昨晚和媽媽逛完街街,經過「五右衛門」見到不用等位之前也未曾幫襯過,便想即使不好吃也一次過嘛我們吃的晚餐時間,所以價錢略嫌貴了點細心一看其實就是高級版的薩利亞,但甜品相對好很多沒有點套餐,反而點了兩款正價再加$30 飲品餐(餐飲+餐湯+沙律)or $50 甜品餐(跟前者飲品餐一樣,只是再多一個甜品),我們還再另加 $10 要甜品酥批最先上的是餐湯=味噌湯;餐飲(除啤酒外)所以我們點了抺茶牛奶之後再上的是沙律,乍看原以為是普通的蘿蔔絲…但一吃之下雖然只有生菜和蘿蔔絲,但味道卻不錯…下圖是媽媽點的,我只試了幾口;芝士味頗濃,煙肉絲也很多↑↑↑ 日式卡邦尼意大利麵 ↑↑↑  $77 再來下圖是我點的↑↑↑ 大蜆茄醬意大利麵 ↑↑↑  $77味道有些酸,蜆是很多,份量也很飽肚再來就是壓軸:甜品酥批↑↑↑ 蘋果酥批伴雪糕 ↑↑↑  跟甜品餐 $60酥批很脆口,伴著雪糕和忌廉,再配上甜甜的蘋果…就是完美的一餐……Read More

一家人之前已經想試這間 cafe 1950 了,昨晚趁晚市剛開始沒多久便開餐在門口看裡面的環境時,真想不到這是屋村餐廳裡面的範圍很大,聽到經理還分兩三區,方便知道哪些座位能供給客人說食物了,晚市套餐:餐湯+main course+餐飲餐湯是「粟米忌廉湯」:不是茶餐廳的淨湯水,雖然不是吃到粒粒粟米,但細小的粟米也充滿我的口首先最快上檯的就是 dad 選的「牛尾香草炒飯」牛尾說是很軟身,香草炒飯也不錯再來就是我選的「煙三文魚黑魚籽燴飯」很明顯我是被煙三文魚所吸引,可是它的燴飯也不差飯不會太硬身,芝士味很濃郁,整個燴飯裡也有很多三文魚肉及蘑菇還有 mama 本來是要點原裝菠蘿炒飯,可是說有菠蘿殼但沒有菠蘿 失望了....後改選打邊邊:記得是豚肉烏冬配黑松露豬骨湯底配料不輸給某某快餐,一人吃應該也很飽。。看晚餐 menu 時還有一樣也很吸引我的。。甜品但我胃已裝不下太多甜品,只好點了「太妃玉露」menu 裡也說得很清楚是龍眼、荔枝、金柚、花奶、牛奶奶凍龍眼都是金柚的味道,全吸入;荔枝頗甜,吃得出應是罐頭食品金柚的苦澀味中和龍眼和荔枝的甜度,牛奶奶凍以為是便宜貨實際上也不錯,再配上花奶和蘭香子;也不輸街外的甜品舖呢最後埋單還不用加一,而凍飲只需再加 $3,看到鄰桌的凍飲很大杯,下次也要凍飲好了…Read More

本來這餐應該上月吃的,但上月因為發燒了,便延期至這天住在屯門的我很少機會過銅鑼灣用膳的,這次有機會了與朋友約在 sogo 再一起走過去酒店,大約 5-10 分鐘便到了一上到31樓,客人不多,待應很有禮貌地招待我們風景很好,雖然不是看到海景;但很少在餐廳看到這麼多高樓大廈的頂樓這些餐廳一般人不會進去食,好像是什麼特別日子才會去訂檯吧說說這半 buffet,食物款式也不少選擇,有些不會再 refill 而是換上新的款式青口:只吃過四隻,以為還會再 refill;誰知是要換上別的沙律有兩款:一款是粟米吞拿魚,另一款是雞肉沙律煙三文魚我吃得最多,咸味適中。。還有一款像是肉餅,但我沒有試呢;全給煙三文魚佔據了我們不約而同的選了 risotto with mixed mushroommushroom 汁很濃郁,飯粒硬度適中;但我覺得可以再軟身點起初以為碟大飯不會很多,一直吃下去才發現已到八成飽了main course 分別選了燒雞及茄子燒雞肉頗粉紅,肉質剛好;茄子雖是素菜,但配上芝士及蕃茄也很新鮮甜品選擇不多,焦糖燉蛋很好吃,小甜品類的布丁也不錯可是之前的已吃到八成飽,忘掉時間半閒聊半用膳這也過得很好有時過來這些餐廳用膳也不錯…Read More

6pm到酒店職員還在清掃中,等到6:30pm入座了環境都算大,只可惜食物種類較少,唯不限時也坐得較舒服有少許泰式食物 & 印度食物;沙律甜品種類也算少最好就是任食 moven pick 雪糕,還有幾種口味供選擇裝雪糕底可選脆脆薄兜(杏仁味) or 窩夫底(雲呢拿味)生蠔偏小隻,不夠肥美,好在洗得乾淨;可是生蠔的隊伍一直都很多人,要看準時機才能去排隊第一輪7pm未到,生蠔還算可以,我拿的不會太瘦第二輪差不多9pm,生蠔所剩無幾,感覺像生蠔bb,很小隻肉眼扒不知道幾成熟,反正還有血水滲出,但口感不錯;煙三文魚是厚切,偏咸;還是喜歡薄切的感覺蟹腳都算可以,蟹肉不算很多;凍蝦的殼好像一層膜般,一撕就脫下來刺身跟生蠔比下去,吸引力不大,加上刺身師傅都切得小小的壽司也弄得一口大小,卷物很迷你,手握壽司的飯很容易散而朱古力噴泉很少人去玩了,我也只顧雪糕 & 生蠔生果好像只有已切粒的西瓜、木瓜、火龍果...忘記還有什麼了甜品就酒店出品的芝士餅不錯(忘記拍下來),很多人埋單後也有外賣走呢其他甜品看上去跟街外平價貨式差不多,沒仔細嚐試…Read More
