我食野好簡單,要求唔高,亦只識得分 - 好食,普普通通,難食。幸運地,咁大個人都好少話食到真係難食嘅野,我諗,如果連我都覺得難以入口,咁就真係好得人驚了!

今日又是中午及下午都有聚會,還是在附近找食的比較穩陣。老婆搜尋了一輪之後,決定選隆記茶室。隆記店子很小,大概只有 7至8 張細檯吧,而且擺放得很密集,要盡用每寸地方呢。橙紅色的架子,深色的桌椅,甚是搶眼。坐下一看,餐牌上食物的名字很有噱頭:地上最強加上翻啅,真的很有氣勢。我和太太都貪過癮,分別叫了翻啅雞脾茄膏炒飯以及地上最強鮮茄焗豬扒飯,還加錢要了杯雪榚紅豆冰。朋友則叫了鮮茄繪牛脷意粉和粟米班塊飯。我的餐飲是咖啡,香氣芬芳,味道不算太濃,奶夠滑但比例略多,搶了咖啡應有的味道。究竟翻啅雞脾有幾值得「翻啅」呢?雞脾飯的碟子攞放很簡潔,一邊是炒飯,另一邊是雞脾,壁壘分明,彷彿是要突出雞脾的桀驁不群?雞脾表皮色澤很美,啡啡黃黃的,油光閃亮。一口咬下去,雞皮有點甜甜鹹鹹的味道,但雞肉郤很淡,而且肉質稍乾,食落沒甚麼味道。茄膏炒飯倒是很好吃,夠乾身,每粒飯都均勻地沾上了茄膏,茄味濃郁。飯裡郤又加了菠蘿,令口感變得很清新。至於地上最強的豬扒飯,賣相倒是先聲奪人,碟上竟有原隻剝皮蕃茄,即時予人好感。豬扒皮脆肉嫩,飯的茄汁味則比較淡,原隻剝皮蕃茄是有睇頭,但茄汁味本身不夠香濃,郤令整件事失色了。粟米班腩飯郤給了我們一個驚喜,班腩大大塊,魚肉味鮮,腩塊爽口唔會淋巴巴,亦唔會啖啖粉,值得一讚。…Read More

中午上完聚會,下午又有講座,近近地搵間茶餐廳醫飽個肚才是上策。雖然這裡有不少食肆,但老婆似乎都不太滿意,還想到遠一點的地方去。我說時間不多了,隨便就近選一間吧。老婆也沒堅持,隨便就選了新潤記。新潤記最引起我注意的是它的招牌「記潤新潤記」,雖然不知道想表達甚麼,但都幾有趣。這裡店面雖然不大,但坐位也算不少,雖然是排得密密麻麻的,有些座位甚至很難進入,但總算是可容納一定數量的人客。我和太太都選了午餐,她叫的是肉絲炒烏冬,我則叫了一客煎蛋肉醬意粉。老婆的烏冬先上,碟子很大,份量也多,顏色不是很深,感覺上不太油膩。由於老婆細食,我也幫忙著吃了少許,肉絲比較乾,味道較清淡,但確是沒有油淋淋的情況,還可以接受。至於我的煎蛋肉醬意粉,也是同樣的大大碟,茄汁很甜,是傳統的茶餐廳味道,煎蛋稍為老了點,沒甚麼蛋汁,而且望落很細塊,應該是隻小雞蛋吧。意粉不會太淋,甚至有少量被炒濃,甚為惹味,但始終是比較乾了點。不過,吃罷一個午餐,一定夠飽就是了。…Read More

早上要搞裝修,搞掂晒 d野都到下午茶時間了。沒甚麼胃口,便到小蜜蜂叫了一客雞脾沙律,飲熱奶茶。小蜜蜂店裡不算大,有長檯,有卡位,位置都很貼近。快快脆脆食個快餐沒所謂,如果打算姿姿柔柔歎番陣,就不太適合了。不過這裡有一樣好,就是可直接泊車在店外,雖然偶然要走鬼,但已是十分方便。雞脾沙律不算大碟,但雞脾本身很足料,原整的一隻脾,厚肉,炸得皮脆內嫩,更有肉汁流轉,非常美味。沙律是傳統的茶餐廳雜果沙律,份量適中,醬汁濃烈,酸甜度調較得恰到好處,與雞脾實在是絕配。熱奶茶普普通通,茶香奶滑,算是交足貨了。但是有一點要一提,可能因為這裡的茶餐廳已買少見少,小蜜蜂差不多是獨市生意了,有點唔憂做吧。侍應的態度相對比較差,呼叫他們時總有點愛理不理,落單稍慢即表現出不耐,還會叫你想好先叫他,然後走左去。不過,喺街坊茶記,這種態度倒是見怪不怪了。…Read More

和同事一起午飯食 food court, 最大的好處莫過於同檯食飯,但大家食嘅野可以南轅北轍,天南地北共冶一爐。大食代佔地很廣,除了天橋入口處右邊是茶水部之外,就只有中間的一排排食店,室內放滿桌椅,午飯時間也不會很擠擁。今天我選了「一本日式蛋包飯」的扇貝雞扒蛋包飯,附麵豉湯,我再加幾塊錢跟了杯熱奶茶。熱奶茶是要拿著發票到門口的茶水部兌換。茶水部的服務員很快手,兩三下手勢便沖好一杯熱辣辣的奶茶。拿著奶茶找個位子坐下,再等約 7-8 分鐘,我的蛋包飯也做好了。蛋包飯是放在鐵板上的,但鐵板不是很熱,上面還有兩粒扇貝以及幾片雞扒。蛋包飯比想像中小,扁扁的一塊,炒蛋不夠幼滑,不過醬汁倒是很多,味道豐富。扇貝都幾大粒,但味道偏淡,而且溫度不夠熱,像擺放了一段時間。雞扒倒是中規中距,有香味,雞肉亦不會過韌。比較令我覺得困擾的是:鐵板上有很多油,濕漉漉的,感到非常膩口。熱奶茶是整個午餐最差的部份,奶還奶茶還茶,奶不香茶不濃,混在一起味道怪怪的,一點也不好受。…Read More

同事 last day, 行到去永光樓下唔知食乜好,佢突然話諗起好耐冇食白木屋,於是大家就行樓梯上去,準備完成呢個午飯集團嘅完美句號。白木屋相對於永光中心其他的食肆較為方便,因為可於大堂外由樓梯直達,不一定要等電梯。店內近窗位置間著一個個房間,而中間大廳放滿桌子,每張桌子都有三面屏風擋隔,甚具私隱。這裡採用平版來落單,但亦有實體菜單提供,方便大家選擇食物。我選了一客「石燒越光玄米豆乳意式飯」,同事們則選了兩份「健康定食」。這裡的飯食都有跟麵豉湯,沙律及小食。落單後不久,同事的健康定食先送上來,有魚生,有燒魚,有燉蛋,有菜,有豆腐,樣樣有些很是豐富。至於我的豆乳意式飯,送上來時就很有勢頭,鍋中的湯非常滾燙,還在一個個波波的噗噗亂跳。我怕湯飯太熱,所以先吃小食和沙律。小食是凍豆腐,冰冰冷冷的很醒神,味道清淡,但食落郤覺豆味隱含其中,韻味深長。沙律是普通的雜菜,份量不多,沙律汁很濃很杰,不是我杯茶。麵豉湯比較稀,味道淡。意式飯的豆乳汁沒我想像中咁杰,感覺比較似湯飯,但味道倒也濃郁,而且彷彿有陣陣豆奶味,很是有趣。飯粒渾渾圓圓,很有咬口。鍋內有些菇或菌,還有一些雜碎的海鮮,如蜆肉,蝦仔那類,味道倒也很是豐富。別看它的鍋身不是很大,原來頗有深度,吃罷後已覺非常滿足。…Read More

在灣仔銅鑼灣找平價午餐真的越來越困難,百合谷的午餐,由 $34, $37... 到現在 $41 我都一樣咁支持。今天又來到我們的飯堂了,店子作長方形,裝修非常簡單,桌椅擺放得很密集。當中以四人檯為主,但接近餐廳尾部有兩張 6 人圓桌,而最後的舞台上更有 8-10 人的大檯。百合谷每天都有不同的套餐選擇,以一星期為界,全列在餐牌上,若看到那一天有自己喜歡的菜式,便可計劃到來進食。今天我選的是 A餐:咖哩豬扒蟹餅飯,跟湯及熱奶茶。這裡上菜很快,不一會就把 A餐端上來了。餐湯味道清清的,可看到當中有甚麼材料。咖哩有著淡淡的咖哩味,不會太濃,只是有點綴的作用。豬扒頗大塊,不算很厚,肉質不算鮮嫩,但也不會太過堅韌。蟹餅其實有點像蟹球,大大圓圓的很有趣,沒有很強的蟹味,但質感還是不錯的。套餐飯量很足,是一定會夠飽的。…Read More

老婆話今日要食日本野,喺屋企附近,最實惠又多花款嘅就非和氣莫屬了。自從上次裝修之後,店內光猛了很多,感覺也比以前乾淨整潔。雖然桌子還是簡簡單單的放兩邊,但這應該算是最實際的擺放方法吧。這裡午餐有很多選擇,可以算是花多眼亂。另外,除了主菜套餐以外,加十塊錢便可多兩客小食,真的非常抵玩。我叫了一客咖哩豬扒飯,另加沙律及炸雞小食;老婆則叫了一個黑豚軟骨烏冬,加三文魚壽司及薯角做小食。咖哩豬扒飯:豬扒大大塊,厚肉,外皮脆,內裡肉質唔會乾或硬,唯一美中不足是沒有甚麼肉汁。至於咖哩,香味不濃,味道稍淡。沙律:小小的一碟,有幾種蔬菜,還算新鮮。醬汁是普通的醋,不算特別。炸雞:有兩件,還有蔬菜墊底。雞塊大小適中,炸得很香口,雞肉也沒有變得很乾,算是不錯。黑豚軟骨烏冬:碗內材料不少,烏冬頗滑,黑豚軟骨感覺有點似牛筋腩,湯汁不太夠熱,味道不算突出。薯角:大大的一篼,原來有蔬菜墊底。薯角厚度剛好,入口啖啖薯肉,熱辣辣的很香脆,又不會顯得乾身,是好吃的小食。三文魚壽司:味道淡淡的,普普通通。* 唔覺唔覺,食完主菜加埋小食,竟然甚是飽肚,非常滿足!…Read More

今天是歡送同事的大日子,我們早早就出發到 school food攞位。到達接待處才發現原來有 75 分鐘還檯的限制,由於不同部門的午飯時間不盡相同,我們只好等待第二批同事也抵達才進入餐廳。這裡是開放式的設計,在入口外便能看見正在進食的一檯檯客人。但當服務員帶領我們走到內進,便發現原來別有洞天。在 bar檯後面還有不小空間,兩邊擺放著一排排的桌椅,即使我們有十幾人,也只是佔了一邊的位置。我們叫了很多東西,比較有印象的是 - 八爪魚飯:八爪魚份量不算多,飯也只有小半碟,有幾塊脆片在其中很有趣,飯粒圓圓的,味道不錯。半溶芝士炒年糕:年糕很入味,嗜辣的應該會喜歡。芝士夠香夠濃,給辣味帶來一些點綴,可說是畫龍點精之舉。香濃湯拉麵:除了麵條有彈性及有少少辣味之外,沒甚麼印象。烏卒卒:黑黑的墨魚小卷,吃完立即牙齒變黑,墨魚味道不夠凸出,普普通通。紅葉花卷:香味濃郁,食落有陣陣清新的感覺。香料炸雞沙律:炸雞夠脆夠熱,內裡雞肉也不會太乾,味道可以。那些伴碟的沙律我卻很喜歡,清清爽爽的,可消除熱氣。明洞炸物拼盤:薯條細細條的,頗為香口。年糕則比較乾及硬,不是我杯茶。韓味炸雞塊:細細的一盤,雞塊不算大,脆口肉嫩,中規中距。…Read More
