 追番上兩個星期到此處食晏, 時間尚早, 都係排左十至二十分鐘左右, 但係由於新張期內, 所以除基本四款味道拉麵外, 其他一律未有供應. 當日同老肥餅點了鹽味及麵豉(記得佢地最耍家係豬骨湯底, 點解無, 去咗邊???原來最基本個湯底就係呢個湯, 再加其餘味道, 真係失禮). 麵睇落唔算好大碗(一般舖頭D碗都係勁大隻斜晒口), 但食完你會覺得頂到肚喎, 原因就係呢個唔講得笑既湯底-個豬骨湯你會feel到好濃郁, 好滑, 但"正"在唔會覺得好膩, 比味千個個平實但又更突出(係咪好詭異), 麵質亦會就番, 由於豬骨湯較耐熱(多謝老肥餅提點), 初初食會較硬身, 但食到中段開始會覺得好適中, 但去到尾又唔會好腍(因為湯已經隨時間降溫). 另配菜叉燒唔會太大塊, 肥瘦各半好得手. 整體實在好好味(好耐無食過一碗令人感動既拉麵喇)~~…Read More

 以前此店在餅餅公司樓下,轉咗過嚟食過兩次晚飯,兩次都有深刻印象. 第一次食咗香焗冬蔭公海鮮飯(加$5竹蔗水),炭燒豬頸肉湯米粉,香蒜炒泰國菜苗.第二次呢鱆魚雞粒竹筒飯(跟竹蔗水),砂鍋碗仔翅,沙爹牛柳絲炒腸粉,又係香蒜炒泰國菜苗. 首先,焗飯個冬蔭公汁真心覺得好好味,好有香茅及酸辣味,唔會太稀或太稠,色水靚,從來未食過咁有heart既焗飯汁,配埋魚塊,尤魚,蜆仔,蝦同個飯底都好有水準,一向對焗飯汁抱有成見及厭惡既我,呢次真可算係“破冰之旅”.同樣鱆魚雞粒個飯底又係好得,煙煙韌韌有咬口,又唔會太乾太濕.但初見D鱆魚切到好細碎咁舖係雞粒上面覺得怪怪的,不過食落覺得仍有香味及趙頭.另一覺得好好食既係牛柳絲炒腸粉,事關色香味都兼顧得唔錯,尤其煎到金黃既腸粉,質地厚薄適中,質素不俗,加埋表面唔燶既炸花生(但好脆口),香辣有緻既沙爹汁,係牛柳絲過分加粉(質感太滑略嫌唔夠肉味),但竟然有洋蔥粗絲及西椒絲都算認真,雖然賣$39略貴,但各方兼顧得宜故尚可接受.說回跟餐之竹蔗水,又係覺得有heart之作.啖落清甜,有粒粒紅蘿蔔及馬蹄,小店能於此細微位着眼我是會加分的.其餘碗仔翅,菜苗及炭燒豬頸肉也是不錯的.有感而發,作為一間好既食肆,有時我會諗,其實最關鍵都係個厨既手勢,咁會唔會有D舖好完一輪之後變差,係因為佢跳槽(可能有食客係老闆,試過好嘢就撬咗個厨走)都唔出奇,而且間舖搬咗嚟比較格涉既街(所以食到好食一定要宣揚吓),如果間舖生意又唔多,份糧又唔多,真係除非個厨係老闆之一(但都有可能退股),咁就做成有人辭官歸故里,有人漏夜趕科場(D食肆),惡性循環,物競天擇,受苦又係我地一眾食友.…Read More

 噚日瞓到點幾鐘,老肥一場嚟到,梗係去探吓好耐無幫趁既雙豬反加水晶涼粉. 雙豬反(肉燥底)$32跟餐有涼粉有嘢飲,是日因病到傻傻吓,都係食D清清地,嗌咗時菜冬菇雞絲米線$17(下午茶餐跟涼粉).雖然去到已經3點幾,但雙豬係熱賣,所以個燒肉皮都係脆卜卜,點都忍唔住食咗一嚿,好好味.至於我個米線都唔差,時菜係椰菜,本人好鐘意食啱晒口味,估唔到個冬菇雞絲整得都好有heart,食到有酒醃過,雞絲就算係雪藏過都處理得好好,兩樣都做得好香好味,米線粗身雖然唔夠滑身,但起碼夠稔但未到一口粉,都算合格.總括咁既價錢,算係物超所值,千祈唔好摺埋呀!!…Read More

  嚟呢度食咗五、六次,今次終於唔要食開的黃金蝦,轉咗豉油皇干煎蝦,肉質水準一如以往夠新鮮及鮮甜,個豉油皇芡其實可以再收得乾身D,但味道唔錯有層次,所以都收貨.當然吃呢味菜係要連殼食先夠滋味,相比起黃金蝦可能個咸蛋芡過濕,蝦又泡油泡得唔夠乾身,通常都係較"摻"口,是晚對家兩批人也見拆咗唔少蝦殼出嚟.  胡椒大蜆煲係近呢兩次有點之菜式,上次食過番尋味,但今次是略為失色,沒有中芹踪影,雖湯底仍有夠香之黑胡椒味(頗重手夠辣),但味相對較寡,整體上次由蜆以至湯頭都十分出色,今次是有些失望.  另點了西蘭花班片,魚肉沒有散開之閉病,沒有大問題.  菠蘿咕嚕肉,小菜館來說以是可接受的程度,絕不能與港大校友會之質素相比.  整體來說是間有誠意之小菜館.…Read More

 今年小妹生日, 選了這裏作為慶祝場地, 其實地方沒有想像中細, 反而這樣骨子的蠻有外國小館情調, 一室相片畫作postcard, 很有氣氛. 今天和餅肥先來點小吃, 喝喝house wine, 風乾火腿當然不能算最好, 但以份量計和蜜桃, 水牛芝士, 車厘茄加橄欖油黑醋來吃, 是個很不錯的Appetizers. 再加個意式蒜香銀魚蕃茄醬爆鮮大蝦球, 蝦球面頭那濃稠的醬汁味道很不錯, 配蒜茸包吃也不俗. 點了紅白酒各一杯(house wine), 白酒雪得夠凍味道較fruity, 相比紅酒是好一點.  吃吃喝喝影影相後, 點了一客安格斯牛扒配雜菜, 要了medium rare, 但來到是熟了點, 還有碟子沒有事先加熱, 來到是擱涼了點, 賣相不太討好, 但吃起來那芥茉汁混雜很多磨菇片還是好吃的, 肉質也可以, 如果燒烤味道再香一點會更好. 另外那個蒜片白酒汁大蜆天使麵我倆也覺不錯, 雖然製法不是一般醬汁意粉, 白酒汁也略為多了點, 吃到尾有點像湯麵, 但一看大蜆應是外國貨, 肉質鮮味, 份量很多, 天使麵咬口程度也可接受, 賣相不夠精緻但抵食. 據聞此處甜品比很多酒店還要做得好, 當然要試試我的favour-Traditional Creme Burlee, 這裏有Ginger or Vanille favour, 點了後者, 甫上桌賣相挺吸引, 二話不說和餅肥瓜分, 原來這裏會在燉蛋裏加Rum酒, 雖略歉搶去蛋香但又覺很滋味, 面頭那層焦糖做得很好, 略厚的很脆很焦香, 配合充滿雲呢拿籽及酒香的蛋漿實在是很好的ending.  作為壓軸環節,這裏是恰如其份的有這種氣派.來這裏吃過一次tea buffet,但夜晚的浪漫柔和氣氛和下午的熱鬧完全是兩碼子的事. 我和小肥選了“Antipasto Buffet”,main course我點了意大利雲吞配cotton cheese & parma ham$238,餅餅小肥選的是Cod filet$268,配Gelato/cake/coffee/tea. 先來麵包,小肥要了Cheese twist,我則點了Cheese crispy,以後者較為特別,充滿細密的香味.頭盤Buffet主要以蔬菜、海鮮(尤多魚類)為主,熱食有一款茄醬燴雜菜,魚類則有煙三文,較特別有石斑香草醋醃,肉質爽彈有咬口,但只驚鴻一瞥,好像沒有再翻出,幸好沒有走漏.當晚以炒香菇,Sun Dried Tomato,甚至乎鋪在三文魚面頭的生洋蔥尤其好吃,車厘茄確實渾圓甜美. 吃了四輪頭盤,是時候吃主菜,單看賣相無甚特別,但吃罷真的確實覺得意大利雲吞很新鮮,食出Home made神髓,配個香濃不膩的cheese,再配上parma ham碎塊,現在還很回味呢!Cod filet則略嫌不夠肥美,但整體尚算不俗. 由於太飽的關係,我的雲吞還要打包拿走(waitress很好的主動問我要不要pick up),所以最後只點了coffee(早知留肚食蛋糕,蝕咗)終結此7週年紀念. 同意樓下位仁兄,我都覺得嗰晚個Manager唔太有禮貌,無乜笑容,又唔夠殷勤,木口木面咁,答完嘢即走開,但反而有個waitress幾好(就係幫我pick up嘢個位),有笑容又夠主動.…Read More

 今晚同老餅肥在此吃晚餐,時為7時,但竟然無人等位,剛入門口更有兩人剛埋單(實在是吉兆).看看menu,除了預定吃吞拿魚扒飯和燒鯖魚定食外,其實想叫小食,但有茫無頭緒,終於只叫了這兩客. 首先來了吞拿魚扒飯定食,賣相果然對板,雖則魚扒略細件,但滿滿的蓋着連飯也看不見,兼看得出充滿油份的,食落果然連平時不太喜吃吞拿魚的我也不停叫好味.但略嫌醬汁多了點,但整體實在太好味.玉子不夠嫩滑,但配菜芝麻醬汁豆角很爽脆好味,麵豉湯也夠熱,總括來說以小店水準已算合格有餘($88). 約五六分鐘後(落單時侍應有交帶說會遲約十分鐘),燒鯖魚定食也奉上,果然真如小肥看那些照片一樣"大大件",兼且燒得十分靚仔,很有食慾.唔,夾起脆脆外皮及魚肉,那些油份便不受控的漏出來,食落口很juice及香口,$58實在太超值了,配着那口珍珠飯實在有幸福的感覺,加上和以上一樣的玉子&配菜&麵豉湯,如果細食其實兩個人share都得. 由於小肥那個飯是略為細的關係,所以追加了一個明太子飯團,端上來是個個子大大的,賣相不俗,但食落略覺太大件不方便,建議可弄兩個細點份量會更好,明太子沒太突出,基本上不會再encore這個($18). 另加10%…Read More

 星期六晩天氣凍凍地,同蛇肥嚟咗打邊爐.呢度地方細細,真係幾有私房feel,而D櫈就好似卡拉Ok房個D咁,但骨骨子子唔阻訂又幾好坐,整體感覺幾似去咗人地屋企打邊爐咁. 一坐低送咗兩盅(三份一份量)當晚既老火湯底比我地試真先叫,除咗胆拖既鯊魚骨湯,就係我地點咗既眉豆雞腳湯$68,盅湯感覺略淡,但上嚟嗰煲真係好甜,有好多隻細細既雞腳,好好味.其實之前覺得咪又係番茄薯仔湯呀,莞茜皮蛋湯呀個D咁無乜特別啫,但係食落又真係幾唔同,淥出嚟既野食同個湯夾到之餘,又真係無咁燥火,一邊淥一邊飲吓老火湯好新奇.前菜係一碟鮑片(小女子食開覺得呢D其實唔係素鮑魚都只會係螺片),不過都算小有. 是晚我地叫咗:(1)特級雪花肥牛(送坑腩粒)$98,個牛真係好鬼得,唔似食開個D美國肥牛咁,呢D質感較raw有咬口又有肉味,平時唔太熱衷呢味但都追住食,推介.但本人唔太欣賞牛坑腩粒,有筋黐牙唔夠大粒,不過可能因為送既關係,唔知散叫會唔會好食D;(2)花甲王$48,類似大蜆,鮮甜,淥得耐都唔會無晒味,又係推介;(3)三寶丸$38(手打墨丸,泰式牛丸,泰式豬肉丸)首推墨丸,細細粒,但有鮮甜味,又係有咬口,推推推介;牛丸同豬肉丸都唔差,本人最怕食溝粉個隻,但呢度既好味又唔會死實實,呢個價錢有三樣好抵;(4)肉燕餃$36,薄薄豬肉皮包肉餡,肉餡內有馬蹄粒,又香又爽;(5)小白菜$25份量多大棵兼嫩,掛埋個湯好好食;(6)竹笙$18索晒湯又係無得頂;(7)芋絲$18又係爽爽口連湯食好健康(8)竹筒飯(免費)當見你食到差唔多埋尾,佢地會自動自覺送個飯埋嚟比你撈湯食,初頭都覺得食唔到幾多,但食食吓又得喎,個飯煮得煙韌,唔係爛pat pat,送埋個湯一齊食,越食又越想食,有"趙"頭又有飯香,終於一人自隊大半筒,餅肥見我狀態奇佳都不禁嘖嘖稱奇,食得實在暢快. 覺得老闆真係幾細心,送湯試味啦,中途侍應會幫你畢吓浮係湯面D油泡啦,送坑腩粒啦,竹筒飯咁,又有大電視睇啦(但後排位會睇唔到),仲有發現挨玻璃窗坐對面個塊牆上面有排掛鈎,係方便當你一枱坐滿人,咁D褸呀袋呀就可以掛晒上去,唔洗坐得咁辛苦,真係好好,諗起去日本時去築地食壽司D細舖頭都係咁,唔錯!! 仲見到老闆係條走廊度玩搖控直昇機,真係羡慕,我都幾想係佢~~…Read More

 記得上次一心諗住嚟試下,但失望而回,之後檢討可能無叫呢度最得手既懷舊菜,所以今次再來一次,果然好好多喎... 訂位時已經落咗:金錢雞X2:果然好得,我地兩兜友企係出面等位時,透過玻璃見到,嘩,視覺上好蜜汁,好潤吓,見舊冰肉厚厚身,係咪真係好肥既呢?但一上枱,見面層有片薄薑,跟住雞膶,叉燒,冰肉,得伙記問問,一件開兩,一口咬落去,呵呵呵,雖然我夾個件雞膶得DD,但係都好食到個陣香滑濃郁味道,同埋一定.....係一定要一啖有晒四款野,你會覺得好神奇真係4in1,分到四種口感,但味道同質感又會咁夾.小妹及肥Dee第一次食,先明白點解各食友都話要食幾件先夠,真真回味!!!!($13/件)蝦子柚皮:又係好野,試過出面食肆,印象中都係得苦澀同埋唔明點解成日都話呢味係好野,原來只係未遇到做得好既食肆.柚皮鬆化,夾開唔係話會爛晒覺得霉烚烚個隻,feel到有纖維個型仲係晒度,再浸浸個鯪魚骨湯芡,即刻索晒味,食落唔會得死鹹,好鬼得,好好味,好鐘意!!!($42)太爺雞:等咗成半粒鐘,好彩係真係好值得等,一嚟當然揀舊有皮有肉有筋好咬口既雞腿骨後截,唔,個陣煙熏味確係惹味,層皮勁香一定要食埋,難得雞肉入味又唔嚡,但真係食多幾舊係幾覺咸,但人一世物一世,入嚟得龍無食過呢味真係幾遺憾.($80/半隻) 除咗食物,亦都係我會選擇到這裡吃飯的原因,我都確係有鋪鐘意舊舖癮,D伙記好好人得嚟會覺得有人情味,有D土炮feel,人大咗,好鐘意幫趁呢D舖頭,好想佢可以一代一代咁留落嚟....…Read More
