簡單的生日午餐

喜歡吃牛肉的朋友仔生日,加上當日剛好在尖沙咀工作,所以特意在openrice找了牛匠石燒作為生日午餐,簡簡單單但又開開心心地慶祝。平日下午2點前來,剛好過了最熱鬧的午餐時間,店內不算太多人,加上安排了半開放式的卡位,剛好適合靜靜地聊天及吃飯。但如果是假日前來,最好還是先book位。牛匠石燒使用手機落單,午餐價錢大約$100左右,在尖沙咀區也算合理。今次我點了一份風門柳定食,以及朋友點了一份厚切牛舌牛五花定食。風門柳約有10片,肉片顏色鮮紅及脂肪紋路漂亮,石燒時輕烤幾秒就可以食,入口肉味和油脂香都算平均,沒有筋:厚切牛舌約4件,牛五花約5件,個人覺得牛舌比較吸引,入口沒有腥味,口感柔軟,牛五花切得厚身,入口有濃郁油脂香。另外加點了一份溏心蛋及牛柳粒,前者不過不失,蛋黃流心剛好,口感細膩,後者略嫌少少硬,較為遜色。面豉湯頗有驚喜,裡面的豆腐居然是切成花花狀,在湯中散開,廚師的刀功值得一讚。…Read More

自從搬了過來荃灣,才開始明白朋友所說的「荃灣有很多好味的餐廳」原來不是假的,只要細心行入小巷後街,真的有很多不起眼的小店值得光顧。牛県是一次路經時發現的小店,裡面大概只有6-7張4人桌,見到不用排隊就入去。牛県以食石燒牛肉為主,對於牛肉愛好者應該覺得很滿足。由於第一次前來,不太知道牛肉的分別,店員主動過來介紹,為我們推薦了不同口感的牛肉,最後我點了口感相對有咬感的牛側腹,而朋友則點了低脂的小牛柳。晚市加錢可配套餐,我們選了飯、餐湯、薯條、沙律。兩款牛肉的味道都很不錯:牛側腹是連接牛胸和牛腹之間的部位,脂肪紋路會比較細緻,肉質有咬感,入口香氣濃郁,帶有鮮味及油脂香;小牛柳是牛的嫩肩胛部位,肉質少油少筋,蛋白質含量豐富,是相對健康的選擇。上菜時,牛肉是大概一成熟的狀態,大家可以因應自己想要的熟度,把肉切開後再於石板上燒熟,個人推薦切開後輕輕一燒就可以,比較能吃得出牛肉本身的細緻口感及味道。沙律、餐湯會在上牛肉前送到,而飯、薯條就會等牛肉到才上,上菜時間控制得很好。另外值得一讚還有醬汁,青醬的味道非常清新,中和了牛肉本身的油脂感,大大推薦大家要點青醬試試。…Read More

哈哈哈,是的,又來走肉朋友吃飯了,自從知道大角咀有這間素食餐廳之後,都不知道來過多少次。每次和朋友說,就算經常來走肉朋友吃飯都不會膩,因為餐廳每2-3個月就會換一次菜單,而且每次的主題都很不錯,像12月就已經換了「夠薑.找素」當主題,當然又有藉口來吃啦。喜歡吃薑的朋友,個人推薦素薑醋、五色子蘿、香檸薑汁伴鯉魚、沙薑油素雞、麵醬薑蓉蒸腐竹、炒薑飯……而素薑醋是絕對絕對不可錯過,真的和平時吃的薑醋很相似,尤其是覺得平時用豬手煮的薑醋很油膩的話,這個素薑醋應該會很對胃口。 (看到現場的長輩們都一直添,很受歡迎XD)比較特別的還有素食關東煮,以清甜又滋潤的竹蔗作湯底,鍋物有竹輪、魚蛋、貢丸、牛蒡丸、豆卜、豆腐、麵筋、白蘿蔔、冬瓜、鮮菇、粟米、木耳、鮮腐竹……全部都是素食,在其他地方好像沒有試過。值得一讚是食材煮得入味,特別是蘿蔔和冬瓜,但又不會煮得太軟爛,Good~最後私心推薦個人全晚最愛(但好吃到忘記拍照)的南瓜西米布甸,聞到已經覺得很濃郁,入口更是綿密細緻,又香又甜,加上使用大粒西米增加口感,真的下次給我一大盤都可以吃光光。雖然不關「夠薑.找素」事,但真的是100分推薦XD…Read More

今天在銅鑼灣找晚餐,看到這間新開的店,環境明亮乾淨,也不用排隊等位就可以入座,那就試試吧。後來發現遊客都算多,一連幾桌都是遊客,就連外國人都有,是遊客餐廳嗎???還是我太井底之蛙??點了一份燒鵝撈粗:燒鵝外脆內嫩,表面有亮亮的光澤,一口咬下油香肉香都充滿整個口腔,而且還有荔枝柴燒的獨有香氣,非常好吃,唯一可惜是肉不多,下次可以點脾位應該會比較有肉感;撈粗麵條軟硬適中,彈牙不軟爛,煮得剛好,調味不會過鹹或過淡,加上有鵝油拌在裡面,又是香氣滿滿。…Read More

平日下午來放放空,雲遊太虛,沿萫山道走著走著來到這間看起來很適合發呆的Ethos,沒有想太多就走進去了。朋友點了一杯Latte,而我不喝咖啡的就來了一份藍莓芝士蛋糕。偷偷嚐了一口Latte,入口細膩,沒有咖啡的苦澀味,很順口。藍莓芝士蛋糕味濃郁,口感細緻扎實,略嫌藍莓果醬有點太多,不過整體來說都不錯。Ethos算是半開放式,面對街道的那邊都是大片玻璃,陽光可以透外照射進來,推薦坐在近路邊的位置,一邊吹吹風看看書,心情都跟著好起來。…Read More

天氣開始轉冷,當然要約朋友去「烚下烚下」,吃火鍋絕對是迎接冬日的最佳活動!!! 這次朋友選了新開的寶哥火鍋味館,我之前沒有來過,所以算是第一次來,沒想到整體感覺都很不錯,已經約好朋友下星期要再去吃一次了。寶哥火鍋味館在2樓和3樓,進大門後要往左轉上樓梯就會看到,環境明亮整齊,空間感不錯,桌與桌之間不會很擁擠,而且店內不是那種很吵鬧的火鍋店環境,幾個朋友一起來聚會很適合。我們點了B套餐,送一份和牛刺身拼盤、海鮮牛肉拼盤、三寶丸、烏冬,然後其他的配料都可以任點任吃。個人大大大力推薦:1. 脆肉鯇魚,入口非常非常彈牙爽口,不是隨便用魚肉假裝脆肉鯇,全晚總共點了3次2. 牛坑腩,肉味濃郁,入口有嚼勁(但不是硬),比起不少麵店的牛坑腩更好吃3. 雲吞,外皮極薄極滑,肉餡飽滿扎實,而且還有一整隻蝦其實全晚所吃的東西都很不錯,每一款都有一定質素,可以一試。…Read More

飽足又浪漫的晚餐

和朋友去太子尋食,佢他特意提早訂了這間Cafe Paradise,所以進去就有位置,不用等。原來這間店比想像中多人,差不多7點左右就已經沒有walk in位置,全部桌子都有人預訂,如果打算來吃的話記得都要打個電話留位。店舖環境是偏向浪漫風的氣氛,燈光不會太明亮,適合情侶來談談心,加上店內還有不少公仔,氣氛相當不錯,女生們應該都喜歡。我們點了兩個晚餐套餐,包括沙律、餐湯、主食、甜點和飲品。我點的是卡邦尼意粉,份量適中,入口有濃濃的奶油香味,醬汁剛好掛在每一條麵上,不會覺得很膩;朋友點的是豬手,份量十足,絕對沒有偷工減料,外脆內嫩的豬手非常好吃,男生吃的話也會很飽足。總結全晚各方面都不錯,但來吃的話真的要記得訂位,全晚看到太多walk in的人都要等很久。…Read More

兩公婆去撐檯腳,本身諗住上黎Day and Nite by Master Kama食龍蝦(上次食完覺得超級好味,真心推介),但今次黎到發現好似轉左食蟹,我地諗都應該唔會太差,所以就唔轉地方,食蟹都無問題~ 而事實證明蟹餐又真係幾好食,好彩無走寶。今次叫左個The Holy Crab. 好耐無叫齊飯腳去食飯啦,今日難得叫齊人,所以就搵左呢間私家廚房,貪佢私隱度夠高,4人位會好似獨立廂房仔咁,食都食得特別開懷啦。4個人,因為大家都覺得肚餓,所以叫左7樣野左右,後尾發現食物份量都幾多,所以每人都仲可以打包一盒,第2日帶返工做lunch。其實全晚D野都唔錯,服務又好,揀幾樣特別推薦講下啦。籠仔荷葉海龍皇蒸飯:上面有齊魚蝦蟹,海鮮平均地鋪滿飯面,上檯個下聞到淡淡的荷葉香氣,而米粒就吸哂所有海鮮的精華,就連平時唔太食飯的我都覺得好好味。薑蔥焗美國桶蠔:未黎到已經聽到滋滋聲,上檯見到熱辣辣,大家就已經忍不住要起筷。蠔肉大大粒又飽滿,熟度控制得剛剛好,連同醬汁同食非常惹味。生炒骨:有驚喜,醬汁入口甜酸度適中,唔會甜到好奇怪,而排骨炸得脆卜卜而不油膩,果然係要新鮮熱辣即叩即炒最好味。…Read More

第一次食冒菜,幾得意

朋友仔係尖沙咀返工,話呢排發現左一間比較少人識去的冒菜餐廳,所以就拉埋我一齊去試下新野。冒菜,聽都未聽過,咁就一於去睇下啦,去到先知原來係食四川菜,不過環境又設計得幾新派,同我想像中的四川菜館似乎唔太一樣。黎到呢度係好似車仔麵檔咁自己劃野食,有張紙仔可以揀主食同菜式,揀得多就俾得多錢,視乎自己有幾大食而去揀啦。湯底有唔同選擇,例如麻辣、酸菜、清湯同蕃茄湯底等等,不過黎得食四川菜,當然係以辣為主。叫完麻辣湯,發現呢度的湯底又無想像中咁辣,可能係我自己食得比較辣,睇黎下次可以叫辣少少,但朋友就話覺得佢個碗辣度剛剛好,唔會食到好辛苦。而小菜方面份量都算適中,味道不過不失,比較出色就係鴨血、大腸、魚腐等,大家都可以試試。…Read More

好耐無去食泰國菜,所以今日老公就專程book左呢間新開的泰國菜餐廳,齊齊試新野。餐廳係百樂中心2樓,有出開銅鑼灣搵食的朋友都知呢棟大廈一向餐廳雲集,所以成日都轉手,今次食完呢間Milu都覺得質素唔差,味道幾適合我口味,希望可以快D打響名堂,Keep住做落去啦。全晚都叫左幾多野食,講幾樣我自己比較喜歡:青咖哩牛肉配蒜蓉包,呢度的青咖哩調整過,無係泰國食個種辣度咁刺激,口味適合香港人,辣得黎帶有香料味,仲有少少椰汁香,加埋牛肉都算嫩滑,唔錯。不過,最緊要一定係要叫埋個蒜蓉包,長方條狀好吸汁,沾滿青咖哩汁再放入口,實在係全晚最佳配搭,如果下次再黎食Milu,一定係為左呢個組合。馬拉盞炒椰菜仔,上檯已經即刻聞到好香好香,蔬菜炒得軟硬適中,唔係入口爛哂個種口感,而個汁就不過不失啦,如果可以似泰國風味落多少少辣同甜就會更正。鹽烤魚,同係泰國路邊食個種鹽烤魚外形一樣,不過魚的品種就唔同,平時泰國食個種會偏向乾身,有時烤得太耐仲會硬,而呢度的烤魚係即點即烤,雖然要等耐少少,不過出到黎熱辣辣,而且魚肉鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,必食!…Read More

發現香港人真係好中意打邊爐,次次唔知食咩好的時候,都係決定去打邊爐XD 今次我地又約左係尖沙咀醉胡爐,店面分為兩層,我地坐樓上房仔,有私人空間,可以放心傾計。朋友造想食椰子雞湯底,所以就叫左呢個,即場炒雞+加湯+加椰水,現場見到真材實料,煮個時仲會有火,視感味覺都大滿足。個湯飲落清清地,唔會太鹹,原本都怕打邊爐唔夠味,點知清新得又黎幾好。呢度的牛肉好好味,有叫和牛and手切牛,前者雪花紋分佈平均,煮幾下就食得,入口肉質細緻,後者牛肉濃郁,入口有嚼勁,兩個都好好味。之後再加少少配料,最後埋單每人都係$400,以呢個質素黎講好抵食啦~…Read More

好大隻海鮮船啊~~~

又去打邊爐,不過今次我地以海鮮為主題,所以就搵左呢間圃鍋,貪佢今期推出大大大大大隻海鮮船,仲上埋facebook好多平台,應該就唔會太差。好彩,黎到之後唔係「希望愈大,失望愈大」,我地4人全體都覺得成晚的質素唔錯,包括環境、食物、服務都好好,下次會再黎。呢邊行高檔路線,一入黎就覺得燈光比較暗,感覺上幾好氣氛,中式為主的風格都唔會令人覺得格格不入。服務員好好人,會主動過黎落單、加水,最緊要係教埋我地點煮海鮮最好味。個海鮮船好大隻,4人份量海鮮夠澎湃,有龍蝦、蜆、鮑魚、帶子等,每一款都唔差,雖然唔一定係最新鮮,但至少入口唔覺有冷藏味。仲有推介埋和牛,雪花紋夠靚仔,幾乎入口即化,一定要試。…Read More
