在瑞樵閣午餐,人稱【小屋】,喜歡半島的香草包很香,牛油又不油膩;各人點了三文魚前菜,我則點了粟米忌廉湯;我是一向不飲粟米忌廉湯的,既然到此地方,一嚐此間製法有何不可!果然非同凡响!濃郁的粟米味加上忌廉,有一些火腿在內,味道截然不同,而且碗 (杯) 不細,足以我慢慢享用。試了對座的三文魚,雖然薄得透明,但味道也很濃郁,果然不應厚切,上面蔬菜新鮮得似剛採摘似的!鄰座說牛仔脷很滑。我選了羊架,嫩滑新鮮,多汁;初看以為份量太少,吃完整碟後發覺已經飽了。再上一個忘記是什麼雪笆,雪笆我也是吃了半島的之後才喜愛上,上面的脆片,似甜又鹹,有質感,不知道是什麼!不過在旁的伴碟郤是很認真的,每一匙的味道都很豐富,再來送上了薑餅和流心朱古力,高質素甜品!!!…Read More

一行六人到達,叫了茶,也請各位試了枱上的合桃及XO醬(空口吃??)。因為預先留了;片皮鴨、老鼠斑、及蝦子柚皮;Vicent 哥到了便再叫桂花梨黑醋排骨、酥薑蜜汁脆鱔球、鮑魚粒雞粒撈飯及百靈菇...。一般都是片皮鴨先上,好讓桌面有足夠空間,雖則鴨皮包在裏面,豐富的層次分得出燒鴨皮味道、香芹味道、醬汁味道...,吃了一份,侍應便跟著遞上另外一碟端到我們的面前,而且從剛才的要求多醬少醬一一分得清清楚楚,確是高水準的服務。跟著上的是桂花梨黑醋排骨,紅色的桂花梨外表極似西瓜,排骨外脆內軟,滿口肉汁,細嚼吞下,加一口桂花梨,滋味極了。酥薑蜜汁脆鱔球,鱔球的外皮比黑醋排骨更脆,鱔身肉厚彈牙,啖淡肉;這兩道菜味濃,但吃下郤有清新感覺,一絶。蝦子柚皮有濃香的蝦子味,在場老人家說;如果去皮時多留一點青綠色的皮,會留多一些柚皮的香味。老鼠斑到了,請各位一試,郤過了火,稍遜色。另有鮑魚粒雞粒撈飯,意外地有很多鮑魚,而且很滑嫩,雞肉也不少。百靈菇也不失為一道好菜,也是多肉之中來一個點綴罷!…Read More

自己不是食家,不是厨師,沒有寫食評的心。只不過遇到好的食物不妨分享;在這裡寫了數篇文字,再寫的話恐怕被覺得是在寫膳稿,所以決定不再對這店寫文字了。不過,要提的是:我最怕吃到味精,這裡沒有;我也怕吃得油膩,這裡也沒有;有湯送,有香茶,多是有緣人,餸菜量多,每次的菜也足夠二人份量,叫一碗飯,兩個人飽足而離開,當然我也不敢浪費一點食物。這裡也對有需要的人免費發飯盒。…Read More

中午前到達接待處,報上名後接待員告知稍等;我等往走廊參觀飾櫃,到走廊盡頭時,一位侍應生走過來我們身邊,然後帶領我們入座;位置是自助餐枱左邊隔屏風的一張窗邊二人枱。第一盤取了一些冷食,煙三文魚有幼滑的感覺,青螺、甜蝦很新鮮,青口沒有渣,另外一些腸類;好吃三文魚的我,因為知道今天要留肚,所以新鮮三文魚只取了一件,以免佔了胃部空間。跟著要了一碗忌廉湯,味道濃郁,合我的要求。之後才要了不同的熟食,如鮑魚、帶子等,當然鮑魚同樣鮮嫩;帶子我比較喜歡清蒸,原來更有新鮮的帶子選擇。香草包可以伴咖哩齊吃。當然柔軟的香草包沾咖哩的確是有點浪費,加牛油已是上乘之選。另外有燒牛仔肉及燒羊腿,牛仔肉是無懈可擊的了,而燒羊腿我是從來沒有吃過如此軟滑的。生果、沙律和甜品都一流,只是芝士餅不是我喜歡的口味。…Read More
