來到銅鑼灣逛街,行到傍晚又要煩惱食飯問題,自然要出動神器OpenRice 望下,🐻👩🏻今晚既胃口又係想食日本菜,🐻👨🏽見到串燒料理備長好評幾多,就衝上去食返餐。來到備長門口,幸好碰上剛開店有位,不用等待就直入。坐低🐻👨🏽就雙眼發光,原來備長除左主打串燒,清酒都係專長,供應多個地方的銘柄,真係合哂🐻👨🏽胃口。座位小食係椰菜,蘿蔔條和青瓜條沾上味噌醬食,水嫩的蔬菜配上味噌食既新鮮又好食。先來一道北海道水八爪魚刺身,切成簿片口感彈牙十足,越嚼甜味滲出來,可以配上佐碟的櫻花鹽輕輕調味,亦可加上柑汁提鮮,當然配醬油秋葵都好合襯。刺身更附上八爪魚吸盤,加上梅子醬,比簿片更有口感。前菜點了鵝肝多士,鵝肝加上青葱同多士入口唔會太油膩,三兩口就落肚,打開左胃口。仲有炸河蝦,蝦仔細細炸到酥脆,蝦味滿滿,配酒真係一流。小食之後就來到串燒環境,荔枝豬肉串,一咬落去荔枝汁係口中爆發,豬肉的咸味互相調和,好清新的味道。免治雞肉棒,雞肉棒燒到剛好,沾上雞蛋入口雞蛋味濃郁又滲出雞肉香。新鮮雞肝相當粉嫩,入口慢慢溶係口中,一點腥味都無。豚之大腸,大腸特別地切成長條狀串起,燒起上來火喉特別平均,比平時更嫩滑,加上醬汁食又係下酒恩物。牛舌厚切,牛舌燒完依然汁多肉嫩,咬幾口就食完一串,再飲啖清酒,真係人生樂事。鹽燒白鱔,白鱔肉好肥美,燒到外皮少少焦香,加上鹽作點綴。一邊食串燒一邊飲酒真係人生樂事,店員都好熱情友善咁招待我哋,成餐飯係一個好融洽的氣氛下渡過,係今時今日的香港真係難能可貴。…Read More

🐻家族又出動揾食,今晚🐻👩🏻揾左間好特別既餐廳,係香港首間英式中菜餐廳1908bc British Chinese,名字都好有意思,當中1908係英國第一間中餐廳開設的年份。去到1908BC,一副典雅的西餐廳裝修,播著柔和音樂,完全無法想像到係食中菜。一坐低店員就好熱情咁介紹Tasting menu有7折優惠,當中包括1908BC多款推介菜,我哋自然唔使諗就揀左佢,不過睇返menu有好多款特別既菜式都想試,🐻👩🏻話下次再來食過。頭盤係鮮蟹肉粟米羹配小食拼盤,有芝麻蝦多士,多士酥脆上面滿滿芝麻,蝦肉彈牙鮮甜。酥炸雲吞,外皮脆口,蝦肉飽滿,沾上酸甜醬食相當惹味。食完炸物食返個田園沙律解下油膩感,沙律既醬汁好似中式海鮮醬但毫不突兀,有一種中西合璧的味道。之後一道香酥鴨掛包,酥鴨拆肉後配上京蒽青瓜,同鬆軟的掛包一起食,鴨肉既油香同脆香既鴨皮,稱得上天作之合。主菜我哋揀左甜豆蘆筍炒三鮮同脆皮牛肋骨,跟英式煙肉菜粒炒蛋飯,餐廳以西式擺盤呈現中菜,炒三鮮每種海鮮都好新鮮鮮甜,甜豆蘆筍炒得剛剛好,保持爽脆口感又不失甜味。脆皮牛肋骨簿簿一層炸皮,牛肋肉肥瘦均衡,口感軟冧肉味香濃,沾上咖哩汁食更惹味,炒蛋飯炒到粒粒乾身不油膩,足見師傅功架。值得一提係店員相當健談有禮,對每一道菜都詳細講解,說話温文幽默,中英文都相當流暢,係香港難得的服務態度。1908Bc氣氛舒適,menu酒類種類繁多,就算唔食飯來happy hour都好適合。…Read More

🐻爸🐻媽結婚週年紀念,自然要揾間Omakase食餐好慶祝下,鮨無双自然係必然之選,食過幾次都有驚喜,🐻媽早早訂位準備好,時間到就衝入去。估唔到午市都全院滿座,決定好邊個套餐,就靜靜睇大將表演刀功,前菜胡麻冷豆腐同黑松露松葉蟹蒸蛋就前後腳到場,冷豆腐既冰冷感剛好消一消暑,而蒸蛋濃烈松露香,配蟹絲同嫩滑蒸蛋,為之後既大餐打開味蕾。首先係刺身四款,有愛媛縣蜜柑鯛配岩鹽,入口一股清新鮮甜味道,鹽輕輕調味,剛剛好,令人回味十足。兵庫縣生蠔加上柚子醋,生蠔個頭小小但肥美多汁,口中感受到海水既咸同柚子醋既酸。仲有深海池魚配柚子胡椒,第一塊入口魚油滿滿,胡椒剛好解膩而不辣,第二塊配上紫蘇葉食更添層次,重點係厚切令層次可以添變化。最後係磯煮鮑魚,質地軟糯,鮑魚肝甘甜可口,真係食完都唔夠喉。刺身過後就係壽司環節,首發係鱆紅魚壽司,大師熟成2日,口感清爽,肉味比平時更濃。沖繩黑糖伊佐目,以黑糖餵飼既伊佐目經過火炙,油感好重,魚味十足。中拖羅壽司配上日本京葱,肥美肉香,入口半溶不溶之間,拖羅鮮美在口中徘徊。九州槍烏賊加上北海道海膽,烏賊改刀火炙後加上海膽,合爽甜香幾個層次,足見大將既功力。美味既壽司接踵而來,令人停唔到口,再上一道白銀雪魚壽司以明太子調味,火炙後油份爆燈,直情係滑入喉嚨,口中留下濃烈既魚油同鮮味。過場大將推出一道拖羅根配酸汁,一種平時食唔到既煮法,合脆與淋一身,越嚼越濃烈,相當好下酒。最後一道壽司係大將信心之作甜蝦壽司,甜蝦個頭大大隻,比一般甜蝦大好多,以蝦頭蝦殼煮汁淋上去,係用蝦完成既一貫壽司,入口就係蝦既全部。結尾係北海道海膽魚子飯,海膽同魚子份量十足,配上醋飯既微酸,🐻媽個份大將造成手卷蛋糕慶祝我哋週年紀念,真係細心同窩心。成餐飯大將依然全場停不了口,一邊介紹壽司,一邊同成場客人深度交談,氣氛因大將拉高到極致,真係留連忘返令人,鮨無双的確係🐻最愛既鮨店。鮨 無双 Sushi Musou元朗建德街33-35號時景花園地下9號…Read More

🐻大雞唔食細米,食雞好去處

今日同老婆到銅鑼灣走走逛逛,路過附近剛好肚仔餓,見到大雞食堂個門面大大塊好搶眼,就入去食餐晏仔。見到餐牌主打燒雞扒,當然揀左個招牌葱油燒雞扒撈丁,雞扒入口就食到雞皮燒到脆香,好有香烤味,雞肉唔會好柴,都幾嫩口多汁,望一望廚房係理叫現烤,唔會放到乾哂,值得一讚。葱油撈丁煮到質地彈牙,葱油味適中,味道唔會太搶,恰到好處,份量都好夠。一邊食一邊留意到好多街坊幫襯,同店員有講有笑,充滿人情味,係一間窩心小店。…Read More

熊貓酒店悅來坊可以話係荃灣標誌性建築物,今晚約左好友來到呢度食餐便飯,揀左生記海鮮酒家聚下舊。入到悅來坊上一層就見到酒家,裝修光猛整潔,枱與枱之間好多空間,唔會坐到好迫,酒家仲有個超大電視,扲來睇波真係一流。坐低望下餐牌,見到海鮮種類繁多,醒起門口仲有個大魚缸,一於試下生記既海鮮,即刻同伙記點左幾味菜,一邊傾住計等開飯。先上枱既係蜜汁叉燒皇,例牌都好大份量,每舊叉燒大大舊,食落有焦香味,肉味同蜜糖味都好足,口感軟淋,真係必食之選。咁啱前日大暑又撞正打風,天氣熱到不得了,叫左個八寶海皇燉冬瓜盅解下暑。冬瓜盅味道清甜,冬瓜燉到好淋,飲完真係好舒服,好適合炎夏品嘗。椒鹽焗鮮魷既炸皮同平時食開有啲唔同,輕鬆脆口,魷魚實肉彈牙,絕對係下酒佳品。薑蔥台山桶蠔上到熱辣辣,隻隻蠔蠔肉飽滿,薑蔥味十足,一啲腥味都無。上湯焗龍蝦伊麵龍蝦肉彈牙鮮甜,伊麵口感爽彈,唔會煮得爛溶溶,配上上湯芡汁食,真係食唔停口。龍躉兩味,一個係班腩炒翠肉瓜,腩肉啖啖肉,翠肉瓜爽脆,炒得好入味。另一個係果皮蒸龍躉,龍躉皮食落Q彈,龍躉肉嫩滑有口感,加上果皮豉油添味,食到舔舔脷真係。生記既份量真係足料,我哋三個人叫左幾味餸都食唔哂,埋單食咁多海鮮都係400頭一位,真係物超所值,下次叫多幾個食先得真係。…Read More
