1) Slow Service: The food was served very slowly. We arrived around 6:30 PM, but the main course still had not been served by 9 PM.2) Bad Attitude: The owner was very rude and displayed a strong ego. He often spoke ironically in a way that was not funny. For example, when he tried to explain the menu and I politely asked him to repeat himself, he seemed impatient and said, "I already said it, and it's on the menu," which I found very offensive.3) Unclear Pricing: I was told that the set dinner was $398, but I ended up paying almost $900 due to unclear wine prices. That I only had 2 glasses4) Unhygienic Washroom: While I didn't expect a fancy environment given the price of the dinner set, the unpleasant condition of the washroom caught me off guard; it was worse than a public toilet.Overall, it was a very bad experience for me. Given the competitive F&B environment in Hong Kong, I hope the owner realizes this.Personally, I believe there are many better restaurant choices in SOHO. Totally not worth it. It’s my first time to write comment because this was quite a bad dinning experience. Bad service, no deco, and over priced in every single food there. I thought it’s only the signature prawn pasta is overpriced ( $980 ) but then actually for those green salad & appetiser like ham & cheese also need $480, lobster soup was like $300. To be honest, the prawn pasta was ok. But not Wow taste. I guess this restaurant is only for those rich people who doesn’t care about $ to go. But then I rather spent this amount of money to try some other restaurants that are willing to put effort to impress customers. We Had 3 people and ordered 2 pasta and 1 pork chop, 2 glass of house wine, total is $2800. …查看更多
