今日同兩個好朋友去尖沙咀食飯,諗住離開一下中環呢個繁囂之地,始終香港依家經濟真係比較麻麻哋,大家有目共睹,所以去尖沙咀可能會比較開心一點嚟到尖沙咀,梗係要睇吓有冇啲好嘢食,見到呢一間餐廳喺間日式傢俬舖裏面,覺得感覺都唔錯,裝修簡單得來有少少外國風,就諗住入去試吓,見到佢個Menu其實都幾簡單,有牛有雞,配白飯或者意粉,我哋就嗌咗個牛肉飯,都係比較力推嘅菜式,因為呢度主要係食牛肉飯最近就唔使食吉野家,因為個荷包都幾充裕下放牛肉飯嚟到啦,首先就冇覺得香噴噴或者熱辣辣嘅感覺,牛肉就一片一片好整齊咁樣鋪喺白飯上面,但係白飯咬落去,點知發覺係未熟嘅,都唔知係咪因為想屙健康啲定係想我食少啲飯,所以覺得幾差,另外就係鋪喺牛肉面上面有一Pat cream,就明顯地唔係好夾,因為佢係甜甜地嘅忌廉,但係牛肉就輕輕火炙過,又唔算得好香,所以變咗好奇怪再加上佢俾個牛肉汁係甜甜地的,唔係醬油又唔可以話係壽喜燒味,就係甜甜地咁樣,變咗成個飯食落口其實都係甜甜地,然後飯又唔係特別出色,雖然話係珍珠米,但係未熟嘅飯就係唔好食啦,所以總體嚟講,係零分…Read More

最近我決定咗脫離癡肥嘅路線。而且因為我搵返自己嘅關係,唔會叫自己再做朕。阿文覺得健康嘅路線絕對唔係淨係講食物,而係講一種生活態度。今日我身體力行,特登走到去隔離坐嘅交易廣場睇下呢間新開嘅沙律鋪頭有啲乜嘢咁特別。淨係講個名先,叫做 Salad Stop! (沙律亭),應該係「沙律停!」。事實上,真係唔知點解要加個「!」喺後面。究竟佢係想叫食緊沙律嗰啲人要停低,定係叫停人去食沙律?加上!有感嘆之意,非常之咁耐人尋味。入到去,雖然一條友就唔會打算坐低食,但見到啲座位喺中環來講,其實都算好寬闊,你有幾可見到食沙律有咁多位俾你食?描一描,竟然見到以前大學時候嘅一個校友,基本上係一啲都唔熟,但又出名多人追嘅靚女。咁當然,我就對佢一啲興趣都冇,又有乜嘢比沙律更加吸引?講返沙律配料,佢大約有不少於15款凍嘅配料,七至八款熱嘅配料,仲有不少於15款醬汁,俾你mix and match。講真,選擇都算唔少,價錢亦比同區嘅其他沙律鋪頭不輸蝕,當中還一個似樣少少嘅燒味飯都買60幾蚊嘅時候,沙律買返差唔多價錢可以話一啲都唔貴。點左一個 Tuna San 既 salad, 當中材料包括 Romaine lettuce, 爽脆 n crunchy 仲要每啖都 soaked in wasabi honey soy sauce - yummys清甜帶點酸,好鬼開胃;seared tuna 外層醃好但不濃,最重要係 raw at its heart。Wait - why is it called Tuna San? 春天黎喇,最近都落雨濕濕,搞到朕個人都沒精打采⋯⋯諗住行吓尖沙咀啦,見到呢間餐廳人氣都幾高喎,有成百幾個like㧵唔成泰國骨,不如去食個泰國菜啦?入到餐廳裏邊竟然完全唔似喺尖沙咀,唔嘈,顏色深色得來又有啲青綠色,望出窗外仲有棵好鬼死大嘅樹,好似置身於熱帶雨林咁嘅感覺。諗諗吓⋯⋯呢度唔通就係童年回憶嘅「咖喱」王嗰個位!?Anyway - 請一清啲悶氣首先食返個「炸軟殼蟹柚子沙律」先!炸軟殼蟹出奇地新鮮香脆,絕對唔會因為沙律嘅清甜冰涼,而令到炸軟殼蟹嘅香脆口感流失。有子沙律酸酸地,感覺都幾開胃,令朕更加期待下一道美食~之後就係我哋皇室都最鍾意食嘅「青咖喱」基本上青咖喱係我哋皇室食泰國菜嘅指定動作。佢青咖喱嘅材料都幾足,加上牛肉算幾大塊又唔un口,應該有嘅泰國茄子當然唔少得啦,同埋佢嘅咖喱汁本身唔會太氣用嚟送薄餅真係唔錯,辣度都算適中,加埋少少椰汁都幾香噴噴~飲品朕叫左杯青檸梳打,啱晒朕舒緩一下啱啱嘅辣味!青咖喱汁實在太多啦,但係唔點又徙左,等朕叫翻個炒飯餸下先!朕叫左個「泰式肉碎炒飯」,估唔到佢出奇地好食。辣肉碎炒得好香而且有少少香茅葉嘅味道,最緊要係夠辣!炒飯又唔會好油,用嚟送咖喱都幾好味喎,唔似得白飯咁寡~不過食起上嚟都真係幾 heavy! 各位文粉好,啱啱過雞年第一個月,大家還好嗎?新嘅一年New Year's resolution又係咩呢?朕嘅新年願望當然係食得健康,又要餐餐有食神啦!各位文粉都知道朕係中環大大話話都碌左五六年,由一個見習小文員到大文員,仲要碌到資深文員就知道阿文對中環有幾熟啦。朕有時食完飯都要行個圈先返公司繼續下午搏殺,簡單啲來講即係「吞下Pork」先返去啦。薯片叔叔曾經講過「中產」係要睇法國電影、飲咖啡,朕就好唔同意, 因為朕(自己以為)身為中產一分子但係唔飲咖啡嘅(alright occasionally),而且都好唔鍾意幫襯綠色嗰隻美人魚,所以朕會用珍珠奶茶黎代替,以展示朕對世事既不滿。中環珍珠奶茶選擇其實真係唔多,除咗嗰間唔知同「貢丸」有咩關係嘅奶茶鋪之外就真係冇乜選擇,近幾個月喺電梯底都開咗間「分享茶」,即係台灣來的那東西,但開到成行成市對啊文黎講完全冇exclusivity+話題性。大大話話比30幾蚊杯奶茶朕點樣可以唔揀啲lifestyle啲嘅嚟飲啊?今日黎到「茶湯會」,佢個位置比較近上環,喺中環同上環之間,即係L Place隔離,地點對我呢啲中環友黎講都算幾方便。最重要係,佢方便得黎唔近公司,起碼撞倒老細機會都少D丫!一去到見到條龍其實都唔短,你就知道其實呢間珍珠奶茶舖來頭都唔少。呢度只開左一年倒,已經完全俘虜曬一眾中環OL OB門既心 (as in office boy, if you are wondering, I'm referring to myself)。朕今日點既係 --「熱觀音拿鐵珍珠奶茶」朕:「一杯「熱觀音拿鐵珍珠奶茶」丫唔該。」呢個時候,後面傳來:「竟然叫飲熱?」朕心諗,又關你事,朕飲熱定凍洗唔洗事先同你申請? 另轉頭,一睇,係個眼大大、面尖尖、長頭髮既靚囡。雖然朕有少少猶豫,但都要問。「閣下對朕既柯打有咩高見?」朕道。「你⋯⋯你紅都面曬咁,仲飲熱野?我第一次黎,請問點解要飲「珍珠觀音拿鐵」?」第一次飲奶茶既女子問。哎呀,乜原來朕都識怕醜。朕答:「呢度最出名係「觀音拿鐵」,茶膽用鐵觀音,鐵觀音係一種中焙火製成既烏龍茶,比一般紅茶特別好飲。尤其是朕飲茶最鍾意飲鐵觀音(Pu Er goes next),溝埋奶茶幾夾,可以拎最佳組合獎。」「我⋯⋯係問點解仲要叫「珍珠」!」第一次飲奶茶又要認叻既女子問。雖然朕真係好鍾意飲珍珠奶茶,珍珠奶茶朕最怕係咩?朕話係飽 - 尤其你想午餐後 or 食飯前 5/6 點飲返杯,但往往啲奶茶鋪方死你唔夠飽/唔怕飽就做到啲珍珠大大粒,一啲都唔 delicate、搶走主角-茶既 spotlight 之餘,仲要有少少過時。點解?正因爲:「呢度奶茶嘅珍珠比一般你飲過既都細粒,易入口,不太飽肚,唔會搶走下午餐 or 正餐既地位。所以可以照加Q彈不凡既珍珠,增加口感。」人人都會話飲杯奶茶,有冇聽過人話去飲杯珍珠?咪因為佢唔係主角。囉。與此同時,朕既order 都已經搞掂,第一次飲奶茶又要認叻既女子岩岩拎著同一杯「珍珠觀音拿鐵」不過佢嗰杯就凍既。不出所料,朕飲落茶香撲鼻,果然不負眾望都係「觀音拿鐵」好(其實個「眾」都只係自己)。珍珠大小剛好,份量適中,岩岩好每啖都有珍珠,而且唔會飲剩。奶味不太濃,但也算是香。甜度亦係奶茶或任何飲品一個較大嘅 Challenge。熱嘅觀音拿鐵珍珠奶茶,呢度冇搞咁多嘢,只有普通、半糖選擇。朕覺得半糖岩岩好,不過甜至 overwhelming,不失甜至飲 straight-tea。可能凍飲要甜返些少。話口未完,時間又到兩點三,離三點三呑撲得返一個時辰,唯有閃人,費事乜都做唔到又要入time。撇zzzzzz!! 試問有啲乜嘢開心過同一班老友鬼鬼慶祝聖誕?話說朕已經好耐冇寫食評,要一眾文粉等,真係非常抱歉。話說返咗新工其實已經有大約10個月,都未夠一年,話口未完,杯酒都未飲完,就已經要轉工。轉工之前,聖誕節又來啦喂,梗係同班老友記(大家都係8, 90後姐...)食返餐勁先啦。今日因為懶嘅緣故,去咗IFC搵地方食lunch。搵吓搵吓又去到 Isobar! (無錢食 isola 丫嘛)其實之前已經食過不過就冇寫食評,今次補返數啦!呢度主打嘅(朕自己認為)係30分鐘Express Lunch,$188 Pasta Set。價錢黎講有個咁嘅景睇都算係咁,樓底又咁高喺IFC podium f4,不錯不錯。Appetizer 查實係有 romaine lettuce salad 同埋 tomato and basil soup 去揀。 FU-WU-YUAN (服务员)明明係問完我要乜,我又好清楚話咗俾佢聽我係想要沙律 - 但係佢最離奇都係佢拎左碗湯來。不打緊,湯嘅濃度算係高,熱度10分足夠。未係太酸帶少少甜,男女老幼都咁容易入口。如果閣下忍得口嘅話,未喺湯黎之前已經食晒佢送嘅飽肚麵包,可以點下麵包食都好喎。不過佢贈送嘅 Tomato Bruschetta 都唔錯,暖暖地,加埋啲 balsamic vinegar 酸酸地幾開胃架。黎到主菜pasta - 一個字 - 淡而無味 (四個字喎)一個字喎,淡而無味囉。蝴蝶粉其實都算住得幾適中彈牙 (I hate to but I have to use the word - Al Dente),但 seasoning 可以話係零呀⋯⋯你叫我點形容啊,得個油字。佢啲蘑菇已經好淡,加埋啲蝴蝶粉簡直係淡上加淡。肯定冇乜落胡椒/鹽,啱晒啲喜愛健康嘅老友記。望落去,都可以呃得下人嘅。但係個餐真係非常之唔夠飽, 差啲要去老麥買個魚柳bell chan先夠飽啊。(已經唔夠,朋友仲要偷我啲意粉)都好,最後仲有一杯 tea or coffee 可以揀。個服務員都幾均真,我哋成枱人都唔知有得飲仲諗住買單走人,佢都要提一提我哋,真係聖誕快樂。文ey for valueness - 3/10…Read More

是日出糧,太感動去左 SOHO lunch,係Harlan 開嘅新餐廳主打 Thai fusion,lunch set 價錢適中坐得幾舒服, 而且裝修都幾hipStarter 試左:Thai Fish Cake 不太彈牙,sweet chili sauce 超辣,還可以。Charcoal Grill Chicken Satay 沙嗲係不過不失,雖然烤完之後比較硬不過佢係熱熱地咁上菜,所以都唔錯。Thai Papaya Salad唔係好feel到有木瓜味,which is good,咬落去有少少辣,夏天食都幾啱。Thai milk tea 其實係比較淡口,基本上唔加糖係無味。Mains: Roasted black cod with Tarawa crab and cold rice vermicelli noodles in yellow curry 佢個黃咖喱基本上係一啲都唔辣,佢啲米線⋯⋯係囉米線囉,不過佢個銀鱈魚係真係烤得幾好,出返個味道。(bland in general)海南雞飯既油飯幾好味(不過冇薑味),不過醬汁就比較少選擇,雞肉幾嫩滑而且去晒骨好容易食。Slow cook wagyu panang curry 基本上係紅咖喱牛腩,咖喱汁不太濃郁,而且油分比較重,一般一般,不過佢個有機糙米飯唔錯,只係水份多左少少。Rib eye steak 10oz 其實 grill 得幾好,不過浸住啲咖喱汁上就有少少奇怪,咬落去肉質一啲都唔鞋,Keep到medium嘅口感,但我總係覺得醬汁如果係分開上會比較好。Wok fried noodles係重口味之選,但係比較可惜就係佢個styling 有少少 off Thai,反而佢個黑椒其實有少少似星加坡黑胡椒蟹既base,油分比較重。總括來講係中環嘅新餐廳,Lunch又唔係咁多人,環境算幾好,價格大約$200左右set lunch,食物烹調質素雖然未算好高,但裝修格局座位上都算係合格以上,所以總括嚟講我都會笑返~始終出完糧食嘢係會開心啲嘅。(P.S.最後因為朋友生日都有個芒果糯米飯,做得非常之好,芒果甜就唔使講啦,而且椰汁糯米飯都煙煙韌韌)…Read More

朋友又問我西環尾有啲乜嘢好食,貪佢泊車方便丫嘛! 日本菜來講,信州呢度都可以值得一試。前菜先來一個汁煮小鮑魚、饅魚、同玉子豆腐。玉子豆腐都算幾滑,尤其特別嘅係上面鋪有蟹膏。 值得一提嘅就係佢嘅前菜除左三小碟外,亦都有一個北海道黎嘅赤崎蠔,配以蔥花同蘿蔔蓉,剛好一啲都唔腥。 Omakase 點可以少得刺身啊?呢度嘅刺身原來個配搭都好貼心,可以由淡食到鹹。 識食嘅你,一定係從牡丹蝦開始,清甜。北海道帶子味道較淡,可以第二。金目鯛我就鍾意佢個肉質,冇池魚咁 un,但又未至於鬆散,咬落去甜甜地幾別緻!鯖魚一定係重口味啲啦,所以留返後食。至於Toro 一般比較肥美,油脂重,所以都係留返做「甜品」放最後享用。 不得不提嘅係呢個燒呑拿魚下巴,佢燒得非常香,而且肉質又一啲都唔會老,保持裏面嘅肉汁,加埋佢脆口嘅外皮,果然師傅嘅火候係控制得幾好。 去到主角,時令壽司 特別想提提嘅油甘魚,咬落油脂分布均勻,深海池魚口感十分好,馬糞海膽都係一樣咁邪惡,非常新鮮又唔會腥,仲有要記住要快啲食啊,一陣間紫菜淋左就唔好食啦! 甜品方面就比較簡單,係富士山嘅日本蘋果。再加埋輕輕一小粒嘅綠茶麻薯,味道甜依依,清清地其實幾好,簡單就是美丫嘛! …Read More

朋友約朕去銅鑼灣一個大商場食飯,不過朕真係驚食到悶唔想再喺嗰度食,所以就試吓不如過條馬路睇下有啲乜嘢樓上餐廳啦。下面有間拉麵店排到人都癲,夜晚八點幾仲要勁多人,真係唔明點解啲羊群咁鍾意食塵。唔緊要,精名既朕唔會咁笨,即刻上樓睇吓有咩食先! 果然有間氣氛幾好嘅餐廳,而且好似幾新!試吓先! 望望個餐牌原來呢度主打gastronomic dining,可惜入座嗰陣已經八點幾,都係醫肚要緊,即刻叫個龍蝦濃湯試吓先。 龍蝦湯非常入味,湯底濃而不鹹,完全係朕 cup of soup ! 前菜有個番茄啫喱「mozzarella tomato terrin 」,係一定一定一定一定一定要食!佢個 tomato jelly 係估唔到咁清新,芝士上面軟綿綿,下層啫喱口感比較爽口,試過就知道佢有幾夾。 雖然呢排天氣都幾凍,但係餐廳裏邊暖暖地飲番杯 cranberry juice 都會幾開胃,食慾大增之際,下一道菜又來啦⋯⋯!朕今晚嘅主菜係一個牛仔膝。 羊仔膝,朕就真係食得多,估唔到牛仔膝原來肉質都係咁淋,而且加上紅酒汁之後,原本已經入晒味嘅牛仔膝肉來得更加飽滿。如果唔啱重口味嘅小朋友都唔使驚,因為佢嘅配菜係甘甜嘅紅蘿蔔蓉,balance 一下口感。 朕當然未夠喉,食埋佢個 pear tart~ 有別於平時嘅 apple crumble,用梨做既批果然係冇蘋果咁甜,啱晒我呢啲唔識得太甜嘅太子。加上嗰球香滑嘅雲呢拿雪糕,又為朕這一餐畫上一個完整的句號。…Read More

去日本你問朕感覺最好係食乜嘢,朕諗都離不開水產,但未必係刺身因為朕鍾意食燒海鮮每次行完街就要諗下究竟去邊度食飯好。突然諗起上次食鳥居居,佢好似開咗間姊妹店,就等朕去試吓先!
