經營了18年的酒吧,搞搞新意思,加設了《居酒屋》的串燒,原本以為是送酒一般的食物,後來吃了幾款,感覺是用新鮮食材自家製,引不住問了幾款我很滿意的款式。仲有逢星期五會送Shooter每人一杯今晚這杯味道似Pina colada,內有Rum 菠蘿汁及加了密瓜汁,杯邊加上了椰絲,酒味都濃有兩位愛酒的人,叫了伙計介紹,希望要支較容易入口,重點外面少見到的就介紹了(惠信),如酒量不太好,又想喝不妨試下。前菜 (炸鰻魚)日日唔同前菜送的味醂魚干燒得較乾身,切得較幼細送酒一流燒牛舌心燒白鱔來自台灣特別厚肉但不油膩多油醬燒豆腐 (炸完再燒)醬汁好好味免治雞肉棒(自家制) 雞棒裡面有芋圓搓在一起,所以肉質較鬆口及煙韌,加入了細細粒的雞軟骨,吃完已有少少飽的感覺打卡一流蛋白玉子燒,蛋白上加有明太子 ,為什麼有此製法,因實太多人叫雞肉棒,因此餘下太多蛋白,不想浪費牛骨髓配牛油果醬十分邪惡的食物內有大蒽、麵包(浸透牛油)非常香口 辣酒煮蜆,肥美大隻的花白 ,內有蘿蔔,辣味足惹味燒温室茄子田樂(麵豉醬)茄子很肥大忍不住問原產地,原來一向用澳洲有機的,今天沒貨到,所以改用了本地有機,仲說下次再來叫多一次,試下澳洲那款更香甜日本粟米天婦羅,吃到最尾仍有驚喜,新鮮粟米炸,保持到水份外,還有清甜的味道…Read More

觀塘工作看到阿鴻小吃舊店對面酒店,掛上了阿鴻小館,Logo形狀一樣,估計應同一店,將於初六試業,因此訂了吃開年飯。多了很多新菜式,並且亦有應節菜式😋先叫了有:五谷豐收 $108,5種不同米組合而成,軟硬適中,不妨一試花開富貴 $148 (蕃茄,百合,雲耳,鮮竹白果,小棠菜),清新感覺,合打卡及吃素人士客家鹹菜炆全豬煲 $238 ( 豬肉,豬潤 ,粉腸,豬肚等等) 鹹菜很惹味,喜歡吃豬的人必食,至少4人以上才好叫呀金絲煎蠔餅 $138,舊鋪品道,蠔仔仍大大粒招牌撈麵 $108,跟以往有些不同,不辣有點似鮑汁蠔油撈,但都好吃又大碟。之後八下是否改了🤣原來稍後會出回舊鋪的味道。滷水鵝三拼 $288 (元蹄及豬大腸),可能我們較成熟,現在的滷水汁更合我們,鹹味剛好陳醋豬手 $98,由推出至今,吃多次都無失手紫薑皮蛋,餐牌沒有,可能新年或試業送了給我們。皮蛋看相就知有幾好吃❤️原來小館就是多了很多新的餸菜,走時還跟我們說稍後會有點心出品,總括舊有的味道仍可保留,新的款式,值得一試…Read More

軒尼詩道生記很久前已試過,至於會展開了一段時間,看完展覽順路去試下,一行六人相信可叫多款小菜,雖然有些款式要預訂,但如果有貨都可落單👍剛巧有桂花,叫了老壇酸菜桂花魚(要求小辣),雖然有很多胡椒,不太辣很香酸菜很野味,底下還有很多粉條。另一款香蔥雞油蒸馬友 (跟餐才有此款), 雖然餸名寫蒸,其實是煎香兩面,皮很脆肉身很厚,部長有介紹現在月份台灣較靚些,旁邊有很多蔥油,其實不用加都已很好味頭盤醬香酒醉鵝肝、蔥油海蜇花,鵝肝較為爽口是正宗潮州來的。海蜇醬料是以葱油為主爽身,不覺有醋味,如不吃醋就可試下。玻璃脆皮貴妃雞不肥,皮脆肉嫩,雞身較細,以貴妃雞的烹調方法,所以特別入味, 恰當的鮮鹹味芒蝦甜梅菜心蒸勝瓜,當我有空吃時只餘幾件,味道很夾,不太濃味,不妨一試香葱鮑魚砂鍋焗飯,特別之處,在你前面抄,如果在冬天吃必定更開胃鮑魚份量都不少。甜品金絲脆麻花拌芝麻卷(跟餐才有此款),芝麻卷超簿,芝麻味十足…Read More

朋友生日飯希望有驚喜,訂枱的朋友說明交由廚師安排,不要超過1000元一位便可,因此當晚是沒有餐單,完全保持神秘感,吃了一半終忍不住要問下還有幾多道菜?雖是位上但每款也有一定份量開始飽😆每道菜雖然只是淡淡的味道,卻能帶出每款食物的獨有味道,所以各人都說有感動的感覺。三小碟(蔥油鮑片/金醬豬手粒/醬黃瓜)這頭盤很有清新感覺,尤其蔥油鮑片看此簡單卻十分鮮味。燉湯 (花膠豬肺雞腳杏汁湯)骨膠原十足,香滑滋潤。蟹粉燴粉皮蟹粉配合滑口而又QQ粉皮,完全發揮到香甜鮮的味道。吃了一半後加少許黑醋,另有一番味道可🤣兩食。花雕蛋白龍蝦點伴蟹鉗 上面一層簿簿的花雕龍蝦湯面,底下蛋白吃起清新而又清香的味道。旁邊伴的蟹鉗是加蒜蓉一起炸香的。吃時很有強烈對比野米烤焗白鱈魚鱈魚底下有些炸了的野米,比普通米大一些。很有嫩滑口感。咖哩牛肉蝦多士這咖喱汁很有驚喜,裹面有很多細少淋的花生粒粒,咖喱味香濃只有少少的辣。生焗胡椒雞真是生焗的,如想吃就要提早訂才有,這裹的雞有幾款要訂才有,一句:又香又滑金銀蛋豆杯苗已到尾聲,都能全吃掉就不需介紹,因是豆杯苗特別嫩滑👍甜品(合桃露湯丸/椰汁馬豆糕/壽包)合桃露不太甜很香合桃味📍總結真係有驚喜,看過一下餐牌除頭盤、雞、咖喱、菜那四款外,其他好似看不到。…Read More

早前朋友介紹中港薈有一間新食肆試業中,問有無興趣試,上網看到很多兩人餐,我看中了$888兩位那款,因當中有兩款很想試的東西,懷舊蝦多士和北海道白豚肉叉燒。特色拼盤陳醋花膠海參凍、懷舊蝦多士、滋味北海道白豚肉叉燒很多時很多店煮出來,感覺蝦同多士是無關係像分開的,但這款沒有此感覺完全融成一體但蝦仍是完整的一隻叉燒用炭燒作法又不很濃配上甜甜的乳豬醬,另有一番味道。花膠姬松茸響螺竹絲雞沒想過很足料❤️味道香濃一點油都無,這裹是電氣化開放式廚房,看得很清楚,不是明火都可有此效果。香蔥芥末鹿兒島和牛選用的牛肉油脂分佈很平均所以放入口時已很甘香,香葱及芥末味只是淡淡的絕不會蓋過牛肉的香味。甜蝦乾鮮魚湯浸菜苗可能之前吃的東西都有一定的濃度,我估此款較清可清一清味覺,準備最後的撈麵。自家製鮑汁撈麵配吹牛xo醬這個麵是新鮮自制的,所以特別的咬感和蛋味,較為偏軟的感覺完全感覺到新鮮制。港式芝麻卷&花生糖不甩 &合時水果 最後甜品令我最驚喜是花生糖不甩,我引不住問了,外面有很濃的薑汁味,但又不似是加入麵粉一起搓?原來將粒糖不甩浸薑水,至於港式芝麻卷雖然很迷你,但仍看到有兩層,黑和白的芝麻。這個餐除了吃到好的食材,還有廚師的細心。離開時發現六、日及節日有六小時任食任飲白氣酒$388,我都訂了位🤣再試。這裹分了三區,每區人數不多。星期六試了吃,由12點留到4點,有牛肉、燒肉、燒鵝、即場生抄糯米飯及煲仔飯。仲有冷盤、熱盤,還有不停出的新款甜品,薑汁雙皮奶、腰果糊、梳乎埋等等。…Read More
