Western design for Chinese food. Once stepped in the reception, my attention was drawn on the stunning sea view and the busy bar. Lots of good choices on drink if you have to wait for a table.We had lunch, mainly ordered dim sum dishes. The dim sum was served in hexagon steaming case as dishes, totally aligned with its name “HEX”. Quality of food is good, although three types of dumplings had the same taste but in different shapes/names. It looks like a newly established business as the waiters appeared to be untrainedd that they forgot the tea we ordered, they were not sure what’s the priorities, respond to customers waving or tidying up the table once customers leave etc...etc. They were just busy wondering around various tasks without lack of priorities.Managers offered very good service but they need support from waiters who were not competent yet.Area for improvement is there is no indication of direction at all as we came from the Star Ferry side there was no signage at all. We spent over 10 minutes in locating the restaurant. We overhead 90% of customers in other tables complaining the same problem in finding the place.I will definitely come again as I like the food and the stunning sea view. Highly recommended.…Read More
