終於兩個人一齊嚟食the Pantry,班戟當然要share食先開心。主角之一係煎封門柳伴白菌燒汁闊條麵。一睇就知道係Bf會叫嘅嘢食。闊條麵好掛汁,白菌汁好香,配埋少少牛肉汁。封門柳點咗medium,肉質嫩滑。配阿根廷青醬,歐芹及大蒜味令牛扒食落唔會膩。另一款選擇咗fusion菜:冬蔭意大利飯。味道重東南亞味,用咗不同香料例如薄荷葉令到整個飯都好香口。海鮮絕對唔馬虎,每一樣都先香煎,有珍珠帶子、虎蝦、青口,同比目魚柳。連唔鍾意食魚嘅Bf 都大贊比目魚煎得香脆。最後到主角之中嘅主角,係期待已久嘅焙茶疏乎厘班戟。Ricotta 厚班戟口感鬆軟,好似食緊muji棉花糖咁樣,食幾多嚿都唔會膩。再加埋焙茶醬簡直係天作之合!焙茶醬好濃郁,勁有茶味,估唔到配埋柑橘會咁夾,濃得黎帶點清新。每一啖都要鋪滿咗焙茶醬。連埋朱古力脆米食更增加口感。班戟絕對要encore!…Read More

創新fusion 菜已經花心機,同時要cocktail做得驚艷係難上加難,但Ciclo 完全做到💯。Starter: Tuna Tartare用新鮮炸魚皮同埋特製牛油果蓉,配上微辣吞拿魚,無論口感定味道都一流。 Starter: Uni Lobster Bisque Arancini喺傳統西西里小食上,配上一層薄薄嘅sour cream增加北海道海膽鮮味。一切落去會見到似拉絲嘅效果,十分creamy,食落有龍蝦味。Main: Crispy Beef Short Rib用上牛味濃、口感嫩滑嘅牛坑腩,真係呈現到外脆內嫩滑嘅口感,好欣賞廚師燒到外皮微燶嘅效果。自家製牛奶薯蓉細滑,帶有牛奶微甜味,所以作為好甜之人嘅我食到停唔到。紅酒山楂汁為呢道菜補足咗微酸味,不過個人覺得牛坑腩本身已經濃味,加咗面頭嘅榛子醬,層次已經足夠。Pasta: Drunken Crab Pasta又係可以展示到佢fusion菜嘅功架嘅一味菜。用咗花雕酒去烹調意粉再加上炸蒜片同埋辣椒,聽落去好中式,但食落又唔會格格不入。松葉蟹肉帶有鮮味、微鹹,令人齒頰留香。Cocktail: Tom Yum(前)& Koko Ringo (後)兩款Cocktail都不謀而合,帶有泰式異國風情。Tom Yum顧名思義就係用咗泰式冬陰功作為概念,係餐廳員工隱藏嘅推介。聞落去已經有冬陰功嘅味道,飲落其實唔會太Exotic。整體因為lime、coconut而好Refreshing。而後者就比較Fruity同埋有花香多少少,特別之處仲用上咗斑斕,但斑斕味唔會太出。整體好容易入口,連較少飲酒嘅文青朋友都好鐘意。Dessert: Pistachio lemon cream cheese dessert原本想點Apple pie作為甜品,原來已經靜悄悄甜品list,但呢個開心果檸檬撻低調得來都高質。文青友人讚賞開心果味好濃郁。我都覺開心果同檸檬味道配合得恰到好處,整體nutty得黎夠清新,食完個甜品都唔會覺得太膩。最後講下裝修同環境。裝修以黑色格調為主,有型摩登。店舖播上歐美Pop song,聲量唔會過大,好適合同朋友傾偈。店員全部友善熱情,上菜前都會簡介每味菜嘅特色。…Read More

假日chill一chill,同朋友去荃灣食飯兼整蛋糕。咁岩見到愉景新城有烘焙店,一日有幾班,預岩有搗蛋大怪獸蛋糕班,係簡單嘅忌廉夾心海錦蛋糕。製作過程唔繁複,工作人員一早準備好材料一步一步教我哋點製造。過程中亦都會教授一啲整蛋糕小技巧,尤其適合好似我位朋友嘅新手。蛋糕有自由創作嘅部份,可以拼貼怪獸嘅眼耳口鼻,同埋自行選擇怪獸頭髮色同髮形狀。抹忌廉最好玩,亦係最巧功夫,好難咁平均抹。一步步見到個蛋糕形成有滿足感。除咗係因為自己做,客觀黎講個蛋糕都好好味,個雞蛋蛋糕部分係香濃,有空氣感得來有質感。有得食有得玩真好。…Read More
