慶祝生日揀咗位於中環元創方呢間22 ships。由於無學過西班牙文,menu 又無好詳盡咁寫啲meal 係點整,所以事前都做左小小功課,大概知道會叫啲咩。餐廳係英文溝通的,位置都好足夠唔會迫埋一齊,位置有室內亦有室外,訂既時候可以註明。場內音樂聲係岩岩好聽又唔會阻到傾計,拿捏得幾好👍🏼首先必須大力拍手👏🏻比services 我地的那位小姐,所有都做到非常足,令你成餐飯都食得好開心,主動介紹白酒,主動幫你分食物。唔係chur你快啲食完果隻,佢係會放底食物,比你影完相一大輪再返黎問你需唔需要幫你處理果隻🫡留港消費係值得既!入返正題,呢到可以話係係香港食過最好既西班牙菜,叫左4樣野,Scallop,Ham、Tortilla、Pulpo、Txuleta ,每樣都好好食。1. Scallop,Ham : 4樣當中最唔突出但作為前菜恰到好處,帶子火候掌握得好唔會過熟,配合ham係有更帶出鮮甜。要注意menu 價錢係1粒only。2.Tortilla : 好好味既西班牙蛋餅,最大優勢係無洋蔥!出面食好常有洋蔥係入面搶走薯仔口感同蛋香!但呢次食得好滿足,切開蛋餅入邊有半熟嘅蛋汁流出嚟,入面薯仔唔會太硬亦唔會爛蓉,即使配埋肉腸一齊食都唔會好油膩,滿分。3.Pulpo: 八爪魚鬚墨汁飯,個飯又係掌握都好好,唔會太過似食緊生米,加上小小既兩個醬汁撈埋啲飯一齊食,非常惹味。八爪魚鬚易咬唔痴牙,十分難得。4.Txuleta: 當初係suckling pig 同 beef 之間諗左好耐,最終決定試下dry aged beef,結果真係無失望👏🏻👏🏻 係香港暫時食過Henry 係食得出真dry aged 味,呢到就係第二間,而且呢間係熟成味再出啲,配埋個烤蒜食,簡直係不得了🙂↕️強烈建議要試,而且500G 都唔少兩個人夠食👍🏼👍🏼非常滿足既一晚,連一杯白酒(無記得邊杯)埋單$2000多,我覺得非常合理同值得,亦都忍唔到要比返啲啲啲咁多既Tips 去表達感謝咁好既services。…Read More
