日本好吃月半堂

之前經過海濱花園,看到餐廳漂亮而簡約的裝潢,已有興趣入來一試。適逢今天比較得閒,有空出外走走,便決定在此吃午餐。當時將近下午兩點,我成了店內唯一的客人,不知道坐哪裏才好,自然感覺些微浮躁不安。加上選擇困難發作,害我良久未能自助點餐。幸好,店員們也相當友善,一邊示意我隨便就坐,一邊遞上額外的餐牌(天啊!),還不忘提醒我可以請他們協助人手下單。為免麻煩,最後還是自己點了餐牌上最吸引我的「吉列三元黑豚拼吉列廣島蠔」套餐。加了 $14 升級包括日本 100% 提子汁、前菜、漬物和味噌湯;白飯亦加了 $14,轉為蛋包飯。首先來的是提子汁。最近警方常常呼籲市民「提子」、「提子」,提防騙子。那麼,身為良好市民,而且愛國又愛港的我,當然不會放過響應政府宣傳的機會。不過,「利申」、「利申」,利益申報:我可是一分錢也沒有收到的。只是如果有的話,我便可能要「唱衰」這罐果汁了,畢竟它是貨真價實的日本產品。提子汁就幾清新、幾好飲;至於有關那些年的事,就留待大家自行進行中國歷史補完吧!對了,剛才還沒有說到,我最後選擇了近落地窗邊、對着小街的梳化位置。原本貪新鮮,以為梳化較為舒服,怎料坐得耐才發現與桌子的距離有點遠,結果坐得不甚安樂。打算考驗自身體能的朋友,梳化座位可是不二之選喔。「賽翁失馬,焉知非福?」梳化位的確是不太好坐,換來的卻有左邊牆壁上可愛的貓貓裝飾。由於店名是「月半堂」,因此我想起了友人曾經跟我分享過一句「月下璃窗貓夜語」的話,覺得兩者互相襯托,別有一番感受。另外,不得不提,這裏的餐巾和匙羹都印上店名,可見小店的心思。終於,主角「吉列三元黑豚拼吉列廣島蠔」跟蛋包飯隆重登場。雖然實物看起來比餐牌中的相片小,但是對於那時候肚子早已餓得打鼓的我,還是很吸引。在同樣印有店名的餐盤上,另附套餐所屬的前菜、漬物和味噌湯,而且更有兩小碟「炸醬」:用來蘸上炸物的醬汁,分別是沙律醬與燒汁。店員送餐時,還親切地著我知道,醬汁若不足,可以請她增添。前菜為酸甜開胃的八爪魚,漬物則是醃青瓜,都是差不多的味道。我個人挺喜歡的,可惜份量較少,就略嫌「唔夠喉」。倒是那(杯?碗?)味噌湯,有點得意。最初我還以為是甚麼茶,所以到發現它的「真身」時,已經放涼了。味道尚鮮甜,難說大有驚喜,不過內有蜆肉和鳴門卷,亦算足料。其實,我想那本該是茶碗蒸(蛋)的容器,可是此處未見供應這項產品,不知到底何解呢?真有趣。好,輪到主菜。我先嚐一口蛋包飯。蛋煮得剛剛好,既嫩滑,又充滿着汁液,偏薄的質感令人滿足。蛋上淋上少少燒汁,提昇了整體滋味。$14 是否物有所值?雖說我十分欣賞這個蛋包飯,不過價錢又好像偏高了一點,反正就是見仁見智啦。炸蠔並非自己常吃的東西,我便覺得這裏的炸漿不錯,外層鬆脆而毫不油膩,內面的蠔仍保持到頗為鮮甜的味道。兩小塊當然也是「唔夠喉」,但所謂「少吃多滋味」,我已經心滿意足了……慢着!吉列黑豚呢?「重中之重」絕對不少得,所以你看:有五大塊豬扒,任君品評。我一向不太為意豬肉是否腥味,不曉得在這方面作出建設性評價;反而豬扒上面隨意撒上的數顆胡椒粒,使我精神為之一振。我不知道這是甚麼品種的胡椒,只知道它們瞬間在我的口腔內散發出突然刺激的酸辣,同時帶來淡淡的清香。難以言喻的感覺,或許才是最特別的。儘管我不多喜歡這些胡椒粒,可是必須承認,它們讓我對餐廳留下了最深刻的印象,說不定是此處的招牌調味料呢!至於豬扒本身,與蠔相約,脆漿特讚,入口酥化、肉質紮實,好吃。吃畢整碟飯,感覺白飯的份量也是偏少。不過這一次不再「唔夠喉」,因為已經「飽到上心口」。總括來說,很喜歡這間餐廳。服務好好、環境舒服,當然食物都色香味俱全。甚麼?為何深夜總是餓,空肚齋睇未夠喉?有時間便去返轉日本(都未必有咁親切)好吃的月半堂囉。…Read More

看戲之前,因員工積極的態度,選擇了來此處「醫肚」。入座後店員亦十分友善,特意提醒咖啡很小杯,著我三思(當然最後還是點了)。先來黃金蟹肉意粉。橙紅色的蟹蓋僅限裝飾用,實際的蟹肉與淺淺的鹹蛋黃蓉混和一起,上面有翠綠的菜苗點綴,賣相相當討好。味道方面,有滿滿的橄欖油香掛在煙韌的意粉上,蟹肉也貴精不貴多,鮮甜緊緻。果腹感充足。龍蝦湯味濃卻不算很鹹,個人倒(稀有地)覺得份量較多,少一點或更合適。咖啡的確很小杯,但甫入口便知道如此濃縮的結果會剛剛好。配搭藍莓芝士蛋糕,為一餐作結甚完美。芝士蛋糕厲害之處在於真的有在吃芝士的感覺,同時漂亮的造型令人愛不釋手,花了好一陣工夫才終把這件藝術品放進口。之後看電影,也看得津津有味!…Read More

第一次來這家餐廳,試了(看似是)招牌的燒豚丼。餐廳實行自助取餐,等候大約十分鐘即聽籌起身。午餐包含飲品和甜品大福一塊,前者選的是麵豉湯。豚肉為腩位,有炭燒的味道和口感,特別是那微焦的脆邊,挺是可口,可惜肉韌。醬汁過份濃味,令人懷疑師傅是否加入太大「樽鹽」。喝一口麵豉湯,反覺淡而無味。另外,米飯感覺較乾,溫度亦欠佳。雖不至食慾不振,但總覺差一點生氣。相較之下,麵鼓湯則有精神得多。至於大福,麻糬泡芙一個。個人素來不愛煙韌食物,不如棄評。…Read More

上一次來,記得還在擔心新增確診個案突破一百宗;今天再來,已沒戴口罩。點了白汁龍脷蟹柳飯和熱檸檬水,侍應首先端來的是青紅蘿蔔湯。湯夠熱,卻不至燙口;配料足,而味道適中。米飯不硬不軟,頗有嚼口。雖然醬汁略鹹且只有蟹柳一小條,但香煎龍脷肉質嫩滑,也沒有雪藏味,快餐而言出品尚佳。吃過一塊魚柳後,喜見「內有乾坤」,蓋為墊底雜菜。甘筍椰菜非何名貴之物,熟腍狀態的口感反而滋味無窮,尤勝山珍海味。熱檸檬水酸而不澀,倒是不太滿意。不知道下一次來,又會是怎樣的面貌呢?…Read More
