正宗北京火鍋,性價比高!

之前去陸羽飲茶,見到對面圍左板話會開呢間叫做新京熹既北京火鍋店,都有d期待。之前去北京個時,當地朋友帶過我去,試過之後真係幾難忘,覺得個度d羊既質素真係幾好,同埋d汁醬都幾好,而且唔太貴,仲有京劇睇,呢個experience都幾得意。早幾日同朋友終於book到位黎香港店試下,大廳唔算好大,d檯都幾貼,但都係坐得舒服既。呢度主打係一人一鍋,真係好,唔洗用人一齊用一個鍋,我覺得咁樣衛生好多,同埋都可以揀自己鍾意既湯底。湯底有清湯、麻辣同埋黃番茄,我揀左黃番茄,酸酸地幾開胃。汁醬方面,芝麻醬梗係唔少得,我加左d芫莤同埋中芹,仲有紅腐乳同埋韮菜醬,溝埋一齊都幾惹味,個人黎講就幾鍾意。另外仲有三款店家自家製既醬,有沙蔥醬、昆布醬油同埋香辣醬,我自己最鍾意香辣醬,唔算好辣,但好香,同埋鍾意有d蝦米響入面,帶少少鮮味,蘸肉蘸菜或煮菇菌都唔錯,如果可以買走呢個醬就好喇!羊肉方面,因為有d朋友唔太食羊,我地淨係叫左羔羊肉、多鈣羊肉同埋羊上腦,三款羊肉都幾唔錯,好鮮,我最鍾意多鈣羊肉,塊肉切得好薄同埋有少少軟骨響度,幾有咬口幾得意,響香港其他地方無見過有呢款羊,所以我覺得係必試。牛肉我地叫左牛上腦,即係beef chuck位置,澳洲牛肉,都幾唔錯。我好鍾意食毛肚,叫左一份脆毛肚,好優質,好爽脆!佢地既菇籃真係推介,好多款既菌,聽侍應講全部都係雲南黎貨,食得出都幾鮮同埋爽口。另外,我地要左豌豆尖,即係有d似豆苗,幾嫩有菜味。仲有值得一提係,同北京一樣,佢地夜晚有7點幾同8點幾都有京劇睇,大約十幾分鐘咁,都幾有趣,同埋個大戲姐姐真係現場真唱,唔係播音,有誠意。個晚都真係食到好飽,但都叫左一個叫做老北京糖油餅,係一個京式點心,炸麵糰咁,中間夾左d紅糖,外脆內煙韌,幾唔錯! 最後埋單人均都係4百幾蚊,中環呢個位置,食到咁好既肉同埋火鍋,都真係幾抵,下次會再黎。…Read More

終於試到呢間麻辣火鍋,之前訂親都滿座,今次終於訂到,不過只限120分鐘。一坐低因為電話無電,即刻問下侍應有無叉電,佢話拎個「尿袋」比我慢慢叉。讚!雖然人未齊,又驚要還檯,所以拿拿聲點定菜先。第一次黎唔敢挑戰九宮格,揀左豬骨鴛鴦鍋,同埋揀普通辣。其實滾滾下,係越食越辣,而且辣得好有層次。配料最喜歡都係啲內臟,例始鵝腸、黃喉同埋毛肚,全部都好新鮮,而且用冰鎮住保鮮。黃喉好爽脆,但略嫌切得太大塊,進食時有啲狼貝。當中要讚侍應服務幾細心,放內臟啲冰溶左變水,佢地見我地未食完,都主動幫我地將啲水先倒走,讚!肥牛有啲普通,但啲萵筍片同土豆片都好好食,灼兩秒就食得。甜品既糍粑超正,軟糯得黎又有米香。飲品方面,叫左洛神花茶,酸mei mei有啲飲飲開既酸梅湯。最後要讚有位侍應好親切,上菜會詳細介紹同埋提醒啲野要灼幾耐口感最佳,而且食完都有問意見。埋單每位400蚊,食到捧住個肚走,仲有coupon送,下次會再黎。…Read More

見海港城開左幾間新餐廳,有靚景之餘,睇見雜誌報導介紹好似幾唔錯,襯星期六約人食晏,一於黎睇下。揀左呢間日本餐廳,午餐定食百幾二百蚊一個餐,都抵食,有刺身有天婦羅有雞扒豬扒定食揀。我比朋友早到,坐低十分鐘仲未見有人比茶水,只掉低餐牌。於是找了個著黑西裝疑似經理的人問佢會唔會可以有杯茶或水,得到佢碌大隻眼,離遠指住個伙計話:佢針緊架喇。我心諗,拎杯茶啫,唔洗咁惡呀嘛!朋友來到點餐,佢叫左天婦羅蓋飯,我叫左吉列豬扒定食。叫完野無幾耐,侍者上左個沙律同小食來,份量雖小但味道唔錯,接住再上左個麵豉湯同蒸蛋。蒸蛋足料、味道ok,但麵豉湯味道似即沖。主食豬扒來到,望落賣相ok,夾上來先知中伏!豬扒好薄,好乾,而且有一截肥膏,食到一口油,脆漿炸到離開晒豬扒,唯一好彩係炸得唔油。白飯過腍,一pat pat咁。食完主食,店員主動送上甜品,是綠茶蕨餅,口感煙韌,唔會太甜。埋單人均200蚊,食個靚景,食物又唔得,服務又麻麻,所有野有待改進!…Read More

自從在日本吃過雞白湯底的拉麵之後, 一直都念念不忘。上星期朋友跟我說鳥華在香港開了第一間分店, 昨天就算獨自一人也要去試試這個雞白湯會否做得好得像在日本吃的。餐牌上有四款拉麵選擇, 因為是第一次來, 所以選了最簡單的原味雞白湯拉麵, 加了一隻熟蛋。之前看過網上的食評, 有些人說熟蛋真的是熟蛋, 而不是溏心蛋。這碗雞白湯拉麵, 甫送到我面前, 即時聞到好香的雞湯味。先喝第一啖湯, 是超濃的雞味, 越喝越覺得好補身。自問我這個人吃得不算清淡, 但也覺得這碗湯, 有少少咸, 而且有點油膩, 但那有雞湯不油呢?! 也許有油才看得出而足料之作吧!至於配菜, 有京蔥和貢菜, 京蔥也是常見的拉麵配菜, 但貢菜是很少見的。貢菜本身好爽脆, 我最喜歡吃爽口東西, 不過用貢菜來做拉麵的配菜, 好像怪怪的, 還是用來做涼菜好像比較好呢。至於另加的熟蛋, 之前看過網上的食評, 有些人說熟蛋真的是熟蛋, 而不是溏心蛋。這天來吃的時候, 是超正的溏心喔, 還吃得出淡淡的醬油香。麵條口感有點硬, 不夠煙韌, 但一邊吃麵, 不知是否因為麵條吸了雞湯, 所以越吃越不覺得硬。另外, 這碗麵的叉燒有別於一般拉麵的豚肉, 這裡的是雞肉。不過薄薄的雞肉, 沒有什麼特別。當然, 店裡的menu是可以另外豚肉叉燒的, 這天我沒有試, 唯有下次再來再試試他們的豚肉叉燒吧。$65/碗 (另加$9/隻熟蛋)…Read More
