邊個話夏天唔可以打邊爐?

香港人除咗生活急促,生態仲好獨特,例如鐘意冬天食雪榚、夏天打邊爐,突然挑起條筋想試下「如何大熱天時打邊爐」。不過人大咗,相對起「任食」,「質素」更形重要,記起大角咀有間「靚煲皇」,搬鋪後一次都未去過,於是就約埋男公關再次出征。成年無嚟過,由樓上鋪搬去對面街樓的地鋪,雖然Size好似差唔多,不過裝修同座位都大有進步,由平民化升級感覺更高檔。檯凳新束束之剩,亦有椅背,坐都坐得舒服啲。冷氣通風都唔錯,雖然夏天,有冷氣打邊爐無難度,而且食完唔會個身一陣「邊爐味」。仲有細檯仔同籃用嚟放袋用,相當貼心。特別要讚嘅係除咗有電視,仲有Wifi同USB差電口,慢慢一邊打爐,一邊打手機Game長期作戰無難度!一埋位阿姐就送上前菜,花生瞬間掃清,但酸瓜對好多人嚟講就真係太酸,幾乎無乜食過。除咗前菜,阿姐亦會遞上醬料Box,方便客人依個人口味「混醬」。邊爐湯底有好多種,除咗平時嗰啲「沙嗲」、「皮蛋芫荽」等,仲有「冬陰功」、「豬骨煲」、「花膠海參雞」等多種特色湯底。亦有少量鑊氣小炒,不過打得邊爐就唔叫Lu。靚煲皇 $238雖然想叫「花膠海參雞湯」,不過因為有朋友唔食花膠,最後都係要「靚煲皇」。本身就係胡椒豬骨煲做底,上面鋪上多隻大扇貝、魚乾、魷魚乾,光睇到都興奮!打邊爐前梗係要試下頭啖湯,豬骨入味香淋,而且肉同軟骨勁多,真係啖啖骨膠原!湯頭絕對要讚,入口除咗濃濃嘅豬骨味,仲有淡淡嘅海鮮鮮味,加上微微嘅胡椒香辣,真係一飲就停唔到口!嗰一刻我曾經諗過「不如剩係飲湯飽算」。順帶一提店員姐姐好好人,因為唔知湯底入面有栗米同蘿蔔,原本有落到,姐姐見到後特登走過嚟同我哋講入面有,問要唔要取消,好貼心。桂花蚌 $108每次打邊爐必叫,幾新鮮,淥幾秒爽口微甜。雪花肥牛 $68開頭我以為會嚟啲酒樓未融雪一大舊勁薄嗰啲,所以好驚喜,好有肉香,雖然油脂多,肉質都較韌,不過好有咬口,意外地正!手切肥牛 $178特登叫多款較貴嘅牛肉感受一下分別,因為手切所以每塊都好薄,而且油脂明顯上面個款少得多,牛味亦較重。等級,係食得出嘅。手打墨魚滑 $98黏性幾高,淥完後都好彈牙,不過唔知係師傅調味重口咗,定湯底濃,食落略咸同重胡椒味。手打墨魚丸 $78意外叫錯(明明應該叫四寶,到底班FD有幾鐘意墨魚?),雖然同樣係墨魚,但同「滑」又唔同滋味。質感實淨非常,彈性十足,唔鬆散,而且吃到墨魚粒,單係呢點經已加咗唔少分。包心芝士丸 $48皮雖然厚,但好彈有咬口,亦因為厚皮,內涵嘅芝士剛好受熱融化而唔會漏出。成粒放入口唔覺熱,但一咬芝心立即激射而出。無錯,我呢下就灼親喉嚨。蟹籽包心丸 $48整體同芝士丸差唔多,都比出面食嘅好味。豆卜 $38無乜特別值得彈,不過質素的確係比一般食肆好,吸收埋湯嘅精華真係不得鳥!白鱔片 $78家下物價咁貴,$78蚊食到大條白鱔片,而且新鮮得嚟份量都幾足,我心足鳥。不過如果切厚少少口感會更正,始終食鱔都係鐘意種煙韌咬口。黃沙豬潤 $32雖然睇落好新鮮(事實的確都係好新鮮),不過可惜味道無想像中咁鮮甜。不過要讚每塊豬潤都吉咗些少針洞,方便淥個時睇到有無血水出,唔會咁易Overcook。娃娃菜 $28新鮮,不過相對就咁食,佢嘅煲湯作用更大。唐生菜 $28一睇就知有幾新鮮,而且本身味濃,相對娃娃菜我更鐘意呢種。炸鮮魚皮同出面一包包即開即食嗰啲好唔同,用鮮鯇魚腩皮即炸,外面金黃香脆,但脆卜卜下嘅魚皮仍然保持煙韌。而且咸咸地,就算唔淥齋送酒都好一流!烏東 $10Meun無寫係手打烏東,開頭以為會係cheapcheap酸味烏東,突然感覺到「果然唔係靚料唔上檯」。成個男公關部出戰點可以少得Asashi,價錢都係咁上下喇。最後店員姐姐仲送多份人頭綠茶小甜品,雖然係唔使錢,但味道又真係幾好食,結果係受同行全體一致讚同。…Read More

冠冕堂皇下的平民風格

「添好運」算係香港點心界近年相當知名嘅一間,更獲「米芝蓮」評為一星級食肆,可惜咁多年都未曾去過,今次襯得閒終於約埋朋友一齊去較新嘅奧海城分店試下到底乜料子!雖然之前日日經過旺角分店,不過因為鋪頭太細每次都放棄去食,今次細鋪搬大鋪去咗奧海城終於的起心肝去試。奧海城裝修又新又靚,相比之前舊鋪真係華麗十倍,除咗檯凳新束束,而且檯同檯之間都有一定距離,坐得幾舒服。睇起嚟嘅冠冕堂皇下,仍舊保持著平民風格,就係一眾待應都Keep著大眾食堂時期嘅服務心──「唔會點理你」,你有你舉手,我有我同同事繼續嬉笑怒罵。基本上舉手10次,大概有人理嘅次數只有4次。酥皮焗叉燒包 $19先嚟個鋪頭推介嘅「酥皮焗叉燒包」,同平時食嘅麵包皮包嘅叉燒包口感好唔同,因為用麵包皮雖然會令包皮吸收到叉燒香味,但蒸太耐亦會令叉燒味道流失。反而用酥皮焗就可以保持叉燒肉汁鮮嫩。而且鬆化酥皮配上肉感叉燒,一啖兩種口感Mix埋真係正!鳳爪排骨飯 $27飲茶必食之一嘅鳳爪排骨飯,只用不鏽鋼而非瓦盅屬意料中事,因為即叫即蒸關係,所以飯身相對較硬,而且米香一般,排骨肉汁仲未可以流落飯到,只感受到些少油香。不過要讚下隻鳳爪,因為唔係長時間蒸著,除個個樣「靚仔」之外,骨肉分明唔似出面檔會一Pat屎咁,味道仲幾好!古法糯米雞 $28另一鋪頭推介之一,份量幾大隻,而且入面餡料幾多,就算係一個大男人食都絕對會滿足。加上雞件、花生等等都算幾新鮮,唔似其他鋪頭咁會覺得「霉」。韭王鮮蝦腸 $26今餐最失望嘅一樣點心,首先,說好的韭王呢?我一啲都見唔到,亦食唔到。其次腸粉皮滑度只屬一般,而且都一啲都唔算薄。米香?Sorry, I can't taste it. 最後蝦份量偏少,一條只有3隻,而且雖然唔「霉」,但絕對唔係最佳鮮度。香滑馬拉糕 $15雖然我平時唔太鐘意蒸包、糕點,但都覺得意外好食,幾有蛋香但又唔會太過,仲香滑唔嚡口,撳落去仲有回彈力!鮮蝦燒賣皇 $26幾好食但同腸粉一樣,蝦嘅鮮量未令我滿足。不過蝦量方面遠勝腸粉,至少我啖啖蝦。值得一讚嘅係面頭上嘅杞子,雖然蒸完一定唔「靚仔」,但少許清新感令成隻燒賣平衡感唔錯!賽螃蟹春卷 $24連我平時唔食春卷嘅都要大讚一下,外面炸到金黃香脆,仲要唔油膩,入面嘅賽螃蟹仲係保持香軟白滑,真心推薦!煎臘味蘿蔔榚 $15用上塊狀嘅蘿蔔,唔會太粉、太油,而且食得到蘿蔔嘅香甜味,算係中上水準。陳皮牛肉球 $17大粒、鮮嫩,最可惜嘅係「陳皮」,用咗唔靚嘅陳皮搞到有苦味,而且幾重,牛味幾乎完全被蓋過。鮮蝦菜苖餃 $25用上菜心苖味道鮮嫩,其實本身幾住家Feel,不過相對蝦肉,其實口感味道更似豬肉......另外食食下有幾強烈嘅胡椒辣味,奇怪感超絕UP!!!雖然好多人都話待應服務差乜乜乜,的確親身感受係「無乜服務」,但相對大酒樓$1x茶介,添好運收$3的確係好平。而且食物水準亦算高,又幾好坐(P.S.呢餐我坐咗4個鐘係到玩手機),整體嚟講算係無得輸。…Read More

尚差一點的焗豬扒飯

閒來無事又上綢搵食,首先吸引到眼球嘅就係「比利常餐」呢個名,用「常餐」做鋪名嘅餐廳經已少見,再配上一個咁常見嘅西人名「比利」,就決定去一探你虛實。正值新年,街外自然少人,所以等位都唔使,不過餐廳檯與檯設計比較貼,舒適度只係一般。之前經已上網睇過餐廳最推薦嘅就係「焗豬扒飯」,雖然有$30下午茶版嘅「迷你焗豬扒飯」,不過為試下真正實力,梗係試翻$50原版。配餐附上餐飽及餐湯,餐飽無乜特別,至少一定唔係隔夜,而且有翻至微熱,算係咁㗎啦。反而雜菜湯有小驚喜,用料幾足,而且無乜味精感,湯料亦都幾好食。因為焗豬扒飯係即叫即整,所以食完前菜就差唔多出爐,算係值得一讚,至少我唔洗放個飯攤凍等我飲完個湯。講翻個焗飯,賣樣算係幾好,用咗炒飯底,雖然蛋份量較少,亦做唔到「金包銀」效果,不過都食得出蛋香味,可惜未夠乾身。鋪面嘅茄汁調味唔錯,唔會太酸、唔會太甜、亦唔會太咸,配上鮮茄同西芹、洋蔥幾好,混合無乜落鹽嘅炒飯恰到好處。另外加上芝士焗到微燶拉絲,而且份量幾多,令成個焗飯昇華。以$50嚟講,我會期望會有一塊較大較厚身嘅豬扒,可惜現實同我心目中仲有一段距離。雖然豬扒較薄身,做唔到原身嘅Juice感,不過調味方味唔錯,而且無Over cook,保持到鮮嫩唔韌,而且仲幫你切好一小塊,方便易食,算係一個小貼心。整體以$50食到一個有份量(食唒成份都幾飽下),好味又唔錯嘅焗豬,應該都無乜嘢好投訴啦。…Read More

因為冬天嘅關係,所以就好想食煲仔飯,自然就約埋三五朋友一齊去,不過朋友都唔知邊到好食,所以好自然就諗起廟街,二擇其一下就決定挑戰「興記」。因為鋪位多,一去到就可以入座,不過其實座位都幾逼。腐乳通菜炒鮮魷 ,通菜算嫩口無起渣,不過鮮魷就唔係太新鮮,無咩魷魚味,而且都幾水汪汪下。炸蠔餅 ,粉厚蠔細,蠔味亦無乜,而且應該唔係用鴨蛋所以蛋香無咁勁,品質一般。白鱔煲仔飯 ,份量跟價錢真係差得太遠,豉油唔太覺有調味,飯焦唔多,感覺就係整得唔夠時間,白鱔亦只屬一般。滑雞牛肉煲仔飯 ,兩者都有啲Overcook,不過調味還好,算勉強合格。太多太濃味好難唔叫嘢飲…Read More

難得紅日放假,梗係要約朋友見面,因為唔想行太遠所以就決定去從未試過嘅「caffè HABITŪ」。去到時值Lunch Time過後,所以唔係好多人(不過食完近下午餐時段走嗰時就好多人等),雖然得2個人,不過店員亦好好咁俾4人座位我哋。環境整潔而且自然光好足,所以令人覺得好光猛舒服。經典凱撒沙律 $68 ,沙律菜好新鮮,咬落去「爽爽」聲,而且醬汁份量同酸度好適中,食人好開胃。另外糖心蛋意外地好食,驚喜!可惜沙律面嘅煙肉就比較硬,略為失色。素菜千層麵 $98 ,賣相一流,雖然只係用素菜整成,不過因為有菇類,所以食落去依然好有咬口。加上醬汁調味唔錯,唔會過酸,而且麵皮嘅層次感做得好好,絕對要推薦!意國風味薄餅 $98 ,雖然只以三種素材(蕃茄、芝士、羅勒葉)整成,但有種令人意外嘅風味。蕃茄切得好薄,但唔會好乾身,而且蕃茄味算幾香濃。芝士味唔會太濃過搶,而羅勒葉令成個薄餅更Flash,加上薄批即叫即整脆bobo!玫瑰錫蘭奶茶 $39 ,味道香滑,帶點玫瑰香但唔會太搶,令人感受一下寫意人生。野莓喜冰樂 $42 ,即製嘅野莓沙冰,莓味幾濃,不過我本身唔太慣呢種莓味,所以初飲時有啲覺似藥水。…Read More

時值2月14情人節,雖然仲係孤家寡人,不過現充梗係唔會俾自己一個人過,咁就約朋友去食情人節大餐,因為好遲先搵地方,所以好多地方都Full Booking,偶然見到Baby Mushroom仲有位,而且套餐價錢唔算太貴,就快快手去落訂Book位。$388 情人套餐酥皮焗黑松露野菌忌廉湯 ,酥皮焗得幾脆,而且唔會厚身得好過份,湯非常足料杰身,味道濃鬱,預想以外地好。情人節特飲 ,另外加錢試嘅,因為餐前想飲啲嘢又唔想飲酒,就試吓呢款由唔同果汁混成嘅特飲,味道係幾特別,一開頭有少少唔慣,不過飲飲吓覺得都唔錯。意大利特式雜盤 ,由蕃茄多士、風乾火腿、沙樂美腸三樣小食組成。多士入口香脆,配上意式蕃茄沙津唔錯,不過沙律入面生洋蔥較多,一下咬中會覺得好辣口。沙樂美腸有少少梅,而風乾火腿亦比較咸,不過以咁嘅價錢我絕對會接受。香草牛油扒海鮮配意大利飯 ,海鮮配料雖然每種只一一、兩件,不過款色算多,而且剛剛好唔Overcook,意大利飯幾入味,水準OK。肝醬野菌焗牛柳 ,相比起意大利飯我比較欣賞呢個肉食,牛柳半生熟鮮味猶存,肝醬味道獨特,野菌味融入其中,配上牛柳幾夾,比較可惜牛柳份量唔多,食完仲想食啊!心心雙印 ,朱古力心太軟水準唔錯,不過另外個樣我真係食完仲未知係咩嚟sosad......…Read More

夜晚打完邊爐仲想有下場,一大班就決定去食糖水,懶得行太遠就決定試下未食過嘅海記。店鋪環境只係好一般,座位都比較殘舊,不過Menu睇落就唔錯,睇落有幾多特色少見嘅甜品。冰花燉蛋 $22 ,睇落好滑好正咁,係就係好滑,不過就完全唔正,成係燉蛋唔甜不特止,蛋味亦無乜,基本上就係無味。蕃薯糖水+湯丸 $27 ,原本以為蕃薯糖水會落薑,點知原來無,蕃薯味亦唔太夠,整體甜度不足。湯丸係芝麻餡,都係一般貨色。芝麻糊+湯丸 $27,原本以為會係花生湯丸,點知都係芝麻湯丸,喊出嚟變咗雙重芝麻糊,味道都係好一般。開心果糊 $26 ,味道最足嘅一款,淡淡係濃濃唒開心果香,感覺好足料,而且真係未見過呢味甜品,感覺好新鮮。…Read More

朋友很喜歡抹茶,所以就陪佢嚟呢間以「抹茶」做賣點嘅餐廳。咖喱吉列魚柳石鍋丼 ,朋友叫嘅主食,不過味道一般,而且完全感受唔到有咖喱味。地獄泡菜豚肉湯烏冬 ,我叫嘅主食,原本以為係石鍋上,完全有負地獄之名,完全唔覺得辣,而且只係放少少碎泡菜入湯,同韓式料理有別。豚肉唔算太老,不過無調味過,還好烏冬都係急凍手打系列。溫泉蛋豚肉石鍋丼 ,另一位朋友點嘅主食,我諗應該係成餐飯最好食嘅一樣嘢,溫泉蛋味道唔錯,撈飯後滿滿嘅蛋甜香,不過相比其他餐廳都係稱唔上好好食。宇治紅豆抹茶卷蛋 ,抹茶好一般,甚至大型連鎖西餅店都比呢件好食......北海道抹茶牛乳雪糕 ,無咩抹茶味,完!抹茶芭菲 ,抹茶雪榚味道唔濃鬱,而且下面嘅配料都唔太好食,特別係粟子,FAIL。咖啡 ,意外地好味,有「中產咖啡」嘅水準。…Read More

呢幾日咁凍,最適合就係食煲仔飯,不過往咗係大埔十幾年,始終一次陳漢記都未食過,無理由出去廟街食過屎都唔翻自已地頭嘗正嘢,所以就約朋友來一戰!一去到大排長龍,朋友大約等咗15分鐘就入得,不過我遲到未去到,平時係要齊人先入得。入到去我就拿拿聲先點個煲仔飯先,因為係即叫就排隊整,好彩我哋早點,因為食食下旁邊有新客想點要成9-10個字先上得。朋友經已點好咗一份,好彩啊姐幾好招呼,煲仔飯款色花多眼亂。陳漢記另一招牌就係腸粉,咁就緊係要試下,款色數量還好,最少見應該係豬潤腸。牛肉腸粉 $17 ,朋友見我未到先點嘅,剛好我到就上台。皮的確幾薄,不過滑度一般,無咩米味。而且牛肉無乜牛肉味,食落有啲免治牛肉感,食完好似無食過咁無咩感覺。滑雞肉片煲仔飯 $45 ,朋友叫嘅飯,雞件、肉片數量意外地多,而且好鮮嫩,米飯夠乾身,有燒飯嘅香味,飯焦最都幾多,正!落豉油時仲會鐵板咁滋滋聲,唔會太咸唔會太甜,味道剛好。排骨臘味煲仔飯 $50 ,我點嘅,相比之前滑雞飯嘅「煲仔飯」,呢個倒有少少似「盅頭飯」,因為米飯唔夠乾身,甚至最中心部份有啲爛飯嘅感覺。初期以為係整得唔夠時間,不過發現應該係臘味出嘅大量油份,令佢收唔到水。雖然無咗煲仔飯嘅乾身感同燒飯香味,不過換嚟嘅係好重嘅油香味,飯都吸收哂臘味嘅香味,比較可惜嘅係件臘肉真係好硬身同咸,臘腸唔錯,而潤腸就較遜色。排骨都係鮮嫩,無嘢好挑剔。豬潤腸粉 $21 ,後加嘅食物,因為話哂都係招牌之一,點都要試下,一試的確比牛肉腸好味得多,但好突出我又覺得講唔上。因為塊臘肉,最後都係忍唔著要支可樂,爽!…Read More

雖則「放題」、「任食」對現代人嚟講係非常吸引,不過人越大,胃就越嚟越細,所以對食物要求就越嚟越高。冬、春天氣凍凍哋點少得一班朋友打邊爐,而靚煲皇絕對係打邊爐平靚正不二之選。地下有露天位,樓上有室內冷氣位,就算打風落雨都可以食得舒舒服服。一坐低啊姐就會先送上 1 set 調味品,客人可自行挑選所需。靚煲皇其中一大特式就係極多湯底選擇,單單係豬骨煲就經已有好幾種,例如澳門豬骨煲、胡椒豬骨煲、日式麻辣豬骨煲、花膠海蔘豬骨煲、海鮮豬骨煲等等,亦都有花膠藥善煲、花膠海參雞煲一啲比較少見嘅湯底。澳門豬骨煲 例牌 $128 ,湯底非常足料,未落嘢食經已好多嘢食,包括豬筒骨、豬軟骨、紅蘿白、白蘿白、粟米同大蔥,本身想叫碟白蘿白,不過啊姐提醒我哋個煲入面經已有,好貼心!豬筒骨有勁多骨膠原,幾受女士歡迎。靚煲皇另一特式就係「料靚」,基本上每樣都好新鮮,同任食邊爐無得比,而且計落都只係貴任食邊爐少少,真係一試就翻唔到轉頭!手打魚滑 $38 ,味道鮮甜,不過略嫌打得唔夠起膠。手切肥牛 $138 ,第3貴嘅牛肉,雖然係貴啲,不過絕對物有所值,又係一食翻唔到轉頭。脆鯇片 $38 ,新鮮不過唔算太特出。魚雲 $38 ,識食魚一定會食,不過食嗰時就比較麻煩。珊瑚蚌 $58 ,每次嚟靚煲皇都要叫,非常鮮甜爽口!白鱔片 $58 ,幾款魚入面就呢款最好食,叫完再叫!白菜仔 $20 ,細細棵,鮮甜唔起渣,打邊爐一流。黃沙豬潤 $28 ,感覺幾新鮮,爽口,就算唔食內藏嘅朋友都讚。什菜 $28 ,咩菜都有啲,人人唔使爭。…Read More
