咁啱嚟到觀塘又見到呢間餐廳咁多好評，我就諗住試吓啦。本身想來試牛肉麻花粉。入到來啲侍應問我有冇book位。態度一般，直接同我講冇位。等咗一陣先同我講可以坐低等位。結果嚟到今日Lunch Menu冇牛肉麻花粉。啲Lunch set要至少$150以上。我食咗個蝦嘅意大利飯，味道都幾好食。餐湯同沙律就一般。餐茶叫咗杯奶茶，係港式奶茶 😪 有啲失望因為西餐應該至少俾茶包奶茶㗎嘛。呢間野都係比較貴，嘢食食材都幾好嘅。服務就有大大嘅進步空間。…Read More

The reviews very accurate about the poor service here. It’s been a few years since my last visit but the service has definitely slipped far below standards.First off, the server can barely speak proper Cantonese. I couldn’t hear a single word the first server spoke when asking what tea we’d like. Then we were basically given some “house blend” without other options.Servers were constantly at our table - pouring tea, switching out plates, etc - it was a family birthday lunch - can you not leave us alone for more than two minutes? My plate was clearly empty and I told the server there’s no need to swap it out and he actually shook his head and insisted to swap it anyways. I’m not sure if this is trained etiquette to constantly swap out empty plates - but brushing off your customer’s requests? Sigh.The servers pilled our table with food in a few mins, rushed to take away plates and bring out the next dishes. Awfully uncomfortable experience for my family sitting there. I felt more pushed to leave there than at a fast food restaurant.Honestly, the food is average. Average dim sum, average scrambled egg with shrimp for almost 250+ per head. You’d expect something more.They charge 28hkd for the shrimp crackers (per portion) that weren’t exactly fresh.
