香港嘅海南雞大多都係泰式海南雞,係泰國餐廳必備嘅招牌菜式;而新加坡嘅感覺唔太多,我數得出名嘅只有三數間,而排第一嘅一定係多年人氣爆棚嘅「天天海南雞飯」,想當年登陸香港亦轟動一時,現時間唔中我都會去食一次招牌嘅海南雞飯。最近發現一個折合達67折嘅白色情人節套餐 (原價$779,現價$520),真係幾划算,而且套餐菜品都係一般會食嘅招牌菜式,唔洗諗即刻衝!杏汁木瓜花膠燉雞湯: 睇落幾足料,木瓜味比較突出,雞味一般唔太濃,但餐前簡單飲完碗黎講,算係唔錯。水果沙律: 主為係無花果及蕃石榴加上梅子蓉,梅子味甜中帶酸,幾濃味,與生果都幾搭配。黑松露酥炸生蠔: 炸粉酥脆香口,加上黑松露增鮮,蠔肉肥美飽滿,大大隻勁厚肉,其鮮嫩多汁,蠔味仲幾濃郁!天天海南雞拼燒雞: 常溫雞件淋上熱香雞油,雞肉微暖,其肉質極為細嫩,係我食過最滑嘅海南雞,再三強調,雞油真係好香好濃郁;燒雞都係比較滑身,都係好食嘅,但就無海南雞咁獨特。雞油飯: 飯粒顆顆分明,質感唔錯,滿帶雞油香,香而不膩,係必食之選!鴛鴦菜花: 鴛鴦菜花配酥炸白飯魚,整體咸香感較重。新加坡美祿豆腐花: 雖然質感唔算太滑,但豆花味重,且美祿朱古力粉超多,正!…Read More

大瀛喜最近又更新左餐牌,比起我上次黎多左唔少食物選擇,例如上湯牛油焗肉蟹伴脆麵底、吉品鮑汁鮑魚花菇翅撈飯、極尚金湯翅花膠、蟹黃蟹肉粥、壽喜燒牛肉鍋,除左原來嘅Haagen-Dazs雪糕任食,仲加入左Movenpick雪糕,晚市$288+10%,好易食回本。冷盤前菜有十多款,比較吸睛嘅係翡翠螺同黑松露煙三文煙,翡翠螺爽滑,味道鮮甜;煙三文魚連同黑松露醬有一大盤任你拎,配黎食都幾香。中式點心都有三款,包括蝦餃及山竹牛肉。雖然放題食飯好唔抵,但呢個「吉品鮑汁鮑魚花菇翅撈飯」個汁又真係好香濃,不比鮑魚遜色!醉鮑魚夠軟腍,肉質爽彈,酒味濃郁。川燒珍寶鮮蠔燒: 蠔肉非常飽滿肥美,唔係一般放題店細細隻果種,蠔味適中,炸蒜香甜,又幾好食。金蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝: 扇貝肉都算大粒,質感幼嫩富肉汁,粉絲吸曬肉汁,撈埋炸蒜食好惹味。香港仔避風塘軟殼蟹: 一客有兩件,大大份,軟殻蟹炸至非常香酥,蒜味濃郁,咬落去爆曬汁,好香口。鵝肝有兩款,一款為冷盤「法式紅酒藍莓鵝肝」,另一款為熱食「鐵樣鵝肝多士」:前者係將冷凍後嘅鵝肝切成粒狀,約莫一粒骰嘅大小,搭配蘋果片,質感奶滑Creamy,紅酒味香濃,與藍莓醬及蘋果都幾搭配;後者為傳統法式鵝肝,外皮焦脆,內裡十分滑嫩,入口即溶,且帶豐富肉汁。刺身約莫有十多款,另外再靚啲嘅就要食壽司先得,例如海膽、藍鰭吞拿魚等等,刺身比較高級嘅選擇有蟹腳、厚切池魚、赤貝、象拔蚌及帆立貝刺身,肉質普遍幾結實,望落同食落都覺得夠新鮮,味道係Okay嘅,但任食就唔好期望用Omakase把尺黎衡量啦……甜品及雪糕都係另一賣點,燒金枕頭榴槤都係任食,味道正常唔係特別突出,但過下口癮都okay,Haagen-Dazs及Movenpick都係任食,仲有人氣薄荷朱古力味!…Read More

「鳥海山鐵板燒」位於深水埗華盛大廈,雖離地鐵站不足5分鐘路程,但由於附近無商場,所以人流唔多,一般都唔會經過,唔預先Search定餐廳我都未必有機會食到……裝潢就如普通日式鐵板燒餐廳嘅格局,感覺較平民,食物選擇豐儉由人,二人套餐$948起(唔排除餐廳有時有其他優惠),但我今次選擇左$1198嘅鐵板燒餐,另加$80升級大龍蝦🦞是日精選刺身四款:真鯛、伊良、油甘魚、三文魚腩,真鯛肉質細嫩,微微甘甜;伊良同為白身魚,肉質較滑而軟腍,魚味較清淡;油甘魚及三文魚就不用多說了。活龍蝦:鮮活龍蝦肉質嫩滑,且爽實具彈性,非常新鮮,以蝦膏味噌調味炒煮,醬汁濃郁鮮甜,與龍蝦肉十分搭配,巨香!活鮑魚:肉質爽滑,無需過多調味,已能表現出鮮嫩多汁。鵝肝多士:鵝肝肥美厚肉,肉質幼嫩多汁,有種入口即化嘅Texture,配返多士食無咁膩。牛肉薄燒:薄切牛肉包裹著香蔥及炸蒜,牛肉充滿肉汁,加埋鐵板炒製過嘅惹蒜,非常香口惹味。炒飯:飯夠乾身,粒粒分明,含大量櫻花蝦,咸香味突出,都幾好食。最後有鐵板野菜及味噌湯作結尾………Read More

「鵜舞」一 位於荔枝角D2 PLACE地下嘅日式居酒屋,店面唔細,閒日夜晚居然全場滿座,質素方面,應該唔多唔少都幾有保證。Coedo Shiro – Hefe Weizen: 放工輕鬆下飲返支手工啤,幾有特色,口感幾醇厚,富果香,甜甜地,配啲串燒/揚物都幾chill......燒七味魚翅乾($68):呢款魚亁配啤酒/清酒都幾合適,燒得脆香,但又唔乾,香口惹味,佐酒一流。辣吞拿魚腩卷($98):餡係吞拿魚腩蓉,面頭又有一堆吞拿魚腩蓉,絕對可以食到好滿足,辣就唔辣,但吞拿魚腩富油香,美味,呢款都幾好食!博多明太子玉子燒($72):玉子香甜,明太子富鹹香,鹹甜相間,兩者都幾搭配,玉子又夠滑,Texture都唔錯。福岡特色凍蕎麥麵($78):一款無肉但就非常滋味嘅麵食,以鏗魚湯底,加入鏗魚碎、香蔥,及溫泉蛋等,湯底鮮甜美味,一啲都唔覺得單調,仲出奇地濃味添,以半熟蛋汁拌麵更為惹味。佐賀金星黑豚($238):黃金酥香嘅高質吉列豚肉,炸粉夠薄脆,有種入口即化嘅感覺,另外豚肉肥瘦比例適中,Juicy得黎又幾有肉味,幾好食!除左價錢稍貴外,無野挑剔。…Read More

呢間烤魚唔錯,雖然粉嶺有少少遠,但如果去開呢一區,都可以考慮試下。香辣泡椒烤魚(中辣)加薯粉:烤魚一定要食夠辣嘅,所以我地嗌左香辣泡椒口味嘅烤魚,江團魚大大條,再加埋份好大份嘅薯粉,都幾夠飽。一開始覺得中辣都冇咩feel,點知d湯約煮越濃,d魚越煮越入味之後,都幾夠辣下,江團魚外皮酥脆,再吸埋湯汁之後真係一流,而且魚肉嫩滑爽口,非常厚肉,係十分高質,下次想再試埋個麻辣湯底,應該都會好過癮。凍檸檬百香果:食完辣野要飲一啖凍野,好爽,但平時餐廳既野飲都係細細杯,但呢到一杯成800ml,可以唔洗慳住飲,實在太爽了!杯野酸酸甜甜,我本身都好鐘意百香果,呢杯岩曬我心水,抵飲指數十粒星!泰式酸辣鳳爪:鳳爪都幾入味,而且唔會太辣,每隻鳳爪都大大隻,肉質飽滿,好有口感蒜蓉燒茄子燒到非常香口惹味,價錢又唔貴,屬推介之選!水牛城雞中翼:雞翼燒至外皮香脆,味道唔似水牛城雞翼咁又酸又辣。味道微辣辣,食落惹味。蒜蓉/芝士燒日本廣島蠔:蠔既size都幾大,價錢好實惠,食落好creamy, 蒜蓉會比較惹味啲,而芝士份量都好夠,增加咗幾分香口!…Read More
