見好耐無去九龍城,諗住搵下嗰頭有無咩好野食啦⋯⋯點知落車就落雨,即刻乜mood都無曬。唔想淋住雨搵食,唯有求衝去九龍城廣場hea食算了,咁⋯⋯就搵到呢間台式食店啦。開餐啦1. 台式風味系列餐 $68 (麵食)+ $14(茶)* 鹽酥雞台式肉燥麵* 南投桂花烏龍 鹽酥雞 同麵係分開上既,鹽酥雞有一飯碗既份量,唔知係咪跟餐關系,舊雞既尺寸係比較細件既,係女仔可以一口食到既尺寸。粉漿同雞肉比例ok,炸得好乾爽,唔油膩。雞肉食落唔乾柴,調味夠,咬落勁香脆,極之邪惡呀。而個 台式肉燥麵 呢,係撈麵黎。一上枱,見到碗面同蛋都唔係好夠色水,d肉燥一粒粒咁,d汁又好似好水咁,有d伏伏地既感覺⋯⋯咁叫左都要食架⋯⋯咁就先啪粒旦!咦?原來又OK架WoW! 係我膚淺,雖然佢淺色,但原來係夠滷味架。 Sorry, 我係唔應該以貌取旦既。啪完蛋,輪到個麵啦!先將d麵同碟底既汁狂撈先! 咦?原來個麵幾正架WOW, 麵身幼過米線少少,質地軟身既,但軟得來食落係有少少軟糯感,唔係死林嗰種。個麵都好索汁下,所以條條麵都索滿滷汁,所以食落都好夠味。而肉燥呢,佢用左半肥瘦既豬粒,你單獨食佢一粒粒肉係屬軟淋同夠味既,但撈麵或飯既話,個肉燥烹得溶d會好d,如果整到半溶既豬油連汁同肉碎掛到上麵就更正d. 不過,呢個價錢,同份量,很可以架啦。加錢換支 南投桂花烏龍 飯,佢係樽裝冷泡茶, 一大枝飲唔晒可以拿左飲!個桂花味好香,飲落順口清香又解渴解油膩,幾好。2. 原味鍋貼 * 5件 $16碟鍋貼 係跟朋友個 牛肉麵餐叫既,只要加16蚊就有,好抵食!一碟5件,條條長過男士手指公架。鍋貼皮薄,煎到好靚,只煎一面,咬落去一面香脆,一面帶點軟韌既口感,內餡無乜肉汁,但肉肉內餡十分飽滿,食落充滿肉香,正! 3. 肉燥青菜 $21個菜….就麻麻地,因為都幾硬….唔知係唔夠熟定點,食落仲有少少青草味,有肉燥汁都攪唔掂,下次我應該唔會加錢叫菜。呢間台食店既坐位格局 同連鎖快餐店差唔多,速食格局,無打咭位。我8點鐘食,唔洗等位,舖內約1/3既枱剩。 食物上枱既速度可以,一樣接一樣上,食物上枱都係溫熱既,如果無飯食,唔想食得好貴,想hea食,又怕悶唔想食普通連鎖快餐店,咁佢都係一個唔錯既選擇既。奉上餐單:…Read More

之前見享樂在IG po既新品介紹相,已經非常想試!今日我終於試到啦呢隻開心果吉士酥皮冰心麵包啦!入店第一件事,就想搵呢個麵包買,行左個圈都見唔到,咁就改買Bagel啦⋯⋯排隊比錢之際,見到個一個個用透明膠盒裝住既開心果包原來係放在收銀旁既凍柜入面呀!Yeah! 即刻買返隻食一食!開心果吉士酥皮冰心麵包 HKD$32呢個包包真係不得了,要樣有樣,要內涵有內涵!比錢時,店員建議買完盡快食用,話唔食住就記得返去放雪柜。哈哈,我又點忍得住返屋企先食,梗係買完即刻彈去後面公園食啦。 包包既尺寸大約有女仔手掌既2/3咁大,酥皮表面沾有一層薄薄既焦糖,焦糖上仲有碎開心果仁。 個包包因為雪凍左,所以焦糖都脆卜卜,令表皮既酥皮更酥脆,一口咬落超滿足呀!!!好在即買即食, 我諗如果行完街返到屋企先食,面頭層焦糖應該會溶左就無咁脆了!個包包唔止外脆,內裡仲鬆軟,而且有層次。包包層發得好靚,牛油味勁香,入面係爆醬架!個開心果醬超正,質感非常軟滑,除左食出開心果味外,仲帶d繽紛樂既榛子醬味,個吉士醬冰涼冰涼,甜度ok,唔會好膩,超級好食!而且,醬底仲有一層薄薄軟糯既麻薯,多重口感既合併令人好驚喜,好滿足。真心祈待 享樂 再出新款既包包 🥖…Read More

假日想食點心,就亂咁上OpenRice 搵食啦,咁就挖左呢間點心店出黎啦,佢位置頗接近旺角中心,地點就腳。舖面呈四方形,餐廳正向彌敦道大馬路,樓底算高,舖面光猛,裝修簡潔。而內裡枱凳擺位係茶餐廳既格局,三邊卡位,中間就放四人枱,枱同枱之間既擺位尚算闊落,坐落尚算舒適。我既用餐時間係三點幾,當時舖內只有四至五枱人,在樓面工作 連收錢侍應 加埋只有4位,見佢地都頗忙碌,收拾,上菜,入單,收錢,加水,個個都忙個不停,到我地點餐時,都發現有入錯單既情況,不過無計啦,眼見咁少人,明顯真係人手唔夠,所以出完單自己對清楚就好了。好啦,到正題,今日食左5個點心 + 1個蒸飯。生炒什菌餃 - $30一籠三粒,超級熱辣辣,睇到相係濛濛地,因為勁大蒸氣。粒餃係普通正常尺寸,晶凝皮薄,但咬落軟糯而有靭度,很有口感。內餡係菇絲,翠肉瓜粒,紅蘿蔔絲,粟米,食材有調味同先炒香,咬開就爆香及有鑊氣,餡料的確如名一樣,有生炒過至包餃,所以一咬開內餡,蔬菜菇粒粟米既香甜完全散發出晒離,而且,內餡係烹到剛剛好,咬落仲有顆粒感,唔會過熟而成一擗野同淋吱吱,好好味。蒜香蝦春卷 - $38一碟有4件,每件春卷約男士手指頭既粗幼度,個脆皮係薄薄既一層,咬落超級酥脆,脆皮真係100分,條春卷就算攤凍左先食,咬落都超級乾爽同埋酥脆! 每件春卷都包著約三粒小蝦仁,蝦仁係原粒包,蝦肉鮮香彈牙,混盒少許蘿蔔絲同埋椰菜絲,咬落香口彈牙伴少許蔬菜既香甜,食一舊絕不夠喉。百花炸釀蟹拑 - $62一碟有3粒,尺寸同普通茶樓既牛肉球大細相約。炸蟹拑既表面被薄薄既炸麵包糠層包裹,咬落表面非常之脆口,到蟹肉層就同我預想既唔太相同,去飲食既蟹拑好多都打到起晒膠,無乜肉纖維感,但呢個蟹鉗肉食落帶少許粒感纖維感,佢既肉無打到起晒膠,但反而食到蝦肉既彈牙感,食落蝦蟹味頗香濃,蝦味就重一咬落非常多汁,好好味。呢個價位,有三大粒,真係又抵食又有質素。黑松露北菇燒賣皇 - $20一籠2粒,雖之叫燒賣皇,本來以為好大粒,但原來得5蚊銀尺寸一粒。小燒賣由冬菇,蝦仁,肥豬肉,松露醬組成。上枱時係熱辣辣,一口咬落,豐富多汁既肉味混合蝦仁既鮮香味在舌頭大爆發。軟淋既豬肉,彈牙既蝦仁,多汁香濃既冬菇,加埋超香既松露醬香味,真係好難唔好味, 只係如果大粒d就更合乎祈望啦。雪山叉燒包 - $35一碟有三個包仔,佢其實係最先上枱,上枱時熱辣辣,但因為我唔想第一口就食甜野,所以將佢放到最後先食,因此,我食呢個包時,佢係微溫既。 雖之係微溫,但完全無變味!一口咬落去,表層依然鬆化帶脆感,整個面包乾爽,面包層咬落軟熟。整個包身都好乾身不油膩,中間餡料份量適中,叉燒醬同叉燒既味道非常濃沃香甜,非常惹味,只要一開始咬第一口就停唔到口,相信熱辣辣時食 會更好食。鳳爪排骨飯 - $38鳳爪軟淋食落味道香濃,排骨係偏肥既,瘦肉部份唔多。整個飯係用一個男士手掌大既缽仔蒸既,飯粒蒸到乾身,粒粒分明,食落偏硬,因排骨偏肥,蒸後既油份肉汁都落晒d飯度,所以d飯就充滿肉香,加上甜豉油調味,所以個飯係好食既。整體講,點心水準算高,無論係蒸炸焗既點心都好食,所有點心都做到熱辣辣上枱,上枱速度都ok,一樣接一樣上,亦無乜等候時間,仔細睇下點餐單,點心款數都頗多多,此外仲有鑊氣小炒食,所以我對呢間點心店既整體評價都頗正面,所以下次都會翻轉頭試下其他野食。…Read More

好耐無飲茶,本來想去龍皇,門口大排長龍…突然醒起附近有一間 豪隍點心工房,於是立即轉場行去街尾 豪隍試試。豪隍總店在 觀塘敬業街街尾既工廈入面,入口在工廈後門樓梯位,有點隱閉,仲要上層樓梯先到正門。但好好彩,唔洗等位,不過裡面都門庭若市,坐低一陣就已經全場爆滿。1. 蒜蓉芝士長春捲 HKD 37😋😋😋😋一碟三條炸春捲搭兩條青瓜 配一小碟芝麻醬。炸春捲係食指既粗幼,手掌既長度,炸得乾爽,不油膩,整條春捲炸得非常香脆。餡料捲著芝士帶蒜味既少許蝦肉,蒜蓉味比芝士味濃,內餡唔多,但炸得非常香脆,鐘意食脆卜卜野既朋友會好鐘意,咬落口口都卜卜聲架。2. 蓮藕煎鯪魚餅 HKD 31😋😋😋😋一碟厚厚既三大塊。蓮藕粒切到細細粒,同鯪魚肉混埋一齊做成肉餅煎香,塊塊有手掌厚度,咬落啖啖肉,很滿足。鯪魚肉質感細滑,入面加左陳皮,食落唔腥。魚肉有混入蓮藕粒粒,蓮藕十分爽口,令魚餅咬落增加口感,每塊煎到剛剛好,很有媽媽餸的味道。3. 鮮蝦腐皮卷 HKD 31😋😋😋一碟腐皮卷有三大條,切成6小件。表皮煎得很香脆,呢碟煎得略油膩。內餡有芹菜蝦仁,菜既比例比蝦多,內餡切得太過細碎,碎到接近蓉既狀態,所以食落表皮係脆香,但內餡就軟笪笪,唔太有口感。4. 四寶雞扎 HKD 33😋😋😋魚肚:魚肚很索汁,非常入味,咬落彈牙爆汁。火腿:手指頭大小,咬落陣牙,一般火腿咸香。雞肉:雞肉很入味,質地軟林,成舊啖啖肉。味道可以,跟普通茶樓所食味道差不多。5. 北姑滑雞飯 HKD 37😋😋個飯係用個小瓦煲仔上,唔硬唔軟,無飯焦,無乜特別,雞肉軟林,啖啖肉,雞味一般,雞肉係去皮,亦無乜油脂,所以個飯係乾乾地。除雞外,個飯面仲有一粒冬菇,粒冬菇厚肥,咬落很彈牙,菇味香濃。6. 蝦仁燒賣皇 HKD 27😋😋😋😋😋呢個點心應該係皇牌吧!門口大大張poster推界。一上枱哇左一聲,真係好大粒,佢一粒做得人兩粒。仲要大大隻蝦放面,真係好吸引,27蚊一竉兩大粒,好抵食。蝦仁大大粒,蝦味香濃,咬落肉質彈牙,下面主體部份係豬肉餡混著切成大大粒既蝦肉,咬落肉質彈牙而且肉汁充沛,好好味,呢個點心係必食之選。7. 點心拼盤 HKD 51流沙奶黃包:😋😋個包細細隻,好夠熱,唔算好甜,蛋黃味唔係好夠濃,而且奶黃太過水,佢個流心係超級勁爆熱,我拿起個包撕開食時,流心一撕就爆出,咁就燙傷手了,超級疼!如果流心濃d同滐返少少會好d。 京式叉燒包:😋😋個叉燒包細細隻,叉燒餡略少,叉燒餡味道略甜,味道係一般叉包既味道,無乜特別。蝦餃皇2粒😋😋😋😋呢個蝦餃皇係燒賣皇既Friend,又係超級大粒!睇相都見到個尺寸係拍得住格離兩隻包。蝦餃皇既皮薄薄既,包住勁多蝦肉粒同蝦仁,蝦肉咬落彈牙又多汁,非常好食。潮州粉果2粒:😋😋粉皮略厚,唔夠煙韌,內餡帶微香辣,有花生,芹菜,苟菜,粉葛,內餡食落爽口. 味道ok, 係普遍茶樓既味道。整體評語:店內既枱同坐位頗密集,人流多而嘈雜,明顯走非傳統茶樓路線,上點心快,碗碟收走都很快,侍應都快手快腳在通道間不停穿插,所以食客大都係快食快走,咁當然,佢既價位亦會比傳統大茶樓相宜得多。如得閒發口痕,想快食點心,而唔想去食貴d既傳統茶樓,豪隍會係一個好選擇,點心款多,價錢抵食,全部點心炸物飯菜都係新鮮熱辣上枱,整體味道同質素都可以接受。…Read More

想試呢一間Cafe好耐了,一年前行過生酮,當時四圍搵d有生酮菜單既餐廳,而呢間小店就係其中想試之一,不過因餐廳位置有少少吊腳,所以一路都無去。直至近年深水埗開多左好多文青店同Cafe,所以去深水埗探店時遇返佢,估唔到拖到而家無再行生酮先過離試食。餐廳有兩層,係水泥工業風,佈置簡約,大玻璃門透光入店內,整間店既氛圍係舒服休閒,門口仲畫左隻可愛既柴狗,經過可以打下咭😆。今次食左3樣野~偽炒飯,叉蛋三文治 仲有 生酮蛋糕。1. 瑤柱虎蝦炒(飯)- Keto:HKD118😋😋😋😋😋》個炒飯唔係真飯,係用椰菜花飯炒,份量ok,看似細細碟,其實食完係好夠飽,睇相都見,碟飯係有豐富既蛋白質,瑤柱,蝦,蛋,所以非常飽肚,唔止生酮可食,想增肌減脂人士都很合適。椰菜花飯既椰菜炒得乾爽,粒粒大細不一,食落有口感。個炒飯用唔少 細粒瑤柱,同大量雞蛋同櫻花蝦米一齊炒。碟炒飯既味道唔咸,係盡用食材既原味,瑤柱既咸香味,香濃既蛋味,仲有焦香櫻花蝦米既海鮮香味,所以整個飯既一上枱係好香,味道更加唔洗講,真係好好食!碟飯有四隻去殼虎蝦,4隻虎蝦都唔算好大隻,不過蝦肉雪白,煎得微焦,蝦肉食落非常爽滑彈牙,好味!2. 黑毛豬叉燒滑蛋黑麥酸種包:HKD 125😋😋😋😋》份三文治好大份,黑麥酸種包厚厚的,烤到焦香鬆脆。滑蛋亦炒得很完美,蛋液半凝固狀,蛋味亦非常香濃。而黑毛豬叉燒有燶邊,食落油潤甘香,肉汁豐富,舊叉燒係偏肥既,但有少少缺點,就係咬落某d位有筋。不過,整份三文治都算係好食既。3. 生酮咸蛋黃朱古力蛋糕 : HKD88》呢個蛋糕真係不得了,估唔將咸蛋黃,朱古力,芝士蛋糕係可以咁夾😯 。蛋糕有4個分層,最頂層係硬朱古力層+朱古力粒粒同果仁,然後第二就係朱古力芝士蛋糕層,第三層係咸蛋黃芝士蛋糕層,最後一層就係餅底。個蛋糕既朱古力味非常香濃,第一層朱古力層係脆既,有果仁脆香,然後之後兩層就係軟既芝士蛋糕,芝士蛋糕層很幼滑,咸蛋黃層既咸味同朱古力層一齊食 令朱古力味豐富左同香濃左,唔知點解食落有少少樂家杏仁糖既味道,總之,呢個蛋糕令人非常回味,十分推介。…Read More

同朋友食飯,好怕時限短既餐廳,大家食下傾下好快就夠鐘,攪到成件事好趕咁。而呢間胡同,同朋友食左好幾次,次次坐足成晚都無被趕走。今次Book 7:00晚飯,門口侍應話9:00交枱,不過我地傾下食下坐到11:00都無被趕走😛 。餐廳係中式佈置,枱與枱之間有一定距離,每個坐位都好闊落,並放有cushion,很舒服。餐廳樓底高,有空間感,三邊被全落地玻璃包圍,飽覽維港景色,夜晚可以睇住幻彩詠香港餸飯。餐廳晚上將燈光調較得極之昏暗,所有光源只集中每張枱既中心,為餸菜拍照係好靚既,但枱以外既其他位置影相都好難影相。好喇,到戲肉!同朋友叫左10餸既set,另加半隻片皮鴨。晚餐 1-10 款 - HKD 980:1. 松露鮑魚😋😋😋😋😋》呢個餸係凍食,鮑魚約半隻女仔手掌大小,店家很細心地將鮑魚分成三小件,唔洗舞刀動叉,一口一件,十分貼心。鮑魚質感軟腍易咬,味道鮮甜,食時滲出松露既香氣,好味!2. 魚籽煎鵝肝燻蛋😋😋😋😋😋》呢個餸都係凍食,燻蛋既流心做得好靚!先咬一小口燻蛋試下味先,咦?個燻蛋既味道好淡,少許燻香,但唔覺有額外調味…有點失望之際,再咬多一大口,將蛋,魚籽,連鵝肝一齊咬,Oh? 整個味道逆轉左!流心蛋竟將魚籽同鵝肝兩樣濃味既食材混合並中和,蛋汁混合埋魚籽既咸鮮,再搭上脆脆地加上豐厚油香既煎鵝肝,令食材既味道升華同互補,配搭很妙。3. 酸辣金湯包😋😋😋😋》呢個其實係包著酸辣湯汁既小籠包。湯包正常尺寸,表皮厚薄適中,內餡既肉同湯既比例各佔半。湯汁帶點麻辣,每口都帶濃濃肉香。入口先食到肉汁既香甜,隔一陣,麻味就由舌頭慢慢滲出。我平時唔食辣野,覺得辣味很易將食物本身味道遮蓋,但係呢個湯包既麻辣我係覺得好食既,一D都無遮蓋食物既原味,反而豐富左個味道,Good👍🏻4. 紫椰菜乳香蓮藕餃😋😋😋》呢個蒸餃係燒賣既大細,同金湯包一齊上枱,皮薄,內餡用左爽口既根莖類瓜菜切粒同埋菇粒,食落爽口,味道可以。5. 魚香虎蝦😋😋😋😋😋》呢味餸上碟時,就得一隻開左兩邊既虎蝦,沒多餘既裝飾伴碟,虎蝦既尺寸係接近3/4女仔手掌既長度,唔算很大隻,虎蝦煎到超香,蝦味很濃很鮮。蝦肉既纖維幼細,肉質幼滑彈牙。呢個蝦既醬汁都掛晒o係蝦肉上,入口鮮味到頂點…..好正!6. 青花椒鱈魚😋😋😋😋😋》平時好少食魚,因極怕魚腥味,但呢碟鱈魚真係好吸引,塊魚肉係超級雪白,整碟魚肉上枱時雪白到好似發光咁,原塊肉係完美到搵唔到半絲微血管或魚皮黏連著。塊鱈魚扒係 掌心大既尺寸,食一口,不得了!筷子夾落都feel到軟軟嫩嫩既質感,食落肉質果然細嫩油滑,味道亦一如所料既鮮甜,而鮮甜過後,又慢慢滲出很輕既麻感,d麻感係來自表面既辣椒同埋青花椒,麻感並沒有將魚既鮮甜蓋過,反而係豐富左個味道,very good. 7. 清炒芥蘭苗😋😋😋》芥蘭苗很鮮嫩。雖之係清炒,不過味道一d都唔清,係幾濃味 同 重油 既,一貫川菜既特色。8. 茴香雞粒蛋炒飯😋😋😋😋😋》 呢碗炒飯係全部菜入面最辣既一碟,炒飯粒粒分明,軟硬適中,食落係帶辛辣,而佢既辣同其他餸既麻辣又有d唔同,個味道好香好吸引。佢既辣係帶點香草味,辣既程度比其他餸高一點,我食一口,就要飲一啖野,加食一口魚,中和返個辣先頂得順。但我都係好鍾意呢個飯,好味程度令我呢個怕辣既人都啪晒成碗。9. 椰汁石榴糕 😋😋😋😋》個糕點好靚,有三層明顯既分層,最頂層係呈雲石圖案,食落質感係爽口既,好似凍馬荳糕呢d質感咁上下。個糕既味道清甜,每口都有清香既石榴味,雖然個糕名有椰汁二字,但唔係好食得出椰汁味,可能石榴味本身真係太濃,所以蓋過左椰汁味。 Anyway, 個糕係幾好食,清甜帶石榴香,食完咁多濃味餸同辣嘢之後食佢,就有一種解渴同清爽感啦,很好。10. 龍井奶凍😋😋😋》呢個奶凍唔太甜,帶超級香濃既奶味,一路食就覺得好似飲緊全脂奶咁。而佢個名雖然有龍井,但其實唔係好食得出茶味。所以味道講唔上特別,因為同其他地方食到既奶凍差唔多味,不過,食完辣嘢之後食佢,用佢來Balance返剛才既刺激,係ok既。11. 另加 : 胡同片皮鴨 一碟 - HKD 398😋😋😋😋😋》呢碟片皮鴨好好味,而且差唔多枱枱都會叫,個鴨除左好食,仲有得即席睇師傅喺你格離烤鴨,然後即時片埋皮,上菜!片皮鴨既皮烤到色澤光亮,片片都脹脹卜卜,師傅將每塊都片到肉,脂,皮十分均勻,鴨既味道非常香濃,肉感軟腍,一d都唔柴,每次去胡同食飯都必定會叫。餐飲 Asian Beauty Mocktail (跟餐+HKD68)》個餐飲係 茉莉花茶+菠蘿汁+檸檬香茅 調出既無酒精飲料,飲落非常清新,有強勁菠蘿味,好飲。…Read More

出面落住傾盆大雨,上左巴士後,先諗下沿途有咩食店可以落車即達,唔洗淋雨,突然就醒起架巴士經過創紀之城見過一間叫唔知咩哥哥妹妹既食店,純粹因為個名好得意,所以對呢間店印象深刻,但唔知點解,成日只記得住哥哥妹妹,就記唔住個全名😛見其他食評話呢間於星期一至五都頗多人食,而且大部份評語都頗正面,本身都擔心要排隊等位,不過可能因落大雨,而且星期六好多office無開,所以兩個人一去就有位,完全唔洗等,Lucky😆今次食左兩個餐 + 一個甜品🍮餐1. 起司肉鬆蛋餅+沙律+鐵觀音茶HKD58😋😋😋份蛋餅既表皮煎香,咬落質感軟熟,中間肉鬆既份量多既,蛋層薄薄跟餅皮一起煎。但老實講,雖然叫蛋餅,但蛋味略淡,主要係食到佢蛋黃醬同肉鬆既味道,雖然佢有芝士,但芝士味唔夠濃,之前仲祈待芝士有得拉絲,係我諗多左。蛋餅個樣可以,而味道好難會差,因為肉鬆,芝士,雞蛋,蛋黃醬 呢d食材本身都好好食,所以呢個組合好難唔好食。只係,講唔上特別好食,同唔會深刻印象。如平時返工食lunch,當醫肚係ok的,特別來朝聖就唔會喇。餐2. 經典鹽酥炸雞+前菜漬物三道+ 魯肉飯+甜品+鐵觀音茶HKD98😋😋😋個餐既份量係大既,見格離枱有兩仔爺係一個餐兩份食。 碟鹽酥炸雞上枱時,我係哇左一聲,因為好大碟炸雞呀!之後再睇真d,先發現原來唔係全部都係炸雞,有1/3炸物係炸番薯離架🤣,不過雞既份量都算係多既。先食前菜+漬物,開下胃先。出場既係 椒鹽蝦仔、酸瓜 + 秋葵,椒鹽蝦仔,細細粒,咬落香脆,蝦鮮味帶點咸香,幾好食。而酸瓜 及 秋葵食落其實差唔多味,都係酸酸甜甜,幾開胃。然後輪到炸雞啦!炸雞+炸番薯 上枱時係熱辣辣,剛剛炸起架。雞肉大大件啖啖肉,無乜炸粉,整件雞都炸得幾乾爽,咬落十分酥脆,雞肉既調味係夠既,不過d雞肉就唔夠Juicy, 有少少乾。而炸番薯就細細舊薄薄地,粉漿都係薄薄地既,但舊蕃薯唔知係味太細薄所以炸到舊蕃薯肉有d乾柴,如果舊蕃薯肉厚返少少,濕潤返少少的話,個蕃薯味應該會出d香濃返d.而魯肉飯呢,碗飯既份量係多既,因為餸頗多,一大碗滿滿既飯,根本食唔曬。飯蓋就係一殼滷肉汁,成碗飯個樣平實,飯係粒粒分明,軟硬度適中,而滷汁稀稀地,就唔算香濃,食落帶少少甜味,而d滷肉係切到好細粒去烹,肉就烹到好溶同好碎,但肥豬肉就烹得唔夠溶,所以個汁無乜膠質感,仲食到一粒粒細細粒細切既肥肉。 咁個滷肉汁用離送飯都ok既,都係o個句,Lunch醫肚係可以既。而跟餐甜品呢,就係一件男士手指頭尺寸大既朱古力蛋糕。個蛋糕質感較乾同結實,味道一般,無特別好介紹。3. 第一編給指月既食評,比左椰菜花飯。今次食其他野,所以寫第二次食評啦。滑蛋燶邊叉燒 😋😋😋😋😋叉燒切成一口一粒,很好入口,粒粒有一定厚度,所以好咬口,肉質咬落軟淋無筋,每粒都肉汁充沛,油脂比例非常好,唔會過肥或過瘦。叉燒既表面有微微烤焦,食落帶焦香,Good.成個飯係無額外添加餸汁或豉油,白飯粒粒分明軟硬度適中,滑蛋炒得非常滑溜,半凝固既滑蛋蛋汁就正好伴飯當汁,蛋汁本身都非常香濃帶微微咸香,非常下飯。店家另提供蘭王豉油,但我無用到,因為本身已夠味,所以用不著。 整個叉蛋飯都色香味俱全,正!騸牯肥牛上海麵😋😋😋😋個牛麵係朋友食既,朋友話肥牛完全無調味,係食食材既原味,肥牛口感軟滑甘香,唔油膩。個湯係蘿蔔湯底,好甜,有超重既牛味。而上海麵呢,個樣極似稻庭烏冬,不過食落質感就唔煙韌既。朋友話整個麵食係好食既,但覺得整碗麵好有打邊爐既味道🤣黃金炸魚皮😋😋😋😋😋呢個炸魚皮真係不得了,味道剛剛好,唔會好咸,非常薄脆,咬落pok pok聲,仲過薯片,炸得乾身唔油膩,正!酒燒雞翼😋😋😋😋😋雞翼肉質結實,醃得好香好入味。碟雞翼無乜汁,d汁應該收晒落雞翼度,整件雞翼香濃,而且滲出淡淡酒香,非常惹味,店家仲好貼心地做單骨雞翼,好方便食用,good!總結一下,指月呢間小店有個魔力令人一想一試再試,由入門口開始,已睇得出店主放左好多心機落去,店內放滿裝飾畫,稀有植物,Figure ,溫暖既裝修,令我覺得好似去左朋友屋企參觀珍藏咁,好舒服。佢既食物 so far試過咁多款,都幾好食,食材新鮮。除食物抵贊外,有D小細節都抵贊,好似餐具咁,我諗佢地係有配襯過食物同碗碟,佢地每款餸都配唔同碗碟,d碗碟成功地映襯到食物d非常吸引。此外,我發現唔止d食物熱辣辣,係連隻碟都係溫溫熱熱的,睇到店家o係小細節上幾有心思❤️唯一我覺得有少少不足既地方係,成日食唔到椰菜花飯。我之前食過一次椰菜花飯,因為念念不忘,所以之後有去過兩次想食翻,但都食唔到,其中有次係中午去,都食唔到。尋晚本來想再叫離食,但都係無。 好奇之下就問職員係咪唔再做椰菜花飯啦,原來唔係,佢解釋係因為爐頭唔夠既問題,所以有時會做唔到炒飯,還好,佢話佢地將會upgrade個爐頭,遲下就會改善架啦😋…Read More

呢間Sensory zero已食過好幾次,每次試食唔同既野都覺得有驚喜。今日食左 - 無肉。大滿足早餐。個餐一上枱,顏色超吸引,雖然無肉,但內容好豐富,食完好飽。早餐內容有:1. 喵喵多士:》件多士喵喵形,超級可愛。塊多士全塊烤得非常香脆,單獨塗上牛油食,超正。2. 芝士焗椰菜花:》椰菜花焗到十分軟林,好易切開。芝士鋪面焗到少少焦香,好味。3. 燒菠蘿:》烤過既菠蘿帶點點焦香味,香甜,多汁,無渣,好味。4. 乾果麥片乳酪:》乳酪細細杯,酸酸的,完全唔甜,似係希臘乳酪,甜味只靠提子乾,食完開胃都ok既。5. 薯餅:》舊薯餅細細件,我放到最後食,仲以為放涼左變林,點知意外地係超級香脆,而且完全唔油膩,炸得好!6. 雙份日本炒蛋:》佢既炒蛋係炒滑蛋,炒得滑溜濕潤,隻蛋應該無乜調味,連鹽味都唔係好食得出,但蛋味既香濃已經夠殺,好味。7. 茄汁焗豆:》呢個無乜特別,係罐頭茄汁豆味,只不過有整熱少少🤏無乜特別好講。8. 眼睛亮晶晶茶》呢個茶係加25蚊另叫,見個名咁得意就試下,點知一試就伏左,成陣藥水味,下次咪攪。差d唔記得, 個All day breakfast 有配一小碗沙律,沙律菜份量少少,但菜款豐富,瓜,菜,椒,生果都齊,食材非常新鮮,配上酸酸甜甜既沙律汁,開胃爽口。除左 All day breakfast 外,仲叫左份 南乳炸豬扒,豬扒直接油炸,無用炸粉,咬落多汁鬆軟,南乳味非常香濃,十分惹味。…Read More

行駱駝漆,經過見有門口貼左勁多報導既shop,再睇睇網上介紹,發現呢間千層蛋糕既要訣係少甜、重奶味、皮薄,仲話煎皮時不會加油,見有好多口味,價錢又唔貴,就買一個6寸蛋糕試試。買左8味盒,試到8隻唔同既味,而3月份既味道就係:1. 朱古力2. 伯爵茶3. 牛乳4. 吉士焦糖燉蛋5. 紫薯粒粒6. 抹茶7. 士多啤梨8. 玫瑰同家人一齊分食8隻味,每隻味都試到少少,整體都幾好食既。見報導話每個千層cake有18層,我無數過係咪18層,就咁睇佢一層層分佈均勻,忌廉質地實淨得來幼滑,班戟皮唔厚唔薄,一層層切落有手感,唔會一叉落去就散。至於味道,其實8隻味同時一齊食呢….有部份味我都唔係好攪得清楚係咩味😛咁呢8隻味入面,我食得出味同埋比較鍾意既味係 伯爵茶 & 紫薯 。伯爵茶既味係淡淡的,只有好輕微既甜,一路食一路滲出好清香既茶味,微甜+茶香,幾好食。而紫薯味,可算係8隻味入面比較濃既味道,紫薯味好重,好似真係食紫薯咁,味道幾香濃。整體8款既忌廉都做得幼滑,全部都係微甜,所以食落唔會太膩。下個月如果出新味,都有興趣再試試。…Read More
