米芝蓮升級大廚主理的親民小店
La Volta

最近嚟到呢間啱啱開幕嘅小店 La Volta,位於銅鑼灣蘭芳道,由米芝蓮雙星級大廚 Roland Schuller 主理,專攻手工意粉同意大利菜。作為一間新店,佢哋嘅 set menu 已經畀我感受到星級水準嘅魅力,絕對值得大家嚟試吓!先講環境:La Volta 雖然係小店,但設計得超有格調。店內光線柔和,木枱石牆配埋少少綠植,感覺親切又溫馨,彷彿置身意大利小鎮,避開咗鬧市嘅喧囂。店主話係向 Anthony Bourdain 嘅「No Reservations」精神致敬,畀人即興嚟試嘅自由感。店員服務熱情,細心講解菜式故事,氣氛輕鬆又舒適。食材方面, Antipasti 入面嘅 Burrata & Truffle Honey Bruschetta,用新鮮松露蜜糖同 creamy 嘅burrata心,配 Maldon Sea salt,甜鹹交織。Fassona Beef Tartare 用 Piemonte 牛肉手切,混合 cured egg yolk 同 capers,嫩滑又有層次。Oxtail Croquettes 外脆內軟,牛尾慢燉到即溶,裏面原來係用返燉牛尾嘅肉汁,無多餘嘅調味,真係超級好食。Pasta 部分,Egg Raviolo 塞滿 golden-yolk boragine 同 triple-cheese,cheese 香濃到飛起。成隻碟咁大嘅raviolo真係第一次見,切開中間,個半熟蛋黃隨之流出,火候處理啱啱好,足見芝蓮雙星級大廚嘅功力。Crispy Gnocchi alla Iberico 煎到金黃,內裏軟糯,口感層次都係冇得彈。Chitarra alla Gamberi 嘅 tiger prawns 彈牙,sauce 濃郁又唔膩。意粉用咗chitarra pasta,係呈方形嘅長意粉,特別煙韌同掛汁。Dessert方面,Chef Roland's Signature Pear Tart,用 williams pear 同 homemade vanilla gelato,果香四溢,一啲都唔膩。La Volta Tiramisu 層次豐富,espresso 同 mascarpone 平衡得宜,酒味比一般餐廳嘅 tiramisu 濃好多,展現傳統同創意嘅完美融合。店主 Jeffery Mui 同大廚 Roland Schuller 16年前喺 The Drawing Room 合作,創下香港首間 3 個月預約滿嘅意式餐廳,更 3 個月攞米芝蓮星。呢間 La Volta 目標係用真材實料同親民價分享意大利美食工藝,性價比超值!每日鮮製多款手工意粉,融入創新同傳統,午市菜單每兩週更新一次,兩道菜 $148 起、三道 $178 起,晚市前菜同意粉選擇更豐富,價錢親民但質素媲美米芝蓮。快啲 walk-in 試吓,享受呢個新篇章嘅味蕾之旅啦。…Read More

話說福岡嘅天婦羅名店「博多天婦羅 長岡Nagaoka」最近喺香港開咗分店,聽講係由日本一位天婦羅大師親自坐鎮,堅持用最正宗嘅博多手藝,將新鮮食材化成一道道令人垂涎嘅天婦羅!餐廳環境走日式簡約風,木系色調配上暖光,坐低就即刻有種置身九州嘅感覺。更正嘅係,佢哋新張期間推出半價優惠,呢個天婦羅Omakase套餐真喺抵到喊,唔試真喺對唔住自己個胃!一入座,侍應先奉上自家製特飲,無酒精檸檬特飲Lemon Sour酸酸甜甜,清新得黎好開胃;至於辣可樂,加入咗香料,微辣嘅口感好特別,飲落有種暖笠笠嘅感覺,完美為今晚嘅美食之旅揭開序幕。頭盤一上枱已經令人嘩然!海膽蟹肉三文魚子布甸,入口即化,濃郁嘅海膽同蟹肉鮮味喺舌尖爆發,三文魚子粒粒分明,點綴出陣陣鹹香,簡直係海鮮控嘅天堂!極上刺身三款更加係高質,鯛魚爽口、吞拿魚赤身同拖羅入口即融,肥美得黎唔膩,牡丹蝦仲帶點甜,鮮到一個點!炸柿子奶油配白朱古力,甜中帶鹹,口感豐富,係意想不到嘅驚喜。重頭戲嚟喇!天婦羅七品:小柱貝雜錦天婦羅外脆內嫩,咬落鮮汁四溢;蘆筍配岩鹽清爽可口,簡單嘅調味仲突顯食材嘅原味。厚揚豆腐同胡麻豆腐簡直係豆腐控嘅福音,前者薑蔥提味,入口軟滑;後者似mochi咁煙韌,食完真喺回味無窮。南瓜同甜番薯嘅甜味同天婦羅嘅香脆完美結合,海鹽一灑,甜鹹交錯,好正!A4和牛配紫蘇葉係全場MVP,牛肉入口即化,紫蘇葉嘅清香中和油膩感,食完仲想encore!花虎蝦同海膽紫菜都係亮點,特別係海膽紫菜配抹茶鹽,鹹香中帶點微妙嘅抹茶味,令人一試難忘。主食釜飯更加係壓軸好戲!松葉蟹及三文魚子釜飯,米飯粒粒分明,吸滿咗蟹肉嘅鮮甜,三文魚子點綴其間,食落好有層次;黑毛和牛月見釜飯就係濃香四溢,和牛嘅油脂同蛋黃一齊入口,簡直係幸福感爆棚!配上白麵豉味噌湯,帶點煙燻味,暖胃又滿足。甜品環節同樣無得輸!年糕天婦羅外脆內軟,配上黃豆粉同雪糕,甜而不膩;蘋果天婦羅同雲呢拿雪糕係經典組合,酸甜平衡;蜜柑紅豆蓉天婦羅配麻糬就創新得黎好match,酸甜嘅蜜柑同紅豆蓉嘅濃香完美融合。最後仲有杯熱茶作結,溫暖又貼心。呢間博多天婦羅長岡Nagaoka嘅天婦羅Omakase真係每道都好驚喜,食材新鮮、炸功一流,每件天婦羅都外脆內嫩,保留食材原味之餘又帶出獨特嘅風味。加上新張半價優惠,呢個價錢食到咁高質嘅Omakase真係好抵食!愛食日式料理嘅朋友,趁優惠仲喺度,唔好等,快啲去試啦!長岡博多天婦羅 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣新寧道1號利園三期2樓226-229號舖…Read More

傳承「非遺」盛宴

今晚同班friend一齊去咗帝京酒店嘅獅房菜,食咗佢哋九道菜嘅「非遺雅宴 • 傳味承真」,每道菜都係精心設計,用精湛廚藝同創意,將香港非遺元素融入菜式,畀我哋感受到香港獨有飲食文化嘅魅力。滷醃三品:前菜一上枱已經覺得好吸引,首先係「椒韻墨玉」其實係潮式藤椒墨魚,個墨魚片個鮮味彈牙,仲有陣陣藤椒嘅麻香同微辣Chilli Sauce,刺激得黎又唔會搶味,啖啖都係驚喜。跟住有「琥珀藏薑」,即係子薑尖椒皮蛋,入口酸酸辣辣,仲帶點古早味,簡直係開胃神器。最後係「醬香珍味」,係蝦醬蔥燒刺參,蝦醬嘅鹹香同蔥嘅清甜將刺參嘅鮮味完全逼出,口感軟糯得黎又夠晒入味,呢個組合真心抵讚。煙燻二品:首先係「籠香玉餃」(蒸籠鴨肉餃子),呢個鴨肉餃子真係不得了!皮薄得似透明,鴨肉餡鮮嫩多汁,蒸籠香氣一掀蓋即刻撲鼻而來,食落去仲有淡淡嘅煙燻味,係咁話你知點樣叫「入口即化」!另一道煙燻前菜係「金縷蜜焰」,即刻米通腐乳叉燒,叉燒燒到外焦內嫩,腐乳嘅鹹香同蜜糖嘅甜味完美平衡,仲有米通嘅酥脆口感加持,咬落去係一場味覺嘅煙花騷,甜鹹交錯,停唔到口。跟住就到主菜,首先「翠膽明珠」,即係砂鍋菜膽花膠廣東雲吞,雲吞皮薄到見餡,入口滑溜溜,花膠同菜膽嘅鮮甜喺砂鍋湯底入面完全釋放,每啖湯都好似飲咗一碗廣東精髓,暖胃又暖心。跟住係我好喜歡嘅「漁港風華」- 避風塘鹹魚茸豆豉煎馬友魚,啲避風塘炒蒜真是勁香!馬友魚煎到金黃香脆,鹹魚茸同豆豉嘅濃郁香氣滲入魚肉,每一啖都係滿滿嘅海港風情,食到我差啲連碟都舔埋。然後就係「陳滷菌珍」,係陳皮滷水牛肝菌農場雞,雞肉滷得好入味,肉質嫩滑,牛肝菌嘅濃香同陳皮嘅清新完美融合,簡單得嚟有深度。食完啲重口味嘅主食,跟住就上「漁澳風光」,係大澳蝦乾魚肚杞子菜心苗,杞子同菜心苗加咗一抹清甜同爽脆,呢道菜好似將大澳嘅海風同陽光都食咗落肚,清新得黎又好有層次。單尾係「金炊玉饌」脆芋絲臘味蟹肉炒飯,其實食到呢度已經開始飽,但呢度絕對唔可以錯過呢個炒飯,炒飯粒粒分明,臘味嘅鹹香同蟹肉嘅鮮甜一齊爆發,仲有脆芋絲加持,口感層次豐富到不得了。呢度嘅甜品都好精緻,首先係「茶啡雙凝」港式鴛鴦茶凍,鴛鴦茶凍入口即化,茶同咖啡嘅香氣喺凍凍嘅口感入面交織,甜度啱啱好,清新又唔會太重,感覺好light。仲有呢個造型超級得意嘅「傳統小點」麻雀千層馬拉糕同懷舊合桃酥,千層馬拉糕用咗麻雀嘅造型,鬆軟香甜,合桃酥就係滿滿嘅懷舊情懷,回味無窮。總結嚟講,呢餐非遺宴,每道菜都好似一件藝術品,將傳統中菜嘅精髓同現代創意結合得天衣無縫,真心推介俾鍾意試新嘢同喜愛中菜嘅朋友。…Read More

講到中菜,大家可能唔知「翡翠」呢個餐飲集團原來1991年喺新加坡發跡,旗艦品牌「翡翠金閣」仲連續三年攞到米芝蓮一星,連上海同香港嘅分店都拎過必比登推介。最近佢哋喺九龍灣MegaBox開咗全新嘅「翡翠江南」,主打正宗江南菜,燉、燜、燒、煮樣樣掂,味道同口感層次分明,簡直係舌尖上嘅江南水鄉!今晚Happy Friday,約咗幾個舊同事一齊去探店,食完真心覺得,呢度真係抵讚!「翡翠江南」環境寬敞舒適,仲有大圓枱同包廂,適合家庭聚會,仲有客製化菜單,由翡翠總廚萬師傅親自發辦,仲可以按客人要求採購指定食材。如果揀包廂,仲有專屬服務員貼心服務。最正係佢哋有「寵物友善用膳區」,可以帶埋毛孩一齊chill住食飯,貓貓狗狗都歎得。今晚試咗三款前菜,款款都好有心思:京陵鹽水鴨:鴨肉爽滑入味,鹹香得黎唔會太重口,肉質嫩到不得了,仲帶點淡淡嘅酒香味,入口即刻有種江南風情,令人一試難忘。滬式燻魚:呢個真係神級!魚肉外層微脆,內裡嫩滑,甜甜鹹鹹嘅醬汁滲入魚肉,每一啖都係驚喜,食完仲想再encore。紅燒肉百頁結:紅燒肉肥而不膩,入口即化,配上百頁結吸晒醬汁精華,軟糯又帶點咬口,呢個組合簡直係前菜界嘅MVP!講到今晚嘅重頭戲,點少得佢哋嘅招牌菜「原條東坡牛肋條」。完全顛覆傳統東坡肉嘅概念,改用牛肋條,慢火紅燒幾粒鐘,肉質軟腍到骨肉分離,輕輕一咬就化開,醬汁濃郁得滲入每條肉紋,甜甜鹹鹹,香到不得了,係必試之選。另一道「荷香黃金雞」同樣令人驚艷。靈感來自江蘇名菜富貴雞,用黃油雞配上冬菇同洋蔥,包喺荷葉入面蒸煮,荷葉嘅清香完全滲入雞肉,雞皮嫩滑多汁,仲帶點冬菇同洋蔥嘅鮮甜,味道層次豐富到食完仲回味無窮。如果要揀今晚最正嘅菜,我會投「豆漿黃魚配油條」一票。可能因為我係魚控,呢道菜真係神來之筆!濃濃嘅豆漿湯頭,帶點豆香,煮得黃魚鮮嫩無比,湯頭鮮甜到飲晒都唔夠,仲有酥脆嘅油條點綴,咬落去脆卜卜,浸落湯入面又吸晒魚湯精華,口感同味道完美交融,係我見過最有創意嘅江南菜之一,強烈推介!除咗以上嘅主打,仲試咗好幾款菜式,全部都好有水準:上海小籠包:皮薄餡靚,湯汁鮮美,一啖爆漿,係點心控嘅心頭好。羊肚菌炒時蔬:羊肚菌香氣濃郁,配搭時蔬清新爽口,健康又美味。百步香蔥油餅:蔥香四溢,餅皮酥脆,簡單得來好有風味。桂花拉糕:甜而不膩,桂花香氣撲鼻,係甜品嘅完美ending。高力豆沙:傳統得來有新意,豆沙香甜軟滑,啖啖都係滿足感。「翡翠江南」真係將江南菜嘅精髓同現代創意完美結合,環境優雅,食物驚艷,仲有寵物友善區,帶埋毛孩一齊歎美食都無問題。…Read More

超值又惹味嘅雞煲火鍋小食店

太子花園街嘅「亞南雞煲」真係正!今晚我哋八個人去試咗佢嘅雞煲同其他菜式,個個都食到讚不絕口,CP值高到爆燈,平日晚市都好多客,絕對值得推介!首先講下招牌嘅蟲草花野生竹笙花膠湯濃雞煲同花膠雞煲,真係不得了!雞煲湯底飲落滿口香氣,竹笙好大條,爽脆彈牙,花膠多到誇張,入口軟糯又鮮甜。新鮮雞用咗本地雞,連雞雜都有,肉質嫩滑,雞味濃郁;另外個花膠雞煲雖然用冰鮮雞,但就算係冰鮮雞都一樣嫩口,完全唔輸蝕,惹味到飛起,濃而不膩,食到停唔到口!其他小菜都好有水準。椒鹽鮮鮑魚香脆惹味,鮑魚彈牙,調味啱啱好。酥炸桶蠔外脆內嫩,每隻都大大隻,鮮味爆棚。蝦多士同油炸鬼釀墨魚滑拼盤好驚喜,蝦多士香脆多汁,墨魚滑爽口彈牙,每件都好滿足!麻辣墨魚鬚辣得過癮,墨魚鬚爽脆,食到好開胃。尖椒皮蛋係意想不到嘅好味,皮蛋軟滑,配上尖椒嘅辣香,超開胃!皇牌脆炸牛坑腩係我哋嘅心頭好,外層炸到金黃酥脆,內裏牛坑腩軟腍入味,唔使點汁食都已經一流水準。食完雞煲就打邊爐,安格斯牛小排同牛小排拼黑豚肉真係肉控福音,牛小排嫩滑多汁,黑豚肉肥瘦適中,仲送雜菜籃,食得健康啲。胡椒豬肚丸同頂級牛根丸都好彈牙,湯底滲出濃濃胡椒香同牛肉味,超足料。鮮蝦雲吞皮薄餡靚,蝦肉爽口,啖啖滿足。飲品方面,靈芝茶、雪梨茶清新解膩,薏米水都好夾整體菜式。總括嚟講,呢間餐廳嘅雞煲同小菜真是一個字:掂!平時都咁多人,怪不得咁受歡迎。想食惹味雞煲同高質小菜,呢度地點超方便,價錢合理,係不二之選,推介!…Read More

上星期六,我同幾個朋友去咗西貢嘅「六福菜館」食飯,真係一個字:正!呢間多年米芝連一星嘅海鮮餐廳真係無人不曉,坐低嗰陣已經聞到陣陣鑊氣,胃口即刻大增。番茄薯仔魚湯:呢碗湯真係暖心暖胃!番茄嘅酸甜味好濃,配上薯仔嘅軟綿同魚肉嘅鮮甜,飲落好似屋企湯咁有愛。魚湯好新鮮,無腥味,湯底清甜到飲晒一碗仲想encore,絕對係開胃首選!海班龍吐珠:哇,呢道菜係全餐飯嘅焦點!海班起骨,肉質彈牙,成條魚骨煎得脆卜卜,充滿驚喜。薑蔥蟶子:蟶子新鮮到不得了,爽口彈牙,薑蔥嘅香氣完全滲入蟶肉,炒得啱啱好,唔會過火。底層嘅米粉吸晒啲汁,滑溜溜又夠味,食到停唔到口,連我個平時唔食蟶子嘅朋友都話正!北菇雞腳:呢道菜係懷舊嘅滋味!北菇好香,雞腳炆得軟腍入味,啜一啜連骨都甩得開。醬汁濃而不膩,撈飯一流,差啲連碟都舔晒!炆腩仔:肥瘦適中嘅腩仔,炆到入口即化,肥肉油香四溢,瘦肉又唔會柴。醬汁帶點甜香,真係好邪惡但好過癮!艇仔飯:呢個艇仔飯好有西貢特色,飯粒粒分明,配料有蝦乾、魷魚同臘腸粒,仲有啲蝦醬青蔥提味。整體好似一場海鮮party,食材新鮮,份量又夠,食到好似坐喺西貢海邊咁chill。豉皇炒麵:炒麵真是一個「香」字了得!豉皇醬汁好濃郁,麵條炒得乾身爽脆,仲有陣陣芝麻香扑鼻而來。咬落去,麵條有啲微焦嘅鑊氣,配上芽菜同蔥段,簡單但好滋味!椒鹽鮑魚:鮑魚做得好出色!外層炸得金黃香脆,鮑魚肉質軟嫩有彈性,椒鹽嘅香辣味好搶,仲帶點蒜香同蔥花,食落好似喺食高級小食咁過癮,唔夠喉啊!鹽水浸花甲:花甲好新鮮,每隻都肥美飽滿,鹽水浸得啱啱好,保留晒海水嘅鮮味。加咗少少蔥同薑,食落清爽又惹味,係一個好簡單但好滿足嘅菜式,啜到最後連汁都飲晒!
六福菜館真係無得彈,無論係海鮮、炒菜定湯水,每道菜都好有水準,仲要好有西貢嘅海邊風味。服務員態度親切,上菜快,價錢又合理,係一間值得再encore嘅餐廳。…Read More

尋晚我同老公去咗九龍城蟹仙食「尊貴海鮮套餐」,真係一個好正嘅海鮮盛宴。套餐原價$898,宜家每位$419,高達五折優惠,性價比真心唔錯。餐廳環境好貼地,街坊小店格局,服務員又好有禮貌,全程幫我哋煮哂啲海鮮,我哋成晚好似食殘廢餐咁,好爽。首先係韓國釜山野生鰻魚,魚肉肥美嫩滑,火喉啱啱好,內裏仲保留到魚汁嘅鮮甜。如果你是魚控,呢道菜絕對會令你滿足!加拿大野生海虎蝦同樣出色,蝦肉爽口彈牙,鮮甜味美,簡單清蒸已經好夠滋味。韓國釜山蠔就稍為普通,我個人比較鍾意台山蠔嘅品種,覺得味道同口感會更濃郁。跟住嘅秘製原隻南非乾鮑就略為失色。鮑魚醬汁都幾香,但可能煮得太耐,口感有啲靭,咬落去唔係咁軟滑,略為失望。相比之下,大西洋野生青口就好驚喜,鮮甜得黎有濃濃嘅海水味,每一隻都好飽滿,食完真係有種置身海邊嘅感覺。黃金翡翠螺同蟹皇大元貝都好有驚喜,尤其是元貝用咗店家秘製蟹黃醬,味道濃郁得黎唔會過膩,令人回味。有機蔬菜籃就中規中矩,勝在新鮮清甜,平衡咗成餐海鮮嘅濃味。澳洲龍蝦同樣係高質,端上枱時仲見到佢郁緊,新鮮程度毋庸置疑。龍蝦肉質彈牙,入口有陣陣海水味,配上店家嘅蒜蓉汁,食到我哋停唔到口。講吓套餐嘅主角——野生奄仔蟹。呢隻蟹真係新鮮到不得了,即叫即整,啲膏多到爆,入口濃香又滑,咬落去啖啖肉,鮮甜得黎帶點海水嘅鹹香,簡直係蟹迷嘅天堂!我老公食完一啖即刻話:「呢個蟹真係值回票價!」我都完全同意,呢個奄仔蟹真心係整餐嘅亮點。整體嚟講,蟹仙呢個尊貴海鮮套餐性價比都幾高,海鮮質素唔錯,新鮮到港嘅承諾絕對唔係講大話。除咗乾鮑略為失手,其他菜式都好有水準。服務方面,店員好細心,仲有唔同嘅蘸醬可以揀,我同老公食到好滿足,抵食又滋味!…Read More

香港人生活咁忙,成日都想搵個地方chill下,食啲嘢輕鬆下。「鵜舞」呢間位於荔枝角D2 Place嘅居酒屋,唔係淨係賣普通日本嘢,而係focus喺日本各地嘅鄉土料理同埋B級美食,即係啲好local、好有特色嘅嘢食,等你唔使飛去日本,都可以一次過試到唔同地方嘅風味。一入到「鵜舞」,你會覺得好似去咗日本嘅小漁村咁。裝修用咗好多舊木,加上啲日式燈籠同埋簡單嘅燈泡,好有feel,好舒服。呢度最正嘅係,佢哋嘅總廚同副總廚都係日本人,保證你食到嘅嘢夠晒正宗!講到食,今次我試食齊佢哋嘅十四道菜,真係道道都好有驚喜!先嚟個開胃菜:大分縣嘅琉球醬漬刺身,用甜豉油、味醂、清酒同埋芝麻醃製,魚肉好新鮮,醬汁好惹味,食到停唔到口!呢個新潟 鯛魚笹壽司係北陸信越地區嘅特色嘢食。用竹葉包住醋飯同埋鯛魚,竹葉有防腐作用,又可以增加香味,一舉兩得!個造型好特別,因為就嚟端午節,日本師傅竟然諗到將壽司整成端午粽嘅造型,真係夠晒心思。仲有一個好特別嘅小食,係広島 牛腸天婦羅。 你冇睇錯,係牛腸天婦羅!廣島福島町嘅名物,將牛腸炸到外脆內軟,一啲都唔油膩,仲好好咬口,點埋啲醬汁,正!跟住呢個北海道 漁師町海鮮野菜鏘鏘燒,個名好得意,聽講係因為煮嘅時候會發出「鏘!鏘!」聲。用新鮮三文魚同埋當季野菜,加埋味噌去燒,好有北海道漁村風味。然後開始入正題,福岡 明太子芝士豚肉天婦羅。明太子係福岡嘅代表性美食,呢個天婦羅將明太子、芝士同埋豚肉包埋一齊炸,外酥內嫩,口感豐富,正到爆!然後去東京,食呢個三文魚籽最中餅/吞拿魚蓉最中餅/海膽最中餅,呢個咁得意嘅最中餅係江戶時代嘅嘢食,用脆卜卜嘅餅皮包住唔同嘅餡料。我試咗三文魚籽同埋吞拿魚蓉,都好好食,但係海膽就更加正,入口即溶,鮮甜無比!跟住呢個北海道 焗2年越冬熟成馬鈴薯真係唔簡單,要用北海道嘅雪去熟成兩年!聽講甜度係普通馬鈴薯嘅17倍,香氣更加濃郁。食落口,真係好甜,好似食緊甜番薯咁!然後就係爐端燒豬蹄,沖繩同埋鹿兒島嘅黑豬好出名,呢個爐端燒豬蹄就係用備長炭去燒,燒到外脆內軟,好有咬口,一啲都唔肥膩。食到中間,清清味蕾先,呢個鱧魚係京都嘅高級魚類,用天婦羅嘅方法去煮,可以食到鱧魚嘅鮮味,再加埋嫩滑嘅茄子同埋清爽嘅梅肉蘿蔔泥,好夾!然後就係千葉 花生味噌唐揚炸雞,原來千葉縣嘅花生好出名,呢個炸雞就用咗花生味噌去醃製,炸到外脆內嫩,鹹鹹甜甜,好惹味!主食方面,呢個新潟 糸魚川墨魚汁炒麵,用咗墨魚汁去炒。糸魚川市面向漁港,所以啲墨魚好新鮮。食落口,除咗有墨魚嘅鮮味之外,仲有啲墨魚肉,口感豐富。鄉土料理 鰻魚飯三食,係名古屋嘅名物,將切碎嘅蒲燒鰻魚鋪喺白飯上面,有三種食法。第一種係直接食,享受鰻魚嘅原味;第二種可以加海苔或者芥末,增添風味;第三種就淋上高湯,變成茶泡飯。我最鍾意第二+第三種食法,多重享受!除咗嘢食之外,「鵜舞」仲有好多特別嘅飲品。佢哋嘅冰結菠蘿沙瓦同埋冰結檸檬塔沙瓦都好受歡迎,將檸檬片堆疊冷凍成檸檬塔,好靚,又好飲!另外仲有河童沙瓦同埋金魚沙瓦,都好有特色,啱晒打卡!總之,「鵜舞」呢間居酒屋嘅嘢食夠晒local,夠晒正宗,可以帶你味遊全日本。加上環境舒服,氣氛輕鬆,啱晒同朋友一齊去chill下。下次唔知食咩好,不妨考慮下「鵜舞」啦!…Read More
