💛又好味又夠懶串燒放題

大家都知呢間餐廳幾難book,終於比我食到啦!果然人氣背後係有原因,好味又好玩(懶)~餐廳分時段預約,每時段120分鐘準時交台,所以記得準時嚟同埋一定要book 位。價錢都相對唔同,730 前離座最平,平日$198 加一咋。但真係要準時交台!!!懶人串燒名副其實,串燒爐有2條好似單車鏈咁嘅鐵鏈keep 住慢慢轉動,每枝串燒棍底部有個小齒輪,將齒輪⚙️卡係鐵鏈上放平串燒物,佢就會自動轉,可以等食啦。要注意翻每串燒物肥瘦不一,所以點樣排位都係一門學問,如果兩串比較寬身嘅燒物擺隔離,有機會互相「kick」住就轉唔郁😂menu 上有各種肉類同蔬菜類,食起身選擇都唔少,另外有張貓紙清楚咁羅列每串燒物嘅燒烤時間(以火力2500計算),好細心~不過可以好懶咁燒烤會掛住傾計,小心燒燶嘢🤣仲有各種味粉、燒烤醬!個人最鍾意羊肉、牛肉配孜然,牛肉、牛舌配海鹽,海鮮加辣粉或者椒鹽,豬肉雞肉就好百搭,點雪梨醬、撒孜然、椒鹽、辣粉都好味!Ps:個蜜糖醬罐成個設計都好方便衛生!抵讚!特別提醒🔔蔬菜邊燒邊塗抹佢地秘制蜜糖醬會更好味,因為邊燒邊搽水/醬汁先夠水分煮熟透瓜同菇,就咁燒會好乾好易表面燶左入面都唔熟。個人嚟講最鍾意嘅十款燒物:(按照喜愛程度排序):1、牛舌!!!好juicy彈牙!2、棉花糖!!表面帶點焦糖,入面軟綿綿,入口即溶嘅感覺☺️☺️好幸福(個人嚟講喜歡夾埋熱辣辣雞蛋仔一齊食)3、雞卷肉!雞皮包住雞肉,雞皮好脆雞肉好嫩滑!有驚喜~~4、豬大腸!肥美!皮脆內軟。肥滋滋~5、台灣腸,細細條,同正常size 嘅蜜糖味台灣腸味道一樣,一口一條都得!6、雞翼!好juicy~7、羊肉串,又真係幾有羊肉味,加孜然粉真係好有風味!8、荷蘭豬五花,肥瘦均勻,滿足。9、美國牛肋腩,火候控制要注意。10、雞軟骨、雞皮都好香好適合串燒~加咩調味都正。個燒烤架好貼心,上面有足夠位置放燒好嘅串燒,又可以等d 油滴翻落去!上菜嘅盤都好乾淨企理!飲品放題~~鍾意咩就去雪櫃拎~最後,估唔到甜品係Haagendaz!!!!!!! 好味!超有日式拉麵館感覺!

餐廳超級就腳,一出石門地鐵站C出口,眼前第一間餐廳就係麵道。麵道就好似一間係玻璃盒入面嘅地道日式拉麵店模型咁。透過玻璃窗可以見到入面充滿日式風味嘅拉麵館吧台,同埋好多好靚嘅宮崎駿電影poster。細心留意可以發現到,吊燈係用日本酒樽加工而成。餐廳佈置樸實,但比到我置身日本嘅感覺。秋天嚟啦,難得嚟到就試佢期間限定嘅menu!下次嚟就冇得試啦😋😋🍁味玉法式慢煮鴨胸蜆貝湯拉麵$82 🦆🥣首先講下拉麵嘅靈魂——湯。第一啖飲落有d 似日式稻庭冬嘅湯底味,清淡帶點鮮味。將鴨肉上面嘅黑松露醬,混合落湯麵之後,成碗拉麵搖身一變,味道完全唔同左,好神奇。🦆黑松露嘅香味令成個湯頭變得濃郁,味道豐富左好多,同時鴨肉味慢慢滲出,越飲湯底越濃郁,由一開始清淡鮮甜變得醇厚。同豚骨湯底唔同嘅係,呢個湯底味道濃郁得嚟質地都係「水」感,所以食到最後都唔會變得濃稠厚膩,適合喜歡清爽湯頭同鴨肉風味嘅人。🍜拉麵粗幼適中,質感清爽彈牙,浸泡一段時間都唔會軟爛。🦆慢煮鴨肉有兩大片,質感都幾軟,肉質唔會孩,幾有咬口,而且有鴨肉獨特嘅「鴨騷味」,喜歡鴨肉嘅朋友推薦一試。鴨肉同黑松露蜆貝湯嘅組合好新鮮,其他地方未必試到。🥚味玉係超級流心,蛋白食到醬油味,入面d半熟蛋漿濃稠香滑,同鴨肉、湯麵一齊送入口,滿足感爆炸。另外仲有菜苗,京蔥、紫菜做配料。期間限定下次嚟就可能冇左,嚟到不妨一試。🍺🍗小食追加套餐$38(包括前菜、小食、飲品各一)🍥柚子味蓮藕片:清爽、淡淡柚子味,蓮藕爽口清甜。🍗啤酒炸雞槌:外脆內軟又juicy,有3大舊,下面鋪滿炸蒜,炸得均勻又香脆,好正。🍺生啤 250ml:醇厚清爽嘅asahi 生啤!真材實料!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🐷辛口特盛叉燒味玉豚骨醬油拉麵 $90🍜成個湯頭就係:溫厚濃稠。雖然係辛口,但其實唔係好辣,對於食bb辣嘅人嚟講都幾容易接受。(但完全唔食辣嘅我都要食幾啖就飲水🤣🤣)因為豚骨湯底好濃稠醇厚,所以辣得好溫和容易入口,不過醬油味就唔係好食到。叉燒真係重量級有4片,而且每一塊都肥瘦均勻,好軟熟入味。麵揀左中間嘅軟硬度,食到最後麵浸得較軟,同時湯底越加黏稠,就有點膩。所以配搭啤酒同清爽小食例如沙律、柚子蓮藕會更好。小食追加套餐$38枝豆:熱辣辣上台,而且幾夠味。炸池魚:味道口感都好似多春魚,但係肉質更飽滿,炸得好均勻香脆,每一part 都好酥脆,由頭到尾魚頭魚骨都食得。生啤 250ml:醇厚清爽嘅asahi 生啤!真材實料🥰🥰ps:餐廳免費提供辣芽菜,酸酸辣辣,有需要可以向店員索取㗎~總而言之,餐廳幾有風味,幾抵食,味道唔錯,可以再戰。…Read More

想食burger 好耐啦!行開銅鑼灣忍唔住又嚟burger room 食。Double Decker $145 +egg($10)雙層牛肉芝士漢堡平時見得多,但呢個真係重量級。成個漢堡高度有手掌咁高!最震撼係中間兩塊牛肉漢堡扒又厚又大塊,仲要好結實,真材實料。影左兩張相嘅時間,漢堡扒嘅肉汁已經多到滿溢四瀉(所以快手影完要即刻食啦,個包好快就會浸爛)。由於真係太厚實,所以最後都係拆件食。漢堡扒肉質結實,肉汁豐富,唔會孩口有彈性,個煎蛋好滑仲要半流心,搭配牛肉真係畫龍點睛。漢堡包有烘底而且幾厚身,口感偏實在。美中不足係牛肉味道唔算濃郁,同埋調味偏咸d。Green salad $50沙律好抵食好大份!番茄幾清甜,沙律菜都幾新鮮。加上沙律醋(好似係柚子醋?)好清新,可以完美中和burger 同煎炸食物嘅油膩感,清新味蕾~Honey spicy chicken wings $60(6pcs)雞翼表面焗得乾爽,入面好juicy,雞肉嫩滑。調味都十分出色,有蜜糖香甜之餘帶些小微辣,唔食得辣嘅我都覺得接收到~Mozzarella cheese stick $55 (5 sticks)size 有中指咁大條,可以拉到好長嘅芝士絲,如果可以熱d 脆d 就更好。炸得唔夠脆入面芝士唔點融比較孩口。同埋個stick本身冇咩調味,建議係調味bar 度拎d茄汁/芥末醬/辣椒仔按照個人口味調味。總體嚟講burger room 嘅用餐環境唔錯,仲有啤酒飲,收工嚟食個burger 飲杯啤酒傾下計都幾舒服。…Read More

行開沙田都知道某商場3期有一層開左好多餐廳,行過見到有間裝修幾突出以藍色做主色嘅餐廳,仲要成日好多人食,聽聞下新加坡米芝蓮餐廳,一於試試佢。注意,天天海南雞所有時段都有收茶位費$9每人。叫得天天海南雞,梗係要食海南雞啦!人氣招牌天天海南雞飯 例牌$158煮法完全跟足新加坡總店秘方炮製。雞肉非常嫩滑,雞皮薄,爽滑沒有脂肪,搭配左清新爽口的青瓜條係底。本身淋係面嘅醬汁比較清淡。搭配另外三款秘製醬汁:新加坡黑醬油、辣椒醬及蒜醬。個人覺得黑醬油甜甜地同雞肉更夾。辣椒醬係泰式辣醬嘅味道,好惹味。雞油飯(細)$38油飯粒粒分明,散發淡淡雞油香氣,仲要用厚實嘅砂鍋裝住,食好耐都keep 住溫熱。同海南雞係絕配。霧裡看花(咕嚕安格斯牛仔粒)$108呢個真係打卡之選。霧裡看花嘅霧嚟自乾冰,一上台就霧氣瀰漫,好似仙境咁,影相好靚。圓錐形嘅玻璃容器裝滿牛柳粒同燈籠椒,色彩鮮豔。一定要襯熱食,食到表面香脆。咕嚕醬酸酸甜甜好開胃,每粒牛柳粒都幾大下,送飯一流。比較可惜嘅係咕嚕太濃掩蓋曬牛肉味,食起身同咕嚕肉冇咩分別。黃金炸軟骨 $68呢個炸軟骨好好味!好想食多次!炸得又香又脆,而且鹹蛋黃味好濃郁,食到停唔到口!有杯啤酒就正啦。飲品方面點左豆花金牌咖啡$32(左)咖啡香濃,豆花軟滑,呢個配搭好特別,而且飲落又幾夾wor!薄荷青檸 $32(右)超級大杯!重量級嘅飲品,一杯要兩個人先飲得曬,一隻手拎會手震~~飲品檸檬味濃郁,反而冇咩薄荷味,酸甜清涼係幾清新~總體嚟講,餐廳用餐環境舒適,而且整體味道都唔錯,菜式幾有特色,份量都唔少,值得一試。…Read More

天氣開始轉涼,秋風起就係時候食煲仔飯同蛇羹啦!要數沙田環境靚又坐得舒服嘅蛇羹店,一定係四季芬芳。舖頭新開,睇得出裝修十分用心,牆壁、天花、地板、餐具全部都係精心設計佈置,大膽用色,仲有好搶眼嘅霓虹燈,將新舊元素融合,呈現十分繽紛有活力的中國風~專門嚟四季芬芳梗係要食蛇啦!招牌菜必數蛇羹🐍同蛇碌花膠太史蛇羹 $98蛇羹賣相精緻,湯羹口感濃稠滑溜,蛇羹配料豐富,份量夠兩個人share。蛇肉唔會腥,未試過蛇嘅朋友可以嘗試下蛇羹,好容易接受。另外食蛇羹必不可少嘅配料精緻咁用小碟裝起,有脆片、香蔥同檸檬草~ 建議試完原味後,可以加d檸檬草,口感好清新,味道層次更豐富。蛇碌炆雞煲 $248食蛇必點蛇碌,啖啖蛇肉先滿足~呢個蛇碌雞煲份量都幾足,有成6、7舊蛇碌,雞肉都唔少,用超厚砂鍋上台,新鮮滾熱辣。一上台香氣撲鼻,d汁仲翻騰緊~記得撈一撈煲底d雞,以免燶底,個煲真係好熱。最正係食到最後煲內嘅食物都仲係溫熱!蛇肉都係完全唔會腥,好容易接受,醬汁十分惹味,雞肉嫩滑,食到停唔到口。豉油排骨白鱔煲仔飯 $108秋風起,就係食煲仔飯嘅好時節~呢個煲仔飯d 白鱔真係好出色啊!肉質柔軟嫩滑肥美,仲要完全冇泥腥味,正!排骨都好滑好彈牙,美中不足就係冇乜飯焦😢😢覺得唔夠味可以落d豉油(綠色樽),佢地嘅甜豉油質感比較濃稠,唔建議落太多,幾滴就夠。甜品 (一碗糖水加2件糕點) $52食完咁溫暖味道偏濃嘅菜式,糖水揀左清熱解毒綠豆沙清清味蕾。綠豆沙好濃稠,個人超鍾意d綠豆煲到起曬沙,綿密豐厚,又唔會太甜,仲有d 海帶增加口感,好味~糕點分別係桂花糕同紅棗糕,估佢唔到兩件都係凍糕,但口感出乎意料軟滑~ 桂花糕入口嘅質地同平時食到嘅差唔多,但係入口一陣好快變得軟滑,質感比平時嘅濃稠,香味更加濃郁,同平時食到嘅幾唔同。紅棗糕雖然係凍食,但非常軟糯,食到棗泥嘅感覺,好足料。總括而言,雖然四季芬芳定價稍高,但食物味道都幾唔錯,環境設計同餐具都好有心思值得加分。蛇肉味道唔濃,特別適合未試過蛇肉嘅朋友嚟嘗試下~…Read More

第一次接觸白布烏冬係見到朋友po相,上網睇過先知原來白布烏冬係改良於群馬縣其中最有名氣的其中一家烏龍麵店「藤屋」。該店的「店自慢」,就係闊身好似白色被子一樣摺疊起來的烏冬麵「ひもかわうどん」,就好似白布咁~ 後來被引用並改良成依家深水埗呢間白布烏冬。白布烏冬全自家製,口感彈牙煙韌又滑溜。裝修好有日本feel 好用心!烏冬主要有三種食法:沾麵、冷麵、湯麵,各有特色。太好啦!平時午餐晚餐時間要排長龍,揀左冇咩人食飯嘅時間嚟完全唔使排!第一次嚟食揀左最抵玩嘅鴨肉沾麵。我揀沾麵嘅原因係,沾麵嘅湯一開始係熱,可以食到湯麵嘅風味,等食到一半d 湯同麵都攤凍曬,就可以食到冷烏冬嘅風味。仲因為沾麵係湯麵分開,就唔怕浸到d 烏冬軟爛曬。烏冬成一塊薄薄的長方布形,每份有8片,望落薄但夾起都有一定重量。鴨肉湯望落清其實味道幾足。入面固定有3片頗為厚實嘅煙鴨胸、大蔥、少許紫蘇葉、茄子等。飲落幾清但係味道濃郁,茄子、大蔥都好軟腍入味~食鴨肉嘅時候加dd 紫蘇葉同湯、烏冬一齊食,味道會再豐富d。烏冬沾湯之後滑到完全夾唔到😂 食到好狼狽,湊個口去碗邊,好努力吸起,sir sir 聲大大聲😂😂可惜食到第三塊d 烏冬同湯開始凍,而且凍得好快,所以未食到一半就變左冷麵🤣烏冬越凍就越硬,最後2片已經唔滑同埋變得好韌,所以 最後忠告:—————-!! 打完卡記得快d 趁熱食 !!————…Read More

⚠️⚠️本人在此鄭重希望店鋪謹慎處理食材,嚴格把關衛生情況⚠️⚠️數日前,我係呢度食完晚餐,食完冇耐係餐廳已經開始攪肚痛,一開始冇為意,離開餐廳後冇耐開始發冷、腹痛、作嘔、然後攪肚痛腹瀉。返到屋企開始全身⚠️骨痛、嘔、發高燒,燒左1日1夜,2日都返唔到工⚠️😭😭😭睇完醫生,話我係食錯野⚠️急性腸胃炎⚠️。其實餐廳食物味道本身已經強差人意,仲要食完咁樣病幾日真係好唔抵,直到退燒後2、3日先可以慢慢食到白粥以外嘅嘢。所以呢篇文主要係想提醒店主,刺身呢d食材要特別慎重處理,味道都其次,食壞人真係無法忍受。到食物味道啦!真係不堪入口!本身嚟呢間餐廳係聽聞此身平得嚟新鮮。結果 一d 都唔平亦一d 都唔新鮮!油甘魚腩好腥!當見到深紅色嗰part 就深感不妙,果然入口就食到強烈腥味,落好多wasabi 都掩蓋唔到。油甘魚魚腩理論上咁厚應該有一定油脂香味同質感柔軟,結果唔柔軟、唔鮮甜、冇油脂。🤮呢個海鮮丼真係今晚最大伏!$268加一😰🔻首先全部刺身都係薄切到一個極點!盡現師傅刀工🔪🔻其次,食材配搭真係完全大亂鬥,一堆濃味食材鋪係刺身上,一來就算撥開都已經破壞刺身原本味道,二來明太子真係死鹹到苦,而蟹膏偏鹹腥,擺埋一齊味道更加互相影響🤢🤢🔻最後就係,刺身嚟講真係爭鮮級數,例如:蟹鉗肉質鬆散、霉;帶子冇甜味,口感似啫喱;全部刺身當中只有貝類食到些少甜味,左口魚裙邊都有油香,口感都ok,海膽就一粒甜一粒普通。同埋好少可見日本餐廳提供嘅係水而唔係熱茶。🧐最後,再次希望餐廳謹慎處理食材,保證食材乾淨衛生,希望我嘅情況只係一個半個個別例子。同埋都希望餐廳提供翻d 合乎價格品質嘅食物。☹️🙏🏻⚠️本人生病不適之情況句句屬實,有醫生診斷及朋友作證。食物味道乃個人主觀感受,只供參考。⚠️…Read More

百樂中心真係好多嘢食,呢間餐廳最出名吉列牛同忌廉烏冬,朋友介紹話好味特登嚟一試!餐廳幾企理,位置比起好多吉列牛餐廳要闊落,坐得都算舒服。我地點左比較抵食嘅set,試曬兩樣招牌菜。二人餐2 $246吉列牛定食+咖哩忌廉烏冬+2罐汽水吉列牛定食好豐富,有飯、麻醬豆腐、番茄仔同昆布湯。吉列牛份量都幾足,而且牛肉肉質嫩滑,外皮都算酥脆,上到台仲係熱嘅~個人鍾意放到石板上燒到7成熟,加d 芥末再點d 芥末沙律醬就perfect。加芥末令口感變得清爽,味道更豐富。白飯粒粒分明,幾彈牙。咖哩烏冬可以揀雞肉或者牛肉。烏冬表面係一層厚厚嘅whipping cream,下面係熱辣辣嘅咖哩烏冬。烏冬質地好軟但係keep 到彈牙嘅口感,撈埋忌廉食口感好滑好軟綿綿,仲要充滿空氣感,覺得好輕盈~食曬成碗都唔覺得膩,如果份量可以多d就更好,一個女仔食曬都係啱啱飽。炸雞 $45 side dish 炸雞份量都ok,而且肉質都幾嫩同juicy。芝士年糕 $38芝士年糕超級熱辣辣,非常外脆內軟,厚厚一層年糕煙韌軟糯,入面包住芝士流心,濃郁滿足~配合表面脆脆嘅紫菜同七味粉加添小小鹹味及辣味,味道更豐富更有風味。整體味道唔錯,性價比都高,值得encore!…Read More

今日同屋企人又嚟叉燒大王食最出名嘅叉燒。其實喺呢度食過幾次啦,每次佢哋嘅叉燒水準都保持得好好。除左堂食,叉燒大王門口有外賣窗口,每日都有唔同嘅特價燒味,叉燒係禮拜二,半價有突啊!!~蜜汁燒排骨係禮拜一,都係半價!今日點左三個餸,有招牌叉燒、胡椒浸釀豆卜同埋豉油王大蝦。招牌叉燒叉燒同樣保持水準,肥瘦均勻,成碟叉燒大概一半便肥啲一半偏瘦啲,鍾意食肥或者唔鍾意食肥嘅人都滿足到。偏肥嘅叉燒油脂非常充足,肥瘦相隔,口感好柔軟好香,偏瘦嘅叉燒肉質比較結實彈牙唔會柴,叉燒汁甜甜地好好味,撈飯一流。客家胡椒浸釀豆卜入面有釀豆卜,粉絲以及其他配菜。胡椒湯味道濃郁,辛香暖胃,粉絲滑溜溜增加口感,豆卜煎過再煮所以保持到比較有口感硬身,可以吸收到湯汁同時唔會軟軟爛爛。湯底太好味,忍唔住叫碗瀨粉浸落胡椒湯食。最驚喜係豉油王大蝦大蝦有四隻,仲要隻隻都非常大隻,足足有成個掌心咁大,而且蝦殼煮得好脆,好入味,調味適中,豉油味香濃過癮!重點係蝦肉結實彈牙,非常新鮮!叉燒大王平日生意都咁好,想必係因為佢地堅持認真做好中菜,次次都保持水準先會keep到咁多街坊客同回頭客,希望可以一直堅持落去!…Read More

之前食過佢嘅海鮮套餐覺得幾好味,今日就黎試埋佢嘅藥膳火鍋補補身~餐廳都幾闊落,人多或者三五知己黎都好合適。仲有d影相位同呼應餐廳籃球街場主題嘅裝飾!我地揀左藥膳套餐嘅花膠螺頭湯底,肉類揀左羊肉。配料除左套餐嘅手工拼盤以外,仲有好多任食火鍋配料選擇,飲品都係任飲,選擇非常多元化,除左常見嘅汽水,仲有乳酸飲料、花茶、紅白酒等等,全部都任飲。個湯底好濃郁藥材味,而且好足料,入面有花膠響、螺頭、足足半隻雞、以及人參紅棗等藥材,但係如果本身唔好藥材或者怕苦嘅話就最好揀海鮮火鍋。火鍋嘅雞煮到咁上下,店員會幫忙撈起拎去斬件,方便食用。用藥膳湯煮過嘅雞肉都ok,按照個人口味調配醬料點住食更佳。套餐嘅羊肉好大碟,份量足,羊肉唔騷,肉質比較厚實。個人最鍾意手工拼盤,主要有手工餃子同手工丸,個人最鍾意鮮蝦雲吞同花枝丸,鮮蝦雲吞蝦肉好彈牙足料,花枝丸真係打到起膠,好爽口彈牙,入面仲包住蝦乾,味道濃郁鹹香好夾!套餐仲有釀左花枝肉嘅油炸鬼,就咁食仲好味!其他火鍋材料都好好味,選擇都唔少。最鍾意係美國肥牛,同烏冬!烏冬係日本稻庭烏冬,好滑又夠煙韌彈牙,好味!肥牛肉質嫩滑牛肉味濃郁,食得出係優質嘅肥牛。另外仲有多款新鮮蔬菜選擇,健康必選!飲品嘅乳酸系列酸酸甜甜好正!整體而言,藥膳火鍋比較視乎個人口味喜好,但個人感覺唔錯,店員服務都好周到細心!餐廳位置闊落。如果未必接受到藥材味嘅話選擇海鮮套餐就比較適合啦~~…Read More

餐廳好就腳,行完街睇完衫就上去搵食~餐廳除左日本料理,比較特別係門口香氣四溢嘅釜飯corner。今日好好彩,可以坐窗邊位,望到個靚靚夜景,嚟嘅時候大概8點,對面大廈外牆咁啱有好靚嘅「煙花匯演」睇,幾好feel。其實成間餐廳嘅裝修都好四正乾淨,幾靚幾有格調,但座位比較窄d。呢度釜飯咁特別,我地點左燒鵝肝牛小排釜飯,仲有其他小食。燒鵝肝牛小排釜飯 $148釜飯上台後用沙漏計時焗1分鐘先打開。可以先將入面嘅所有材料撈埋食。食到一半加茶壺嘅湯汁做茶漬泡飯,亦可以包紫菜。總之按照個人口味配搭,幾好玩~燒鵝肝十分甘香濃郁,可惜得一舊唔夠喉;燒牛小排都係份量比較少,但好嫩滑牛肉味香濃。釜飯整體都幾香,底部有dd飯焦,食嘅時候飯帶微微焦香味,唔錯~溫泉蛋蟹肉胡麻豆腐沙律 $58沙律嘅蟹肉好鮮甜;豆腐厚薄適中,豆味香濃,口感嫩滑;海藻都好清爽;溫泉蛋流心顏色金黃,撈埋食好濃郁~穴子明太子玉子燒 $68玉子燒係即點即造,上到台熱辣辣,厚厚嘅玉子包住鹹香微辣嘅明太子以及嫩滑穴子蓉,層次好豐富,味道特別,口感一流。木魚高湯浸翡翠苗 $88木魚湯味道比較淡,檯面有岩鹽,可以按照個人喜好加岩鹽調味。翡翠苗好嫩滑,加上有個爐係下面加熱,食嘅時候keep住湯熱菜香~巨峰梳打 $28(左)巨峰梳打夠曬冰凍,酸酸甜甜幾解渴。蝶豆花乳酸梳打 $32(右)蝶豆花顏色幾靚,味道幾特別。…Read More

餐廳主打日式燒烤放題,門口有好多特色擺設,門面幾靚。入面座位都算闊落舒適。店員盡責,態度友善,會提醒我地台號係座位上方,點菜方法等。間中會嚟睇下我地燒成點,仲會教我地點燒更加好味。menu 都幾豐富,有燒肉、沙律、刺身、壽司、蔬菜、海鮮、熟食等等。 我地去嘅時段係6-8pm,$248每位再加一,包2罐非酒精飲品。燒肉種類繁多,有牛肉、豬肉、雞肉、海鮮等,比較特別係有果酸酵素系列,用左生果醬醃肉,即使相同部位,用果醬醃過嘅肉味道質感都有唔同,幾特別。牛肉方面,霜降和牛味道唔錯,油脂比較充足,而且食落口幾嫩滑柔軟。豬肉方面,個人最鍾意豬大腸同蜜糖芥末骰仔豚粒。豬大腸燒完會外脆內軟,而且處理得幾乾淨。蜜糖芥末豚粒就夠曬厚身,應該係五花腩位,肥瘦均勻,啖啖肉好滿足,燒完嘅口感柔軟彈牙,油脂足夠,而且幾鍾意佢甜甜地嘅蜜糖芥末調味。雞肉方面,燒雞翼都唔錯,朋友燒得好有心機,keep 到肉汁之餘外皮香脆。海鮮方面,日本宮城牡蠣幾唔錯,大大隻生蠔,烤完之後keep 住飽滿多汁,海水味都幾濃郁,放題嚟講質素算係幾唔錯。壽司方面,肉鬆菠蘿鰻魚卷幾驚喜,搭配特別,鰻魚嫩滑冇骨,加上肉鬆同菠蘿鹹甜混合,口感味道都幾特別。刺身方面,最抵讚係象拔蚌,又爽又甜,就算微微燒熟都係爽口彈牙,好味~其他刺身例如甜蝦北寄貝都ok。飲品方面,提供綠茶、紅茶、可樂等罐裝飲品,每人兩罐,如果想飲酒,餐廳都有提供sake、啤酒等,需要額外收費。…Read More

餐廳嘅裝修行工業風,牆壁有水管裝飾,某d 牆身有畫畫。燈飾、燈光都配合到氣氛。就係座位比較窄,坐得唔算舒服。可以問店員拎嘢裝袋。食物整體味道都唔錯,魚扒、意大利飯同粉都幾好味。朋友之前食過覺得牛扒一般所以我地冇點。平日夜晚指定時段主菜買一送一。但係去到先被告知要求每人點一樣飲品,個人覺得呢個要求幾唔合理,食pasta嗰d計翻幾乎冇點平到。比目魚扒 $248都幾嫩滑嘅比目魚扒,醬汁似係南瓜味,有煙肉碎令佢味道濃郁鹹香d,魚肉嫩滑彈牙,焗薯都有焗得表面乾身內裏香軟,雖然份量偏少但味道唔錯~龍蝦配松露薯條 $278龍蝦份量都正常,係完整一隻,有薯條、沙律伴碟。可惜肉質唔算結實,冇咩鮮味,感覺唔太新鮮。松露薯條完全冇松露味,但口感係香脆熱辣嘅。沙律ok。黑松露rissoto $178黑松露味都食到,而且幾香,撈埋面頭d 芝士有濃郁creamy 左,入面有幾種菇菌份量唔多。Rissoto d米質地適中唔會太硬或太軟,調味都掌握得唔錯,整體係好味嘅。鵝肝牛肝菌pasta $168鵝肝兩面煎得脆脆地,幾juicy 油香。鵝肝同菇菌味道好夾,成個調味都好唔錯,口感creamy 味道濃郁。飲品點左手工啤黃色係 Honey 味 $52最適合唔點飲酒或者唔鍾意酒味嘅人,平時唔飲酒嘅朋友都覺得幾接受。但我覺得佢味道好怪好假,又唔honey又好唔啤酒,味道好奇怪。紫色係India $54正常手工啤酒味,飲落麥味唔重味道偏甜d,但過後留係口腔味道好酸澀。一般般。咖啡色係london $56黑啤,帶淡淡朱古力味,比傳統黑啤冇咁苦澀,帶甜味,都幾得意嘅。整體食物味道唔錯,但定價稍高,店員有禮貌。唔滿意嘅係優惠其實冇點平到,有d搵笨。…Read More

同朋友行完街苦惱緊食咩,見到呢間餐廳淨係門口裝修都已經好有日本feel,睇左下menu覺得幾吸引就入左去。店內裝修有同樣用心,燈飾、天花、吧台全部都好日本風味,周圍貼有好多日本相,令我係咁諗番去日本嘅點滴。店員好有禮貌幫我地落單,食日本嘢一定要食刺身同埋呢間餐廳signature 甲羅燒!刺身4盛 $160有三文魚、油甘魚、帶子、甜蝦,佢地嘅刺身全部都好新鮮好鮮甜!魚刺身油脂豐富口感柔軟,蝦同帶子鮮甜美味,好正!黑門令壽司 $178呢個壽司好特別,材料好豐富,有甜蝦蓉、吞拿魚腩蓉、海膽、三文魚籽、蔥油甘魚他他、蟹柳、蟹籽、蟹蓋(蟹膏、蟹肉、蔥花、白飯)以及3舊壽司飯係底。成個配搭好豐富,每樣材料口感味道都唔同,全部都好新鮮鮮甜!比較特別係海膽好鮮甜,我唔食海膽都忍唔住食曬一舊,仲想食多舊!好鮮甜!另外蟹蓋熱熱地,入面有蟹膏蟹肉蟹籽蔥花白飯,撈埋一齊食蟹味非常濃郁!好正!黑門令蟹面僧甲羅燒 $72 海膽蟹味僧甲羅燒$78甲羅燒係呢間餐廳signature之一,將蟹面僧放係蟹蓋內混合鵪鶉蛋、蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽、蔥花撈埋一齊燒,店員會燒前俾你影張靚相先燒。燒完蟹味濃郁,撲鼻香氣,就咁勺入口真係好濃蟹膏味,大滿足!有海膽嘅甲羅燒味道更加香濃鮮甜d,口感再creamy dd,鍾意辣嘅朋友可以加隔離碟辣炸蒜。雜錦天婦羅$158天婦羅有蝦、南瓜、茄子、蘑菇、青椒仔。炸皮鬆脆唔會太厚身,入面炸得熟透,蔬菜鮮甜,尤其是天婦羅南瓜好香甜。另外天婦羅大蝦爽口結實,唔錯。黑門蕃茄海鮮鍋(1-2人前)$240呢個海鮮鍋嘅蕃茄底十分濃郁,入面有蝦、蜆、蠔、魷魚鬚、豆腐、薯粉、蔬菜。食材好新鮮,配搭豐富,估唔到海鮮加蕃茄湯底咁夾,煲底仲有薯粉添。點左2杯酒精飲品赤子之心 $58(紅色)酸酸甜甜,清新果味,仲有士多啤梨肉,好清新解膩。海底之心 $58(藍色)味道獨特,酒味相對比赤子之心濃d,味道都唔錯。整體感覺都幾好,刺身新鮮、海鮮選擇好多,下次可以試唔同炭燒海鮮,裝修有日本味道,服務周到細心店員親切有禮~…Read More
