星期六,九龍灣工廠區好多食肆都未必有太多野食選擇。所以行左去呢間小鋪去試下。煎炸野小弟最歡喜,所以二話不說就揀吉豬意粉....加埋熱飲~30蚊~~等左一陣,拎返上公司食,一開....嘩.....原來咁大塊架.......雖然係有骨。但都唔小肉下。當然你唔可以話佢係超好食,一定要食等....但性價比一定好高。不過自己有一個疑問...係因為星期六所以咁大塊.....因為我個樣肥仔所以咁大塊....定本身都係咁大塊??所以我平日我再去買多次....其實都係差不多大.....最緊係係新鮮炸.....又唔係太乾死死實實。係一間值得支持小店。…Read More

講真我去咁多次澳門都係第一次落竹灣。今次同一大班朋友睇完戲黎開餐。食o既野唔會話好多選擇都係基本菜式多。最後揀左一個飯,一個意粉,一個pizza,一個墨魚筒,一個t骨扒同埋幾個湯'野飲同甜品最先黎當然係餐包,但未影之前都已經食曬xd,但一塊個人認為太少....因為佢比左一人一舊牛油我地。但食落不過不失咁啦。跟住海鮮湯都幾足料,又夠熱,個人認為可以一試。卒之到主菜黎啦....意式風情pizza,個名係咁上下。呢個size 係M,一個開6件一人一件剛剛好。一咬個餅底好脆,但唔會過"濃",真係超正跟住到個姑飯,好CREAM 又重姑味,唔會過濕,重點真係超重姑味,喜歡姑O既人絕對推薦試下。再之後就係墨魚筒,個汁係幾好食,但SIZE 偏細,入面都係鑲滿飯,6個人分唔太夠。主角之一黎啦,墨魚汁意粉配白酒汁炒+白硯,呢個大家又係唔夠分.....硯肉夠多但反而意粉唔太夠XD,可能因為真係炒得幾好食,所以人人都夾得比較多。最後T骨扒先黎,一望落去......T骨扒 IN WHERE !?原來已經被切開鋪底.......表面加菜及番茄加意大利黑醋,我心諗有無攪錯....咁樣整塊扒你用咩質數都無人知啦.......仲要收我198+10%?一食果然如我所料....牛肉味一D 都無,全程好似食沙律咁。睇返菜單佢的確有寫配黑醋.....只可以話我輸了...........!!一場黎到叫埋甜品......3客提拉米穌+1客香蕉船香蕉船3個雪糕球都係餐廳自制,有香蕉,荔枝同唔記得了XD,荔枝有果肉香蕉就夠香。絕對抵食過就咁叫雪糕球。推薦不過佢雪糕應該係成日換款的,食之前可以問下先。3客放埋一齊仲有小小裝潢都算係咁,但食落唔係正宗整法,但不過不失啦,比較CREAM,酒味唔重。埋單一人2舊水…Read More

點心風潮都應該差不多去到百花齊放O既時候,我雖然鐘意食點心,但其實一直比較小去呢類型鋪頭食。一來出名果D 要排隊排到無朋友,食點心我覺得要輕輕鬆鬆,如果唔係龍肉都無味。話說某夜又唔係太肚餓,又唔想太破費去食野,咁就O岩曬啦,記得點點心係旺角開左要試下啦。黎到唔洗等位,即係坐低。坐低果位發覺張椅又幾闊WOW,可能店員見我拉住個行季入去招呼特別好O既感覺XD。應該以為我地係旅客,又問我地係唔係第一次黎之後介紹D 野食比我地咁。因為講真唔太肚餓,叫左3樣自己想試就算。海鮮卷包到成條春卷咁,上桌時夠熱,仲要辣親咀果種熱,不過略為覺得入面料唔多同埋沙律醬比較稀。不過夠熱可以補夠到以上問題。藥膳荷香雞配糯米飯底個名其實好吸引所以叫黎試一下,黎到其實原來同糯米雞分開上咁上下。至於藥膳呢方面呢........除左個名之外其實我感覺唔到.......。不過食起上黎咁唔係差的,個糯米飯底吸曬D 雞油同雞味所以唔差的,不過我食得咁油利o既人都覺得呢個油左小小。脆皮鮮蝦腸呢款點心最後黎,唔知係唔係因為要保持入面夠脆,所以表面o既粉皮唔太熱的。不過勝在都唔厚。豉油另上服務貼心,一食又的確幾鬼脆,蝦肉又夠大粒每一件都有蝦肉唔會走雞。特別係幾特別,但未至於一定要再食。下次黎我會再試下其他野,但未試過的話值得一試。ps:放左成15分鐘再食都好夠脆的。呢方面做得幾好。…Read More

話說一大班人好耐無出黎聚過,又有朋友由加拿大返黎。所以決定出黎啤啤佢,最後唔知點解會約左黎呢面食飯,因為我唔係攪手XD,所以無咩意見。我地BOOK 左7:30,大家都準時到,不過話我地8:40交桌!?唔係下話.....咁唔黎都黎左,咁都緊係照食啦諗住食多2碟,無人排隊的話可以坐耐D。一坐低為左加速已經狂叫野食。 炸大腸、咕嚕肉、上湯菜心苗、薑蔥3蠔、椒鹽鮮魷、西蘭花炒菇、 琵琶豆腐、脆膳、黑椒豬手、椒鹽九肚魚、豉油王蝦。上菜真係幾快,由其是係隻黑椒豬手,上桌果陣真係好香呀.......但食落無咩黑椒味...豬手唔係炸所以都幾肥下,總叫不過不失....。炸大腸就無特別,比較乾左小小。咕嚕肉同上湯菜心苗無咩食比唔到D 咩意見。再黎就係一大堆炸野......脆膳,肉厚粉又厚,炸得乾爽但係無咩肉味.....食膳定係CHEAP CHEAP魚肉,我自問真係分唔出。椒鹽鮮魷細碟左D,同埋都需要點形容都係咁上下啦,反而碟椒鹽九肚魚好鬼硬身.....,平時食果D 都係偏弱但佢就好鬼企身,點夾都唔散。跟住果D 上湯菜心苗、西蘭花炒菇、 琵琶豆腐同豉油王蝦都係普通碎料。主角當然要介紹薑蔥3蠔,呢個名係小弟自己改只係有感而發,呢碟野一上桌...。嘩....好大隻蠔WOW....講真的確幾大,咁當然好客氣比加拿大果位朋友食左隻先,之後女士先行。3個人夾完之後。E......無啦!?經我搵左一輪之後証實真係無曬.....好唔好食我唔知.....但我地一圍12人食飯...叫呢款菜係唔係應該通知聲得咁少...等我地炒多碟試下。算....當我第一次黎食唔識野,諗住加單啦,個伙記話......E+:8:15,你地8:40分要交桌無得加單啦WOW.......。我地下左一聲....唔係掛.......加單都唔得!?加啤酒你又比我地加。我再同佢講唔係加一碟WOW,加多幾碟野食下架WOW....佢一樣SAY NO。好....有性格,咁我地亦都坐到8:40分先慢慢執野準時走人。出到門口亦可以我地時運高......見唔到有人排隊等客,亦見到有吉桌.......做生意做到咁真係一流…Read More

第一次拜訪,居然唔洗等位!?

一點心我一直都有聽過或睇過唔少介紹,但一直沒留意在那裡。直至有一次搭巴士見到一堆人在等位才發現,原來那麼近太子的。星期日去完雀街、花虛後就直接殺去一點心,希望5點左右會不用等太久。一轉出太子運動場道...發現.....向左轉還是向右轉呢.......因為我一直諗是有一大堆人在門口等位的,怎麼都不見了!?( ° ▽、° ) 幸好沒猜錯方向,一到居然真的不用等位!?,太好了~~~雖然是坐門口付近,但總比等位好了。坐下後因為不算太餓,所以沒叫飯等。只叫了鮮蝦腐皮卷、雞絲粉卷、棉花雞及馬拉糕。( ̄ ▽  ̄) 先黎鮮蝦腐皮卷,雖然唔算係熱辣辣,但都算OK。脆口、不過蝦肉同瘦肉分得好開。(⊙_⊙)其中一舊仲有一舊咬不開的肥豬肉。所以這碟要18蚊,只可以算合格而已。再黎就係雞絲粉卷同馬拉糕。(≧◇≦)雞絲粉卷沒什麼特別,不過有點蒸得太耐,太多倒汗水。再黎就係我黎O既目標之一,馬拉糕一籠一底,雖然賣相比較差。但吃下去真的很鬆化,不會痴牙,甜度中等。係唔係古法我就唔知,但係好吃我就可以肯定,唔好話將佢棒到上天,但又有幾多地方可以做到呢個質數呢? ≧□≦最後黎O既係棉花雞,大大舊魚肚比雞還要多,但吃下去反而希望佢魚肚可以切細一點,大不是不好,但不入味呢........Σ( ° △ °|||)︴。咁大舊無味都係無用,希望可以切細小小令佢易D 入味就更好了。加埋茶錢,66蚊埋單。唔洗等位真係食得過,但如果要等位我就不會選擇了,店鋪位子較小,相比等位時間一定耐。我地食完出返黎都見到門口有幾個人開始等位了,我會再黎的,但只限不用等位的時間。…Read More

好久好久沒來了 o(≧ω≦)o o(≧o≦)o ,我想一想也起碼半年有多了。不過每次來到,也跟凍蝦杯緣慳一面 = ̄ω ̄=。今天特地再去,終於都有緣相聚了o(≧v≦)o。2個人點了一客薯條,肉丸意粉,仲有就係凍蝦杯≧▽≦y。薯條新解炸出,加了黑椒配上茄汁已經一流。肉丸意粉更不用多說,質數當然一樣,不過今天的汁好像比平時更淡。得個樣......其實好似水咁。最後食凍蝦杯。雖然不是隻隻都有蝦子,但看到有部份有已經很開心(/≧▽≦/) 。不過吃起來才發現一個問題出現Σ( ° △ °|||)︴,原來蝦肚中的蝦子很難吃得乾淨的。蝦子會跟著蝦穀一起掉出來的 ( ̄<  ̄),先把蝦子吃光的話又會把很多蝦腳吃下來ˋ(′~‵)ˊ。雖然只是22元,感覺其實真的很值,蝦雖然不大但都總算有點蝦味啦XD。…Read More

瑞午節的下午1點多係厚福街付近行左2個圈都唔知食咩好,因物價通漲周圍食肆都加價了.....基本上吃一個午餐50元走不掉。但日本野時常都吃,越南野就怕多油,天氣熱就更加不是吃粥.....。第一次到H8,之前睇雜誌也有不少的介紹。日式的今天不想試,也沒理由下午就吃燒肉,韓國餐不太好。最後選了8樓新開的這間Bali LiLi Restaurant。一來價錢合理,雖然都是50元一個人。但總算是新食肆xd,所以都試試啦。搭電梯上到去,即係見到有個招牌還有點流水。但水流好像太弱了吧XD。上到去人客不多,不夠10人。我們坐了5分鐘左右就都埋單走了,感覺好像包場一樣。超爽(=´∀`)人(´∀`=)環境幾舒服,可能人不多的關係吧,聽著一點點的流水聲,完全不覺得自己在繁囂的鬧市中。打開餐牌發現,原來是LUNCH SET 特別便宜。原來的餐牌串燒半打也要72元了,但一個二人的LUNCH SET 也才是$105 Σ(゚д゚lll)。最後當然點了個2人餐SET B啦XD。本身打算點2個一人餐但因為牛筋腩賣完所以沒法了。( ̄^ ̄)等了約10分鐘左右,菜式都開始陸續送上。串燒豬+雞、加多加多沙律,加卜牛肉都一起上菜。先說一下那串燒,豬和雞各2串另加一碟沙嗲醫。基本上都是合理貨式啦XD,串燒很難不好吃的,不過尚算微熱不會凍冰冰。跟住就是加多加多沙律,名字很奇怪( ̄▽ ̄)。其實是薯仔、豆角、紅蘿白片等蔬菜白灼後配上一個像沙嗲醫的汁再加幾塊蝦片和半粒烚蛋。吃起來就是一碟菜啦。沒什麼驚喜也不太像沙律XD。之後就是加卜牛肉。也是一個第一次聽的名字啦(⊙_⊙),不過其實就有點像咖哩牛腩,不算太辣也很香口。牛肉也不會太鞋。接著白飯也送上來了。(@[]@!!)白飯是一個超奇怪的樣子XD。不過這個加卜牛肉送飯吃就變得特別好吃,特別開胃。最後來的是薯餅,來的時候超熱。不過也被我吞下(≧▽≦)y,因為吃下來外脆內軟,還有小量薯粒。一吃便知是自家制仲要新鮮炸起。我是喜歡吃薯的人,差點2個都想吃光。(‵﹏′)吃完後點了餐飲是熱咖啡,那麼舒適的環境,又嘆著強勁的冷氣,配上一杯熱咖啡真的是很爽(╯▽╰)。可惜這杯咖啡帶點酸,不是MY CUP OF COFFEE。不過總算是吃了一餐好的,絕對值得再來(LUNCH 時間)(≧▽≦)。…Read More

台灣,香港O既Pepper Lunch我都有食過,無一次感覺係唔好食o既。今次係澳門亦一樣。叫了個最便宜的黑椒牛肉飯,一直認為簡單O既野就係最好味。醬汁方面一樣是2款,但用來裝醬汁的不是膠碟/膠杯,比較環保。Pepper Lunch有一樣特色...就是等候的時間比較耐,大約25分鐘才有得吃.....比香港1小時以上已經很好。有個不足之處,很多人都忘記來取餐,店鋪的位置又不大,經理就不停幫客人煮那些未取的飯,有時會叫廚房不要再出,等人客先拿走再出。這方面可以改善一下。味道沒什麼好說......全世界吃到都是這個味道...大約叫好味吧!…Read More

香港咁耐都無食過....居然去左澳門食

係澳門唔知食咩好....10點左右就要搭船......就一於係銀河搵食啦。入面其實都有唔小食肆,但因為唔想用太多錢所以揀左係Food Court。大部份都係香港店鋪,所揀左榮式燒雞扒食。一來係香港未食過(其實返到黎先知香港都有),二來呢個價錢係酒店食野,真係平啦。平均50蚊就一個飯,麻煩就麻煩在一定要買現金卡50/100/200一張,之後再去鋪面買野食,用剩就可以再排隊去退返錢。好在人唔多,如果唔係排長龍退錢都幾煩......。講返個飯我叫左榮式燒雞扒併香茅豬扒。豬扒比較簿身,無豬味,無香茅味,亦唔香口.....真係好似一間普通茶記O既豬扒LOW。好在雞扒就好好多啦,有肉汁,皮脆,肉嫩,不過如果四十幾蚊只係為左食呢塊雞扒會貴左小小。但係酒店就會覺得值得比多D XD。飯O既份量普通,無得叫多飯,佢會叫你去旁邊買一碗8蚊。…Read More

豬扒之旅(一) 第一次吃這類型的炸豬扒

呢類豬扒店在香港已經開了一段時間,亦開到成行成市。自己就一定無試過,因為覺得一塊炸豬扒唔應該值咁貴.......炸野明明應該可以用次一等的食材,但點解要賣到咁貴?!不過這間豚兵衛價錢感覺比較相宜。一打開菜單其實有點眼花撩亂,但都係以炸野為主。因為女朋友唔太餓,所以叫左一個吉烈豬扒定食配凍烏冬($67) 及一客日式醬汁吉烈豬扒飯($47)。等待期間會不停添上熱茶,加上人客比較少,感覺幾舒服。基本上2道菜係一齊上的,先講吉烈豬扒定食,就幾大盆,但菜比較小烏冬份量睇落都合理。反而日式醬汁吉烈豬扒飯菜o既份量比定食仲要多,飯仲唔小,份量一定夠飽。在桌上都放了芝麻醬及豬扒醬,撈菜吃當然是用芝麻醬啦xd,因為豬扒醬味道太濃了用來撈菜會太搶味了xd。原先我都在想.....2款套餐差價20元...差了在那裡呢?一吃豬扒就分得出了。吉豬定食的豬扒,肉質比較軟熟,有肉汁食落唔會死死實實,醬汁吉豬就比較死實,無肉汁...醬汁味蓋過豬扒味。如果比我再選一定是吉豬定食,因為67元是值得花的XD。這個價錢當然沒得好像其他同類型食肆咁,無限添加菜和飯的,但這裡的性價比可能會比其實高。看來我都是開始我的豬扒之旅~。…Read More

好耐都無黎食,上次食都係母親生日,今次就係母親節。不過唔緊要最緊要鐘意食!!6點去到,已經8成full,嘩...心諗.....好彩姐,早小小黎,如果唔係就有排等。問我地有無book 位,我地無book,但都可以即刻入座,雖然坐位置唔算好闊落,但亦唔算迫。睇下睇發現佢本餐牌轉左,加價都在所難免,希望保持質數就可以。三個人一共order 左幾樣野,牛肉鍋、燒鯖魚、刺身雙併、幾款壽司同埋一個卷物。先黎當然係刺身,三文魚夠厚身,不過帶子就有點細又唔厚....因為佢中間夾住檸檬,變左檸檬味仲勁過帶子本身o既味.......有小小奇怪。再上居然係燒鯖魚......本身以為要等好耐,但上桌果陣比想像中細,因為落單果陣問係成條魚,黎到果陣再問,原來係去頭去尾o既成條魚好在仲去埋骨咁都ok 啦,但40蚊貴左小小wow....魚身某d 位真係過份地老,鞋過頭。跟住壽司就黎啦.....一睇發覺.....舊鰻魚縮左水o既!?仲定生乾精........唔係話佢唔抵....不過以前食過有比較後就真係覺得......細份左........三文魚都係咁上下,不過不失。炸蝦壽司反而ok幾脆口,唔會太油!!說時遲那時快,壽司都未食完牛肉鍋就殺上,呢個反而keep 住有水準,牛肉夠多,如果菜可以多返小小就仲好,湯底入口一定鮮甜。最後卷物都黎到,外貌並不討好,食落更加覺得平平無奇....你燒三文魚燒到只係表面超簿變左色,咁就算?咁你燒黎做咩?全程食左一個鐘左右,上菜速度OK 快,呢樣值得抵讚!我估佢一晚可以做到3輪生意!!…Read More

說真的平時唔多食糖水o既習慣,今次因為第2日母親節所以買兩碗返去食下。阿媽就幫佢叫芝麻糊就一定無錯,自己係咁多種糖水想試下清心丸,因為其實唔知係咩黎。落左單之後比左個牌仔我等叫號碼,因為人都幾多,我諗都係等10-15分鐘左右啦。係等o既途中發現其實好多人叫蕃薯糖水有小小後悔無叫到,但咁夜又唔想食咁多,所以都係留返下次!!話說一等就等左20分鐘,但仲未有之後吹吹佢發現原來係miss 左我地張單.....唔怪得之要等咁耐都無啦......之後一補單唔洗2分鐘就有.....跟住佢送左4粒湯丸我地食,條氣都順小小返到去一開發現原來清心丸並不是一粒粒...係一舊舊.........無咩味,只有咬口。但好在個紅豆沙夠甜,又多蓮子。蓮子又唔會苦,但真係好甜,o岩我口味!!再食芝麻糊就即刻唔夠甜......但都好滑,我要食返兩塊薯片沖沖個口,再食先覺得有甜味,但都ok,唔會話太出色/太差咁。埋單都成40蚊,e+食碗糖水都真係唔平呢.......。…Read More
