今日,約了朋友傾計,終是找間舒服的餐廳一邊食,一邊講,最後朋友建議了鼎王。真的想不到,鼎王竟然移師落户香港,真的令人期待。論環境,店舖面積當然不能與台灣相比,但環境裝修的格局、風格是一致的,都是走優雅古典風。另外,服務都是台灣鼎王的賣點之一,餐廳將台灣的整體服務禮儀帶到香港,服務員的服務相當貼心,十分有禮,令人感到舒服。講到尾,當然要講食物,鍋底點了鴛鴦鍋(中酸酸菜鍋、大辣麻辣鍋),食材則點了干貝滑、特級牛肉和黃金豆鈴捲。跟台灣一樣,酸菜、鴨血和豆腐吃完可免費添加,所以,點的食物雖然不算多,但我們都能吃得飽飽的。總括來說,香港鼎王的食材和服務可以用優卓來形容,不管之前有無吃過都好,火鍋控一定都會喜歡。…Read More

喜歡辣的我,尤其喜歡麻辣,皆因它的辣味層次分明。今晚去了成都老碼頭,它的麻辣湯底辣勁十足,除了辣椒,裏面還有盛滿其他香料,如花辣、八角、老薑、大蒜等,由於同行友人不吃得辣,令一邊叫了個花膠雞湯底,侍應先叫飲過湯底,這個湯很有阿媽的花膠雞湯味道, 十分住家。至於火鍋配料,我們剛了牛魔王拼盤,裏面有牛頭脊、牛肩胛、手切牛、雪花肥牛和一口牛肉粒,這個拼盤的牛肉種類多,款款都靚到絕頂,主10秒8秒便可食用,放在麻辣湯,雖然會略蓋過牛肉的味道,但仍然吃得出牛肉肉質的嫩滑。其他的配料水準也相當不錯,我們點了響鈴、淮山、老友鬼鬼、芝士墨魚丸、黑松露牛丸等,款款份量夠、新鮮。以價錢來說,他與坊間其他火鍋店差不多,但性價比相當高,下次有機會都要再次光臨。…Read More

大滿足的一頓午餐

手上的大project 終於完成,係時間善待自己,食返餐好。今日,與同事來到佐敦吳松街的Plato Cafe & Bistro,貪佢環境舒適,食物選擇多,我們最後點了兩個午餐,一個是美式燒春雞配薯菜,另一個是美國肉眼配意粉。既然叫得善待自己,當然叫得豪氣一點,加了$28升級龍蝦餐湯,龍蝦湯相當有龍蝦味,味不假,相信廚師落了不少龍蝦殻煮製而成,比多$28絶對合理。至於main course,美式燒春雞大大隻,燒得剛好,肉質仍保持嫩滑,而薯條即叫即炸,值得一讚;美國肉眼叫左medium,生熟剛好,肉味濃,不錯不錯。最驚喜的是餐廳有甜品加,加$38可點一個朱古力心太軟,甜品製作需時十五分鐘,焗完的朱古力心太軟立即上枱,配上雲尼拿雪糕,一冷一熱,冰火二重奏,感覺新奇。總括而言,餐廳的食物水準高,服務好,值得再來。…Read More

難得放假,當然要為自己充一充電,今日便與家人去尖沙行街睇戲食飯。行街睇戲前,去了亞士里道的Amitie Kitchen,它是一間西餐廳,以價錢來說,定位中檔,午餐價錢由$78至$138不等,家人說略貴,但餐廳不乏食客,而且賣的食物質素是遠超這價錢的,性價比高。我們點了兩個午餐,分別是紐西蘭肉眼和芝士焗石班魚柳飯,另點了一個法國藍青口。午餐包餐湯,是日餐湯為南瓜湯,味道濃郁,口感厚身。主菜方面紐西蘭肉眼賣相美觀,扒燒成網紋,外熟內嫩,牛肉味濃郁,配上以香草和牛油炒成的什菜和意粉,飽肚又好味。至於芝士焗石班魚柳飯,簡直是驚喜,無想過餐廳真的用了石班魚,而非鯰魚柳,需知道石班和鯰魚是兩個口感、味道,配上芝味豐富的汁,一個字「正」。最後講一講個法國藍青口,它以忌廉白汁製成,忌廉牛油味突出,煮青口的時間剛好,是一個不錯的餐前食物。…Read More

天氣轉冷,三五知己的聚會最好不過去打邊爐,有朋友網上發現了一家在重慶no. 1的重慶火鍋店,個個好飲好食的人當然想吃一吃。尖沙咀店的裝修相當企理、整潔,格調比一般火鍋店高,走中高檔次的定位,如果坐窗邊位,更可以享受維港景色,環境一流。湯底方面,有全辣的九宮格,同行有不食得辣的可選鴛鴦鍋,大骨滋補鍋、蕃茄魚頭鍋、山珍菌湯鍋、特色香果鍋或皮蛋香菜鍋配上麻辣湯,我們最後選了大骨滋補鍋配麻辣湯,大骨湯足料,豬骨味濃,而麻辣湯佈滿一隻隻乾辣椒,不吃辣的朋友都被嚇一跳,第一輪煮肥牛,放入麻辣湯6、7秒,一上水即沾滿紅油,入口能吃得到湯底用上不少香料,令麻和辣以外,增添了味道的層次。配料則點了美國安格斯優質肥牛、稻田毛肚、曉宇嫩牛肉、極品鵝腸、曉宇苕粉、重慶炸酥肉,幾者之中,必需推介曉宇嫩牛肉,牛肉的肉質十分嫩滑,煮來煮去都不會鞋口,放入大骨湯,更能夠吃得到牛肉的香味。總括而言,渝味曉宇是一間非常高質的火鍋店,十分值再去。…Read More

海港城,集飲食、購物、娛樂一身的大商場,今日行完街,便到海運下層看看有什麼好食,見到有一間韓國餐廳,韓癮發作下便攞飛等位。等了二十分鐘,才能安排入座。坐低後,侍應立即送上餐牌,並講左句「食物要等二十分鐘」,心諗又要等多二十分鐘,真係餓死。最後立即點了辣牛腩湯和燴牛腩湯,未上主菜前先有三碟小食,分別為芽菜菠菜、甜蕃薯和泡菜,味道都總算不過不失,至於辣牛腩湯和燴牛腩湯,味道好,令人有感置身韓國的感覺,辣牛腩湯辣度夠,而燴牛腩湯的牛肉很軟腍入味。雖然食物好食,但服務和上菜效率真的需要改善。…Read More

最近飲食界最爆的新聞,莫過於幸福堂全線結業和喜茶登陸沙田新城市廣場,今日有幸閒日去新城市廣場,當然要湊熱鬧,排個隊、打個卡。星期五的下午兩時多的時間,有人龍,但在外面等的人只有三、四十人,等了二十多分鐘,便順利入到鋪頭買野,既然都係等,當然要買多幾杯,分別點了金鳳茶王、四季春、芝芝芒芒和芝芝霉果。原來比完錢只是開始,等四杯飲品的時間連在外面排隊共用了一個小時多,因為裡面的客人實在太多,更多的店員做極都做唔完。總括而言,金鳳茶王、四季春做得跟中國的差不多,味道很接近,但芝芝芒芒和芝芝霉果味道就較失色,果味不夠,而且價錢都比大陸貴得多。…Read More
