今次同朋友去咗林洪記食蒸氣海鮮火鍋，之前幾年前食過都覺得唔錯，今次就想試吓有冇變。入到餐廳，人唔算多，應該係平日關係。侍應好快就安排咗位，同我地講用餐時間係兩個鐘。我地叫咗個龍蝦餐，有好多海鮮可以任食，包括花蟹、聖子、帶子、蝦、魚片等等。海鮮都好新鮮，特別係花蟹同聖子，蟹膏好香濃，聖子肉質肥美。龍蝦都幾大隻，肉質彈牙。其他海鮮都唔錯，帶子爽口，蝦肉鮮甜，魚片嫩滑。蒸氣鍋都好方便，只要將海鮮放入鍋中，加熱水，就會自動蒸熟。唔使自己煮，好啱懶人。…Read More
