很久沒有到元朗YOHO逛街,這晚誤打誤撞在元朗YOHO的RAMEN JO吃拉麵,竟然發現這間餐廳原來是米芝蓮餐廳,更連續六年榮獲米芝蓮,水準自然有保證。 餐廳半開方式的設計, 開揚舒適。多款拉麵有提供” 特製”及普通選擇, ” 特製”當然配料較多,自然價格較貴。最後我們點了兩碗拉麵,分別是特製醬油豚骨拉麵 $98及沾麵$ 89,還有兩款小食, 炸蟹肉忌廉餅 $32 及 蝦餃子$70。炸蟹肉忌廉餅 $32 – 外脆內軟,內裡充滿CREAMY蟹肉忌廉的餡餅,新鮮熱辣,絕對是即叫炸。蝦餃子$70 – 一客蝦餃子有5隻,以大大隻原隻鳳尾蝦作主打, 餃子皮薄,煎得香脆, 賣相討好。特製豚骨拉麵 $98 - 先喝一口湯, 即時感受到濃濃的豬骨湯,令人入口有滿足感,難怪其豬骨湯榮獲米芝蓮美譽。 麵條較幼身,輕易能做到掛湯效果叉燒肥瘦均勻,配料有鮆菜、 荀、菠菜及糖心蛋半隻。驚喜位是吃到最後發現有一粒小小的蛋在碗底,是鵪鶉蛋嗎?~沾麵$ 89 – 首先是視覺享受,熱騰騰的沾麵湯底在面前沸騰。由於沾麵是冷麵,所以沾麵湯一定要夠熱, 沾麵麵條較粗, 吃起來有嚼勁,沾麵湯味濃,散發出飄香的魚介味。 叉燒雖薄切,但甘香肥美。緊記最後沾麵可加湯,加的湯是濃濃豬骨湯,十分滿足。…Read More

在IFC找了一間以吉列豬排出名的餐廳, Tonkichi Tonkatsu Seafood 丼吉日式吉列豬排專門店,經過這晚的晚餐後,我對吉列炸物完全改觀,非常滿意的一餐。餐廳裝修設計有格調,環境清靜,讓你可以好好享受食物。來到這裡,當然要吃吉列炸物,點了兩個吉列套餐, 鹿兒島特等厚切豚肉定食 $328 及吉列神戶牛肉定食 60G$398, 店員說可以幫我們將兩個餐放在一個碟上,方便我們SHARE。先來了一碗芝麻粒,芝麻要自己動手磨,新鮮磨製的芝麻特別香, 磨碎後便可加入豬扒醬汁。除豬扒醬汁外,還有柚子醬汁和紫菜汁醬,用作日本椰菜絲的沙侓醬,椰菜絲和白飯都是無限添加的!兩份定食放在一起很壯觀,即時食指大動。先試鹿兒島特等厚切豚, 外酥脆內軟滑,豚肉厚切有口感, 肉質鬆化; 至於吉列神戶牛肉60G,共有四粒, 牛肉粒炸得剛好,內裡仍帶點粉紅色,肉汁爆滿,肉味濃,油脂超級香。非常欣賞這裡的吉列炸物, 酥脆而不油膩, 炸粉醬不會太厚,做到皮脆肉嫩的效果。蜆肉麵豉湯,顏色較深,麵豉味濃不過不會太鹹。最後店員細心地幫我們換上一杯熱茶及奉上西瓜粒作甜品,西瓜又甜又清新,完美的一頓晚餐。…Read More

My wife and I have not stepped into Lan Kwai Fong for such a long time.  It was a rainy summer night, and we couldn’t think of any food that we particularly fancied.  So, we decided that we should have something bold and spicy tasting in the Lan Kwai Fong area where we can have some drinks as well to relax.  Thai food came to our minds immediately. When searching on Open Rice for Thai food in the Lan Kwai Fong area, 8 restaurants came up.  We have already tried the top one, so we naturally went for the top second choice on the list.  It was Café Siam.  It was established in 1999.  According to the Michelin guide 2017, Café Siam has been a reassuring presence in Central for over 15 years.  For anyone that’s from Thailand, or anyone that’s ever been of dreams of going, Café Siam is an opportunity to taste the delicious soul of this beautiful culture through its sensual and healthy cuisine. My wife and I ordered several dishes and I will introduce them one by one here in this review.  As appetizers, we began with Mixed Satay (beef, chicken, pork) and Tom Yum Goong.  The Mixed Satay came with sauce that has a bit of sweet tasting and crushed peanuts.  It is a perfect combination with the three types of meat on the plate.  Tom Yum Goong was filled with ingredients, such as prawns, lemon grass, mushrooms, and lime leaves.  The soup has the right level of sourness and spiciness to it.  It definitely opened up our stomachs for the other dishes. Pad Thai is a dish that none of us can ignore ordering when we talk into a Thai restaurant.  Pad Thai is basically the soul of a Thai restaurant.  The Thai noodles are wrapped in an nest-shaped omelette which has a great appearance when put on the table.  When broke open, we were able to see tofu, shrimps, bean sprouts, and plenty of crushed peanuts.  The crushed peanuts gives sensation when these are in every bite of your Pad Thai.We absolutely cannot forget about our daily vegetables consumption.  We ordered the Yum Ma Khera Yau.  It is baked eggplants topped with toasted garlic and basil.  We could also taste a light sense of fish sauce aroma which goes perfectly with the eggplants.  Eggplants absorb sauce in a very satisfying fashion, so it is not dry at all when the right level of sauce is paired with these.  The chef did a great job by not placing too much sauce, so the eggplants do not become overly soggy.  We then wrapped up the meal with Khao Niew Mamuang.  Of course, another famous Thai dessert.  It has fresh mangoes topped on black and white Thai sticky rice.  The chef also put around the plate coconut cream to lighten up the sticky rice.  The black and white sticky rice makes ‘yin & yang’ appearance and it is appealing to the eyes.  The portion of dishes should be offered at the right level for many.  But you may need more if you are a heavy eater.  Nice cozy place for gatherings with friends.  Very nice staff with smiles and excellent service. …Read More

自從上次在IFC吃過這間 [丼吉日式吉列豬排專門店 Tonkichi Tonkatsu Seafood]後一試難忘,這晚轉戰其他分店,來到了沙田新城市廣場,餐廳半開放式,被安排到卡位,座位十分舒適寬敞。小食點了一客炸軟殼蟹 $138,還有兩個吉列定食,分別是吉列鰻魚定食 $248及吉列生蠔豬柳定食 $288。炸軟殼蟹炸得香脆,內裡滿滿的蟹膏, 蟹肉鮮甜,而且炸粉漿很薄,啖啖肉。吉列鰻魚定食, 鰻魚通常都會以蒲燒鰻魚製法, 吉列鰻魚倒是第一次吃,吉列鰻魚外脆內軟,口感層次分明,加上鰻魚汁十分惹味。吉列生蠔豬柳定食,炸生蠔外脆內juicy,充滿海鮮味道; 炸豬柳厚切有口感,肉質鬆軟,沾上即磨芝麻豬扒汁,味道立刻提升。另外其日本米飯及椰菜絲沙律是無限添加的, 日本米飯粒粒通透,飯味香; 椰菜絲沙律清新,配上西柚汁很醒胃,店員不時主動幫忙添加。最後飯後果是一杯清涼西瓜,頓時降火解熱。…Read More

1++韓牛想食韓牛不一定要飛去韓國,到旺角的「堅韓牛」便可品嚐到,選了1++頂級韓牛餐,午市時段價格為$238,除韓牛外,另一個吸引之處就是可以燒烤後再來火鍋,認真超值。先來了一盤韓牛拼盤,拼盤包含了不同部位,滿滿的油花,油脂分佈均勻,高質的牛肉只需一點鹽來調味就能帶出鮮味。另外附送了一個雞肉蘿蔔石鍋,雖然蘿蔔作為配菜,但非常好吃, 而雞肉嫩滑,味道甜甜的,不錯!落單紙的任點項目包括前菜及熟食,各式肉類,海鮮及蔬菜類,火鍋湯底及火鍋配料,韓式湯類及飯類,最後有一些單點項目,需要額外收費的。熟食: 芝士雞冀 – 雞冀釀得飽滿,炸得香脆,熱辣辣香脆可口。熟食: 煎泡菜餃子 – 大大隻,煎得香囗。任點肉類竟然可以任吃1++韓牛,各式部位任君選擇,品質也不錯。海鮮推介海蝦及帶子,海蝦新鮮夠大隻,無論作燒烤及火鍋都很美味,已加單多次。燒烤後再轉火鍋,感覺燒烤吃了很多肉類,所以火鍋特意點了一些蔬菜平衡一番,火鍋配韓國拉麵一流。飲品櫃有各式罐裝飲品,較特別的是冷泡茶系列,無糖清新,而烏龍茶加入話梅,更可解油膩感。最後甜品試了玄米茶雪糕, 味道似綠菜雪糕,茶味香濃。…Read More

火鍋後放天燈

下大雨令天氣降了幾度,又是去吃火鍋的藉口。於銅鑼灣區這麼多的餐廳中,我們選了這間老鍋台式火鍋。一步出電梯就看到一個電子天燈區, 火鍋後可以訐個願,放天燈。 門外貼了不少名星光顧的相片,品質有保證。餐廳裝修偏向中式的設計,每張台都有高高的屏風間開,食客有自己的私隱。火鍋的湯底很重要, 其中有兩款期間限定的湯底都很吸引,分別是原個椰青三黃雞鍋 $168及瑤柱海皇冬瓜鍋 $198,考慮過後決定試試原個椰青三黃雞鍋,店員先呈上一個很有特色的火鍋煲,以及原個椰青及一碟雞件,當奶白色的湯滾起時,店員會即席將椰青水及雞件倒入鍋中, 除此之外,湯頭還有椰肉、紅蘿蔔、紅棗、粟米,先試試奶白色的湯,集鮮甜所在, 充滿椰香味,非常滋補養生,由於是用小火煮,所以雞件很嫩滑,建議喝多兩碗湯才開始放其他配料,這樣才品嚐到真正原汁原味。小食方面點了咸蛋黃炸魚皮 $68, 炸魚皮新鮮鬆化,外層包圍了咸蛋黃,非常惹味,停不了口。另外還點了一客夜市炸臭豆腐 $48,而且特別註明是台灣直送的, 臭豆腐外脆內軟,沾上甜醬一起吃味道更突出。火鍋少不了牛肉,點了一份美國安格斯雪花肥牛 $188,牛一卷卷擺放整齊,油花均勻,肉味濃,輕涮一下就可以食。山竹鮮牛丸 $58, 造型與酒樓吃到山竹牛肉球十分相似,都係以蒸籠呈上,唯一不同的這是鮮牛丸,比較結實,肉味濃,配上喼汁吃一流。吃了這麼多肉類要吃一些蔬菜平衡一下,點了菠菜苗 $42, 蔬菜新鮮。稻庭烏龍麵 $48,原來烏冬有別的叫法,就是烏龍麵,最愛稻庭烏冬帶煙韌的質感。烏梅汁 $28 – 酸酸甜甜,解膩之選。最後當然要到天燈區放天燈訐願才離開。…Read More

隋著電子普及化,現今每個人都有手提電話,”惹味馬拉”最近亦新增了電子自助下單服務,只需掃瞄QR CODE便可點餐,上菜更快捷,每款食物都附有小圖方便點選。這晚比開業初期明顯多了人客,相信食品水準有保證自然有回頭客,當然包括了自己,我也光顧了不少次,我最愛吃這裡的海南雞飯,每次必點。胡椒蝦 $86 – 走進餐廳時已發現很多人都點了胡椒蝦,賣相很不錯,所以很想試試。蝦份量超過十隻,每隻蝦都均勻沾上醬汁,胡椒醬汁帶甜有胡椒香,但始終較重口味,不過配上油酥薄餅一起吃就可以中和,油酥薄餅剛呈上時香脆酥軟,涼了就沒那麼好吃,會變硬,建議盡快吃。海南雞飯 $69 - 每次來到必點海南雞飯,喜歡其嫩滑無骨的雞配上香口油飯,還有不可缺少的碟三款醬汁,跟餐附上白蘿蔔也很不錯。甲洞乾撈雲吞麵 $50 - 撈麵麵底是生麵,生麵爽口,均勻沾上醬油,雲吞細細粒但勝在香馬來風光(馬拉棧炒通菜) $48 - 份量夠大, 通菜加上紫洋蔥絲一起炒,鑊氣十足。埋單不用300元就吃到飽。…Read More

住在附近的我今天是第一次光顧這間POKKA CAFÉ,.餐廳環境很舒適,價格不算貴,而大多數主菜更可自由加配轉做套餐,由於太多食第物都吸引,眼花撩亂,所以最後選了西式二人套餐,二人套餐的價格是$418,已包括二客餐湯,一個前菜,二個主菜,二客甜品及二杯餐飲,很豐富!餐湯各選了一款, 分別是鮮菌薯蓉湯及是日餐湯-紫椰菜花湯.配的餐包微暖且軟熟,帶甜的餐包,有點像黑糖麵包.鮮菌薯蓉湯 – 很足料,充滿蘑菇蓉. 紫椰菜花湯 – 帶淡紫色的湯,富椰菜花香味,濃稠質感,很creamy.前菜選了香辣雞中翼,可惜當日沒有香辣雞中翼提供,改為照燒汁雞翼,雞翼熱騰騰的呈上,咬開充滿肉汁,肉質嫩滑,味道帶甜,應該是即煮的,而不是預先煮好.主菜 - 紐西蘭肉眼扒 – 要求了7成熟,生熟剛好,牛扒顏色帶粉,完全做到想要的效果,牛扒頗大塊, 牛肉味濃郁,滿口油脂香,配菜有豆角及番茄,若配菜有薯條或薯蓉會更完美。主菜 – 咖哩吉列豬扒飯 – 很喜歡厚切的吉列豬扒,非常有口感,外頭香脆,內裡是雪白的厚切豬扒,配上日式的咖哩汁佐飯一流。甜品 – 朱古力慕絲蛋糕 – 造個甜品不太甜,質地濕潤軟滑,散發濃濃的朱古力香味,另外令我意想不到的原來整頂帽子也是用朱古力來做的。餐飲就簡簡單單點了凍檸檬茶。…Read More

不知道是否因為餐廳位於18樓而叫” 18樓雞煲火鍋專門店”呢?選擇這裡是比那價格吸引而來,九點半前每位$178,九點半後價格更便宜,每位只需$148,價格己包括一個雞煲 + 任點火鍋 + 任飲 + 甜品,絕對超值。幸好早一步入座,不然就要排隊了,餐廳佔全層,環境頗大,而且入座率很高,可見很受歡迎。雞煲很快便送上,點了中辣,但味道不像四川麻辣的那麼重,感覺較港式,可以迎合香港人口味,不會太重香料味及不太辣,醬汁頗濃,很惹味,吃完雞煲加上湯變火鍋。大部份火鍋配料可點半份及一份,非常貼心,不會浪費食物,還有值得讚賞是上菜速度非常快。個人推薦海中蝦,白鱔片,自家製栗米餃。火鍋來一個出前一丁作結尾,集精華所在。自助區的蔬菜擺放在雪櫃中,如一盆盆溫室植物,感覺很新鮮。任飲的飲品有不少選擇,可惜沒有酒精類,但單點也不貴,$28有3罐ASAHI啤酒,價格合理。最後還有乳酪及雪糕任食,完美!…Read More

這晚於太子號始創中心的夏麵館吃晚飯,嶄新的裝修,相信開業不久,裝修以粉藍色為主調,用色柔和,令人感覺舒服,自然食得開懷。記得以前去過荃灣的夏麵館有晚市套餐提供,而這間分店沒有,不過就算單點也不貴。鮮肉小籠包 $38 – 小籠包是吃上海菜必點的,一客有四隻, 皮簿多汁,肉餡飽滿,注滿了鮮甜的湯汁, 要小心地細味。生煎包 $36 – 包身軟熟,底部煎得金黃香脆,肉餡多汁。糖醋魚塊$70 - 魚塊均勻上滿糖醋汁,甜甜酸酸的,十分開胃。排骨擔擔麵 $65 – 苜先覺得碗麵份量很大,配上了上海麵,煮得軟硬適中,湯底濃郁,有陣陣花生香氣,帶點微辣。 豬扒一大塊炸得香脆, 外脆內軟。川味口水雞清湯麵 $60轉淮山麵 +$5 – 淮山麵麵條幼身,比較爽口,而且營養價值高,不錯。至於川味口水雞我覺得是整晚最好吃的一道菜,麻辣醬汁調得非常惹味,辣度適中又,麻味過癮,不得了呀。上湯雲耳勝瓜 $52 – 吃得太多濃味的菜,這碟上湯雲耳勝瓜剛好起了中和的作用,帶來清新感。三人四百元埋單,相當超值。餐具也很酷。…Read More

逛完附近的OUTLET,又是醫肚的時間,到了附近一間名為"辦館"的餐廳,是一間走清新路線的CAFÉ, 裝修以白色為主,環境光猛又舒適。Weekly Lunch Menu 價格由$58至$78,價格算便宜,午餐均送是日餐湯或沙律一客,餐飲方面需要額外加錢,不過最吸引是可以用半價購買特飲。點了兩個午餐,日餐湯及沙律各要了一客,是日餐湯是青豆湯;沙律是車里茄椰菜絲配芝麻醬汁。溫泉蛋蕃茄肉醬長通粉 $68 – 這碟蕃茄肉醬長通粉很有驚喜,首先長通粉煮得剛好,其次蕃茄肉醬醬汁足夠,每口都可以吃到醬汁,味道開胃,另外溫泉蛋更是加分位, 蛋黃緩緩流出,增加食慾,更可突出層次感。自家製巴東牛肉飯 $78 - 牛肉非常入味淋滑,採用了牛腱位置,有筋有肉,醬汁帶辣又帶甜,很惹味,佐飯一流,配菜有蝦片,豆角,青瓜片及番茄,十分豐富。凍鮮奶抹茶$36及 凍紅豆鮮奶抹茶$39 (跟餐半價) – 餐飲我倆都選了鮮奶抹茶,這裡的鮮奶抹茶不會太甜,更能品嚐到抹茶的甘香,兩者相比下有紅豆的更好喝。芝士薯條 $40 –非常邪惡的小食,肉眼所見,芝士有MOZZARELLA 芝士,車打芝士及芝士粉,融合於香脆的薯條中。花生奶醬吐司 $26 - 吐司厚厚的,烘得香脆,均勻塗滿了花生醬及煉奶醬。…Read More

中午時和同事談開雞煲,為我帶來晚飯的靈感,這晚來到太子的川巴莊,是一間川菜店,店內供應多種不同款式的鍋物,小炒及涼拌川菜。 除了雞煲外,烤魚亦是大熱項目,非常苦惱到底吃雞煲還是烤魚呢,最後還是想吃雞煲多一點, 雞煲甚有驚喜。麻辣雞煲半隻 $168 - 雞煲一打開蓋子,色香味俱全,還未開動已令我們食指大動,雞煲的醬汁較少,屬乾鍋雞煲,店員表示這是為了保持雞件肉質嫩滑, 麻辣醬汁味道調較得很好,又麻又辣的,醬汁輕輕包著嫩滑的雞件,有點後悔只點了半隻雞份量, 我們一口接一接地吃,相信吃一整隻雞也沒有問題,配料方面大量有花椒粒,洋蔥,蒜粒及蓮藕片,突出了味道更惹味,為雞煲生色不少。 喜歡的話可以加湯吃火鍋。酸辣粉條 $45 – 這有別平時的酸辣粉,這酸辣粉條沒有湯的,傾向乾拌的食法,別有一番風味,吃起來特別麻辣, 粉條QQ的,充滿彈性。酸菜桂花魚$188 - 魚片鮮嫩,啖啖肉,外面餐廳吃酸菜魚通常是帶辣的,不過這裡的酸菜魚是不辣的,店員解釋這是為了突出魚的鮮甜及酸菜的香氣,所以不辣的話連湯頭也可以喝, 配菜有萵荀片,蘿蔔條及芽菜。口水雞例牌 $88 - 口水雞是一道冷盤,皮脆肉鮮, 麻辣蒜香醬汁惹味。真露燒酒 $38 – 早前去韓國旅行,每餐都會飲真露燒酒,這晚可回味一番。…Read More

一聽餐廳名字叫”火水爐”便知道是有關打邊爐,即火鍋。 餐廳位於屯市時代廣場地下, 裝修充滿懷舊風,可見落了不少心機於設計及裝修,地道香港長大,尤其70年代的人會特別有親切感。我們選了每位$298的任飲任食套餐 - 麻辣花膠雞煲牛小排海鮮火鍋。雞煲還未送上,店員先送上炸陳皮魚蛋及燒賣作餐前小食,有點久違的懷舊小食,勝在新鮮即炸,都是熱烘烘的。一大盤醬料有蔥,芫茜,辣椒,生蒜頭粒,炸蒜頭粒及花生醬。麻辣花膠雞煲隨後送上,由於點了小辣,所以麻辣味不算太強,不過更能吃到食物原本的味道, 雞件入味嫩滑,而主角當然是花膠,花膠大大塊軟滑,口感十足,充滿膠質。再續任食的火鍋,換上了另一個鍋,這次點了鴛鴦鍋底,特濃花生沙嗲鍋拼秘製麻辣鍋, 特濃花生沙爹鍋,花生味香濃,而秘製麻辣鍋則帶來刺激感。海鮮拼盤有大海蝦,廣島蠔,海蜆,鯇魚件及手打墨魚滑,十分豐富。肉類方面,主攻牛肉, 牛肉有三種, 頂級牛小排,特級安格斯牛肉,美國珍寶肥牛。 牛小排及安格斯牛肉,肉質嫩滑,牛小排明顯油花均勻,美國肥牛肉味較濃。火鍋配料竟有皮蛋,皮蛋呈糖心,不錯。額外點了啤酒, 酒桶亦走懷舊風,很特別,配上酒碗-戰鬥碗-,飲得份外豪氣,獅威啤酒$28三罐,相當抵飲。最後還有甜品,甜品是雜果涼粉紅豆冰,火鍋後真的透心涼。…Read More
