週未看罷盧覓雪在某雜誌的專欄裡對此餐廳誇獎後,就想來試一下。而最重要的是,青年廣場就在我家附近,(對沒太多食肆選擇的柴灣人來說,實在是好消息!尤其是愛吃上海菜的我倆更是振奮!)但它落成後身為柴灣人的我卻從未踏足那處,也是時候藉這個機會去探個究竟。不知道是否因為「新屎坑」,還沒有到真正的晚飯時候,店內已差不多座無虛席。(要知道青年廣場裡除了這地方外是鬼影也沒半隻的!)因為只是「試菜」性質和老公腸胃不適的關系,我們只是象徵式的點了一些很typical的菜式。雞絲粉皮:這是老公最愛的上海菜之一,可是他就對這裡的雞絲粉皮不是太滿意。原因是說這裡的醬的質感怪怪的,(我心裡想:那個醬的質感原本應該是怎樣的?我不懂呀,我就覺得沒多大不同!XDD) 而且醬的味道不夠濃郁。小籠包:4個只售$18,很便宜!但是我們都給翡翠、鼎泰豐等店的超薄皮小籠包給寵壞,對稍為厚皮的都不會滿意。湯汁足夠也很熱,就是厚皮過不了關。但如果將價就貨,其實算是很ok的。口水雞:這雞有點乾。用「乾」形容口水雞是有點奇怪,但這道菜真的雞歸雞,汁歸汁,好像只是把雞塊擺在醬汁上面就完成了。紅油抄手:普普通通。可能是吃慣附近某茶樓那用鍋貼冒充紅油抄手的原因,這道菜雖然普通,可我是滿足的。可是賣相真的有待改善,而且最大問題是紅油怎麼好像一點也不辣?選址青年廣場,托付著增加廣場人流的重任:說真的,結賬後看到店門排隊的人超多,但只要走往完全空蕩蕩的下一層,才恍然覺得好像兩個世界。需要改善的地方是不少,像樓下各位所說的,上落店口的樓梯真的要小心。以地區來評分,其實算是不賴的。值得一提是雖然這裡的服務員都較年青和有些外藉人士,但也稱得上慇勤有禮。…Read More
