有驚喜的半自助餐

以為好遠,原來地鐵站落車行一陣就到酒店餐廳,到達酒店大堂之後上一樓就到左今晚我地食半自助餐的地方。地方好乾淨整潔,服務亦都好好,半自助餐相當豐富,先來我地要左香煎鵝肝多士,每人可以享用一客或要半隻龍蝦,香煎鵝肝真係好好味,外脆內軟,入口油香滿瀉,配埋脆多士一齊食口感好好。跟住,再黎飲左一盅燉湯,花旗蔘燉雞湯,個湯火喉十足,第一啖湯已經飲到花旗蔘的甘味,湯品清甜,一人份量岩岩好。之後就開始享用外面的自助餐部分,刺身食左帶子,三文魚同油甘魚,整體味道不錯,最喜歡呢到個油甘魚,魚質爽口略帶油香。令人驚喜仲有蟹腳同生蠔任食,蟹肉紮實鮮甜,生蠔是法國的,但味道卻是最近食過最好食的法國生蠔,生蠔蠔肉爽口,味道具有海水味及甜味。除此之外,都幾受歡迎係巴拿馬火腿,咸咸香香配蜜瓜同食,味道相當夾。自助餐部分食物整體水準很不錯,到了主菜部分,同樣令我們相當滿意,我這個牛魔王當然選牛的菜式,肉眼扒要左7成熟,肉味不錯,最喜歡牛肉入口富肉汁,肉質軟林嫩滑,份量恰好。甜品方面,款式也有不少款的,由於太飽,食唔落太多甜品,云云相中試左幾款,甜品質素較為普通,最不錯係意大利芝士餅。…Read More

今晚起荃灣食左呢個晚市放題,入座後限時食2小時,平日時間7:30到,已經差不多全場滿座,吸引的地方一個價錢可以任飲任食,刺身,火鍋,甜品,熟食樣樣有,食物是自助為主的,只有少部分食物是下單。牛肩胛肉眼,牛肉不錯,油花不多,以肉味為主。而美國肥牛,脂肪較多,入口較香,肉味相對牛肩胛肉眼無咁濃。海鮮部分,最喜歡是沙白,鮮甜無沙,肉質鮮嫩,另外蠔肉同樣值得食,蠔肉蠔身不算大,但蠔味卻十足。飲品方面,有各式各樣的汽水,紙包飲品,酒,連支裝熱維他奶及花茶都有。由於都食到好飽了,所以甜品部分就淺嘗了少部分,最喜歡是芝麻味的奶凍,同埋自助乳酪,乳酪配料有很多款式。…Read More

有驚喜 西班牙豬手
