入菠蘿味吉士賣相真心靚, 影左張相之後店員知道我同朋友一齊Share食, 好細心問我地需唔需要切開兩份, 有得分半咁食非常好, 咬第一啖個口感非常之酥脆, 食得到每層酥皮都非常之薄, 食嗰時搭配左內裏既菠蘿味吉士, 吉士質感好滑, 帶有微微甜香既菠蘿味, 本人好怕奶味太濃既吉士, 但佢依個係完全無, 食落好舒服, 完全無膩滯感, 真係整得好好味, 食完成件都唔覺得有負擔!另外仲叫左件榛子拿破崙蛋糕, 每一層中間都夾左榛子忌廉, 忌廉味道有淡淡既榛子味, 最讚賞不絕係佢個忌廉或係吉士, 個甜度都係恰度得好好, 唔會太甜, 又唔會唔甜, 完全係香港人口味, 而每塊拿破崙同樣非常酥脆可口之後再叫左個開心果杏仁泡芙, 泡芙面層吱左開心果吉士, 店員再係吉士面上砂糖火炙左一下, 泡芙口感食落正常發揮, 但開心果吉士醬比想像中好濃郁, 全個口都係開心果味, 同樣食既時候真係一啲都唔覺得膩滯, 好食!…Read More

間中同屋企人對會去食下鐵板燒, 今次去咗依間新開張既鐵板燒店食豪華和風海鮮鐵板燒, 每道菜都精緻得黎充滿驚喜, 預早訂左位, 店員安排左吧枱座比我地, 可以近距離望住師傅為我地烹調美食咁啱餐廳做緊清酒祭, 我地叫左支月桂冠濁米酒, 第一啖飲落個米漿味道純得黎又濃郁, 飲得陣陣米味, 好清香, 之後再續第二杯個酒香慢慢滲出, 店員的確無介紹錯我地叫左鵝肝龍蝦1++韓牛(十四品)套餐, 先黎左個煙燻挪威三文魚有機沙律菜卷, 三文魚煙燻香氣幾突出,卷住新鮮沙律菜,食落輕盈得黎啱啱好開左個胃 前菜三品包括有醬油漬三文魚頭軟骨海草昆布, 店員解說係三文魚頭既上顎位置, 入口爽脆有嚼勁, 加上海草昆布同柚子酸汁, 鹹鮮帶酸非常開胃另外一款係熟成挪威三文魚牛油果他他, 三文魚打成溶變醬, 食落味道更濃郁, 配埋口感滑溜牛油果, 層次豐富而最後一款前菜係醋漬日本三色蔥, 食落酸甜清爽, 係唔錯既開胃前菜時令極品刺身刺身兩品分別叫左鯛魚刺身配時令生蠔, 鯛魚鮮甜爽口, 生蠔面頭加左蝶豆花海鹽, 店員話將檸檬汁加上蝶豆花泡泡上, 會由藍色變做粉紅色, 帶淡淡花香配上生蠔又幾得意, 蠔味濃郁又唔會太勁海水味, 仲食到肥美生蠔原有既鮮甜味, 另外配左海膽配時令生蠔, 海膽鮮甜得黎帶甘香, 好滿足白松露魚子醬蘭王溫泉蛋用左日本蘭王做左個溫泉蛋, 流心蛋汁加埋白松露同魚子醬咁拌勻黎食, 奢華得黎香氣撲鼻. 簡直係味覺同嗅覺既享受 之後就到依個邪惡到不得了既蛋白菠蘿Mousse鵝肝多士, 鵝肝煎得外層帶微脆, 熟度剛剛好, 多士煎得酥脆可口, 先搽上檸檬忌廉再加上滿滿既菠蘿醬,然後再放上鵝肝, 檸檬忌廉同菠蘿醬酸甜恰度得好好, 配埋鵝肝咁食中和返個油膩感, 解左一下膩口, 整體口感超豐富, 呢個組合真係好驚艷同絕配!鐵板海鮮兩品分別叫左慢煮鮑魚配虎蝦, 鮑魚面頭撒左蒜粒, 慢煮到超軟嫩又帶煙刃既口感, 而虎蝦煎得啱啱好, 夠哂彈牙鮮甜, 鐵板香氣惹味十足 另外一份叫左日本元貝配白鰻, 元貝以香煎形式, 食落大粒厚肉, 底部係意大利南瓜, 增添左份甜香味, 而白鰻煎得外皮微脆, 肉質細膩仲有少少汁 師傅用左最高級韓國1++韓牛黎做左個薄燒 , 我地叫左7成熟, 牛肉油花均勻, 牛味突出又濃郁, 中間夾雜左香蔥蒜粒, 肉香四溢, 蘸少少鹽同芥末已經足夠帶出韓牛原有味道既精髓鰹魚花膠味噌湯估唔到幾有驚喜, 湯底用鰹魚同味噌熬製, 濃郁得黎唔會過份鹹, 花膠厚身膠質滿滿, 暖胃又滋補養顏, 唔覺唔覺飲哂成碗鐵板黑松露海鮮炒飯真係食出驚喜同師傅既功架, 師傅以斬刀形式黎炒個飯, 加左蔥花, 紅蘿蔔絲, 雞旦一齊炒, 鑊氣十足, 之後再加黑松露醬以快炒形式令每粒飯都沾上黑松露香氣, 另外再加左小元貝作點襯, 最後再係炒飯面鋪滿蟹籽同加左三文魚籽作點綴, 拌勻後飯粒真係食落粒粒分明, 乾身得黎有嚼勁, 三文魚籽令個炒飯更提鮮, 重口味人士必愛, 簡直係完美! 最後食埋個甜品脆爆紅豆柚子雪葩, 粒粒脆爆紅豆口感得意, 柚子雪葩清新解膩一流, 酸甜平衡返整體黎講依餐無論係食材、擺盤定味道都係高級水準, 由其係海鮮部分, 完全展現到師傅功力, 加上師傅會問返我地對於菜式上意見, 同接受評語及改善之處, 價錢都幾合理, 係某平台仲要做緊優惠, 見到隔離枱客人都係黎食慶生飯, 仲送生日甜品煙花, 食得非常高興, 絕對值得一試…Read More
