意想不到的夏日Tea set

朋友難得從台灣回港, 所以帶她來一個週末下午茶, 於是在網上見到Three on Canton的下午茶相片好吸引, 而且Movenpick任食, 價錢還是中等價位, 所以決定網上訂位試試。我們準時到達不用等候就可以直接入座, 檯面上已經有我們即將會點的tea set 餐牌,我們先點了一杯cocktail同mocktail, 雖然等候上甜品時間要成20-25分鐘, 但侍應問我們需唔需要邊食住雪糕邊等候, 有6種口味選擇, 當整盆甜品送上的時候, 我嘩了一聲, 因為同相片的沒差, 港女拍攝完一輪終於可以開動了, 從鬆餅到咸點再到甜點, 鬆餅配上 玫瑰果醬及奶油忌廉不過不失, 咸點的烤菠蘿片黑毛豬漢堡值得一讚, 好好味, 我同朋友都話, 一人件太少啦, 黑毛豬的咸味再加上菠蘿片的甜味恰當好處, 好配合, 另外鵝肝慕絲, 三文魚子慕絲, 芒果大蝦威化筒, 3款入面除了本人不喜愛鵝肝關係,其餘兩款都覺得不錯, 但味道略為有點咸, 墨西哥脆片配美式芝士醬, 脆片令我有驚喜, 做到脆而不硬, 再配上芝士醬, 我停不到口。甜點方面 梳乎厘班戟配甘香抹茶醬, 鬆軟綿綿, 雖然好喜歡食甜品的我, 但對於過甜的甜品我十分抗拒, 蜜柑雲呢拿慕絲, 甜道剛好, 好清新, 食完會想再食多杯的衝動, 經典蘋果combo一小杯不會過量, 綠茶瑞士卷, 雖然本人不太喜好綠茶, 但朋友覺得重抹茶味而不會太甜, Teaset內都會再附上兩杯Movenpick雪糕, 眼闊肚窄的我以為可以再來多杯, 最終每人只吃了2杯已經吃不下了。本來都無打算寫食評, 所以沒有影到餐牌, 但這個意想不到的tea set 令我有驚喜, 所以都想推介一下。總括來講性價比高, 價錢$528/2位, 在openrice上印了75折coupon, 折後每位$224, 這個價錢吃到這個水準完全滿意, 令我們有一個沒有中伏的星期6, 期待下一季的主題下午茶。…Read More

想食正宗泰菜不一定要去九龍城, 大角咀也有間正宗泰國小店, 眼見老闆娘同廚師也是正宗泰國人, 我們一行3人點了好幾個小菜, 龍眼冰入面的龍眼真心要讚, 坊間的最多只有4粒, 這杯龍眼冰起碼有10粒龍眼, 我才覺得自己緊龍眼冰而不是只飲甜水。第一碟生蝦刺身, 連蝦頭都炸埋上碟, 每隻蝦頭都有膏, 一味兩食。冬陰公湯酸辣度適中帶上一陣陣的香茅味,湯內亦有2隻大蝦。蒜蓉包上有一粒粒的蒜蓉, 就知道並唔係Hea的蒜蓉包, 點上冬蔭功湯一齊食就知道好配。炭燒雞全翼不用加任何調味料已經好入味。生菜包份量適中, 每人都可以包到3次。從前都只會食馬拉盞炒通菜/泰式炒通菜,最後我們點了咸魚炒椰菜苗, 椰菜苗的爽口令我差不多吃了2/3碟。雖然價錢不是特別平民價, 但價錢可以反映食物的質素, 如果想吃正宗泰菜, 我也會推介這間小店。…Read More

朋友知道我鍾意食粥底火鍋,早幾日佢就帶我去呢間粥底火鍋店,原來要早1星期book先有位,我地book左8點半,一到8點半,職員就叫名安排入座,呢個時段門口都好多人排隊等入座,一坐低職員先比個調味架我地,好快已經上個粥水底,枱上面仲有1個計時器,枱邊會有1張紙教客人每款海鮮需要煮幾耐,原來呢間店唔係任食,又唔係碟碟計,而係海鮮揀5款,另外仲送2款是日海鮮,火鍋配料揀8款,聽落去好似好少咁,都會驚唔夠食,但原來唔會唔夠食,我地揀左多寶魚/鮑魚/蝦/花甲/扇貝,是日海鮮有肉蟹同沙白,職員唔會一次過上灑咁多款海鮮,佢地見我地差唔多食灑佢會再上,唔會搞到張枱無位,肉蟹多膏多肉 ,貝殼類又唔會有沙,所有海鮮都係新鮮, 蝦仲要係跳下跳下,食粥底火鍋有個好處就係可以食到海鮮原本既鮮味,火鍋配料我地揀左自家制手打雞骨丸/油炸鬼/響鈴卷/魚皮餃/脆皮芝士腸/蒿筍/蘿蔔片/鮮淮山,由於第一次食,都驚會唔灑,所以火鍋配料我地都唔敢揀太多既肉,上火鍋配料既時候,職員叫我地將佢地準備好左既南瓜粒/芋頭粒/粟米件一齊煮,食到最後,配料我地食唔灑,我地就放埋一邊,叫職員幫我地準備最後一個環節就係食粥,職員就拎左一兜粥,芫茜/冬菜/菜甫粒/大頭菜粒/豬油渣粒佢會將早前放左落煲度既南瓜粒/芋頭粒壓溶,之後就慢慢加粥慢慢煮,3-4分鐘後就完成,就係集合灑頭先打邊爐既精華,變左精華海鮮粥,海鮮粥真係好鮮甜,食完一碗好想再添多碗,但可惜我已經食唔落,唯有將頭先食剩既火鍋配料同海鮮粥打包,總括黎講$200/位免加一係抵食既,但野飲就要另外收費,但如果帶酒黎飲既都只不過係比$30/枱開瓶費,絕對係良心食店。…Read More

星期六整完指甲就約左個舊同事食下飯聚下,咁岩我又係荃灣整指甲,於是我地就決定係荃灣搵野食,行下行下搵到呢間叫爆丼丼既日式小店,我地決定入去試下先,由於食飯時間,店入面已經滿座,職員好快安排我地入座,職員好快送上2杯熱茶,一打開餐牌,款款都好想試下,我地叫左黑豹墨汁烏冬同極上生魚丼share食,烏冬同丼都包左碗麵豉湯,5分鐘後,職員就奉上麵豉湯,一般坊間既麵豉湯都只係得海苔同豆腐,而呢間就有埋豆卜,都幾好,再過5分鐘後丼可以有得食,賣相很不錯,海膽好鮮,帶子唔係好薄好細塊個種,牡丹蝦啖啖肉好鮮甜,三文魚好肥美,這個飯係真心推介,烏冬大約等左10分鐘左右已經有得食,第一啖飲下個湯底,比較淡味,有點似清雞湯,叉燒無嘜肥肉,讚,烏冬都好入味,但由於個湯底,所以整體就比較失望,由於店鋪比較細,所以食飽我地都轉地方慢慢坐,但下次我會選擇再次試下其他丼…Read More

屋企附近多開了一間馬來西亞菜, 昨晚和朋友講開就即管去試下, 等到5分鐘就有位啦。坐低之後送上餐牌和落單紙自行落單, 2人揀了2款飯同2款小食, 玻璃魷魚蕹菜, 從來對魷魚不大興趣的我竟然覺得魷魚煮得好林好易入口, 配上少少麻辣醬係蕹菜上面, 不油膩又不會淡而無味, 我叫了芽菜雞飯, 一向鐘情芽菜的我, 好開心有芽菜做伴菜, 雞不肥但又好滑, 配上黃薑飯, 不過我完全食唔出有黃薑味, 有點失望, 而我朋友叫了一個咖哩魚配椰漿飯,咖喱魚用烤的方法, 上面淋上咖喱汁, 而我真心覺得個椰漿飯好好味, 飯有濃濃的椰漿味, 整體我比較喜歡椰漿飯多過黃薑飯, 他們還有一個藍色叫藍花飯都好吸引, 可以售罄了, 唯有下次再試, 另一個小食煎炸雞配甜酸醬, 賣相普通, 但味道不錯, 至於杯冬瓜龍眼茶就甜度適中, 可惜只得勁少龍眼碎, 如果有3-4粒完整龍眼肉會開心好多。至於衛生方面, 檯面抹完都仍然有點笠, 每張檯的位有點窄, 希望衛生方面多作改善。期待下一次可以再試其他的款式。…Read More

父親快到,放假緊係出去行街揀父親節禮物啦,買完禮物睇下錶先知原來已經夠鐘食飯,男朋友話想食拉麵,由於旺角區加上食飯時間,我地無再特別去搵拉麵店,我地揀左一風堂,等左大約10分鐘已經有位,我地叫左黑拉麵$78,一風堂辣肉拉麵$76,炸紫菜墨魚鬚$35,芫茜餃子$45/6件,等野食期間我見到枱面上有生蒜提供,實在太好了,好快芫茜餃子已經有得食,餃子個跟埋一兜汁,原來係一口餃子黎,芫茜放係上面,配埋個芫茜汁,一啖放入口,啲味好夾,啲汁酸酸地,又唔會太勁芫茜味搶晒啲酸味,炸紫菜魷魚鬚炸得唔會太油,但如果多啲紫菜碎就會更香,細細粒唔係一大條都幾好,唔會太難吞,配埋個他他醬都不錯,但拉麵就稍為要等多一陣,拉麵黎到既時候,我地問職員拎左啲生蒜黎配拉麵,仲夾左枱面上提供既芽菜黎配拉麵,黑拉麵湯底香濃豬骨湯,呢間店既拉麵係幼麵,可能我落單既時候無要求麵質要硬,就有小小偏林,至於一風堂辣肉拉麵麵身一樣,但湯底亦都係豬骨湯底,個辣醬唔會話特別好似,唔似地獄拉麵個種辣,再加埋生蒜同辣芽菜,簡直一流,下次會再試下其他小食。…Read More

成日經過都想去試,我係一個極鍾意食魚既人,今日出開去荃灣行街就終於可以試到,一入到去都幾多人係度食,不過座位真心比較逼, 我就叫左個黃花魚湯米線,男朋友就叫左個紫菜四寶(蝦卷,蟹子丸,魚旦,墨魚丸)米線,叫左一碟墨魚餅一碟煎魚餅小食,其實佢有好多款米線比客人選擇,唔算等好耐,10分鐘左右就到,黃花魚湯米線仲有隻碟仔比你放魚骨,米線既魚湯好濃,米線比較軟身,我一個人係可以食晒成條魚,男朋友個魚湯反而無嘜魚湯味,可能唔係原條魚既米線而又不含味精,蝦卷好重蝦味,墨魚餅都好食,有一粒粒既墨魚,煎魚餅就差小小,可能煎得過火左小小,一咬落去比較硬,總括黎講係唔錯既,下次想食米線就唔洗次次去食連鎖米線咁悶嚕。…Read More

難得放假當然去睇下戲娛樂下,睇戲前要去醫肚先,平時晚飯時間這間刀削麵店都要排隊,宜家午市唔洗等位緊係入去食啦,午市都多人,卡位都要坐單邊,呢間店之前裝修過,未裝修前個廚房係門口位,一入門口會見到師傅係度手拉刀削麵,宜家裝修後廚房就無以前咁開揚,餐牌有好多麵款,一坐低我就叫左碗麻辣雞翼刀削麵,朋友就叫左碗麻辣豬扒刀削麵,套餐都會有野飲跟,我地就叫左豆漿,等左5分鐘左右就上左2款餸先,一見到已經留晒口水,再過多2分鐘左右2碗刀削麵都黎埋,面頭鋪滿蒜頭同辣椒碎,先讚下碗刀削麵,因為係師傅手拉既關係,所以每條麵都好煙煙韌韌,而且每條唔會好短,每條都好似正常米線禁長,一條就可以滿足晒成個口腔,坊間有啲刀削麵會好短,大約好似手指禁上下長度,麻辣豬扒有少少乾身,但個麻辣雞翼就做得好出色,醃得好入老水味,再配埋佢個麻辣汁蒜粒,簡直黎多3隻都食得落呀,再用埋啲麻辣汁加落個湯底度,我同朋友2個人都晒得晒,$50可以食到手工做既刀削麵我覺得可以接受,食飽時已經有人客排緊隊,今日真係好彩我地食早一步。…Read More

星期日去深水埗行街,順便食埋晚餐先,經過呢間餐廳裝修又幾靚, 價錢又唔貴,所以入左去食,我地8點入座,都已經好多客,keep住會有客入座,由於同男朋友唔係好餓,所以叫左一個松露雜菌烤麵(含溫泉蛋)同一個堤諾小食拼盤,飲品都有好多款揀,由於我地唔飲咖啡奶茶,所以就叫左一枝意大利啤酒試下,唔洗等好耐就黎左個小食拼盤,魚條炸得適中,唔會炸過龍,粗薯條好重薯仔味,仲有兜醬可以點,味道好開胃,酸酸地,雞翼就可能烤過龍,有點乾身,意大利啤酒都幾好味,麥味都重,原價$38/1枝,但宜家$38有一枝啤酒之餘仲有一碗沙律,食完小食拼盤等左五分鐘左右烤麵都有得食,餐廳好貼心圍左個紙圈同矽膠手柄以防燙手,第一啖食落口,意粉比較硬,意粉一啲都唔熱,意粉有煙出,但一啲都唔熱,只係微暖,當時我地已經食緊,所以我地並無叫店員翻熱,但意粉夠creamy,因為我好鍾意食好creamy既意粉,松露味唔會好濃,因為有啲人未必會接受到太濃味,但總括黎講都可以,下次再食的話我會叫店員煮熱一點應該會更好味。…Read More
