今次介紹嘅係一間地點不太方便,隱藏於摩囉街古董舖之中嘅特色fusion餐廳,餐廳將中菜特色fusion西班牙傳統菜式🇪🇸,感覺令人煥然一新😌 可能老闆想襯返摩羅街喇,新舊融合呀嘛🤣 而我哋最欣賞嘅係,呢間餐廳每上一道菜,都有侍應去介紹每一道菜及建議食法,呢啲好似好普通嘅嘢,不過喺宜家呢個速食世代已經買少見少🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻避風塘雞軟骨($98):佢係一鍋上,無錯,真係一鍋咁上,好大份😱 炸雞軟骨大大舊,而且仲有雞肉痴住,食落口感香脆,最驚喜嘅係佢哋個避風塘嘅香、辣等調味處理得好好,大量嘅炸蒜/辣椒🌶️ 越食越過癮慢煮八爪魚配加泰隆尼亞汁($138):西班牙作為沿海城市,八爪魚都係佢哋嘅食材,呢味八爪魚完全表現出新鮮,點解我哋咁講?係因為餐廳用咗真空慢煮嘅煮法令到八爪魚鬚一啲都唔韌,彈彈吓咁,而且咬落好juicy添🤤 襯埋個加泰隆尼亞汁,味道帶少少酸,幾開胃👍🏻西班牙蒜片蝦($168):份量唔多,得6-7隻左右,呢度要扣分!😔 撇除份量唔夠呢個缺點之外,橄欖油盡吸蒜片、辣椒嘅香氣,然後緊緊咁包住蝦肉,蝦肉爽口彈牙😍 食完後仲可以將附上嘅麵包沾少少盡吸蒜片、辣椒香氣嘅橄欖油🥹北京填鴨扁意粉($188):呢度我哋真係佩服大廚,居然可以將傳統嘅片皮鴨,再用上fusion手法去煮個意粉。首先大廚將海鮮醬調校成汁再煮扁意粉,令到個意粉有少少掛汁嘅狀態,食落有海鮮醬嘅味道。而傳統片皮鴨果部分,餐廳就用咗鴨胸,而且係厚切,令到每一啖咬落去啲鴨油咇出嚟🤤 最抵死嘅係佢連傳統片皮鴨嘅京蔥薑絲都有,食一啖意粉,再將一舊鴨胸連京蔥薑絲點少少海鮮醬食,食完之後個感覺好似真係食完片皮鴨咁😂四川麻辣黑毛豬扁意粉($178):佢哋啲豬肉都係厚切,而且份量多,不過要注意嘅係呢味菜味道就相對麻辣。佢哋嘅調味就同傳統嘅四川菜一樣,有香、麻、最後先辣,而且意份都係掛汁嘅,佢哋嘅黑毛豬豬肉冇雪味(可能因為四川調味太濃,我哋都食唔出啦🤫),口感唔講以為食緊牛肉啊🤯 越食就越辣,越辣就越想繼續食,好鬼正🥵食咗咁多又熱氣又辣嘅嘢,我哋都忍唔住叫咗個甜品蛋白杏仁茶焦糖燉蛋($88):佢哋連甜品都fusion咗傳統中式甜品蛋白杏仁茶,同侍應交流後,我哋知道,原來餐廳老闆用咗好多方法想將杏仁茶嘅滑融合落去焦糖燉蛋度,不過用咗好多方法都唔成功,而家我哋食到嘅已經係最成功嘅一個方法喇。講返個甜品,甜品唔會太甜,面頭嘅焦糖厚薄適中,我哋最怕焦糖又厚又硬,咬到牙都崩🤓 而且甜品係附送少少生果及開心果味gelato,以呢個價嚟講算合理😌特別一提,餐廳嘅wine list 以呢個規模嘅餐廳來講都幾齊全,有傳統嘅汽、白、紅葡萄酒(唔記得有冇Sauternes🤔),去到spirits 都有,睇得出老闆應該係愛飲之人,我哋期待下次可以試吓佢哋嘅雞尾酒。小小總結啦,呢間餐廳食物質素、創作心思都好好,唯獨是係價錢略為進取,如果價錢可以向下微調少少,我相信佢就算開到喺沙頭角,都有一大班fans入去支持。…Read More

放工喺灣仔唔知食乜好,又去番我哋嘅至愛,貪佢質素穩定之餘,仲有甜品俾我哋慰藉心靈🥹今次我哋揀咗set dinner,套餐包括前菜、主菜、甜品及飲品。前菜:有凱撒沙律、香草薯條、意式番茄包揀我哋都揀左香草薯條,份量唔少,薯條撈埋Cajun粉,辣辣哋幾惹味主菜:有意粉、可麗餅、煎銀鱈魚、牛扒揀最愛嘅Prawn delight可麗餅已經冇再出🥲 所以今次就試下可麗餅以外嘅野食睇下係咪都係咁好食,試左個安格斯肉眼扒🥩 牛肉味係香嘅,揀左medium rare,有咬口仲保留到粉嫩肉質幾好食,不過牛扒嘅配菜都係薯條😂 所以如果唔想食咁多薯條就可以揀其他前菜啦甜品:有兩款可麗餅揀,分別係曲奇忌廉可麗餅同埋冧酒提子可麗餅,兩款都整得好食,睇個人口味啦冧酒提子可麗餅嘅酒味香濃仲可以揀一款口味嘅雪糕添,另外曲奇忌廉可麗餅有好多Oreo碎碎,忌廉夠滑身又唔會太甜,唔錯!…Read More

餐廳裝修為休閒航海風,好有南法嘅風情🤣而主打食物睇個名就知,可麗餅crêpe(ed小分享:可麗餅(crêpe)起源於法國西北部嘅沿海城市Bretagne,而傳統上當地人食crêpe會加入生果、忌廉等,只要身邊有咩就放咩,而且會配上蘋果酒(Cider)一齊食)OCTOPUS CARPACCIO ($128):用橄欖油和檸檬汁醃製的超薄切八爪魚片,上枱嘅時候真係呆咗,因為個份量對唔住佢個價錢🥲不過老實講,味道唔錯,而且八爪魚一啲都唔靭,有少少檸檬汁及橄欖香,食落去好開胃LA FERMIERE ($118):餡料有雞肉和蘑菇,再用鮮忌廉及全麥芥末醬烹製,令雞肉同蘑菇好Juicy,連埋充滿蛋香嘅可麗餅一齊食,好滋味🥹LES PIERRES NOIRES ($142):材料用上煙燻火腿、camembert 牛奶軟芝士、番茄、雞蛋,再加少少沙律。我哋都覺得好食,反而冇上面嗰款咁膩。不過食嘅時候建議連埋煙燻火腿一齊食,因為主要嘅鹹味係由火腿到嚟。中間仲有一隻好靚嘅蛋黃,整穿個蛋黃後,撈埋所有嘢一齊食,蛋香融和芝士香,令我哋食指大動🤤LE DEFI ($88):呢個係Highlight of the night 🤩,餐廳嘅甜品最不得了,焦糖雪糕、焦糖香蕉,再加上用牛油焦糖而整成嘅Crêpe,成件事好夾! 我哋叫嘅蘋果酒 VAL DE RANCE SWEET ($175/ 枝),因為蘋果酒嘅微酸,完美咁中和咗焦糖嘅甜,而且唔好以為焦糖本身好甜,佢哋嘅甜度真係恰到好處,唔會話食一啖已經頂唔順👍🏻CREPE HONEY ($50):係!冇錯,我哋比上面個咁fancy嘅焦糖可麗餅打動咗,把心一橫叫多個,順便飲埋支酒🤣今次我哋叫嘅係最普通嘅蜂蜜可麗餅,估唔到我哋叫最普通嘅可麗餅,反而食得出可麗餅嘅蛋香,再加埋少少蜂蜜嘅甜味,為呢一餐法國菜畫上完美嘅句號🥹如果你係可麗餅達人,或鍾意食甜品嘅話,我哋真心建議你嚟呢度挑戰一下,唔錯的(P.S 蘋果酒有得揀叫甜或不甜(dry),有杯、Jar、枝選擇)…Read More

「喂,去打冷喇」,明明成句句子都無任何一隻字係關於食物或食嘢,不過唔知點解個個香港人已經將「打冷=去食潮州菜」Anyway,我哋今次介紹嘅係我哋由細細個食到大而且價錢非常親民又有質素嘅西環一代著名食店,金興潮洲飯店!舖頭得到街坊們多年對呂老闆嘅鼎力支持,已經擴展出幾個舖位喇🤣去骨鵝片($140):份量足/鵝片厚/連鵝皮,呢三個因素通通齊哂!加埋佢哋嘅滷水汁,無論係鵝片或墊底嘅炸豆腐都夠哂入味,而且唔會爆鹹👍🏻 鵝片肉質柔嫩,一啲都唔嚡,連埋鵝皮一啖咬落去,鵝香十足🥹令到我哋即刻叫個「靚仔」(白飯,$10)同一枝啤酒($25) 餸飯食🤩豉椒炒蟶子($140):份量好夠,當然唔好expect蟶子肉好大條喇,大約無名指咁上下喇🤏🏻一上枱我哋已經聞到好香嘅豉椒味🤤蟶子新鮮,無沙,食落鮮甜而且帶少少辣,越食越正。椒鹽九肚魚(例$90):即叫即炸,上枱時我哋仲feel到陣熱力源源不絕咁係九肚魚到散發出嚟🥵炸粉上得好薄身,而且九肚魚好嫩滑,口感上形成咗外脆內軟,沾少少佢哋自家調製嘅醋,中和翻個油膩感,正!今次九肚魚嘅骨仲唔太多,無sip牙罅🤣 當然呢啲嘢係撞手神嘅😌墨魚鵝腸雙併($80):墨魚都叫新鮮,好彈牙!而且包含嘅部位有墨魚身及墨魚鬚,美中不足嘅係我哋食到有少少鹼水味,呢度扣咗少少分🤏🏻不過佢哋嘅鵝腸就真係好正,而且鵝腸入邊嘅肥膏已經全部清理好,唔會話食完覺得好油膩🤤仲要條條都咁爽口彈牙。最底層佢哋用咗中國最鍾意割嘅一種菜墊底,就係韮菜🤣 呢間餐廳大大話話都過30年歷史,而且淨係開晚市,咁多年都係㗎啦!所以佢哋絕對係一間有實力,而且深得街坊歡迎嘅舖頭!第一次嚟嘅朋友講定你聽,侍應好似好惡咁,不過佢哋冇心的,最緊要係跟翻人哋規矩,人齊入座,咁就冇問題👍🏻希望30年後,我哋同大家都仲聽到呢一句廣東話「喂,去打冷喇」…Read More

我哋本身都mark咗呢間餐廳一段時間,適逢收工唔知食乜好就決定會一會佢 😂 餐廳裝修一流,充滿植物,就好似入咗個花花世界一樣🥹好鬼適合打卡~我哋叫咗個二人餐 dinner set ($368),包兩款前菜、兩個主菜及一款甜品,價錢正正路路喇,唔係獅子開大口 🦁前菜:黑椒牛肉沙律:黑椒牛肉cold cut嚟,有四片,中間配以火箭菜及迷你蕃茄仔,味道有丁點黑胡椒香,正正常常喇,無乜特別呑拿魚他他沙律:佢唔應該話係”他他”,因為無整成蓉,應該改做”呑拿魚粒”🤷🏿‍♂️雖然係咁講,不過佢哋用嘅吞拿魚都好新鮮,食落無可惡嘅酸味👍🏻沙律菜就落咗黑醋,酸酸甜甜咁,所以口感上都幾開胃,唔錯👍🏻主菜:辣蕃茄蟹肉扁意粉:呢個係highlight of the night🤩 賣相幾好,乾辣椒嘅辣、蕃茄嘅酸甜味夾埋蟹肉嘅鮮,三種味道融合埋一齊,真心好正,而且意粉最講究嘅al dente 🤌🏻 (口感)都拿捏得好準確,餐廳水準及誠意之作🥹油漬蕃茄烤吞拿魚扁意粉:如果你唔食得辣,呢個可能係你嘅另一個選擇,意粉都煮得好好,不過就冇上面果款嘅味道咁有層次,不過油漬後嘅蕃茄酸度稍為低咗,反而仲帶有一絲甜味。唯獨是佢嘅烤吞拿魚火候過哂火位,你哋睇相都見到個芯已接近全熟,呢度要扣分🤏🏻甜品:絢爛盛夏芒果椰子梳乎厘(+$32):上到枱,顏色好金黃,梳乎厘班戟有三大嚿,唔錯!仲有芒果、忌廉及椰子味雪糕,肥死呀🥹梳乎厘外層整得幾挺身,內裏好綿滑,同時亦充滿蛋香,唔會好甜👍🏻餐廳預我哋連埋雪糕一齊食,所以調整咗個甜度。我哋認為餐廳嘅梳乎厘質素可以同幸福pancake一決高下。(p.s. 我哋去就有個小插曲,因為地址係卡佛大廈,我哋本身以為係皇后大道中坐電梯上,問個物業管理員先知係要經石板街行上去,餐廳位置喺陸羽茶居斜對面,大家唔好好似我哋咁大頭蝦啦)…Read More
