是日黎Mott32。首先上枱既係飛魚籽蟹鉗餃,內餡比較鬆散,個人不太愛。有唔少飛魚籽,但蟹味好淡。灌湯餃入面有少量瑤柱,一粒帶子,一舊仔冬菇,冬瓜蓉。湯頭係清但真係無咩味。灌湯餃真係首推附近既文華廳。 另外有部份中餐廳既灌湯餃湯頭用雞腳煲,湯頭比較杰身但味道比呢度濃。 呢度既灌湯餃有點不上不下。不過皮薄又摺得靚,呢樣係Good既個人最鐘意呢個脆皮鮮蝦腸粉。腸粉皮薄,蝦肉彈身。但老實講呢個水準既脆皮腸粉,呢個價位選擇唔少。新鮮本地炸子雞,幾香,皮脆肉嫩。另外仲食左燒腩仔,正常水準。最失望係阿拉斯加蟹肉飛魚籽炒飯,一入口好似純粹食緊香蔥炒飯⋯其實食物調味既咸淡係適中,係食材本身味道比較淡。整體上,話佢唔好食又未至於,話佢好食又未係。服務唔錯,侍應加茶都幾密。但環境比較昏暗(個人普普),枱面比較細,有點迫。題外話就係洗手間地下真係黐笠笠,觀感有點差⋯…Read More

今次食午餐,分兩輪, 食11點or 1:15pm.首先上黎既係芋角,熱辣辣,炸得鬆化唔油膩。芋蓉綿密,內餡濕潤,唔錯。鮑魚滑雞札普普通通,好淡,講緊連舊菇都無咩菇味。鮑魚撻正常,鮑魚較腍唔算細隻,味道未至於被牛油撻皮完全掩蓋。至於蟹肉小籠包,老實講我食唔到一絲蟹味,只係食到些少肉味+薑味,咬到一兩粒細薑粒。失望瑤柱龍蝦脆皮腸粉係今餐我食得最勉強。脆皮我以為會係春卷咁,但其實更似係油條釀龍蝦肉,只要好食咩皮都唔係問題。重點係釀既瑤柱龍蝦肉餡無味又偏少,好似食緊無咩餡既炸両,一入口只食到油條陣味。我寧願整少條,釀多d餡仲好。唯一可讚係腸粉皮薄。仲有三色餃(唔記得個名),比想象中大粒,味道有層次,唔差。百花炸釀蟹鉗,蝦肉嫩滑,如果蟹鉗肥美點更好。炸釀鮮蟹蓋就幾令我失望。炸到有個位黑左⋯老實講,都係第一次係星級餐廳食到咁既賣相既蟹蓋。亮點是滿滿的蟹肉,不過忌廉味太重,食到一半好膩。同埋炸衣有點厚。炒飯足料乾身,一貫高級中菜食府水平,比較特別係用砂鍋上為飯帶來多點焦香。服務還好。餐廳環境典雅,枱與枱有一定距離,只係因為坐樓下樓底有點矮,有微微壓迫感。…Read More

今次黎最近恢復原名既麗晶軒食午餐先上六款醬汁同琥珀核桃。琥珀核桃香脆可口又唔油膩,令人食唔停口要Refill海鮮脆春卷脹卜卜好飽滿,食到滿滿既蝦肉,不過就唔太食得出有其他海鮮。精緻海鮮金魚餃個皮幾好食,但一入口太大陣薑味比較意外。食到尾先食到被薑遮蓋既魚味同帶子,個人唔推。之後係至尊脆香三重奏(有黑松露龍蝦芝士撻、星鰻鳳肝鮑魚酥、金絲百花雪蟹拑),中規中矩。原隻鮑魚海鮮脆芋盒係今餐我最愛既點心鮑魚不是重點。重點是芋盒外層炸得鬆化,入面既芋蓉香濃,配埋份量唔算少蟹肉同蝦肉,海鮮既鮮甜味同芋頭既味道合二為一,不錯不錯脆釀鮮蟹蓋有點令人失望,白汁跟洋蔥多左d,搶左蟹肉本身既味道,食到一半已經有點膩。最後叫左碗魚湯蟹拑脆香苗,味道合符預期。整體味道算唔錯服務一貫五星酒店水準。PS: 而家開始HSBC已經無折,得AE有85折。同埋K11入口已關,要經酒店大堂入。…Read More

因為做緊優惠,有免費鍋底,所以就決定一試。簡左台式麻辣鍋同花膠雞鍋。望落去係幾吸引,但食落去又唔係果回事。花膠雞鍋個味有d似出面酒樓食既羹咁,比較杰。雞肉切到一粒粒,食落去有些少冰鮮雞味。仲有兩粒可有可無、好細粒、煲到unun地既鮑魚反而d菇幾好食台式麻辣鍋就更普通,唔香又唔麻,鴨血切得比較薄、唔嫩,食落一般。配料叫左:美國特選牛小排、伊比利亞黑豬肉、蛋餃、飛魚籽墨魚滑肉一般水準,蛋餃個肉餡好肥,墨魚滑咬落去有滿滿既飛魚籽,不過唔係幾食得出墨魚味。除左醬料外,佢有其他野可以拎,例如:海帶、魚皮、見左一次就無再見過既地瓜球,仲有白飯同(很油既)肉燥野飲叫左杯大紅袍珍珠奶茶,不過不失,勝在大杯服務方面:唔知係咪因為環境比較昏暗,次次舉手都好似見唔到咁員工態度尚可既,不過唔會點主動⋯總結而言就係我諗唔到有咩野令我會再黎食多次…Read More

牛太放題有3個grades,今次簡左HKD469極上和牛燒肉放題,呢個grade可以任食日本產黑毛和牛!值得讚既上菜速度幾快。同埋佢地唔會好似某d燒肉店一黎就上有哂牛/雞/豬拼盤填飽你個胃先叫左黑毛和牛霜降扒、牛肋肉、牛脊肉,三款都唔錯,夠牛味食落又嫩。個人最喜歡食霜降扒海鮮方面試左廣島蠔同帶子,廣島蠔有點腥,帶子一般。因為有黑毛和牛叫,所以無咩意欲試食其他肉,叫左日本產豚肉,中規中矩,但唔會想再叫。泡菜白菜、蘿蔔:唔算辣,易入口涼拌菠菜、粟米:無咩味燒菠蘿唔甜但未至於酸甜燒牛油蕃薯仔個汁有點怪,唔識欣賞迷你鯛魚燒個餡比較少,食上黎比較單調想試特色燒香蕉但無貨飲品方面雖則選擇唔多,但有生啤亦有新汽水品牌飲,頗有誠意。最尾有杯Movenpick服務好好樂意換網整體黎講,和牛幾好食,為和牛可再來。其他麻麻地,始終係燒牛肉店唔可以expect其他都同牛肉同級數。店舖比較細,座位有限,建議訂位。…Read More

呢餐其實係年頭果時食⋯一開始就會上個Sour Dough Bread 同一籃麵包上枱⋯無幾耐就會上埋個French Toast,味道無咩特別。老實講,一望落去未食已經開始飽之後就係簡蛋料理,水準中規中矩。然後就係重頭戲啦蒸海鮮同smoked fish凍海鮮最好食同值得encore係龍蝦同鮑魚龍蝦鮮甜,鮑魚彈牙,海螺同帶子就老左少少,味道還好⋯ Smoked fish 就buffet level,唔會特別想再叫食到後期叫多round 龍蝦同鮑魚⋯鮑魚保持水準,但龍蝦食到有點腥,有點失望相比凍海鮮,煎既海鮮睇起上黎無咁吸引。 北寄貝好韌,蝦就一般。坦白講我其實都唔知呢d係咩魚,但食落幾嫩滑同香口。之後就上碗湯,我簡左龍蝦湯,味道係星級餐廳既LV。之後就係簡主菜,我簡左Pork Pluma 同加錢叫左beef wellington。Pork Pluma嫩多肉汁,唔錯。Beef wellington 焗得幾好,金黃色酥皮,肉仲係粉嫩,但食落牛柳既味有點淡,整體還好。上完主菜仲有芝士(食唔落建議skip或者叫一人份試下算)最後就係Dessert Platter同 簡款ice cream/ sorbetDessert Platter個人覺得最好食係粒朱古力同埋叫左Lime & Lemon Sorbet,去一去膩。整體黎講味道都算唔錯,選擇豐富。如果有返King crab就好了比較失望既係encore既龍蝦服務唔錯,一貫酒店水準。題外話:餐廳會係前一個月既1號開放黎緊1個月既booking,臨近日子會收$300/head 既deposit (唔知有無改)lift 可直上felix,不過架lift都幾暗,怕黑既要注意…Read More

今次黎主要為左食灌湯餃,有賣傳統灌湯餃而唔係浸住湯既已經買少見少籠灌湯餃拎出黎時好靚仔個皮無穿,但職員拎埋一面放落個碗度,到我手既時侯,d湯就開始流左出黎⋯不過完全唔影響佢味道。餃皮薄唔算硬,湯味道豐富鮮味十足,有膠質,個湯清得黎唔會太稀亦唔會太稠。個餃蒸得夠耐入面唔會食到仲一舊舊既湯凍,個皮都無蒸得太硬,推介之選。相比之下,以下呢三樣野就好普通啦黑魚籽牛肝菌燒賣:中規中矩帶子紅菜頭餃:個餡係帶子粒+紅菜頭粒,老實講加左紅菜頭唔覺有咩特別南翔小籠包:個皮比較坊間好食既之後就係蟹肉菠菜餃,蟹肉味比較淡,一般啦。黑椒和牛酥:個酥皮整得好好,入口夠鬆化,但個餡俾我一種好大眾既黑椒咖喱牛肉味。除左灌湯餃,我最鍾意食呢個松露脆皮鮮蝦腸粉。出面塊皮夠滑,入面係脆皮加彈牙既蝦肉,成個咬落去口感豐富,味道亦好平衡,有黑松露既香,蝦肉既鮮同腸粉皮既米香。原隻鮑魚雞粒盞$6x一粒算CP好高。鮑魚幾腍,下面既雞粒幾入味。不過個撻皮實在太重牛油香味,獨立黎食個撻皮係正既。但連埋個鮑魚食,牛油搶哂味。XO醬蘿蔔糕當中既蘿蔔糕比我想象中無咁多料同蘿蔔絲,不過煎得幾香口既。最後有兩樣小茶點送。整體黎講,我比較鐘意灌湯餃同腸粉,蒸點對我黎講有點普通。酒店點心一向都行精緻路線,呢度既點心精緻得黎仲比較的骰。服務方面,正正常常,星級酒店服務水準。…Read More

最近Times square 人山人海,一輪優惠券攻勢帶旺哂商店同餐廳。好在有早一兩星期預約,但午市已滿唯有改食晚餐⋯首先食左小籠包兩件,不過不失,正常餐館水準。有叫餐廳既廚師推介:無花菓天下第一豬,一客例牌有六件。毫無疑問係好食過平時飲宴既乳豬,夠熱皮脆肉嫩,連些少骨夠香,唔沾醬都夠味,值得一試。之後叫左個金裝焗釀蟹蓋,蟹蓋放滿芝士碎,細細隻(百幾蚊隻都唔會預期會有幾大隻)釀料除左有蟹肉,有忌廉,有好細既菇粒(應該係菇粒掛,切得好細粒唔太食出咩味),連埋芝士,食落好似食緊蟹肉醬。細細隻既份量反而好,食多些少其實已經開始覺得漏,個人黎講麻麻地。三蔥花膠炆雞煲,份量唔算少,都有5/6塊花膠。不過成煲野最好食就係花膠,成個煲有點過咸,咬多兩啖雞件仲有陣雪味,冬菇亦都唔好食。最後叫左個醬油日山和牛鬆炒飯,炒得都算乾身、飯粒分明,唔會醬油味過重,不過牛味偏淡。環境方面,有空間感,算幾好坐。職員服務正常,有適時加水換碟。不過味道方面,得天下第一豬比較好食。坦白講,無優惠券既情況下,我唔會簡食呢間,充其量可以再試午市。…Read More

之前食過一次,覺得質素都唔錯,所以過左幾個月想再黎食第二次。黎食之前,有上openrice睇睇,發現有唔少人都話質素下降左,所以都有諗過照唔照食。不過見佢搞緊promo送和牛,所以就照食了。結果係失望既⋯以往和牛油花好平均,今次大部份和牛都好一般,周不時食到筋位,咬落仲有點硬。咁多個部位,牛三角已經算油花分佈最平均,入口比較嫩。但次次黎既質素都有參差,有d仲要半舊都係脂肪。其他肉類、海鮮、熟食就一般般,過得去。食A4牛肉放題重點從來唔係呢d....個人最surprise係一人份既枝豆份量比第一次黎食多左好多,唔知以為叫左2+人份。話難食嗎?又未至於俾負評。好食嗎?和牛質素有相睇。如無意外,唔會encore,畢竟2個人食都近千$,兼且坊間選擇唔少,係時候試下其他新野。…Read More

偶然想食蟹,所以就去蟹膳試試。一入門口先量體溫,receptionist 跟住拎住包抹手紙問我地洗唔洗抽張放口罩。老實講我第一次遇到呢個情況,平時餐廳一係咩都唔俾,一係就放定張紙巾係枱或者好少少會有信封/紙袋放口罩(不過呢d題外話,都係注意衞生既表現)。好快就簡定左行政套餐,最岩食。店員話毛蟹火鍋可以免費升級做燒鱈場蟹,咁我地就叫左一個毛蟹火鍋,一個燒鱈場蟹。前菜既枝豆,有燒過下算有心機。蟹肉蒸蛋好快就上到菜,唔錯幾滑。天婦羅拼盤,炸漿唔厚,隻蛋黃(一個餐一隻)炸得幾好。毛蟹火鍋,鮮味有係度,但味道偏淡。個人比較喜歡燒鱈場蟹,始終燒既比較香。如果拆殼再拆得再開少少比較好,拆肉有點辛苦,有時候卡住。雜菜盤火鍋正正常常,湯底較清。烏冬是乾烏冬。甜品是雪糕,有咖啡同薑味簡,簡左咖啡味,幾濃幾好食,算係一個幾好既結尾。蟹癮起上黎可以黎解下口癮,但味道未去到會定期encore⋯服務算唔錯,服務員會幫忙留意住個火鍋爐。不過加茶既時候,手唔好踫到杯邊就更衛生。P.S. -個紙火鍋幾特別,火鍋紙放左塊板再用電磁爐。以往都只試過明火紙火鍋,搞到想買返個黎玩下-張枱放住盆生蟹仔,你又係食緊蟹既時候,感覺幾微妙…Read More

隔左大半年無黎,連電梯邊面都唔記得,落左去Tosca先識去返另一條電梯。一坐低會有小食琥珀合桃,好食,脆口唔過甜,重點係無油膱味先黎前菜蝦多士,幾乎一點完菜唔夠幾分鐘已經上枱。蝦膠新鮮彈牙,多士唔油夠香脆,不錯XO醬花膠蘿蔔糕味道尚可,XO醬辣味太出Over,左,而且唔係幾食得出有花膠,蘿蔔糕本身食落係幾清甜。蟹皇墨魚釀魚肚,雖則睇落去顏色幾黃但蟹皇味淡,最好食係塊魚肚,個人覺得整體還好。黑蒜牛肝菌水晶角,正常唔特出。雪山叉燒包幾好食,有唔少餡,叉燒粒香濃軟腍蟹子蝦腸粉,腸粉皮滑算薄,蝦大大隻夠爽,少量蟹子放左係蝦既上面。味道正常,食一條已經好夠。葡汁螺肉芋角芋角外層鬆化,內裡葡汁螺肉,微微辛香,螺肉切得比較細碎,整體搭配幾有特色。但又未去到會再encore既味道⋯仲有無影到既龍鳳燒賣,其實就係比較大粒同比一般中餐廳好食既帶子燒賣+蝦肉燒賣。想叫星斑燒賣但售㷫吉品鮑魚撻,鮑魚雖然唔大粒但香濃彈牙,中間有燒鵝汁,底層撻皮有陣油香。我先桔一粒仔既鮑魚食,再將成個撻放落口。坦白講成個撻咁食係有陣次,味道夠哂豐富,不過我更鐘意就咁食粒鮑魚,雖則我都知我叫既係鮑魚撻每逢食中餐多數都會食釀蟹蓋,貪佢啖啖肉又唔洗自己拆。呢個炸衣薄,無炸過火,幾好。有花心機放2件炸薑,唔知係咪用黎for祛寒定單純解膩,不過唔好薑既我無食到⋯其實成件食哂有點漏,食到尾有點單調,如果同人Share/有第二種口味選擇應該會唔錯。個人比較唔滿意係蟹蓋下用黎擺盤既小豆苗,佢呢青味我唔好甚至討厭因為太飽無叫甜品,下面係奉送既美點雙輝,糯米糍係蓮蓉餡,兩者味道正常。成餐飯水準都算係咁,個別幾個點心略嫌普通,炸點&焗點比蒸點好。會繼續Encore服務方面比之前有點下降了,可能太FULL,大多服務生都比較忙,普遍講野/行動有點急但有禮貌。有時會添唔切水, 不過好在茶壺放得比較近,添唔切自己倒都okay,服務生見到都會急急腳黎幫手。…Read More
