終於兩個人一齊嚟食the Pantry,班戟當然要share食先開心。主角之一係煎封門柳伴白菌燒汁闊條麵。一睇就知道係Bf會叫嘅嘢食。闊條麵好掛汁,白菌汁好香,配埋少少牛肉汁。封門柳點咗medium,肉質嫩滑。配阿根廷青醬,歐芹及大蒜味令牛扒食落唔會膩。另一款選擇咗fusion菜:冬蔭意大利飯。味道重東南亞味,用咗不同香料例如薄荷葉令到整個飯都好香口。海鮮絕對唔馬虎,每一樣都先香煎,有珍珠帶子、虎蝦、青口,同比目魚柳。連唔鍾意食魚嘅Bf 都大贊比目魚煎得香脆。最後到主角之中嘅主角,係期待已久嘅焙茶疏乎厘班戟。Ricotta 厚班戟口感鬆軟,好似食緊muji棉花糖咁樣,食幾多嚿都唔會膩。再加埋焙茶醬簡直係天作之合!焙茶醬好濃郁,勁有茶味,估唔到配埋柑橘會咁夾,濃得黎帶點清新。每一啖都要鋪滿咗焙茶醬。連埋朱古力脆米食更增加口感。班戟絕對要encore!…Read More
