如心酒店中菜廳:新淨環境配驚喜點心,值得再訪!

最近有甸生日月,特意嚟到如心酒店中菜廳同佢開展吃貨月生。呢到雖然開咗一段時間,但一入到去即刻被佢嘅環境吸引——地方新淨企理,燈光柔和,座位舒適,仲有種低調奢華嘅感覺,完全唔似一般酒店中菜廳咁「老派」。原本只係抱住「試下啫」嘅心態,點知食物質素超出預期,點心精緻,每款都做得頗出色。今次試咗幾款點心:🥢至尊蜜汁叉燒(例牌)
叉燒色澤紅潤,肥瘦均勻,入口即化,蜜汁甜而不膩,帶淡淡煙燻香。切開後見到層次分明,係有心思水準,但未超越天龍軒皇牌🤡🥢京蔥和牛黃橋燒餅
外皮酥脆,內裡和牛粒嫩滑多汁,京蔥提香,油香撲鼻。呢款燒餅做得好精緻,唔油膩。🥢巴馬火腿銀蘿千層酥
千層酥做得層次分明,入口即碎,巴馬火腿鹹香突出,配上銀杏果同蘿蔔絲,口感豐富又有驚喜。🥢大澳馬友鹹魚茸煎肉餅
呢款係招牌!鹹魚香氣濃郁但不搶味,肉餅外脆內嫩,煎得金黃香口,仲帶住淡淡蝦醬風味。地道廣東風味,但做法更精細,食完回味。🥢金磚豆腐
豆腐炸得外金黃內雪白,入口軟滑如布丁,配上特製醬汁,簡單但香口。🥢櫻花蝦煎腸
腸粉皮薄透光,櫻花蝦鮮甜彈牙,煎得微焦香口,醬汁調得剛好。傳統腸粉升級版,食落去好有驚喜!🥢楊枝甘露
