今日相約朋友去沙田馬場盡興一番,在這之前朋友帶我去了沙田廣場,地下一間並不起眼而又做得很出色的點心店食早餐。店舖已木色系列為主,簡潔舒適,坐低我哋便用電話掃code點餐。我哋三個人叫了六個點心,其中最有驚喜的藤椒蝦餃,一口咬落去,蝦肉鮮甜彈牙而且有爆汁的感覺,藤椒味突出但又不失蝦肉的鮮味,超正。鮮蝦南瓜紅米腸也是值得推介,紅米腸爽滑帶少許煙韌,一口咬落讓入炸兩內又多到滿瀉的蝦膠,外脆內彈牙,在淋上少許秘製醬油,口感層次超級豐富。每次去飲茶必叫的鹹水角。這碟甘筍鹹水角造型超可愛。皮薄餡料很多,最重要係鹹水角的皮咬落不會黐牙,而且非常酥脆軟糯,一點也不會油膩。這籠黑松露雜菌菇餃,一上枱便很吸睛,外皮晶瑩通透,爆多的菇菌餡料加上濃郁的松露,味道超香,是一道很好食的素餃。混醬蒸鳳爪跟一般茶樓食的無乜分別,好難會唔好食,但這店的味道都唔錯。呢碟千絲萬僂淮山卷,個名同實物點心一樣真係千𢇁萬僂,一咬落去特別脆口,小心散落到枱面都係千絲,包住的淮山粉糯,兩者配搭都幾夾,實在創意有加。入嚟店舖之前見到門口餐牌有$45的一人點心孖寶,選擇很多,價錢超底,不過只限早市及下午茶,有機會來一定試吓。…Read More

相約閨蜜談心,想食得暢懷又坐得舒適,大家一致諗起荃灣廣場的日式居酒屋,不但菜品選擇超多而且飲品的選擇也不少,所以一早放工便來到搵定位坐。裝修基本以日式格調為主,店舖非常寬敞而且座位也不少,梳化卡位甚多,方便客人面對面慢慢品嚐食物之餘仲可以開懷𣈱談。兩人一坐低馬上叫了兩杯飲品,芒果盛宴~用新鮮芒果打成蓉,再加上一整條自家製芒果雪糕,一上枱非常吸睛,急不及待馬上喝一口,濃濃的芒果蓉充斥了整個口腔,非常香甜好飲。荔枝檸檬沙冰~藍白色的荔枝沙冰,給人清爽解暑的感覺,炎炎夏日飲一口非常解暑。居酒屋內一定要點嘅串燒,因為我哋兩個都唔食牛,所以點咗一碟日本雞肉串燒盛盒~一共有五串、有雞心串、雞腎串、雞腿串、雞頸串和雞胸串,每一串都烤得剛剛好不會老過韌,而且還有少少烤過的炭香味,真係一口接一口, 停不下來。明太子厚燒玉子~玉子醬淋上一層明太子醬,一口咬落有爆漿的感覺,甚有驚喜,秒淸。饗和民沙律~新鮮雜菜清甜爽口,加上日式麻醬,簡直絕配。燒鯖魚~用鹽醃過一夜乾的鯖魚,魚肉緊致,帶少許鹹鮮,師傅把火候控制恰到好處,表面煎得金黃,扒開魚肉還有少許肉汁,十分鮮味。…Read More

雖然這間店舖裝修簡陋,大廚的廚藝又的確令人佩服,我亦都食過很多次,每次都保持水準,這頓晚餐完全是令到我的朋友覺得極之驚喜,讓我忍不住想要大讚一番!避風塘粟米手抓骨~這道菜的味道香辣可口,手抓骨肉質鮮嫩,配上香脆的粟米,簡直是絕配,令人一口接一口。豉椒炒蟶子王煎米粉底~蟶子的鮮味與豉椒的香氣完美融合,米粉底吸收了所有的精華,口感外香脆內軟糯,讓人回味無窮。白灼蝦~蝦肉鮮甜,鮮嫩多汁,每一口都簡單卻極致的美味。烏雞螺頭姬松茸燉湯~湯頭清澈得來又非常之濃甜,湯中還帶有淡淡姬松茸菌味,再加上大量的螺頭、烏雞、松茸菇和羊肚菌,喝上一口讓人感到暖心又舒適。脆皮炸子雞~外皮酥脆,內裡多汁,是那種一咬下去就能聽到酥脆聲音的炸雞,絕對是必點之菜蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子~帶子的鮮美和蒜蓉的香氣交織在一起,粉絲吸收了所有的精華,每一口都是鮮甜。泰式生菜包~無人不讚,清新爽口的生菜包裡包裹著豐富的餡料,每一口都充滿九層塔和泰式的風味。黃金涼瓜蝦~每條涼瓜和大蝦,都用薄薄的脆漿包滿着金黃的鹹蛋黃,就算不吃苦瓜的朋友也激讚這道菜完全沒有苦澀味,另外鹹蛋黃加蝦只是一貫的絕配,完全無可挑剔。大蜆蒸蛋~超級大碟,蒸蛋超滑嫩,蜆肉鮮甜爽彈,加上擺盤震撼,完全係視覺嘅享受,這也是必點餸菜之一。西蘭花炒龍躉球~厚切的龍躉球經過略略走油,再加上西蘭花同色彩繽紛的彩椒同炒,就算味道不太突出,視覺也得到享受。沙薑雞腳~沙薑的獨特香氣讓雞腳更加入味,每一口都能感受到濃厚的風味,讓人欲罷不能,超喜歡砂礓的我一連食了兩隻。整體來說,這頓晚餐不僅滿足了每人的味蕾,更得到我所有朋友的激讚賞。…Read More

今日去上水做嘢,完成後已經是下午兩點幾,正是食飯嘅時候,隨便搵了一間店舖名聽起來有些泰國風嘅麵檔。亞來麵檔的餐廳環境雖然是普通茶餐廳的格局,但是食物水準卻有驚喜。以人均消費$50-60的價錢,可以享用到高水準的車仔麵,絕對令我滿意。朋友點了傳統車仔麵湯底,加了鮮蝦雲吞、牛筋和蘿蔔,整體朋友說不錯,但牛筋就超讚,非常軟淋入味。我也是點車仔麵,選擇了喇沙做湯底、豬軟骨、滷水鳳爪、蘿蔔和米粉。豬軟骨:雖然有少許嚼口但夠入味,滷水鳳爪滷得夠味道,超好食。蘿蔔也十分清甜,吸收咗濃郁喇沙湯底嘅精華,很好味道,令我對車仔麵有新嘅改觀。另外加了兩個他們的招牌小食霸王雞和炸豬頸肉,果然名不虛傳!霸王雞的雞肉非常嫩滑,搭配店家特製醬料和鋪到滿滿芫荽蔥,味道更是一流。炸豬頸肉,口感豐富,而且帶有一絲甜味,讓人回味無窮。總體來說,亞來麵檔的霸王雞和炸豬頸肉都非常值得推薦,還有其他小食多達30款,真是超多選擇,下次一定會再來品嚐,而且價格也很實惠。店裡的環境乾淨整潔,服務也很熱情周到。如果你也喜歡吃車仔麵或者對星馬風味有興趣,不妨來這裡試試,絕對不會讓你失望!…Read More

生平食過最差的所胃私房菜

食一次都嫌多,飲完茶經過同一層,見到之前食酸菜魚的店舖換咗第二個名,而且寫住有私房菜,價錢又不貴,盡早訂餐,農曆年期間仲可以照舊價錢去食套餐,$3980一圍,只有10個人份量,我們一圍12人便要加多每位$300,即是$4580一圉,滿心期待,因為私房菜差極都會有限度,所以落咗$500訂金訂了初三食,訂了7:00 ,入坐後追了好幾次7:30才上菜。普普通通不過不失只是龍蝦肉非常細粒。龍蝦大概一斤左右,10分細隻,沒有驚喜。荷葉杞子蟲草花蒸雞,味道超級一般見不到有一片荷葉及杞子便問老闆點樣叫荷葉和杞子蒸雞呢?老闆只笑了一笑,然後便出了房門,不用解釋亦不理會。冰鎮鮑魚同炸蟹鉗正正常常冇特別,亦都唔會唔好食蟶子王炒西芹,蟶子王火候過了超級煙靭,這個不是重點,重點有四條係有沙的,姨甥仔吐了兩粒大沙出嚟,同老闆講了他只說會同廚房反映,然後便走了出去,完全冇其他表態。飲唔出係燉湯,第一啖覺得甜第二啖覺得好鹹,從來沒試過燉湯每個人都飲唔晒,只飲了少許或者一半,正如嗰啲要嚟洗超級多沙的海參。枝竹炆大班次超級新鮮,用刀叉分割成細份,未切到去中間就切唔落去啦,完全唔熟,只係熟咗五成,然後再去同老闆講,佢只係話師傅整得唔熟,再走下油就得㗎啦,然後成碟攞走再去加工,亦都冇其他協議或者覺得係佢哋嘅問題,完全覺得係理所當然。呢一碟最過分,我手指尾咁上下大嘅海參一口咬落去竟然有沙,從未食過海參有沙,我就問老闆會唔會今日太忙,所以洗唔乾淨呢?老闆竟然答早幾日搞掂咗㗎啦,咁即係佢哋師傅有問題囉洗唔乾淨,老闆依舊係冇乜反應,然後出咗去。最好食,應該係呢碟炒飯,可能係之前啲餸全部都有問題,所以屋企人唯有食炒飯,所以炒飯差不多食晒食緊炒飯之際,一個屋企人突然間從凳上邊跌咗落地下,手掌撳咗落地,我哋大家都一齊叫咗出嚟,叫咗個侍應入嚟佢只係攞走張蘭登換返一張膠凳,木無表情換完就出返去,我即刻追出去叫佢老闆入嚟,老闆除咗講咗句,唔好意思叫我哋報警之外就冇第二句說話啦,完全好似唔關佢事咁置身事外,然後就交咗俾佢個女去處理,佢個女就似返啲人啦,係咁講唔好意思對唔住,然後俾返個八折我,跟住佢個好蠢嘅員工減咗我比嘅$500訂金之後再計返個八折俾我,正常應該係全單八折,個夥計係真係蠢唔係扮,其實呢間舖頭講到自己係做咗好耐嘅私房菜,唔知點解我感覺佢係完全唔認識乜嘢叫做私房菜,又食到沙到啲餸唔熟,繼而去到燉湯超級鹹呢啲低級錯誤都可以做到的話,我覺得呢間店舖唔可以叫自己做私房菜。直到我哋12個人行出門口,老闆喺門口都冇同我哋點頭,亦都唔敢正視我哋,就知道佢係好有問題。我都寫過幾百篇食評試過好多間店舖,呢間係我食過最差最差最唔好食嘅私房菜,如果大家要幫襯真係要考慮清楚,總括一句非常差,兼且沒有服務。(各位食家,千祈唔好俾我啲食物圖片誤導,以為好食)…Read More

生日前夕,朋友請我去深水埗一間日間食點心,夜晚有茶飲,兼且有私房小菜食的一間小店。門口完全不起眼,內裏裝修簡約整潔,我們五個人,店家都俾一張大圓枱,所以坐得好舒服。壁櫃放了一些客人留下的酒,放便客食飯時𣈱飲。朋友好客氣,叫了九樣餸再加幾個點心,個個食到捧住個肚走😋香辣雞煲我哋叫咗小辣一上枱香氣逼人,豉汁蒸蟠龍鱔半條,鱔非常爽脆,豉汁的味道調校到剛剛好,極之惹味,一片接一片、連續食了三片也不學得漏滯。梅菜扣肉~扣肉肥瘦均勻入口即溶,梅菜喺惠州買,師傅用鹹甜梅菜溝埋一齊去蒸,所以不會死鹹或者太甜,呢個值得推介。客家煎釀豆腐,豬肉餡入邊加了鹹魚蓉撈勻後再煎,咸香軟糯,同煎到金黃色嘅豆腐一齊食,簡直係絕配。爆炒福花,走油後,爆炒到乾身,極之惹味非常好食。酥炸生蠔,剛炸起點喼汁食,幾香脆,但就冇乜特別。香煎魚腩粥~粥底煲得幾棉,然後鋪滿煎到香脆的魚腩,幾特別。姬松茸燉雞湯,飲落肯定沒有味精,每燉盅三幾件雞件再加一至兩朵姬松茸,湯頭清甜。莆田炒米粉~米粉加上大量配菜炒得乾身,完全不油膩,好好食👍香煎韭菜餅~餃子皮包着大量的韭菜,香口濃味,我鍾意,最重要係點心全部自家製,有別於出邊茶樓攞貨果D,下次可以直接去試吓佢其他點心。…Read More
