記得第一次食醬油蟹已經係好多年前喺韓國食,而家喺香港都可以食到喇。餐廳內部嘅設計令人覺得好似身處韓國咁,有韓國店員接待,好有地道風味同埋特色。任食套餐係60分鐘嘅,店員推介咗我哋食雌蟹,雌蟹體型雖然較雄蟹細,但佢肉質緊實,蟹膏較為濃郁。首先店員會將全部菜式都上一次先,醬油蟹,第一碟一次雌蟹,之可無限追加公蟹,而無限追加的蟹就沒有蟹殼。雌蟹蟹肉飽滿,搭配特製的醬油醬汁,味道濃郁,帶有微微的甜味。蟹的鮮味在醬汁的襯托下,味道好突出。之後由於其他食物太豐富嘅關係,我哋都冇再追加公蟹,建議嚟食任食醬油蟹嘅朋友要留肚食啊。烏冬炒年糕烏冬的滑順與年糕的嚼勁形成了絕妙的對比,搭配新鮮的蔬菜和香噴噴的醬料,讓整道菜色彩繽紛,香氣四溢。炸雞 炸雞係原味炸雞,外皮金黃酥脆,咬下去時能感受到裡面的肉汁四溢,味道鮮美。年糕香腸串 年糕香腸串係一道好吸引人的小吃,年糕的柔韌與香腸的香氣相互融合,口感獨特。每一串都經過精心烤製,外脆內軟。紫菜飯 紫菜飯,搭配新鮮的配料,清爽的口感為整頓餐點畫上了完美的句號。紫菜的鹹香與米飯的細膩,讓人感受到海洋的氣息。罐裝飲料可以有唔同嘅汽水選擇。我哋再追加咗支啤酒,啤酒配炸雞係必然嘅選擇。另外,我們加了$99,追加了一個韓牛烤腸,配料10分豐富,有薯仔片,南瓜,韓牛,牛腸仲有香腸。韓牛味道好濃,肉質鮮嫩,油脂分布均勻。烤腸的外層焦脆,內部則保持多汁,帶有濃郁的肉香和微微的煙燻味。這一餐我們真的感受到食材嘅鮮味,從醬油蟹的鮮甜到炸雞的酥脆,每一道菜都展現了廚師的用心與創意。…Read More

上次吃過這間餐廳的食物,感覺非常好,食物好有水準,所以又再帶家人來吃這家餐廳。喜歡這間餐廳的佈置,位置寬闊,空間感十足,被安排了位置,都幾舒服。今次試左啲扒餐,可以選擇用碟上或者是鐵板上。我們當然係選擇鐵板上,係本地特式,又可以感受汁料倒左鐵板的聲音和熱氣,好有氣氛。揀了兩個扒餐,一個是名字較特別的免翁牛柳,另一個是紐西蘭西冷。餐湯是羅宋湯,湯味濃郁,有濃濃既番茄香味。加上不同種類嘅雜菜,都幾健康。兩份牛扒我們都選擇了黑椒汁,上枱時店員會即時在你面前倒上汁醬,很享受汁醬倒下來的聲響,好有香港特色。免翁牛柳原來免翁牛柳是牛排的一種,為位於牛隻腰部的肉,在牛腰肉的末端。這個部位不是負重的肌肉,結締組織比較少而較軟嫩,被認為是牛肉最嫩的部位。每頭牛只有少量,所以價錢比較貴一點。紐西蘭西冷紐西蘭地理位置獨立偏遠,有著「與世隔絕」的地理優勢,所以呢度出產嘅牛肉質量都係不錯的。想不到用茶餐廳嘅價錢都可以享受到高質素嘅食材。今次食到的牛扒性價比都好高呀,肉質新鮮,質量很好。七成的熟度都可以令牛肉保持軟嫩,熟度拿捏得很好,牛肉味濃。隨餐亦付上很豐富的配菜,有雜菜亦有薯角,十分滿足😌最後叫咗兩杯嘢飲,都係香港比較較有特色的飲品 - 凍鮮檸檬茶, 檸檬片份量很多,茶底濃。紅豆冰的淡奶和紅豆嘅比例恰到好處,紅豆煮得很入味和軟糯。…Read More

本人係Fish and Chips 嘅愛好者,經常去不同的餐廳食炸魚薯條。今次的餐廳我已經食完再食,原來佢另外開咗間分店喺上環,所以就去試吓。老闆好耐心咁為我哋介紹食物,我哋叫咗兩個午餐。午餐包括前菜、主菜和飲品,都好豐富。餐廳好多款的食物都是自家製作的,真的十分欣賞店主食物的付出。兩款前菜:自家製炸鹹鱈魚蓉配沙律 Homemade Cod Brandade Croquettes w/Salad第一次品嚐咸鱈魚,鹹鱈魚肉質都幾實在,鹹鹹地,配上脆卜卜嘅外皮,份外香脆,又有鹹香味,幾特別。炸鮮蘑菇沙律炸絲蘑菇外層香脆,內裏軟熟多汁,老闆還很貼心加了蒜頭在蘑菇內,蘑菇的香味吐出淡淡的蒜香。兩款前上沙律,蔬菜新鮮爽脆。餐廳主打烤雞和炸魚薯條,當然每樣來一客啦。炸魚薯條,我們選擇了來自格陵蘭島的大比目魚 - Halibut (Greenland)。大比目魚魚肉鮮嫩,口感滑順。外層金黃酥脆的麵衣與魚肉的鮮美形成了完美的對比,每一口都令人回味無窮。薯條則是炸至外脆內軟,搭配上特製的塔塔醬,增添了風味,讓整道菜色更加豐富。老闆說加一些醋更好食。烤雞半隻配粟米烤雞半隻外皮香脆,肉質多汁,調味適中,讓人一口接一口。搭配的新鮮粟米,帶來清甜的口感,與雞肉的濃郁味道相得益彰。配搭兩杯自家製嘅梳打飲品 - 檸檬梳打和海鹽檸檬梳打, 好清爽。檸檬罌粟籽蛋糕最後真係食到意猶未盡,在老闆的介紹下我們在點了一道甜品。蛋糕看上去好像普通牛油蛋糕,但其實是十分驚喜。蛋糕的質地輕盈柔軟,香氣四溢,檸檬的酸甜恰到好處。罌粟籽的添加,不僅增添了視覺上的美感,還帶來微妙的口感層次。除蛋糕附上的檸檬醬更加係畫龍點睛,用上檸檬皮和檸檬果肉製成,老闆說製作這個點醬是經過多重工序,去除檸檬皮的酸澀味, 十分考功夫的。這個蛋糕實在是重點必食呀!…Read More

剛好有朋友從遠方嚟,去到蘭桂坊,飲嘢之前想帶佢試吓地道嘅香港美食,發現小巷入邊有一間串燒店,就帶佢去試吓。去到餐廳發現生啤做緊買一送一,好抵飲。一於叫返兩杯啤啤佢。餐牌好吸引,每樣嘢都想試吓,叫咗以下幾樣食物:燒芝士年糕融化的芝士與年糕的Q彈令人一試難忘,搭配一些香草,增添了清新的口感。川燒蒜蓉茄子茄子被燒至香滑,蒜蓉的濃郁香氣彌漫,口感豐富。和牛棒(配松露一口飯)和牛棒的肉質嫩滑,搭配松露一口飯,店員說要一同放入口,真是提升了整體的風味。 川燒活元貝新鮮的活元貝經過燒烤處理,肉質鮮美,海味十足。蒜蓉燒日本廣島蠔(兩只)廣島蠔的鮮甜搭配蒜蓉的香氣,味道10分配襯。 鹽燒白鱔白鱔被鹽燒至金黃酥脆,肉質彈牙,配上少許檸檬汁,口感更加清新。麻辣雞軟骨雞軟骨的口感讓人驚喜,麻辣味道濃郁,每一口都充滿了香辣的刺激。鹽燒豚肉荔枝卷豚肉包裹著荔枝,甜中帶鹹,口感獨特,係其中一款我欣賞的菜式。七味汁燒豬大腸豬大腸的嚼勁十足,七味汁的香辣滋味令人著迷。鹽燒豬肋肉(稀有部位)這道稀有部位的肋肉,肉質鮮嫩多汁,鹽燒的火候掌握得恰到好處。鹽燒A4宮崎和牛A4級的宮崎和牛,肉質滑嫩,油花分佈均勻,口感極佳。惹味蜜糖燒三黃雞全翼蜜糖的甜味與燒烤的香氣交織,雞翼外皮酥脆,內裡鮮嫩,最特別係用上咗三黃雞,比較少見,雞味比較香濃。這間餐廳絕對值得一試,加上佢哋貼心嘅服務,每台客人都準備了新鮮的檸檬角,為串燒提味不少,外地來嘅朋友都讚口不絕。…Read More
