We embarked on a sensational dining experience, the highlight of the evening was the chef’s creative take on spice, hailing from Chengdu. We were eager to dive into the specially crafted spicy menu that showcased the rich varieties of chili from across China.We began with the Hutong Peppercorn Xiaolongbao. These delicate dumplings were bursting with juicy, flavorful broth, enhanced by the numbing warmth of Sichuan peppercorns. Each bite was a wonderful explosion of taste! 🥟💖Next up was the Crispy Eggplant with Nutty Spicy Almond Sauce. The eggplant was perfectly roasted to a crispy perfection and paired with a rich, nutty sauce that had just the right kick to it. It was a mesmerizing combination that left us wanting more!Then, we tried the King Crab Meat with Yunnan Pepper and Kumquat Chilli Sauce. The freshness of the crab combined with the zesty citrus notes from the kumquat sauce made for a refreshing yet spicy dish that was simply divine! 🦀🔥For our main course, we delighted in the Sichuan-Style Wok Tossed Lobster. The lobster was generously tossed in a Guntur chili sauce that added layers of flavor and heat. Each bite was succulent and tantalizing!Finally, we indulged in the Flaming Wagyu Beef, which was not just a dish but a whole experience.
