手工意粉確實在紅磡美食區來說是很鮮見的,所以滿心期待,我點的是濃郁蝦湯汁忌廉炸蝦手工意粉外賣。套餐配沙律和餐飲,首先沙律就是毫無調味的沙律菜,連基本醬汁、欖欖油、醋等也完全沒有,而且不見得新鮮只能說敷衍了事。炸蝦有兩隻,size屬細蝦,包著厚厚的粉漿,不合格主角手工意粉的口感完全沒有彈性,沒有煙韌,連一點蛋香也欠奉。烹調時間太長,意粉變得一團,沒有咬口醬汁是完全完全沒有一點蝦湯味道,就只有蒜蓉味,餐廳怎可以接受這樣的出品呢?凍檸檬茶也直接給我走甜了,也沒有提供糖漿,茶底淡淡的。說實話,索價$102元,但$50元的質素也沒有!既然沒有誠意把出品煮好,何必開餐廳呢?還說主打手工意粉?連基本功也沒有在紅磡競爭區要生存,只寄語加把勁吧!…Read More

跟男朋友入油塘找朋友食晚飯,朋友帶路到蜀府川鍋試試,乍看還以為只是吃辣的地方,原來還有蒸氣海鮮等。一年四季都愛打邊爐的我,尤其是粥底火鍋更愛不釋手,所以我強烈要求點原隻大蜆蟹鍋,其餘就他們選擇了。前菜選了尖椒重慶皮蛋和泡椒尖筍,打邊爐配料就有本地手切牛頸脊、紐西蘭紐刀貝6隻、手打芝心墨魚丸、野生竹笙。另外再點了即燒聖子皇。很快就有小食,兩款前菜水準都不錯,用上黃金皮蛋配尖椒,加上芝麻和四川辣汁,很快就給我們三人吃光了。但我更愛吃另一款尖荀,一來香港很少地方有得吃,二來味道不會過酸,三來尖荀保持爽口,值得推介。$198的蟹鍋絕對值回票價!!超新鮮肉蟹一大隻,多膏多肉,肉質鮮甜,並不是水蟹貨。鍋內有多隻大蜆,每一隻都肥美鮮甜,絕不是將貨就價的粥鍋!我想是近鯉魚門,所以海鮮特別新鮮而且價錢定位可以較低,而粥㡳有啖啖金華火腿香似的,光是吃這個鍋都飽了一大半,十點半後更可享有半價聖子皇都挺大隻,紐西蘭的,肉質會更甜更爽口,用上金銀蒜去蒸比單用生蒜更惹味!其他打邊爐配料都不錯啊!墨魚丸若果可以多一點芝士就更加好!我們全都吃光光我們6:30就開始用膳,差不多8點離開時,全場已經爆滿,建議先訂位比較好。而且很多枱都點了蒸氣海鮮呢,看似非常吸引,而且價錢很吸引,約人頭$200,我們已有打算再來吃啊!這次吃得飽,食材又新鮮,只是位置比較遠一點,但絕對值得一試!…Read More

我非常嗜辣,幾日前經朋友口中介紹旺角一間高質素台式麻辣火鍋店。剛好朋友約我到旺角用膳,所以我就建議試試養心殿。位置當然非常方便,我地於旺角銀行中心集合再出發,約步行3-4分鐘。環境跟台灣的火鍋店裝修頗相似,以木為主;環境亦大,間隔很好,留有一點私隱度,就算我跟友人兩位都可以坐卡位,坐得舒適的。我當然秒選了麻辣鍋(中辣),而友人就選寧神養心鍋,而火鍋料就有澳洲手切牛肉、響鈐、丸拼盤、炸午餐肉和萵荀。落單後就要去調制私家豉油,自助式的,提供基本如葱花、蒜蓉汁等,衛生程度不錯。麻辣鍋一上枱超香,但不嗆喉;鍋內有鴨血及凍豆腐,份量頗多的,而且點麻辣鍋更免費獲追加鴨血一份。侍應細心的建議我們先喝碗寧神養心鍋湯底,更說用鮮雞、魚、豬肉和多款藥材煲數小時而成,喝後先落火鍋料打邊爐。我們就乖乖跟指示,嘩湯底有半隻烏雞,一大個魚頭;湯頭超濃,更帶有點點甜味(鍋內有龍眼肉,杞子)我們忍不住各喝下兩碗然後就準備開大餐。我個人推介手工丸類拼盤,六款味各兩粒,堅手打,彈牙爽口,最喜歡芝士牛肉丸和鵝肝墨魚丸。手切牛肉新鮮有牛味,食麻辣火鍋必點之選;鴨血厚身滑口,絕對會吃完一塊又一塊,好好味!如果嗜辣的,不妨要大辣挑戰一番,中辣難以滿足我呢~其他配料如炸午餐肉和響鈴都是即叫即炸,好難得更有不少優惠,只要Facebook like一個就有杯非酒精飲品,記得不要錯過。店內更有支裝台灣啤酒選擇,配麻辣火鍋一流。友人跟我都滿意養心殿的食物質素和服務,臨走看到某時段前埋單更可享有七折優惠,下次我會看準時間再來用膳和期待下次餐牌可提供更多火鍋配料。…Read More

男朋友放假就當然不懼風雨周圍覓食,於觀塘工業區遊走一番後發現一幢新裝潢又時尚的工廈。我倆就誤打誤撞的上到4樓探勘,一步出𨋢就見到小學時代最喜歡的玩意-手動足球機-加上望到環境不錯就決定試試。整間餐廳的佈置以運動為主,有桌球、捧球,飛標等,餐廳內有多部LED電視播放著籃球比賽等體育台;環境超大,門口更擺放著不同款式的酒精類飲品,非常吸晴由於我們用膳時間於下午三點多,所以店內較少人,所以超級方便我們談心和hea足一整個下午!Menu內選擇很多,小食、沙律、三文治、漢堡飽、意粉、主菜、all day breakfast、desserts,甚至飲料分酒精和非酒精都目不暇給,一定會有你心水之選。最後我們點了$88周打蜆湯,湯𥚃足足有六隻大蜆,去沙功夫做得很好,蜆肉鮮甜。湯內有洋蔥粒和薯仔粒,稀杰度剛好,魚湯、鮮奶、淡忌廉都平衡得宜,用心之作。連跟湯的兩片法包都烘得外脆內軟,配上甜醋,好好味!個人認為一客的份量也不少,二人分享較好,可以留肚食其他~由於跟男朋友都是海鮮怪,意粉選了$168海鮮扁意粉。醬汁以蒜頭和蕃茄為主,海鮮份量合格,有青口、帶子、大蝦、魷魚和魚,絕對比得上價錢,海鮮煮得剛好,不會有嚡口情況出現。反而扁意粉有驚喜,有咬口之餘,每條意粉都沾上酸甜醬汁,再配上火箭菜的苦澀味,值得推介。男朋友則點了$168烤鱸魚,這個等了約二十分鐘,因為即叫即烤需時較長,所以侍應都有先交代一聲,本人認為是加分位。份量正常,鱸魚皮烤得香口,魚肉較厚,所以啖啖肉配上非粉開的薯蓉,醬汁有少許檸檬酸,減低魚油和薯蓉的油膩感,真的不錯。因為時間較早,我們無點酒精飲品,我點了杯$32熱latte。以為主力賣酒的地方,其他的會普普通通,居然咖啡上不但有個簡單的拉花,而且質素不錯。入口滑,奶不會太重手,不會有烘燶咖啡豆的酸或苦味。不好酒精的,咖啡是個不錯選擇。總結埋單$500,食物質素高選擇多,環境超大超舒適,有室內或戶外,適合一大伙人gathering(可以share多款食物);價格屬中位,份量較大。男朋友話下次一定會再試其他食品和嘆支手工啤酒。侍應超有禮貌,我們坐足三小時都沒有黑面趕客,又給我們不停添水,值得一讚!…Read More

每次來都是點同樣的,就墨魚鬚魚角銀針粉。我個人太喜歡吃銀針粉(狗仔粉),但坊間實在太少選擇。墨魚鬚新鮮爽脆帶鮮味,但份量不算多,而魚角彈牙有魚味。如果你嗜辣,請記得要碟辣油 (枱面沒有的)!!! 合利的辣油比主菜粉麵更出色、比大角咀英記更惹味(英記辣油已經不香不辣了其實),墨魚鬚和魚角沾少許辣油更能帶出味道最後我習慣會將辣油和紅醋加入粉麵,每啖銀針粉就更加好味,而湯西洋菜都是難得的選擇,胃口大的不妨一試,所以我每次經過新蒲崗都會忍不住幫襯。…Read More

是此約了朋友tea,友人決定試博文街內的take five burger,我點的是$56經典夏威夷漢堡加$16配兩隻炸雞翼跟可樂。以份量來說,漢堡的尺寸頗大,碟上鋪滿羅馬菜等,外觀算不錯。炸雞翼不油,但粉漿太薄,咬落沒太大口感,只屬一般。漢堡內的包零麵包香、菠蘿烤得求其、牛肉過熟、無肉汁亦無牛味,如像咬著嚡口的肉碎般、芝士味給過酸的蕃茄味蓋過了。以前博文街內有間Panda Burger是我其中一間喜愛的漢堡包店,不但食品質素高(包內配料或醬料都是自家出品,不是現成的),服務好(落單會問客人牛肉生熟程度),店內環境以熊貓設計出不同海報或其他周邊產品,可惜小店已結業,希望take five可以好好改善食物質素吧!…Read More

我自己極少入荔枝角,但略聞工業區內有不少有質素的食肆,所以今次由男朋友帶我去覓食。程班長位置算容易到達,由樓下到店鋪內的環境衛生亦佳,感覺良好。由於我常說香港實在太太太少好吃的台灣菜,所以男朋友就特意襯放假帶我來品嚐一下。萬巒豬腳真的不錯,值得一讚是去毛功夫做得好,去得乾淨、切的厚度適中、味道帶點酒香和微甜,配上台灣甜醬油和蒜蓉令味道更多元化,真的不錯。反觀另一款小食蚵仔煎就較失色,粉漿太厚、溝得太多薯粉、而且蚵仔的份量又十分少,就好像吃著咸薄餐般。程班長的牛肉麵在香港算是不錯,牛肉炆得淋和入口鬆化、湯頭濃香味重、麵條較粗和煙韌、掛湯力佳,如果有辣味雪菜就更好,但確實CP值高。滷肉便當都不錯,肉粒較肥偏油香、幸好配上酸蘿蔔絲酸青瓜和有大量椰菜減輕肥膩感,加上日式的木魚於飯面,好容易就吃掉整個便當。在香港,好味的台灣菜選擇不多,程班長確實不錯,放假入荔枝角吃都值得的。當然相比台灣吃的還差一點點,可以一解台灣之苦。…Read More
