We used to love coming to this restaurant as its decoration has a very traditional HK flare. My son who is under 4 years old likes to think that he is eating in the mini bus. Clearly this is a restaurant that should be kids friendly. The restaurant is decorated with a bell and kids will naturally play with it. Instead of politely asking my son not to ring the bell, the waiter was rude and used a very heavy tone with my son even when I asked him to please lower his voice as it might scare the child. The waiter who was a relatively young fellow had no patience and repeated used an angry tone and ultimately my son broke into a cry. Working in the service industry myself, I simply find it appalling and disgusted by the kind of sub standard behaviour from these service providers. For a restaurant that uses HK theme as its primary decor, I am shameful by the image that these operators are projecting those who visit from outside. …Read More
