放假日又被阿媽捉左出去,仲走到屯門鬼咁遠去探呀七姨一場去到,當然都要同佢食埋飯先走得,今晚就去左佢樓下附近既呢間餐廳開飯坐低後睇左一陣餐牌,然後就叫左幾款小菜侍應先送黎既就係莆田扁肉湯,味道清中帶有陣陣肉香,唔覺有好多味精咁,愈飲愈好飲,同時每飲完一啖,喉嚨都覺得好舒適,煮得真係唔錯~跟著蝦苗拌頭水紫菜味道亦很清新,細嚼下能食出蝦苗的鮮香,而且紫菜質感亦很細嫩,完全無沙之餘,還很易咬,確實是坊間難以食到,好彩我有堅持叫左阿媽就最鍾意呢碟酥炒芋頭,口感鬆軟香糯,外層微甜,內裡還保留著芋頭原本的清香,口感層次極為豐足,食得出及看得見烹調過程頗為繁複,實屬抵讚的茶式之一而七姨就鍾意食原味燜豆腐,話味道清清地又易入口,同埋又唔多味精咁,用黎送飯就最正,我就覺得好有豆香味,口感好滑,清中帶有鮮甜口味,十分不俗,所以我都食左好多吓我地亦都叫左莆田鹵麵作為主食,送黎時講真個樣唔太靚仔,不過食落又幾好味,麵質唔會煮過頭,咬落去仲幾爽口,湯底濃郁,入面仲有蜆肉及其他海鮮,很足料之餘更鮮味十足,好味道一輛又食又講下就過左2個鐘,呢度坐得都好舒適,下次有機會都可以再黎試吓其他菜式…Read More

今晚放工後約左好友阿H見面食飯,來到旺角行左一陣後,見到有人係街度派呢間餐廳既傳單, 於是就本住一試無妨既心態上左去試吓 坐低後發現原來係任飲放題,正好岩晒我地2個大食怪,而呢度既食物種類選擇都好多,係一輛左睇右睇下,終於都揀左N咁多款,真係好期待呀 先來既有刺身併盤,當中分別有甜蝦、虎蝦、赤貝、三文魚、帶子同油甘魚,單睇個樣唔太差,食落全都好鮮甜又juice,三文魚肥瘦適中,食在嘴內油香四溢,軟糯豐香,甜蝦和虎蝦亦充滿鮮味,肉質彈牙又多膏,確實美味非常,另赤貝也有嚼感之餘,還很是鮮甜,帶子十分厚肉又爽口,口感似牛扒般juice,好食得我食完又再不斷食食食,同時油甘魚更是彈牙又爽甜,所以極速就被我同朋友H掃晒落肚 食完刺身後,又黎左黑松露蟹棒、甜蝦及三文魚壽司,淺嚐一口後發覺黑松露香味極濃,飯身暖香中帶有適量的醋味,開胃得來又極具口感,加上蟹棒、甜蝦及三文魚也甚為鮮甜,食在口中層次感極為豐富!再有的就係照燒雞肉串,每串份量適中,醬汁濃甜,加上淡淡的芝麻清香下,口感豐腴惹味,用作伴著啤酒下一齊食用,口感尤佳,同時亦都好快下又被我地極速KO晒添 之後就到朋友H揀的炸物出場,分別有南蠻炸雞、章魚丸及紫心香芋丸等,侍應送來時全都炸得金香撲鼻,尤其紫心香芋丸就是我的最愛,味道微甜又有口感,咬落又香又軟,而南蠻炸雞就外脆內嫩,當中更留有濃香肉汁,唔使沾取醬汁食用,都極之有味~~身為蕃薯狂熱粉絲的我就梗會食有機甜薯仔串喇 呢度既迷你蕃薯係咪有機我就唔知,但食落確切係啖啖香甜又有口感,所以極速被我食晒,好味得我之後仲多叫左2串添~~後黎我地仲叫埋七味燒雞翼及蜜糖燒雞翼~呢度d雞翼炸得好香脆,又入味,肉質嫩滑之餘都好juice,食落都幾好味,唔錯唔錯!!係一輪狂風掃落葉式食食食後,我地就好滿足又好鬼死飽地走人,今餐都幾好食喇 …Read More

今日黎開上水做野,於是就順便係呢區開餐,行左一陣就入左呢間店開飯去~~入到去後才知道有小菜食外,仲有蒸海鮮食 而酷愛食海鮮既我就梗係要食海鮮喇 跟著我就出左去睇吓d海鮮靚唔靚,之後就叫左幾款海鮮~~~點完海鮮後,侍應就立即為我準備南瓜排骨粥底,好等之後蒸海鮮啲精華會入晒係呢個粥底入面 先黎有我最愛食既花甲皇同貴妃蚌,味道同樣鮮甜,仲非常新鮮,食落肉質彈牙,連埋殼啲水食就更加鮮味,一個字"正"!及後就有美國石蠔,好大隻,肉質軟滑,味道鮮甜多汁,一啖都食唔晒,要分幾啖先食完,抵食!花竹蝦味道就比較淡,要點一點醬料,如果放係第一道菜食比較好,肉質實淨頗有咬勁,都算不過不失~而龍蝦仔就肉味香濃,中等size 但係幾多肉食,肉質鮮嫩,最後拆開隻龍蝦鉗,食埋最厚最濃味塊肉,真係好滿足呀~~!瀨尿蝦肉多殼薄,剪開原隻肉體分離,味道鮮甜肉質爽口彈牙,蝦殼係最有蝦味,所以連蝦殼有少少肉都唔放過,叫咗一人一隻真係唔夠喉。奄仔蟹啲蟹羔仲多過蟹肉,仲要隻隻都係咁多羔,一聞落香味濃郁,食落蟹羔同蟹肉非常可口,一路食就一路等最後主角。最後南瓜排骨粥底個味道就集合左所有海鮮精華,加上我仲放咗半隻奄仔蟹落煲粥淆, 所以碗粥有黃油咁嘅色,充滿海鮮同奄仔蟹嘅鮮甜同香味,食咗兩碗超級飽 總括呢餐真係唔錯,雖然唔算好平,不過辛苦得來至在食,一餐半餐貴少少都ok,今晚好滿足呀~~~~…Read More

本身係潮州人既我,自細就已經成日食潮州菜,一向都幾鐘意食,男朋友知我鍾意,所以今晚就帶左我去旺角食潮洲菜 呢間餐廳地方較細,以露天坐位為主,所以都要等左一陣先有位  坐低後跟住就叫左幾款小菜~第一道係小米餃!樣似魚皮餃,食落煙煙靭靭,有口感,內裡的豬肉餡同魚乾香極之野味,食在口中十分爽口彈牙,一啖一粒,都幾好食~  第二道係自創潮式炒米線!入面夾雜著豬肉和冬菇,咸香四溢,米線亦炒得剛好,唔會太硬又唔會太淋,加埋爽口既新鮮蔬菜,口感尤具層次~第三道係鹵鴨,很入味之餘,仲咸道適中,食在口中甚是滋味,唯一就係切得太細碎,進食時要較小心鴨骨!第四道係豬油渣炒菜心!咸香的豬油渣極之香口惹味,炒出來既菜心,口感爽嫩無比,加上廚師的巧手切工下,令每啖口感更佳,食下食下就好快被我食晒!第五道係巨型脆香手打魚蛋!我男朋友一見到就嘩出聲來,因為真係好巨,食落就好似食緊薯片咁香脆,炸得香口唔太油膩,yummy~~最後係潮汕砂鍋中蟹鮮雞粥!當中既配料係可以自由揀選,我就揀左中蟹同鮮雞,由於製作需時,所以我最先叫,都要最後先食到佢!粥底係潮州粥,有粒粒白米,所以每啖都有嚼感,蟹肉都好鮮甜彈牙,雞件亦好嫩滑鮮甜,夾埋一齊,每啖都係蟹同雞既鮮甜味道,好味得我食完一碗又一碗 食左咁多野埋單差唔多四百幾,都算可以!有機會都會帶埋屋企人黎食過 …Read More

我一向好鍾意食海鮮,所以今日又同左朋友去食蒸海鮮 坐低後,侍應就立即拎個蒸籠黎,動作真係幾快手~~ 餐牌寫既價錢都係以兩計算,而由於我都係唔多識計,所以最後都係交左俾朋友發板  朋友B揀左蒜蓉蒸開邊龍蝦  根據餐牌話蒸五分鐘就得,於是我當然照跟,set好時間後,夠鐘張枱就會震  打開個樣好吸引,鋪滿蒜蓉,熟得岩岩好,食落鮮甜多汁又厚肉~ 朋友H最愛既薑蔥蒸肉蟹一隻就已經有成斤幾重,由於銀兩關係,我地都係揀左一隻試下,但係一隻蟹都已經擺滿成個架,d蟹腳一早已打碎,食既時候很容易,八分鐘後又食得    肉質飽滿之餘,仲好鮮甜多汁,真係正到唔識形容  之後我地仲叫左個瑤柱蛋白炒飯,粒粒白飯都被蛋汁包裹著,而且瑤柱亦很鮮甜,同時仲唔會好油,食在口中好有嚼感,廚師功夫確係唔錯!最後仲有送埋西瓜俾我食,呢餐食得好開心又滿足喔 …Read More
