慶祝生日揀咗位於中環元創方呢間22 ships。由於無學過西班牙文,menu 又無好詳盡咁寫啲meal 係點整,所以事前都做左小小功課,大概知道會叫啲咩。餐廳係英文溝通的,位置都好足夠唔會迫埋一齊,位置有室內亦有室外,訂既時候可以註明。場內音樂聲係岩岩好聽又唔會阻到傾計,拿捏得幾好👍🏼首先必須大力拍手👏🏻比services 我地的那位小姐,所有都做到非常足,令你成餐飯都食得好開心,主動介紹白酒,主動幫你分食物。唔係chur你快啲食完果隻,佢係會放底食物,比你影完相一大輪再返黎問你需唔需要幫你處理果隻🫡留港消費係值得既!入返正題,呢到可以話係係香港食過最好既西班牙菜,叫左4樣野,Scallop,Ham、Tortilla、Pulpo、Txuleta ,每樣都好好食。1. Scallop,Ham : 4樣當中最唔突出但作為前菜恰到好處,帶子火候掌握得好唔會過熟,配合ham係有更帶出鮮甜。要注意menu 價錢係1粒only。2.Tortilla : 好好味既西班牙蛋餅,最大優勢係無洋蔥!出面食好常有洋蔥係入面搶走薯仔口感同蛋香!但呢次食得好滿足,切開蛋餅入邊有半熟嘅蛋汁流出嚟,入面薯仔唔會太硬亦唔會爛蓉,即使配埋肉腸一齊食都唔會好油膩,滿分。3.Pulpo: 八爪魚鬚墨汁飯,個飯又係掌握都好好,唔會太過似食緊生米,加上小小既兩個醬汁撈埋啲飯一齊食,非常惹味。八爪魚鬚易咬唔痴牙,十分難得。4.Txuleta: 當初係suckling pig 同 beef 之間諗左好耐,最終決定試下dry aged beef,結果真係無失望👏🏻👏🏻 係香港暫時食過Henry 係食得出真dry aged 味,呢到就係第二間,而且呢間係熟成味再出啲,配埋個烤蒜食,簡直係不得了🙂‍↕️強烈建議要試,而且500G 都唔少兩個人夠食👍🏼👍🏼非常滿足既一晚,連一杯白酒(無記得邊杯)埋單$2000多,我覺得非常合理同值得,亦都忍唔到要比返啲啲啲咁多既Tips 去表達感謝咁好既services。…Read More

都聽過「尚八」個名,一直以為係平價燒肉所以不了。早排上youtube睇過下覺得可以一試,就去左。荃灣應該新開,地方幾乾淨。當晚星期六,個場都算多人,但都唔太迫夾,坐得都舒服。一坐底會問你食普通燒肉定和牛燒肉,我就簡左和牛,$400up一位。好快就會上左一碟和牛,有晒名牌話你知咩部位,咁你覺得好食都易再叫過👍🏾食落去油脂有,唔多根,牛名重。A4和牛對得住個名。海洋同刺身都有,唔係主打,正正常常啦。普通牛都有叫,有鹽味、果汁、燒汁。做得唔錯 ,味道幾好。牛舌比想像中好,唔會太難咬。有個壺漬xxxx咁既肉,果個就差D,唔入味,食落好一般。飲品種類比較小,呢一part就比較差啦😅甜品都係,話晒都唔係收得平,竟然係比雀巢🙅🏻‍♂️ 另外有雪條,無試到。仲有個奶凍,都係一般般。兩個人食左$1000多D ,價錢有小小高,但質素係和牛到,有機會會再食🤝…Read More

Lunch time 兩個人走去食。見佢空間大裝修唔差,成日經過都想試下 。未爆場但客量都Ok, 叫左個常餐一個鐵板餐。常餐平常過平常,無野好講。要講既係個鐵板,真係垃圾到一個點。平常食開A5,亦有食開餐記百蚊個既牛;對呢個98蚊我就無嘜大要求佢完全係唔熱,正所謂「ONx唔能用鐵板隔離班粉膠唔x我攬女鋸和牛~我條會女詐形的嗎, 比多20皮唔能~~~"JAR JAR 聲")個餐上到黎已經係暖,淋汁上去完全係死魚咁,咁都算啦但佢係完完全全無牛味!我叫五成熟,切落去係10成咁濟;但佢不斷有血水出,點解?因為未解凍就落扒爐囉 怪得嘜野味都無君子之交淡L過水。我簡左蒜蓉汁 , 無蒜蓉見到 ,得一攤啡色水。真係稀到水咁,完全無味 ;你起碼比小小咸我頂下引呀 完全無 。實在唔知佢點自稱扒房我去荃灣食同價錢鬆肉粉牛扒 都係劣但對得住價錢 起碼人地都有味仲係熱。加25蚊多個湯同意粉個羅宋湯無牛肉見到,菜都唔多 ,味亦都淡,溝水溝到咁不如cut左去唔好出啦。個意粉搵清水煮既,skip左落鹽呢一步 所都係無味,上碟求其灑返D 蕃茜就算,劣。反而個跟餐蒜蓉包係其他襯托下又幾好味。起碼有味先。最後係杯熱奶茶,冰室連杯奶茶都差,茶味無,奶滑無。真係好心請返個老師博返黎偷下師先 ,唔好下下貪平請師奶啦。第一次都係最後一次 ,請我都唔會去。…Read More
